  1. You can use old fm22 skins, you just need to edit the skin config file and update it to fm23
  2. If Haaland was only scoring 20-30 goals a season, I think there would be complaints. His goals to game ratio in real life is freakish level and I think the game represents him well
  3. I haven't complained about it, I'm taking an issue with you telling people to stop moaning after they paid for a game only to find out there is a game breaking bug which wasn't announced until a player found it. You do realise SI was not the ones to announce it? Do you not see a problem with that? How is a customer find a huge issue with the game before the devs? It only took someone simming a few seasons to notice the flaw. What is the point of paid testers if they are going to miss the obvious big bugs
  4. I think you're missing the point. People are aggreived because there is a game breaking bug which stops your players developing whihc is a fundemental part of football manager, training and developing players. People are saying it should have been tested, found earlier and announced it publicly so people had a choice to make before deciding to pre-order. Keep in my mind SI didn't not come out an announce it even though they claim they already knew about, a gamer had to come out and reveal it to the public.
  5. If they are going to have convolted meetings, player interaction, scouting, planning, hiring staff then there should be an equal level of immersion in seeing the outcome of your choices represented efficientely through the graphical engine to make it rewarding.
  6. I have to agree everything in the ui seems convoluted, the squad planner seesm very comestic and pointless and scouting is all over the place., press conferences and meetings are a chore and noticed AI transfers and bids they offer you are just as bad as fm22 I said it before besides the M.E which I don't think is broken besides defenders not being able to deal with long balls over the top, everything else looks like a reskin that could have been a dlc. Jumping from fm21 to fm22 I felt like i was playing a different game. Going from fm22 to fm23 I feel like I'm playing the same game with two new menus added, squad planner and supporter confidence which don't really add anything of substance to the game, and more inbox and meetings to where I feel like I'm working rather than playing a game to have fun The pitches all look like a bright green carpet. I've seen one which is a sandy pitch, but then that's it, I don't see what's so hard about making the grass have different textures, depth and realism to it
  7. I've got to say The M.E is the best out of all fm's I've played, so smooth and fluid, you can see players stop the ball dead before deciding to pass, the collision are better, the touches the players to when recieving the ball, the animations are a lot more realistic. FM22 players felt clunky and like they were moving on rails. Only gripe is every winger still drifts wide or plays it safe like a Sancho irl. Don't see why they couldn't add in step over and fient animations to wingers Hope they do not change too much for final release
  8. well that isn;t fm23 is it! So maybe you want to complain about FM21 being too easy. We're talking about the current literation and you're here behaving like some kind of maths genius freak because you won the title with Liverpool who everyone knows are coded to be OP on the game. i can use default tactics, no transfers no staff upgrade and win the league with Liverpool on fm23 no problem, but I would be ashamed to come on here and shout out about easy the game is why crowing about how too good I am at the game because I won the league and CL with Liverpool.
  9. I want you to prove such boast. You said you achieved CL titles for 10 years straight on the trot on the beta, when people like me haven't even the time to play through 10 teams let alone play though until 2032
  10. Show the screenscotts of you winning the CL winning 10 years on the trot and maybe you will have some credibility. Until then everything you've posted is hot air.
  11. Oh sorry you play as Liverpool who are predicted to compete or win the league, and you are massively overperforming by winning the league. Like I said take other another team like Arsenal, spurs, or try chelsea like the guy above who is 6th and see if you win the league every season and 10 CL's league titles in a row, which you haven't even showed screenshots of. Almost if you're afraid of taking on a real challenge and getting away from your comfort zone, which can often mentally hold a person back in life
  12. Why are you acting like you're some Albert Einstein unique special breed of genius because you won the title with Manchester United? If you want a challenge start the game unemployed with no badges,or try working your way with a low to mid table club and then when you've won your 10 champions leagues in a row, which you haven't even shown pictures of you doing 10 seasons on the beta, then back come here and cry
  13. Why dont you try taking over the same club as that reddit guy and see if you can win 10 CL's in a row since you're so good at the game?
  14. It's a game, if you have the best players, buy the best players, use the best tactics, then no it's not a suprise if you win the league and CL every season. It's a bit ridiculous for you to say if you don't find the game too easy then don't discuss, when you're adovacting something be done about an aspect of the game which I and other posters dont see need to be rendered.
  15. Just because a club is predicted to finish 4-6th doesn't mean there isn't a high possibility of overachieving. Have you seen the stats of Uniteds squad? Do you want them nerfed so they can be a mid-table team? The media prediction does not and nor should it be a limit for how far you can take your team For non-league clubs I've seen results like this on reddit, so clearly their not finding the game too easy If people want to play as Liverpool city barca they should expect to have advantages over the majority of teams on the game
  16. How can you play with Liverpool, the most op team in the game and complain about the game being too easy? It's like managing PSG, winning ligue 1 every season then saying the game isn't challenging
  17. No reason why Haaland cant get 100 goals this season irl. Have you not seen his scoring rate?
  18. That's good no,? On fm22 I could barely get my striker to more than 20 goals, sometimes the Centre defenders and midfielders are outscoring my forwards
  19. First impressions after getting a copy today Player of the week is nice feature Supporters confidence doesn't seem to have any influence just another tab/screen to check on once in a while right next to club vision Squad planner lacks depth and any flexiblity, just seems like an scouting extension M.E - Keepers are more realistic, strikers touches and finishing is more realistic, the match doesn't feel like it's on rails and players move fluidly. defensive midfielders take time on the ball to control tempo and actually shield the defence and all round flow of the game is fantastic Al transfers are are still a mess to the point it's very difficult to sign players even if they are coming from low reputation club they will not enter negotiations There doesn't seem to be a huge change in attributes The match engine is the saving grace, if I paid full price for it I'd be livid because this could easily have been a dlc.
  20. Are the forwards and wingers drivee forward and not cut back or drift wide like they do in fm22?
  21. What's way better about the ME? i'm tempted to buy if there are big improvements in the M.E from fm22
  22. It's all shocking stuff. What's also concerning is that the gk's are already OP in fm22 to the point it is very hard to tell the difference between a lower league gk and an elite level goalkeeper due to the fact they are all capable of consistently putting out world class save after save and now they are focusing in on boosting them even more so there is even more variations for them to make super saves.
  23. Explain to me how these hard done by mimimum wage workers and students are using the latest apple and samsung smart phones which cost over 1k yet are using potatoe laptops from 2010?
