Pretty much the same as normal. If the lowest tier has relegation, then holiday for a season and take over a newly promoted club. For those leagues who DON'T have relegation in the lowest tier, then holiday for a season and take over the team who finished bottom. Though we've only allowed for databases who have at least 2 tiers. So places like San Marino and Gibraltar, who both only have 1 tier, cannot be used. My current attempt in Russia includes a custom DB. In the vanilla game, Russia have 2 tiers, but I wanted to go a bit deeper, so I found a file that added two more tiers, so I started with a team who got promoted into the 4th tier in Russia and just play as normal.

JLAB
ACN Siena 1904 - 2039/40 Season Review This season was our first in Europe, and it showed rather heavily. We were in a relegation fight for most of the season and it was only after I bit the bullet and made changes to my formations that things started going well for us. Changing to two up top made things easier for us, especially when some of my best talents could express themselves a bit more as a result of the move. We were one match away from not only getting into the Europa League knockouts, but also getting into the Europa Conference Leagues. In the end, we did neither as Schalke beat us 3-0 to knock us out of Europe altogether. A good season for me since it meant that I had to adapt to the congested nature of a team playing European football every year and we don't have that kind of depth just yet. I was so grumpy by the end of the season that I acknowledged that things needed to be tinkered going forward, and both our training and youth facilities get downgraded at the end of the season. I made sure to get the board to upgrade them immediately, so they will both be state of the art facilities by Christmas next season. Life is good in that regards.

Popular Post steve.rush
Sannois SG 2043-2044 I changed tactical approach for the first time in over twenty seasons and what a year. We sat in third for pretty much all season. Club records set in points, goals scored and goals conceded. We can never seem to make any headway in the French Cup. This time we lose to AS Saint-Etienne, 2-1 at home in the Tenth Round In the Euro Cup II, we went all the way, beating Sevilla 2-1 in the final, setting records for goals scored along the way. Our first European trophy. Lucas Perez 35e was on fire all year. 48 goals is outstanding. Mohamed El Joubi 36e was our main provider. Our best player by far is Yacoub Vasquez-Garcia 39a. He won't sign a new contract so we may have to cash in. Targets for next year are to keep pushing in the league, a better domestic cup run and a good showing in the Champions League.

Popular Post ANGL
CLUB ESPORTIU EUROPA - SEASON 11 (31/32) Salvation was the aim of the season, and (against most odds) salvation has been. We were in a hard fight during the first half of the season, and then a bad run with 7 straight loses put us in real danger. But after that bad run came a good one, and with 12 matches without a lose (6W, 6D) we sealed our salvation with 2 matches to go. Performance in Copa Del Rey was poor, losing in second round against CD Badajoz, a lower division team. Three players from last intake went almost straight to the first team: Joan Sanz 10A, Johan Bergh 10D and Baltasar Calvo 10C (who has made his first team international debut with Andorra with only 16 years). The squad is overpopulated now and some players will have to leave this summer - but I hope I can keep Sergi Fernández 8H, who I consider my best propect at the moment (I really doubt It). Looks like a nice generation too, but will need some good central defender on the future. In other terms, we had a takeover, the second of the save: And it looks like a really generous one: With that money and with increased money from TV, we end the season with 4.2M€ in benefits. I have given a good use to that, and now hold a Continental A Licence. Also, all the facilities have been updated: now we have adequate training and youth facilities, with a good academy coaching and excellent youth recruitment. A new stadium is also projected, and currently we are looking for an adequate site to it.

XaW
FC Novokuznetsk - Season 2035/36 Review Table | Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, that was quite a surprising season! I had no idea what to expect from this league, but apparently, the difference is not that big! At least for us. So we are promoted to the top tier after back to back promotion, and I do feel like we do deserve it after the hell that is the Russian 3rd tier for 12 seasons. We will be favourites for relegation though, since I really don't think the squad is good enough for the Russian top tier. But perhaps the top teams are just so much better than the rest? I mean, Spartak Moscow's 2nd team won the 2nd tier ahead of us. So perhaps we have a slight chance if the poorest teams are around our level. Hopefully there's some money to be made soon, since the only reason we are not about £2m in the red is because we got another loan. In the Kubok Rossii we beat FK Tyumen to reach the 4th round group stage. There we finished 2nd, behind Lokomotiv Moscow, and ahead of Avangard Kursk and got knocked out. Youth We keep getting good intake, but as we've seen the last few seasons, it might not mean much. Yeah, this is not a good intake... Liu Shuang 36b is a decent talent, but not amazing. U21s: They only played friendlies. U18s: They finished 1st in the Russian U18 Division - Siberia Group 2 and qualified. In the Group stage the finished 2nd and qualified from there as well. In the knockout rounds they beat Dnepr Smolensk U18s, Smena KnA U18s, and eventually, Avangard Kursk U18s to win the whole thing! Statistics: Spoiler That's China added to the list. Record Breakers: Most goals in a season: Vladimir Shevchenko 30c - 41 Most league goals in a season: Vladimir Shevchenko 30c - 41 Most goals in a match: Vladimir Shevchenko 30c - 5 Most goals in a league match: Vladimir Shevchenko 30c - 5 Most league apps overall: Lorenzo Coppo 22d - 344 Trophy cabinet: Russian Second Division - Group 1 - 1 (2034/35) Russian U18 Division (U18s) - 1 (2035/36
keeper#1
Farnborough January 1, 2036 Update Our offense has been on fire all season. We ripped off an unbeaten streak of 16 games. We put the opposition on the backfoot and don't let them attack us. I've made a couple of tactical tweaks which has us shooting more leading toward more goals which leads to the opposition playing more defensive which reduces their offensive chances. It's a vicious cycle that works in our favor. Near the league lead in goals per game, shots per game, xG Goals against per game. We are firing on all cylinders. Our defense could have been even better but my darn chairman keeps selling players above my head. Good news is we have sold over 25 million pounds worth of players. We have yet to cash on a poached player clause. Soufaine Dghoughi 25A continues to rake in the appearances mainly due to a lack of options in the midfield. Armando 27F has moved past Jamie Loft 26F in goals by an academy player. However, Austin Power 31G is quickly closing in on him. Tafadzwa Mutasa 31A is now our most capped international player even though he has spent the last two seasons playing in our U23 team. I'm hoping this poor class is due to the strength of her current players but time is short for my new Head of Youth Development. This is not a good first impression.

JaytheGreat
Season 2023 Squad, Profile, Transfers, Table Starting with the big news. We are moving on up to the Swedish 1st Division! Unlike last season we started the season off quick going our first 6 games without a loss, We were in the top 3 for most of season and unlike last year the team's we were battling dropped off in the last 4 games while we didn't. Our attackers played well, and so did GK Anton Kjellsson but our midfield and RBs tended to struggle. We made the most of our set pieces as we lead the league in goals from corners, Our depth doesn't fill me with great hope for the next year but I'm happy to be there. Intake players Andreas Holmen 22D and Peter Norell 22H gave us some good win off the bench. In other team news it wasn't just the Main team that won something but the U19s won their league as well. Popular Post Winski
BFC Dynamo End of season review 2027/2028League Table | Finances |Facilities | Youth intake | Transfers | Competitions Overview Our first season in the Bundesliga, and what a season it was. We were never in danger of relegation. With a bit of more luck we could have qualified for Europe! But to be honest: we overachieved. We got some nice players, but when I compare our squad with other squads in the Bundesliga, then we are the weakest team of the league. By miles. I think every team underestimate us, and that that is a big factor that we won a lot of our matches. But I will not complain! This was a dream debut in the Bundesliga. And with this 11th place, we earned almost € 50 million, so we will not have any financial problems anymore. We even got State of the Art Youth Facilities now So yes, I am a very happy man. We still can't compete in the Cup. In all those years we never got further then the 3th round. Also this season we lost in the 2nd round. I play mostly with my B-team, because I want my players to be fit for the competition. But maybe I must take the Cup more serious from now on. We also had a very big outgoing Transfer. Our best player, Ibrahim Arim 23a, was sold on Deadline Day to Schalke 04 for € 20 million. I got more bids for him, but rejected most of them. But when Schalke came with a bid on Deadline Day, I negotiated and asked for 20 million with 50% of his next transfer fee. And they accepted it But I could accept the offer. Not only for the money, but also because we got some really nice talents who can play even more now. And he did well after the transfer, he played 14 matches in the Bundesliga and he scored 4 goals for them. Best players The player with the highest avr. rating was my goalkeeper Damian Schobert. He's the last real player from the original squad who is still playing for us. He is a fantastic goalkeeper for us. And the media was suggesting that the manager of the national team, Jürgen Klopp, must give him a call-up for the national team. I don't think he is good enough for that level, but it's great to read all those news items about him. Even more because he is a real player. Philipp Stein 25l was the man in form this season. He is only 18 years old, but in his debut season he scored 12 Bundesliga goals and 10 assists. He is developing into a really nice player for us! And the same can be said about Emir Halili 26a, our Libero. He will be a future star, for sure. He is only 17 years old! I think that he can develop into a fantastic player. Youth intake I changed my HoyD halfway the season. This is the preview with my old HoyD: But then I decided to sack Arnoud-Michel Royon. Not that I was unhappy with him, but I had the chance to hire this legend. His stats are way better then Royon. But when I hired him, the youth intake preview also changed: The actual intake was fantastic. With Tom Büchler 28a we got a potential gold mine. We've got our own Arjen Robben! Popular Post steve.rush
Sannois SG 2044-2045 3rd place again which is great. Lyon were on top most of the year and we were never really close. Paris SG had an awful year. We finally overachieved in the French Cup, going all the way and winning comfortably 3-0 against Brest in the final. A decent first showing in the Champions League. We finished 3rd in the group of death and qualified for the Euro Cup. We did great in the Euro Cup and came one game away from a final place but Man Utd taught us a lesson in the away leg. Lucas Perez 35e was once again top scorer with 37 and Mohamed El Joubi 36e provided 11 assists on the year. Joseph Enama 39c and Mael Renaud 31b are our stand out players. Reluctantly, we accepted a bid from Man City for Yacoub Vasquez-Garcia 39a. He made it into the French National Team and wouldn't sign a new deal. Keep pushing on. I think we can win the league in the next few seasons and getting beyond the group stage of the Champions League has to be the next target.

JaytheGreat
2023 Youth Intake We get 2 right away useful players in Svensson and Olsson. Svensson looks better then last year's youth intake fullback Peter Norell. Olsson will come in as the main back up on the right wing if I can get him trained their. It's a decent class but the fact that we can't improve our facilities means our players aren't really growing but we just don't have the money to improve them. Giannis Manasis becomes our second dual national player as he holds both Swedish and Greek nationalities.
Popular Post Morpheus13
Chengfeng Season 40/41 Review Table - Squad - U23Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances Again a good Season, finishing 7th. A very solid defense helped us throughout the season and Bai Ran finding his scoring touch again, in what might be the last season in which he is our starting striker, with Zhao Ke improving alot during his loan spell in the Jia League. But the key I think, is that we have no real holes in our team right now. In every Position we have at least one decent player, even tho we could use some depth. The board behaved this year and I was able to keep the players I wanted to keep, even tho Interest was high. We sold some of the players who didnt made a jump. Some of them could become decent I guess, but they didnt progress enough for me. This leaves us with 13 Millions in the bank and our facilities are really good now. And the nice thing is, that it shows in the intakes. Another good one this year: I think 4 or 5 players could become important first team players in the future. Unfortunately the personalities are not the best. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------First Team As I said, we dont have any real holes in our first team, and some young players are coming through, progressing nice and fast. The youngest of them seems to be the best one, with Zhao Ke (40A) coming back from loan and surely will play his part next season. But also Niu Yifan (38C) is progressing nicely and could become our midfielder who has the ball alot, with great flair, technique and decision making. Love him Next to him, it is still He Gang (34E), Li Ming (37B), Zhang Jejiun (37A) and Bai Ran (33A) and Liu Hongliang who are the most important. ---------------------------------- Retirement He Sen retires after 355 appearances and 134 goals scored for the club. JLAB
ACN Siena 1904 - 2040/41 Season Preview So I forgot to bring this up yesterday, but our new season preview came in and we're in a position that we're not bottom, but we're not great either. Can only hope that the team can do really well.
SuperRedditch
Gonna give this a real go, for once. Decided to go for Spain and have chosen Real Jaén. The team looks solid but OLD and lacking a recognised left-back. Not much in the way of existing youth prospects but there's a couple I can work with. Time to sort out staff and commence the grind.
Popular Post JAwtunes
So, we made it to our first European final... and it was the big one. I was going to post last night but thought that might jinx it (turns out keeping quiet didn't help). Can't see us making another final again for a while but that's ok. ANGL
So, my board decides that the cost of a new stadium would be too high to asume... But just 10 minutes after that, they go and decide to get a 14.5M€ loan to build it Anyway, the stadium will be built in Barcelona, so in my romantic mind we will be based in the same neighborhood (Gràcia) - although in real life it would be almost impossible to build a football stadium there.
Popular Post witticism
Season 2025/2026 So After the usual winter struggles and some injuries it's come down to this. We lost both ties with Bordeaux so reaching them was going to be a near impossible task but maybe, just maybe, second place was still possible.. It wasn't ...but promotion was our dream all along, we all knew such lofty ambitions was winning were for other people, right lads? ...lads? Maybe We'd have to go through the playoffs if we were to do it at all First came Le Havre, having drawn both times we've faced them this season I wasn't overly confident Okay, maybe. We'd have to beat whoever it was that got relegated from Ligue 1 this season and that wasnt going to be easy Didn't they just get promoted last season? glennuk
Long time lurker. Ex avid poster. Enjoying reading through all of your careers, and thinking I may have a go when FM 22 comes out. I did see an article today, that reminded me of this challenge so hope it is okay to share - https://firsttimefinish.co.uk/2021/04/08/msk-zilina-feature/
Winski
Look at this! Damian Schobert has been called up for the German National Team!!! The last real player in our squad, 29 years old now. He has been amazing for us. He is one of our Team Leaders, his average ratings are very high every season. And this is his present for all of the hard work in the last 7 seasons. Damian Schobert, who is playing in Regionalliga Nordost at the start of FM21, has been called up for the German National Team. Can't believe it. I don't think he will play, but this is fantastic already.

Popular Post steve.rush
Sannois SG 2045-2046 In the Trophee des Champions, we set the tone for the year with a 5-1 hammering of Lyon. Smashed the league. Our first Ligue 1 title. At one point, we went 19 games unbeaten before games stacked up toward the end. First part of the challenge complete! In the French Cup, we made it all the way to the final but AS Monaco were the better team on the day and beat us 3-1 We made easy work of the group stage of the Champions League. In the knockout stages, we beat Rangers, Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund to set up a final versus Chelsea at Celtic Park. Spoiler We raced into a 3-0 lead and held on until the break. I expected more from Chelsea and they managed to pull one back early in the second half. We continued to hold on until the 94th minute where we won and scored a penalty to put the icing on the cake. 4-1 and Sannois SG are Champions of Europe! Challenge Complete!
