I begin the challenge with Lyn! I am on FM23 Touch, so we'll see how this goes

I'm kinda stuck, just signed a guy who looked pretty good to be my HoYD, then turns out I hired him to be a coach... is their any way I can assign him to do the Youth Intake?

Does anyone have any tips for managing this challenge in England? I wanna attempt it there, but it seems pretty difficult considering you need 5 promotions.

In the end, we go to Welling United. They’re currently 20th in the National League South, so not exactly the worst team we could’ve gotten. Anyway, let’s see how we do in our first month along with a little squad overview!

To begin, we had no offers from the Vanarama Regional Leagues. There were three Vanarama National offers: York City, Dorking, and Maidstone, but we can’t manage them sadly.

I decided to begin a journeyman, however with a twist. That twist being we can’t manage a team for more than one season. Also, we can’t move up a tier if we haven’t gotten promoted to that league. TLDR: If we didn’t get promoted from the National League, we can’t then manage in League Two. Anyway, Now let’s see what offers we got!

September 2023 Recap Westfield Wanderers Currently undefeated in the league, as well as making it past the US Open Cup First Qualfiers. Absouletly perfect so far. Currently top of the league, as the media predicted. This is the only bad part: Predrag Brkic left for Saint Louis FC. I expected this to happen, but definietly didn't want it to happen... Thus, this is our new starting lineup.

I decided to start a new save, this time a International Management save with Bermuda. Our goal is simple: Winning all three major international tournaments we can possibly win in North America. That being, in order of importance, the Nations League, the Gold Cup, and the elusive World Cup. I will be upgrading the Youth Rating as we go on, with a system I have in place: +1 YR - Win a Friendly +2 YR - Win Promotion in the Nations League +3 YR - Qualify for 1st World Cup, Win our 2nd or more Nations League trophies +4 YR - Win our 1st Nations League, win our 2nd or more Gold Cup trophies +5 YR - Win our 1st Gold Cup +10 YR - Win a World Cup

March/April 2023 Recap Westfield Wanderers Pretty good results, although that loss did bite us back as you'll see later. Probably wouldn't have won the league anyway... We for whatever reason had another Youth Intake, this one was just a tiny bit worse No Transfers

Feburary 2023 Recap Westfield Wanderers While we did lose in the Rothenburg Cup, we went undefeated in the league, so a very good month overall We're still second, as Black Rock are a very good team As I expected, some players were sold. Kevin McDonald decided to head to Vancouver FC, meanwhile Jacobo Cordova headed to the Baltimore Barons. Alex Sunday was sold to AFC Cleveland, but it wouldn't let me take the screenshot because of the Windows toolbar covering it.

November 2022 Recap Westfield Wanderers We absoluetly hammered Blackwatch Rush 5-0 in our only game in November Wow! I was definietly not expecting to be in 2nd, although no one above us except for Black Rock actually won their games. No Transfers again, next recap will be for Feburary

October 2022 Recap Westfield Wanderers We've pretty much gotten an entirely knew team, thanks to our Youth Intake Things wen't massively downhill this month, as we've only won a single game this month in the league. Currently fifth in the league, hasn't been going well at all. No Transfers in October, which I think is weird but whatever.

September 2022 Recap Westfield Wanderers We're currently undefeated in the league, and gave made it to the Third Qualifying Round of the US Open Cup. The only issue is that transfers out have been REALLY abundant, so I'm not sure this is going to last. Literally our whole team left, including all of our reserve players... yeah this sucks. (There's actually more, It would just take a long time to get screenshots for everyone who left)

To me the team doesn't look as good as the media are saying it is, but we'll see if i'm right or wrong.

This is a very difficult challenge, like the only thing I could think of that would be more difficult is a youth-only save in the Pitcarin Islands, but they don't have a league. You're definitely insane, but in the best way possible

Westfield Wanderers Introduction So one of my favorite databases in the whole wide world of FM right now is the CONCACAF Extended Universe Databases. So, why not do a save in them? Now I really only had one idea in my head: A Youth-Only save. However, because I'm not the greatest at FM. So, I gave myself max facilities. Now I know that sounds like it would be too easy, so what I did is I made it a Create-A-Club team, along with me starting in the 10th tier. I chose to put the team in Westfield, New Jersey. Maybe it's because I'm from there :D. Anyway, Let's see how we do! (also, the 25 is not part of the name, I originally made the team for another reason)

I think it's because your team is a University team, at least I think.

I'm goin again! This time it's a Youth Academy Challenge using Niek's Liechtensteiner Bundesliga DB. Beginning as FC Schaan, we'll have to see how this one goes!
