2036/37 Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season fantastically well losing only 1 game in the first 17 to be in and around the top of the league. A poor feb put the team out of contention and although the squad won most games after this, the form of the teams above meant they missed out on CL qualification. Thanks to a tycoon takeover several seasons ago Sevilla won the title for only the 2nd time in their history. In the spanish cup the team reached the Qtr-finals before losing at home to Ponferrada on pens after drawing 1-1. Finances remain strong mostly due to not really spending a lot in the transfer market and being unable to improve the facilities. I did get through another fantastic youth intake full of potential although no players who will make any immediate impact. Club legend Pelayo (447 apps, 35 goals) left at the start of the season after having averaged over 7 in all 12 seasons at the club along with Garrido (293 apps, 10 goals). Youth product Torrecilla (355 apps, 47 goals) left at the end of the season when i could not agree a new deal, Former wonderkid Chandler (157 apps , 47 goals) also left for the same reason having left me with the feeling he had underperformed in his time at the club. My best player this season was Seeman, a player i found in the estonian u21's years ago and have been slowly introducing into the side. @Rainbowz season preview means nothing, the season i've just finished (not the one above) i was predicted 12th having finished well above that for the past 4 seasons. Having a small squad is only a problem if you have loads of injuries, It does mean the team has high cohesion which counts for a lot. I just use youth players to fill in, sometimes they can do a job even though they have no decent rating at all.

2035/36 Table | Squad | Transfers Had a very indifferent season where due to the short turnaround between games (caused by the euro cup II games) i rotated the squad a lot and seemed unable to string a set of decent results together in the league. Goalscoring was also an issue with the team dominating a lot of games only to lose as they couldn't score, a really good 3rd striker is needed. In the spanish cup the team lost 0-1 in the 4th rd to 1st div Oviedo in a match where they only had 2 shots. In Europe the team started with a tough tie against PTM and came through to get into an easy group. Easily won the group and played my reserve players in the last 2 games. In the 2nd KO rd the team lost a tight game 0-1 against Partizan in the 1st leg away. In the home leg the team were 3-0 up and well on top before suddenly conceeding 3 goals in the last 15 mins to go out. Finances continue to do well even with a new ground extension being built as the team is already selling out the 22500 capacity in the new ground. I sold my best player in Kuanyshev (197 apps) as he wanted to go, i should have got more but i am hopeful my youth GK can step up. I sold my record goal scorer David (329 apps, 115 goals) as he wasn't quite up to the standard required. Record app holder Aleman (482 apps, 45 goals) also left as i have a lot of good youth players that i need to get playing to develop further. This season i got through this youth player who is very close to being a first team player. Cobo was far and away my best player really stepping up, seeming at times to be the only player scoring. i always put all the wage budget into transfers and transfer some back when i go over the wage budget. I've noticed that the higher your wage budget the more players will ask for so i keep it as low as possible.

After this i was able to push on and with 10 games to go was in a european spot only to nearly throw it away. won the last 2 games to sneak into 6th with a 88th minute goal to tip the goal difference in my favour. In the swedish cup the team reached the 4th rd but got hammered 0-4 away to 2nd div Granada which was a terrible result. Finances have leveled out with the facilities nearly maxed out and the new stadium extended. Playing in a 40000 seat stadium for half a season also increased the attendance. Signed Guerra after taking him on loan to add depth for next season and as he had become Model Citizen i felt there was more to come. Chandler became my first wonderkid and was my top scorer. Some of the bigger clubs are getting interested now. I notice you don't let many players go, perhaps you need to, to save some wages. Or just sell off those youngsters who will probably never play for the 1st team. That balance is beginning to look scary, i'm guessing you are just paying out too much in wages.

2033/34 Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season on fire and was in the european spots after 10 games but then suffered a huge loss of form among the palyers and won only 1 game in 16 before and after xmas. Finished the season in great form to be only a place down on last season with a point more. In the spanish cup the team went out in the 2nd rd, drawing 0-0 and then losing on penalties away to div 1B Murcia which was really disappointing. Finances continue to look steady with the facilities continuing to improve. Moved into the new stadium which was maxed out prompting the board to extend it. Keller (185 apps, 12 goals) had been a good servant for the club but was going to be let go at the end of the season, getting some money for him in Apr was a bonus. Youth product Victor (196 apps, 3 goals) was also sold as he was no longer good enough Cobo struggled for much of the season but finished in great form to be my top scorer for the season. My scouts spotted Chandler playing for an Aussie club and i wasn't sure about signing him. Labelled 'the next Harry Kane' he could be world class as my coaches say he can improve a lot. I generally let the chairman or DOF handle transfers in and he smashed my transfer record with this spanish u21 player. Pelayo handled the step up to be my player of the season, Ba was signed to play alongside him but ended up in midfield. I had no LB's for much of this season. so much so that Lopez went from awkward to accomplished over the season. Probably done at the same time as the new stadium or another improvement, messages get combined. I had a youth improvement in my game done with a message on completion about a 20 Million loan taken out , that loan was to build a new ground.

Would your strikers not play better as a DLF rather than a F9 since they all have really good finishing and technique. Not sure i would want Lopes as a 2nd striker who doesn't move into channels, he would be better as the AF.

Struggled in the 2nd half of the season with drawing games and a poor feb meant the team relinquished top spot. 6 games without a win in apr/may pushed the team down to 3rd before winning the last 2 games to snatch 2nd and promotion. In the spanish cup the team again did well beating R Irun and Tenerife in the 1st 2 rounds. In the 3rd Rd they faced La Liga S Gijon winning 1-0 at home. In the 4th Rd the team beat Sevilla 2-0 at home. The qtr-final was away to Valencia and the team were lucky to only lose 0-1. Finances continued to do well and the board increased the training and junior facilities. With promotion the board were forced to build a new ground to meet the min 15000 capacity requirements taking out loans to cover it. Sold youth product Gassama (174 apps) as he didn't appear to have the ability to improve further and replaced him with record signing Lopez. I had this youth player come through who looks only jst short of the 1st team level, another player in this intake got called up to the spanish u21's at the end of the season. Cobo came into his own this season and finished as top scorer for the league. David was played deeper as a DLF and probably suffered although he finished the season well. Pelayo has been at the club for a long time but seems to finish most seasons with the best rating and has been fan's player for the last 5 seasons. Table | Transfers | Squad The team started well not losing for the first 7 games of the season and were still in the playoffs by xmas. Due to a cup run the games became every 3 days in feb and mar. A combination of injuries, suspensions and fatigue meant i didn't get my strongest team out and the form suffered with the team dropping to midtable where they were unable to mount a late surge and finished with a bit of a whimper. In the spanish cup 1st rd the team played 1st div Cadiz at home winning 3-2. In the 2nd rd won 2-0 away to Fed 2nd Sta. Eulalia before beating 2nd div Alicante on penalties after drawing 2-2 away. In the 4th rd the team were at home to Barcelona, at 1-0 up they then missed a penalty allowing Sant Andreu to come back to win 2-1 in ET. The Qt-final was at home against A. Madrid and was an even match at 1-1 after 90 mins before my team took control winning 4-2 in ET. Sadly the 2-legged semi-final proved a match too far as Real Sociedad won both legs 4-0. Finances still look good and i was able to convince the board to improve all the facilities this season. Players sales from Mendes (103 apps , 9 goals) and Astralaga (195 apps) helped fund this. Although 1st teamers they both kicked up a fuss about previous bids being rejected so i decided to get rid of them. I made a record signing in Cobo who looked good before missing 4 months through injury in jan. The increased facilities resulted in my best youth intake although none individually stood out. The board is also now looking at a new ground due to attendances being at 90% capacity. Tucao ended the season as top scorer although will be leaving at the end of the season as i could not agree a new deal. A player who really improved this year was youth product Torrecilla who played a lot at AMC and topped the assists this season. Teamwork (or selflessness) for an attacker could be tracking back defensively or just passing to a teammate ina better position to score. thats how i see it.

Maviosio already looks good and has the personality to become the best player in your save. Great work on winning the league when it looked like it was getting away from you.

2029/30 Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season in ok form where the team would win 2 and then lose 2 before hitting some indiffent form in dec and jan with just 1 win in 12 although most of those games were draws. Went back to a pattern of win 1, lose 1, draw 1 until the last 8 games where the team were undefeated and made a late bid for the playoffs before falling short. In the spanish cup the team reached the 2nd rd where they lost to 2nd div Alcoron 2-3 away which was disappointing as they were struggling at the time. Finances continued to improve from tv money. Got the board to improve youth rec and junior coaching and to improve the training facilities at the end of the season. The squad on the whole is quite solid with perhaps la liga quality players needed to improve the squad although LB remains weak and midfield lacks depth. Players tend to moan a lot about being fringe players so its difficult to get that depth. Domench was an example of this who left in mid season after 272 apps and 13 goals (60% coming off the bench). Morer (319 apps, 64 goals) retired although i had better rated youth players by the end. I generally don't sign old players as they fall away too fast but made an expection for Olaza who decided to retire at the end of the season. I only noticed after i signed him how good his set piece attributes were and he ended top for assists.
