  1. The "overspend" refers to your clubs actual cash balance, rather than the transfer budget. This means if you end up in a bad financial position, so for example -£20m in the bank, the transfer budget may actually become a negative amount to show you need to sell players to get the club back into a decent financial standing.
  2. Obviously a lot goes into injuries and how players come to suffer them. It can be anything ranging from simply bad luck through to bad utilisation of the tools in game to mitigate risk. The QA team will take a look into this though and see if anything is unusual or out of place.
  3. Takeovers in general can take a lengthy period of time. Given it has been a few days since you posted the thread, has this since been resolved in your game or is it still ongoing?
  4. The public status being open means that it is still at the initial stage of review just to clarify. In terms of the issue, it is under review now with our QA team and they will take a look into this further.
  5. We are working on the GK issue as you're already aware of. In terms of outfield player injuries though, the overall big picture is a point we're currently happy with. There's a lot of nuance in managing injury risk through training, rest, tactics and substitutions. There is then just the luck element too. If it's sustained across a number of seasons, or saves with different clubs, we can look into it further but the numbers don't seem too unreasonable on the whole so far.
  6. Transfer budgets are determined by the board based on your objective for the season, the risk they're willing to take from a financial perspective versus the clubs current financial situation. Spending, or not spending, the money can have an indirect effect on the following seasons budget as it impacts your current balance depending on the deals you agree. However, the following season the club re-assesses again and makes a new decision. If you'd spent all the money you likely still would have had a budget unless it left you in a risky financial position.
  7. We are aware of an issue in this area and its under review with our QA team. Thanks for taking the time to provide extra examples for us to work with.

  9. Our QA team will take a look into your save and review things further. There's a lot of circumstantial factors involved with injuries to do with schedules, how you deploy your players, tactical intensity so there is a lot for our QA team to review and the impacts this has.
  10. Thank you for sharing this issue with us. Our QA team have it under review and it's an issue we're aware of, but seeing more examples of it happening does help us investigate further.
  11. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us. The QA team have it under review as its an issue we have seen raised a few times, but its good to have more examples to work with.
  12. It's a positive to hear when people are enjoying elements of the game. Even if its counter-intuitive at times like with injuries. This isn't really a bug though so I've changed that on our side, and hopefully you continue enjoying the game. If you do encounter any issues, feel free to share them with us.
  13. The QA team wouldn't be able to investigate issues from twitter posts, any save game files you have demonstrating this issue will help with ongoing investigations that have emerged from other threads you have referenced. A guide on how to share your files is available here: https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/instructions-and-notes/how-to-upload-files-to-us-r98/
  14. Overall injury numbers are at a level we're comfortable with. We are aware of an issue with goalkeeper injuries however and are looking into this further.
  15. Thanks for sharing this one with us, the QA team will take a look into your save file to work out what is happening.
  16. Thanks for sharing this one, our QA team will take a look over the decision making being applied in the background when you follow the steps you've outlined.
  17. Do you have save games available from a before & after transition in personality for any of the players? Given that they're based on the players attributes, including those behind the scenes, it may be that something is changing in regards to one (or more) of those attributes. Equally it could be the case that players attributes would qualify for multiple personality descriptors and it is changing the one displayed and it'd be handy to have a before and after save to investigate that further. A guide on sharing save game files, should you need it, is available here: https://community.sigames.com/bugtracker/instructions-and-notes/how-to-upload-files-to-us-r98/
  18. Thanks for sharing it with us as its good to have more examples of where this is happening. It's an issue our QA team are aware of and its being worked on moving forward.
  19. Thanks for taking the time to share this with us & providing a video so we can see your exact steps to reproduce it. The QA team will investigate further.
  20. If a training session is unavailable for a team you can hover the mouse over it and it will explain why. For example:
  21. Thanks for sharing this one. The QA team will investigate further, and see what they can uncover about the players decision making with signing a new contract at that time.
