Hello, sometimes mortgage loans like that can occur even when the club has good finances to try and give an immediate boost to your transfer budget. However as Michael says above, we will need a save game from before the loan occurs to see if this type of loan is being processed correctly or not. The date loan was taken can be seen for them on Finances -> Debt and Loans tab

Hello @Josh__ We've taken a look at your save, sometimes mortgage loans like that can occur even when the club has good finances to try and give an immediate boost to your transfer budget. Our overall average goals are lower than real life numbers at the moment. We're not going to be lowering them any further.

Hello, this is intended behaviour, the Tactical Familiarity is not just based on a variable generic team familiarity value (which is what gets boosted when you click the button) but also on existing attributes of players and how suited they are to the system.
