Must be golden toilets installed for Directors only I guess That's just horrendous mismanagement, feels like a bug to be honest. I'd be in the same position as you questioning whether to carry on as thats going to make it much harder financially.

It’s not for the faint hearted anyway, I only watch key highlights but there are dozens in most games

So I wanted to be attacking..... Positionally we don't look bad for the goals that were conceded, so I think with better defenders the tactic could work at keeping goals conceded lower however as long as my front line are racking up the goals we are getting points on the board. I'm also seeing a lot of worldies getting scored (both teams), is anyone else seeing a high frequency of insanely good strikes? Looking at the rest of the league it's not just my matches that have really heavy scoring, take a look at this match week: My managerial record in Israel is as follows: P 25 W 17 D 4 L 4 GF 81 GA 41 My matches are averaging out at 3.24 - 1.64

Compared to my Danish save in the first few months the board sanctioned: Coaching Course Junior Coaching Increase Youth Recruitment Improvement I have a good feeling about the start of this save and I'm finding being aggressive and on the front foot is more often than not yielding results.

Yeah it can be a bit illogical at times. I found when I got the squad depth issue I said about the youth prospects, it only buys some time and obviously if you are in the first season its likely they'll be annoyed about it but it was usually manageable. Don't they understand its a Youth Challenge and we can't strengthen?

Missed opportunity of winning a cup just a couple of months into the job and the first game we fail to score. We were the better side, just couldn't break the deadlock.

Got a little bit of time to get started on my Israel save and there are a few interesting points straight away. Here is my 19 year old keeper who was already here Melika doesn't want to talk to me about a new contract as the squad isn't strong enough Melika cannot play in league games as month to month contract players are ineligible (luckily my back up keeper who is also 19 looks to have potential but not at the same level as Melika who is already with the Israeli U23s) I didn't realise there was a National League Cup so I've had to amend my bingo card I said I was going to go attacking........here's my first 4 games in charge

So for my Hapoel Ra'anana attempt I've created my kits.... I've created a custom bingo card for Israel.... I didn't think I've ever start the save off completing any of these objectives but I found out that Hapoel Ra'Anana have over £5.3m in the bank! Now I've sorted this out I can get started with the game when I get the chance!

Can't motivate myself to continue with Bronshoj after 4 first team players retired and it looks like Bruun YP25-A will be leaving. I think I have newsaveitis, I'm sure of it For something completely different and going back to a 2 tier setup (where all of the clubs in the second tier are professional) I'm going to give Israel a go I've also decided that rather than continuously chopping and changing formation I'm going to go for a specific formation and stick with it and retrain players specifically to fit that style (could be a total disaster but I wanted to try something a little different) @darren1983 new season date for Israel is 19th June 2024 for different teams sim from 16th May 2024 (last league game in National League is 17th May) For anyone looking to run this league here are the details of the 20 re-loads I did: I have opted to take over at Hapeol Ra'anana a club who had been in the Premier League for 7 consecutive season s before having a downward turn: The formation I want to play will be attacking and the board and supporter culture is a great fit for this challenge. 2,500 all seater stadium and decent facilities is also a bonus so here we go! (again) The squad looks in really good shape with no one over 30 but with 4 27 year olds for that bit of experience. I'll most likely not be making massive inroads into this save tonight, I'll have my club kits (3 of them) and Bingo Card to sort out then I can get to work on this one.....already have a good feeling about it (let's see how long that lasts!)

Yeah, waited till I had at least a b+ rating, then got that line. Then thought after guaranteeing survival again in the 2nd season being in the promotion group but in the red it was the finance excuse It’s bonkers when the other coaches can fund their own course, we have career earnings yet can’t fund it ourselves or give an ultimatum “I have no intention of leaving the club but if you don’t let me develop my skills to improve this club I will leave the club by resigning”

Good luck. Hope you fare better than I have with the coaching badges, 2 seasons in and the board won’t sanction it even when we’ve been in the black.

@aldojags I guess set piece coaches want to be paid 500k a week if your board don’t think you can afford one.

Clearly they haven’t adjusted the GK injury rates since the full release

Just fired up a quick sim for this and get the same,I guess you are meant to run the sim with only 3 tiers since Follo are now in the third tier in season 2 and @XaW is managing them so you don't have to start at the 4th tier (as its not possible by the looks of it)

If you get the sack its the end of that save. If you saved the game at the point where you selected your team you could take over one of the other teams (since you haven't actually managed a game saves you simming a year again)

Any chance we can end the season now? Really pleasing start, we seem to be a lot better in front of goal, still giving away too many goals though
