    Would you be able to record the sequence to see what is happening on your screen while trying to do a search as its not something we've been able to reproduce on our side. It would be good to understand if you're using any custom elements with the game too so we can get a bit more context.

    Different staff can have different opinions as mentioned. I appreciate that these images are the same date, but the same staff member may even vary in their opinion over time. It's worth keeping an eye on though, if you do have a save game where the same staff member is providing contradicting ratings about the same player on different screens, that would be good to see.

    It's likely there could be an issue with the picture for this player in the pack itself. Have you tried deleting that image pack and seeing what happens then?
