Popular Post Neo_Geo
LEAGUE AND CUP TREBLE WINNERS CREWE ARE RED HOT In my last update I had stated I wanted to push Linfield and probably not be too concerned with Europe but this squad of heroes managed to pull off a league and cup treble as well as making the Knock Out Play Offs of the Europa League (2nd place qualified for Europa League qualifiers rather than the Conference). This was in no way a fluke as we became an attacking powerhouse smashing records right, left and centre! 126 goals scored in the league with Sam Knox Y4-A bagging a jaw dropping 68 goals in 56 starts and 10 sub appearances. Newcomer Charlie Elliot Y10-A scored 39 goals in 48 starts and 12 sub appearances whilst Tim Leacock Y5-A still managed to net 25 goals in 34 starts and 6 sub appearances. Our goals against still bothers me but with goal scoring abilities like that the league was in the bag and a hugely impressive 16 point gap with Linfield to add the cherry on top. McMurray Y9-A is attracting interest from England and was annoyed with me when on his 18th birthday I extended his contract by 2 years I can't see me being able to hold onto him when his contract expires in 3 years time and the same goes for Charlie Elliot Y10-A who already doesn't want to talk (so he'll be stuck on his £80 p/w contract for the next 2 seasons and again I will reward him with his 2 year extension on his 18th birthday! As a nation Northern Ireland are really starting to improve with all of the metrics I am recording improving and the nation club coefficient moved up to 20th meaning the league winners now go into the 2nd round of qualifying for the Champions League. League Spoiler Domestic Cups Spoiler In the cups I had looked to sacrifice the SPFL Trust Trophy and played a very weak side in the Third Round (where we enter) but even with the weakened side we managed to get through. It was particularly nice to beat Linfield in the semi final (albeit after extra time). In the final I was able to field my strongest XI with the game coming just before the split in the league and we played Motherwell off the park, they also had a red card but we just could not score and it went to penalties and I feared the worst but Pip McCourt Y7-A made the save on the 5th penalty (just after Keith Brown Y7-A squandered the chance to be the hero as he hit the post. Disappointing how we exited the other cups with Coleraine of the Championship beating us in the league cup quarters and losing an epic 5-4 match away to Cliftonville in the Clearer Water Cup quarters. In the Mid Ulster Cup we retained it for the 3rd year running with a surely never to be surpassed 11-1 win over Intermediate League (3rd tier) Armagh with Sam Knox Y4-A scoring 4 from the spot and a further 4 in open play to score 8 goals in a match and again this is unlikely to be surpassed in this save. A few days later we put another 5 past them in the Clearer Water Cup Second Round with Knox bagging another 4 and even having the luxury to miss a penalty Europe Spoiler I was taken by surprise when I saw I was in the Europa League qualifiers and expected to be promptly punted to the Conference League qualifiers but that same pattern of just scoring more than we concede (with 21 goals in 8 games and 15 goals conceded) saw us through to the league phase where apart from a doing at home to Nice we gave a damn good account of ourselves and managed to qualify for the knock out play offs. Also getting my first trip to Ibrox in the save was a nice moment and only narrowly lost. A narrow 4-3 aggregate loss to AZ in the Knock Outs rounded off an enjoyable (if not stressful) European campaign. As with last season we were given the biggest overachievers but also the best match with our 2-2 away draw with BK Hacken. Club News Spoiler A great year for the facilities with 2 improvements for training facilities and 2 improvements for youth facilities (at the time of this update the 2nd improvements are still in progress). It took a hefty chunk out of our bank balance but it needs to be done and we've ended the season still over £1m in the bank. As far as the stadium is concerned there has been no movement on that front and we averaged around 1,200 last year (60% of capacity). It appears my chairman has some common sense and isn't looking to build a stupidly oversized stadium for us and call it Crewe United Park or some nonsense! Youth Intake Spoiler The worst preview of the save and I'd expect this will be the case from here onwards as long as we keep a hold of the star players. Steinmann Y11-A looks like a useful defender and he already broke into the first team and the end of last season as my first choice centre backs suffered lengthy injuries around the time of the intake. He's good with both feet and is the first defender to come through the intake with vision and passing that could lead to a ball playing defender. McKeever Y11-A also looks like a useful striker and upfront is one area I have a solid number of prospects in, so I like to get the youth intake as the back up to the first choice players and the previous years intakes go out on loan after breaking into the team the year after the intake. Seeing a few more nations appear in the intake which is nice to see but until a foreign HoYD and some foreign affiliate clubs are linked with I won't expect anything out of this. Still awaiting a first international cap for a player at the club which 11 years in and with Knox Y4-A's goal scoring I am surprised about. Admin Spoiler Former Player Watch Spoiler Johnny Barr Y4-A Sold to Aberdeen for £10k +50% of future transfer on 26th July 2029 In the last season update I said I had resigned myself to the fact that Barr Y4-A was not going to get sold and bag me a nice lump of cash and I was right. His contract expired and he has now joined cinch Premiership side St Mirren and will be hoping to kick on his career from here. As I will only get a development fee which is considerably less than the 50% I would have got for a sale I will no longer be following Barr Y4-A. I would love if the game allowed me to point out to young players wanting to leave what happened with Barr and to consider staying, playing and developing before looking to move. I know there is the option to say they won't play as often but it would be great to choose a former player that played out the exact scenario. Curtis Graham Y6-A Sold to Newcastle United for £250k + 50% of future transfer on 15th June 2032 Graham Y6-A had another year of not getting a loan which is really going to stifle any potential development for him. He did however manage to get 2 appearances for Newcastle's first team off the bench in the league so maybe he will get some more game time this season and kick on. He has 4 years left on his contract so I have hopes he will at least get me some money coming in with his estimated value between 56 and 88 million but at least he's taking home a cool £30k a week whilst he just plays reserve football! Next Season Spoiler I want to give a good account of myself in the Champions League qualifiers but its the money that will be the most important factor here and being able to continue improving the facilities. In the league I'd be happy to just challenge again in all honesty, I'm not expecting an era of dominance or anything like that so just maintaining a proper challenge would be great.
Popular Post fries
Premier League 2037/38 (season 14) Season Summary I have not played FM since February. But the Euros got me back! Last season we managed to qualify for the European Conference League. It was a welcomed opportunity to get a handful of young players first team football against opponents on a lower level than the Premier League. It went very well. We played a mix of young players and first team reserves and we were undefeated in the league phase. In the winter transfer window, I loaned out 5 talents that were important in this campaign as I was afraid I couldn't guarantee first team football in the spring. However, I kept a few. Harewood, Nelson, and Willoughby. In the round of 16, we were against Sparta Prague. With the 5 players sent out on loan, I managed to find some even younger talents from my under-19 player to fill in. They did well with a mix of older players and we were on to the quarter finals. We were unlucky with the next draws and managed to get the most difficult opponents. Thus, it was time to play my first team players. They did well too and we managed to win the tournament and thus qualify for Europe Leauge next season. Harewood was the conference league topscorer with 14 goals in 15 matches. Including a hattrick in the second leg comeback against Nice. In the league, we performed a bit worse than last season. We ended two positions lower and with 8 fewer points. The two strikers Burton and Harewood played well this season with an average rating of 7.04. They both played different positions and were mostly not the front striker. Harewood, Eze, Nelson, and Willoughby have developed well this season. A few important younger players Clark, Heritage, Anthony, Layne, and Shiba are not on the list as they were loaned out in January. Clark and Heritage have developed well this season too, and I expect they will play are bigger role on the first team next season. I had 3 players on the NXGN list. Harewood was 2nd ranked while Nelson and Anthony were also on the list. I had hoped to see at least Clark and Heritage as well. Harewood is already a great player. But hopefully, he will develop more. The youth intake preview was great. 5 stars, 2 As, and a B. The actual intake was okay. 1 elite talent, Flynn, with an OK personality. Howell is also looking promising and has a resolute personality. Flynn is a very clever defensive midfielder. But I lack a bit of physical appearance and is not technically gifted. But I think he ca develop into an important player in a few years. I had no transfers of significance this season, only some loan-outs. Finances and Upgrades No upgrades this season. The board is not willing to upgrade the youth facilities despite me asking a few times. Next season Next season, I hope to give young talented players more game time now in the Europe League. And hopefully, get another mid-table position in the Premier League. I don't think it is reasonable to hope for more in the league. Popular Post naterr
Tony Pizza at Kerala United FC - Go Hornbills! - Season 8 Preseason cup I got a bit excited when we started this tournament, we dominated rivals Goa - until I realised it wasn't the Goa in our league, but the crap one in the league below! The real Goa were also in our group but we couldn't beat them. As always...Kolkata beat us! Tycoon takeover in India????? yes..but not for us! Lake City FC have a tycoon takeover two leagues below us. When I saw the news I was very tempted to try and join them and start with them (as the extra money for facilities would be pretty cool) I stuck with our Hornbills and it was probaly the right move -(over a year later they only have £500k in the bank and the facilities are the same, also no new signings so....where did the money go???? Superleague Third place - our best so far but out in the Semi's Youth Intake My prayers have been answered....We have been getting brilliant intakes (apparently) but this is the first one where someone really stood out! Arindam Gurung looks to be one of our best players from the start. It's a position where we have talent but I am pretty certain he will slot straight into the first team as soon as we can register him! Gurung's Attributes Spoiler Professional too, and love the long shots! Super Cup Semis again! The top two are just too good. Team of The Year Next Years Team Charles Rodrigues was one of our best players - but now he is barely 1.5 stars - so it shows we are improving! (Well I hope it means we are improving, either that or the guy doing the star reports is crap)

darren1983
Dulwich Hamlet League Two 2028/29 Season Review League - A lot tougher season than it looks on paper. We really struggled in the first half of the season, mainly drawing games rather than losing, but we just couldn't hold on to leads and it cost us. 2nd half of the season was much better as we had several little 5/6 match unbeaten runs and we ended around where we were last season. A few points less but safe midtable is what I'll take for a few seasons I think. FA Cup - A nice run to the 3rd round where I was dreaming of a money spinner. We got Sheffield Wednesday though, they were easily too good for us. They then got Chelsea away League Cup - Boro smashed us FA Trophy - Like last season, used it to give game time to my fringe players Transfers - Just some loans out Squad - Biggest thing was that I've gone back to my usual 433. It just feels right. Aside from that we had our first U21 cap for a academy player when Gentrit Lekaj 27A played for Kosovo U21s Youth Intake - Preview looked a little frustrating but turned out to be a decent intake I think Nicky Lynch 29A - a good technical wide player Luke Giddings 29B - we like a striker here Jeremey Hargreaves 29C - Not sure what I saw in him to tag him now Yusef Goldring 29D - a better version of Hargreaves I think Ben Watts 29E - could be a decent box to box option for us Career Overview Season League Position Junior Coaching Youth Recruitment Notes 2024/25 VNLS 1st Good Average Promotion, Manager of the year 2025/26 VNL 10th Good Above Average First coaching badge 2026/27 VNL 2nd Good Above Average Promotion via playoffs, Manager of the season, second coaching badge 2027/28 L2 10th Adequate Above Average 3rd coaching badge 2028/29 L2 12th Good Above Average Continental C Licence obtained Managed to get our Junior Coaching back up to good but finances are still tough so any more upgrades might be a while away

Thebaker
2033 Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season quite strongly with 3 wins in the first 5 games, thereafter just managed to pick up points so that with 8 games to go the team was 8 points clear of the relegation spots. A poor finish allowed Pitea and stockholm to nearly catch up and the team only stayed up on the last game. Not entered in the swedish cup again. Finances are continuing to slowly die and as such the board will not improve anything. Jonsson handled the step up and continues to be the star player even if he is a veteran now. I was pleased by the progress of Olsson and Kadric. Long time players Popanicic (197 apps, 5 goals) and Sjoblom (186 apps, 7 goals) left at the end of the season as they were no long good enough. The youth preview was again excellent with the actual intake again good on potential although some of the players don't actually look that good but do have reasonable personalities. Elezaj, Nordstrom and Lahdo look the most likely to make an impact. naterr
Tony Pizza at Kerala United FC - Go Hornbills! - Season 9 Preseason cup Terrible start to the season - didn't even make it out of the group stage. Superleague Much better in the league than before, and sitting top of the table going into January. It wasn't to last but we still recorded our best finish. We manage to make it through to the final, beating Mumbai in the semis (It was nice to start in the Semis for a change!) I assumed it would be against Kolkata but they lost to Jamshedpur. This was looking a much nicer tie than previously expected as we haven't lost to them in the league for a few years now...(I think). Feeling very confident for this one, and we absolutely dominated them, over double their XG but....no win for us! The score here was harsh, but for some reason they put away the difficult chances and we missed the sitters. This was our biggest chance to win the league and we might not get another shot like this for a while as I am sure Mumbai and Kolkata will be even more up for it next year. Takeover time! It looks like our chairman wants gone, so consortium here we come! We received devastating news to say we had a transfer embargo while they sorted this out....I will have to cancel all those signings I had planned They did complete the takeover and gave us a lovely £9k extra in the bank! Youth Intake Probably our worst so far since we have been here, but they will look decent. One player stood out even thought he wasn't listed in the elite talents here. Johnson Sharma is a decent Right back, looks much better than the 2 stars they have given, maybe I am missing something. Johnson Sharma attributes below: Spoiler Super Cup Semi finals again - nothing special! Team of the Year Next years team Singh at Left back seems to have come from no where to be a really good left back!

naterr
Tony Pizza at Kerala United FC - Go Hornbills! - Season 10 I am pretty proud of myself for sticking with it for 10 seasons! (sorry for a bundle of updates, I had the last few days to game all day so I took the opportunity) Preseason Cup Lost in the final - we didn't play well but also we had a few players missing either through internationals or tired from previous internationals or suspended. Shame as it would be nice to win this once. Superleague 3rd place finish - I think now we can say we are the third best team in the league. loss in semi final play offs to Kolkata. Youth Intake Not great! One Elite talent but he looks terrible. The best was the AML Fernandes, very fast player, could be useful! Fernandes Spoiler Asian Champions League Well there certainly is a gulf between our league and the others! Al-Duhail win all 6 games then are easily beaten by a team from Saudi....so we need to improve a lot to even get out of the group stage. Super Cup Kolkata in the Semis again! Team of the Year Gurung has exploded onto the scene, top player for sure. I locked him into a three year deal with an option to extend for another 3 years - he ain't going anywhere for a while! He tried to get a new contract at double the wage - I was happy to agree but the agent locked in a release clause of £75k, when he is valued at double that...nope! Popular Post Riebow
KSV Oudenaarde (29/30) League Well, this went easier than expected. After two seasons in the Challenger Pro League we already go up to the Jupiler Pro League. We were in prime position for the 2nd direct promotion spot, but two straight losses at the end of the season saw us drop to fifth. We had to go through the play-offs once again, but this time we were successful. In the semi-finals we first dispatched Eendracht Aalst Beerschot was our opponent in the final In the Promotion/relegation playoff we had to take on Lommel SK. A magnificent performance saw us beating them 2-0! Croky Cup An away game to Anderlecht gave us a huge payday as they share gate receipts in Belgium, which was very welcoming for our finances Spoiler Youth intake The intake promised a talented goalkeeper and a striker and it delivered. Jacques Schrauwen entered with a 3 star CA; the rest of the intake doesn't look to shabby as well. Spoiler Jacques Schrauwen(AMR/STC; Light-hearted) A great looking little winger, who is very strong on the ball. He already scored a screamer in his very first 15 minutes Spoiler Transfers We sold two very good first team players. Emmanuel Antwi was our starting CB/FB was sold for 275K to Kortrijk and a 50% sell-on fee. Carl Philips was our highest outgoing transfer to date. With only 1,5 year left on his contract, I decided to sell. In hindsight I should have probably waited, because with the promotion secured I could have persuaded him to sign a new contract. He went for 575K to Poland and some sell-on fee. Spoiler Carl Philips(AML/STC; Resilient) He was a very good player for this level; I should have probably kept him Spoiler Upgrades With the promotion secured I could persuade my board to an upgrade to our youth recruitment, which is now at good. Spoiler We also need a new stadium. In the meantime we will be playing in the Elindus Arena, home of Zulte-Waregem. Spoiler 5 Years ago... Ah our very first intake. It was an amazing intake. A lot of elite talents obviously, but it was a actually a very good intake. A lot of players left for bigger teams. The starters: - Maurice Verlaine came in with the highest current ability, but as you can see from his personality he never developed in too much. A useful squad player, but he will not be getting a new contract - Marcellus Custers: our starting leftback; perhaps the weakest position in the team right now. - Yassine El Idrissi: Very good winger; who was sold by my board to Westerlo for up to 135k and a sell-on fee - Ioannis Reuter: This one hurts. I completely missed that Cercle Brugge offered him a contract and so he left for a free at the end of the 2028 season. Otherwise he probably would have been our starting striker - Emmanuel Antwi: Started out as a right back but moved to centre back. Very nice player with Jupiler Pro League potential. Was sold for 275K and sell-on fee to Kortrijk - Mael Laslandes: A nice rotation player, with still some potential - Mirko Gilson: Was also sold by our board to Westerlo for a measly 28,5K (with add-ons). I sold his sell-on fee for about 200K - Carl Philips: Perhaps the best player of the intake. Left for a team in Poland for about 0,5M - Pieter Sarlette: our star player, plays as a CM(A) or on the right. Leading assist giver and in average rating - Andy Bodein: lots of potential but bad personality. I let him go on a free to RFC Liege - Walid Bouchta: was also sold to Westerlo very early. Would have been a starting CB - Omer Faruk Yildiz; I gave him a lot of playing time as a right back; but his personality meant he would never really develop. I sold him to some lower league Turkish team - Geert Lemmens: Was useful at a time and has a good personality; didn't renew his contract Spoiler Next season It's all about the money. Take advantage of the television money and higher gate receipts and hopefully get a great intake. We will try to stay up, but it will be very; very hard.
Popular Post libbyshuss
Austria - 2031/32 - Premier League Wels Recover From Terrible Start to Stay Up Premier League in Austria is not like England! Finances are a real struggle so I felt forced into selling my berst player before the season started. at least this way I can control the sale andget the best deal. And £5m + 50% for Damian Delura was a good deal, and hopefully keep the board away from selling our best players for silly prices. So much for that! a week after Delura went the board made this announcement about my second best midfielder So I headed into the new season without my two best middies! and we had a difficult start as well, losing the first 4, so morale was low and we really struggled to throw it off Only 3 victories in the league stage! One was away at Salzburg though, which was nuts. So into the relegation group, with half the points, meaning we were only two points off last spot. But a great start, with 3 wins from our first 4, lifted us into relative safety. We finished poorly but managed to keep our heads above water for another season Youth At least with all that transfer money it meant i could do some more investing in youth facilities So another promising youth preview and a pretty good intake Having a cracking goalkeeper is never a bad thing in a save like this! Neo_Geo
Managed to achieve the what I regarded as impossible and qualified for the Champions League League Phase and banked over £12m and the board decide to accept a £2.2m bid for my star striker (I managed to protest an earlier transfer but they didn't want to listen this time). There is an option to resign but I can't understand why the devs never put in an option to issue an ultimatum.....sell him and I go too and call their bluff. Anyway that's him off: Gutted to lose him as well as losing Graham earlier in the save who isn't getting game time, this is where I would love to point out previous players who moved away chasing their dreams and ended up getting no games season after season.

Neo_Geo
I wasn't aware that the request postponement had a chance of not being approved... This ought to be fun! Popular Post Daddy
Season 14 - 2037/38 - Czechia - First Division: This was a great season. I knew we would have decent schedule congestion, and I didn't want another season where our league form suffers. We're still not ready to challenge for the league yet it seems, but I think our next goal is to solidify that 2nd place and Champions League position and then start challenging for first. 2037/38 - Europa League: I thought we had a tough draw, so I expected to finish in the top 24 at least, but we did much better than expected. This makes it all the more frustrating that we blew a 2-0 lead in the final league match and fell out of the top 8. We get Lazio, which had me thinking it was over, especially when we went down 3-1. A tremendous comeback then earned us Nottingham Forest which did not go so well for us. Had we finished top eight we would have had a different matchup. Youth Intake: Another great intake. We don't have any huge holes right now, so I appreciate the variety of talent. General Updates: Nothing major to report here. Bunch of loans and trimming the roster. He's currently pissed that I'm not letting him leave, but I have him for another four seasons so he'll have to get over it. Big movement for both us as a club and Czechia moving up to sixth place and getting a second Champions League League Phase spot. Unicorn Sighting: This dude has turned down Youth Training Facilities for years, but every idea is better when it's your own. 2038 European Summer Adventure: Our first time making it out of the League Path and into the League Phase proper. Our reward? That is one of the most brutal draws I think I've ever had going by coefficient ranks. 8-10 points is the landing point for 24th place looking at previous season tables. I think we can do that. My biggest fear is getting on a bad run of form between the league and this. 2038/39 Season Preview:

Popular Post Haddock
Really enjoying my save in Croatia, but last season was tough. With three games to go my Kustosija was on course for our first league title, sitting one point ahead of Dinamo and about to face last place Gorica. Things went well, in fact very well, and at the break we were 4-0 up. As the next game was a decisive one against Dinamo at home and my squad is far from deep I made some changes. With 20 minutes to go we missed a penalty, but that's not a big deal, right? Right...? What followed was basically one long highlight (despite playing with only key) were they floated four crosses into an outnumbered and completely ordinary striker who suddenly turned into prime Jan Koller. In the next game we managed a draw against Dinamo. On the last day we won, and while Gorica kept Dinamo to a draw for 70 minutes they were unable to hold on to that result. The title therefore went to Dinamo one point ahead of us. To all of you struggling and finding almost impossible ways to screw things up - you are not alone.

Did the crosses happen to be to the back post by any chance? I concede so many goals that way to the point where it goes wide, you see the cross coming towards the back post and just say out load “goal” and sure enough it’s in. Popular Post CJ'43
Kavala Football Club / Αθλητικός Όμιλος Καβάλα Season 28- 2051/52 Schedule / Squad / Transfers / Finances / Manager Season Summary: Another year and another title for Kavala—our 5th in 10 years. It was a great campaign, where we proved to be much better than all of our rivals. (regular phase / championship phase) Like last year, we faced another defeat in the Round of 16 of the Champions League. After a decent campaign in the group stage, we managed to defeat Napoli in the knockout round but lost to Chelsea in the next round. Six of our players made it into the Team of the Year in the league. Marios Thraskias 43d also won the Greek Player of the Year award. The right-back was our most consistent player, averaging a rating of 7.29 this season. Ilias Giannikoglou 47b was once again our top goalscorer, with 29 goals. However, our main star remains the left-winger Babis Tasiopoulos 45e. We received two substantial offers for him this year: 94 million from Inter and 112 million from Arsenal. However, since our finances are very controlled (we have 300 million that we can't spend on players, and the board isn't giving us any options to upgrade facilities and the stadium), we rejected both offers. Thraskias, Giannikoglou, Tasiopoulos, and Giogos Lyberakis 46a will be part of the Greek squad for Euro 2052. Youth intake: we have some decent talents coming from our academy, such as Giannis Psemmatas, Giorgos Makridis, and Giorgos Pallas. They will help in the mission to win the 20th consecutive U19 title next season... Team history: Manager history:

I remove the players from the LNC when I release them to avoid it. By doing that, they will keep the name, but when the ID is recycled it don't pick up on it, for whatever reason. I still don't understand why they need to recycle the ID. If anything I'd wish they quarantined the ID for 10 years after retirement or so before it could be used again to avoid this thing.
Popular Post libbyshuss
Austria - 2032/33 - Premier League Wels Survive Terrible Run To Stay Up Again..... just! Yeah, it was close. This was the first season where our entire team was youth with no legacy players so our average age was ridiculously low. And we struggled a wee bit! In the league section we actually did ok, finishing 8th, but in the relegation group we put ourselves in real trouble by only winning once. A worrying ending to the season really, especially as we've had 3 seasons in the Premier League now and been progressively worse each season! Players We have two class players, and they both really want to leave! Luboš Dvořák 28A - absolute class. Played mostly right wing this season and still finished top scorer. Wants to leave for a stronger squad but I have him on a 4 year contract. Ha! Carlo Bögl 26A - Took me a bit by surprise this one as he was very average for a long time and then just exploded in the last two seasons. Very, very quick, which is all you really need apparently! Club captain and really wants to leave as well! Youth Very nice preview! the intake didn't quite match it tbh best player is this young whippersnapper Career
Popular Post XaW
XaW - Fussballclub Biel/Bienne - Season 2024/25 (Season 1) - Brack.ch Challenge League Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, that was rather surprising, but we did play some excellent football at times. The start was a bit rough though, but I think that was the squad getting used to the tactic and relating to each other. So after that rocky start, we found form and started to pick up points and climb the table. Eventually, we were part of a mostly 3 horse race along Sion and Stade Lausanne-Ouchy, but Sion pulled away and left the rest of us to fight for the playoff spot. With a match to go it was in our hands and we would take it with a win. However, we played probably the most undeserved draw in history. Can you believe it? Anway, it turned out it was enough to clinch the playoff spot. In the playoff we faced Vaduz, the best Liechtensteiner club playing in Switzerland. We beat them 2-0 and home and 2-1 away to solidify our promotion without much issue. So based on that, I think we had a shot of staying up next season! diegolawliet
New journey. This time I decided to start in Belarus, a country that was one of my favourites when I was a child. Not sure why, maybe a mix between the name, the flag and Alexander Hleb. I always wanted to see Belarus on the World Cup. Stenles Pinsk is one of the three recently promoted teams to the Pieršaja Liha. I selected them because they have a reasonable amount of players in its squad. My job will be decide who is better than who and close a list of 15-16 players in which I'll rely. This is the manager profile. I hope I created the profile following all the rules. I don't think I'll have success, though, but I'll try my best as always. By the way, the club appears in all the places as Stanles and not Stenles, but as in the game it says Stenles I'll keep it.

I generally look for a good sized, well balanced squad , if that means I re-roll the promoted teams 20 times then so be it. In almost every successful first season I’ve had a natural goal scorer and I always seem to do with a 4-4-2 with AMR and AML, focus on wing play with few instructions and just get the ball into your forwards. The other side is of course your feelings towards the club you are managing. You may find the squad is fine and you will survive but feel no connection to the club which usually ends the save for a different reason. Also the key thing, don’t give up, never give up……just ask @Padders Edited June 25 by Neo_Geo

Popular Post Neo_Geo
DOUBLE TREBLE FOR CREWE UNITED AS THE GOOD TIMES CONTINUE TO ROLL Another league title, another 2 domestic trophies and qualification into the Champions League League Phase at the first attempt.....what a ride! Domestically we continued to set the pace and even with the chairman selling Charlie Elliot Y10-A to West Ham just as we made the Champions League League Phase (banking £12m in the process and therefore no need to sell one of our best prospects for £2.2m with no sell on!) We scored fewer than last season but did concede less and Mikie Donnolly Y8-A returned from his half year loan at Sligo Rovers to partner Knox Y4-A up top as a replacement to Elliot. It meant a slight change as Donnolly is a left footed poacher whilst Elliot was pretty much either footed advanced forward but it still worked out well for us. In the cups we nearly pulled off a quadruple but we didn't show up in the SPFL Trust Trophy Final against Raith Rovers (despite being able to field my best team we had 1 shot on target in the whole match). Mid Ulster Cup is pretty much ours now without needing to break a sweat but the national cup and league cup take a bit more effort (saying that we smashed Linfield 6-2 in the League Cup Semi Final as I had wisely rotated my squad to keep them fresh). Europe was a painful delight. Qualifying was incredible but once in the group stages we were whipping boys for the rest however we did get a point (away to PSV) and we didn't have the worst goal difference (we had -18 whilst Dinamo Batumi had -29). I don't mind the losses because at this stage its all about progression and the money has helped fund THREE youth improvements in one year! League Spoiler Domestic Cups Spoiler Europe Spoiler Lucky to get past Dinamo Zagreb but comfortably beat Legia to make the League Phase before taking some amount of beatings. Third year in a row we were biggest overachievers, also Ed Smith Y7-A (Left back on corner duty) had most assists with the now departed Elliot Y10-A having the highest rating from the 6 qualifier legs (probably wouldn't have made the group stage without him). Club News Spoiler The board sanctioned more coaches this season and we are up to 10 as well as approving my request for higher wages for coaches allowing me to get a much better assistant manager in former Espanyol manager Luis Garcia and some better rating coaches. In addition to this we made a training facility improvement plus 3 youth facility improvements (the last one is still in progress and it appears I forgot to screenshot the training facilities one): As a club we are now 2 and a half star reputation and are now the top reputation team in the country! Now we just need to do a spot of catching up with regards to domestic trophies... Youth Intake Spoiler Intake preview was welcome indeed with an A rated striker just after Elliot Y10-A had been sold and the intake did provide that solitary Elite talent that was a striker, Kris Davidson Y12-A, and he looks like he could be a good option in the future as a poacher with some good attributes for now but with a 1.5 current ability rating he may need to bide his time. I like that he has Resolute personality as its one of the better ones to come through in the 12 years of intakes. Welsh striker Jack Thomas Y12-B also looks like he could develop into a decent striker as well. Still the story of Sam Knox Y4-A as far as our records are concerned and we are still waiting on the first international cap by a player at the club. It was great season for Jason McKee Y8-B as he scored 23 goals in 27 starts in the AMC position and now finds himself as the 3 top scorer in the clubs history. Admin Spoiler Elliot Y10-A leaving was thankfully the only big (and forced) sale, though I can't imagine I'll hold onto McMurrayY9-A much longer Key Players Spoiler Sam Knox Y4-A Mr Crewe United has been our main goal threat now for 8 seasons. He's quick, intelligent, calm on the ball and an excellent finisher. Amazingly with 3 penalty taking he has scored a large number of penalties but suffice to say if I can keep a hold of him I'll probably keep him here until he retires as he is a club legend (well he's an icon but in my mind he's a legend). Jason McKee Y8-B Came through the intake as a top talent rather than an elite but he has proven this to be slightly off the mark as he continues to go from strength to strength this year in particular. A really well rounded midfielder who is good on the ball, intelligent, decent work rate and he's so dangerous with late runs to floated crosses at 6'1", 15 jumping reach and 14 heading. Kenneth McMurray Y9-A Another intelligent player but has a bit of aggression to go along with it. McMurray Y9-A is garnering interest from EPL clubs and has been promised to be sold if they meet the £2.5m valuation (they haven't got close to that yet!). He's a superb creative player with vision, decisions and passing but he lacks a little in the physical department however at 19 he still has plenty of time to fill out. 11 assists and 12 goals from 27 starts and 13 sub appearances was a very good return for him this year and I will be doing all I can to retain him this year. Former Player Watch Spoiler Curtis Graham Y6-A Sold to Newcastle United for £250k + 50% of future transfer on 15th June 2032 Graham Y6-A managed to get some game time for Newcastle this season and got his first goals for the club with 3 goals in the FA Cup. He's doing it the hard way rather than getting a move to a championship which I think has happened because I don't have the Championship as a playable league, so I have added that league to see if it changes matters. He now has 8 caps and 3 goals so at least he's starting to get played at an international level with the hopes of him starting to kick on and hopefully get a move away given I lost out on future sale of Barr Y4-A and Elliot Y10-A will only see me get a small development fee percentage. Next Season Spoiler Getting to the stage where I may not need to put this part in the update as it will read the same. The league is still the priority and continuing to loan out the 17 year olds whilst integrating those that went on loan last year or the year before and have shown enough to be given a chance. With higher wages for coaches I will probably start compiling a shortlist for the end of the season when contracts expire to keep pushing the standard of coaching at the club on an upward trajectory. If I lose McMurray Y9-A at the start of the this season it will leave me a little short in the AMC position where this year I was able to rotate quite easily to keep players fresh and obviously losing another of our best players will put us back a little bit. I'd love to see someone break into the national set up and get a cap!
MichaelNevo
6 minutes ago, Neo_Geo said: DOUBLE TREBLE FOR CREWE UNITED AS THE GOOD TIMES CONTINUE TO ROLL Another league title, another 2 domestic trophies and qualification into the Champions League League Phase at the first attempt.....what a ride! League Reveal hidden contents Domestic Cups Reveal hidden contents Europe Reveal hidden contents Lucky to get past Dinamo Zagreb but comfortably beat Legia to make the League Phase before taking some amount of beatings. Third year in a row we were biggest overachievers, also Ed Smith Y7-A (Left back on corner duty) had most assists with the now departed Elliot Y10-A having the highest rating from the 6 qualifier legs (probably wouldn't have made the group stage without him). Club News Reveal hidden contents The board sanctioned more coaches this season and we are up to 10 as well as approving my request for higher wages for coaches allowing me to get a much better assistant manager in former Espanyol manager Luis Garcia and some better rating coaches. Youth Intake Reveal hidden contents Intake preview was welcome indeed with an A rated striker just after Elliot Y10-A had been sold and the intake did provide that solitary Elite talent that was a striker, Kris Davidson Y12-A, and he looks like he could be a good option in the future as a poacher with some good attributes for now but with a 1.5 current ability rating he may need to bide his time. Admin Reveal hidden contents Elliot Y10-A leaving was thankfully the only big (and forced) sale, though I can't imagine I'll hold onto McMurrayY9-A much longer Key Players Reveal hidden contents Sam Knox Y4-A Mr Crewe United has been our main goal threat now for 8 seasons. Former Player Watch Reveal hidden contents Curtis Graham Y6-A Sold to Newcastle United for £250k + 50% of future transfer on 15th June 2032 Graham Y6-A managed to get some game time for Newcastle this season and got his first goals for the club with 3 goals in the FA Cup. He's doing it the hard way rather than getting a move to a championship which I think has happened because I don't have the Championship as a playable league, so I have added that league to see if it changes matters. Good luck with that next batch of youths, hopefully one will get onto the International stage!
diegolawliet
Well, as I mentioned I lasted only a couple of months in Belarus until I've got fired . It's frustrating but I really want to have a long save doing this challenge and I'll try again and again if it's necessary. Actually my fear is to be known as the annoying user that starts a different save twice a week, I promess I want to have a long and succesful one. I thought about not posting anything until I survive the first season, but it's not the same. I don't feel good if I don't post from the very beggining. I changed country again, this time I chose a country that I've never played on: Scotland. I like that they have four divisions and I like even more that to be relegated you have to be in the last position and also lose a playoff. I simulated many times until I got a promoted team in the cinch League Two and this team is East Kilbride. The season preview places us in the third position so we are not candidates to be relegated. It's my best chance to survive this cursed first season for me, Diego Castillo Flores.
