Thanks for sharing this one. QA will investigate further. I know a few seasons back it often caught Stoke in the net. If I remember rightly there's a somewhat discretionary element to it (Stoke at least did not qualify under the standard criteria when they first got Cat 1) but the QA team can review this and determine why the down-ranking is taking place.

I've moved this to the Belgium data section at this point. There's a lot of reasons why a club may up until point X have had money to spend. If the research team feel there is a bug in the finances then this can in turn be routed through the QA team.

We have it under review and at the moment we've identified there isn't a single reason behind this. Therefore, as many possible examples as we can get are ideal. -

We'd need to see a sustained period of elevated injuries to really review it further. Bad luck does play a part when it comes to injuries.
