libbyshuss
Lyra Lierse - the purgatory that is FM Belgium First National division (tier 3) - 2027/28 League Finish: 12th Another season of treading water, but the team is now almost exclusively youth intake players and therefore stupidly young.Ā Ā Players Top Scorer: Kamil Patylik 25B (19 in 36 games) Not quite as good a season as last season but still our top scorer. Only two years left on his contract so realistically i've only got one more chance to get promotion before I have to sell him Player of the Season: Yannick Tshibwabwa (7.36 rating from 32 games) One of the prospects from the U19 team when i took over, he is now looking like a phenomonal talent. Missed a few games halfway through the season to go to Afcon and sit on the Congo subs bench Finally got his full debut at the end of the season. Another one with only 2 years left on his contract that i'll probably have to cash in on Ā Youth Another nice preview and intake! only thing keeping me going in Belgium is the conveyer belt of talent Ā Finances well..... this isn't a huge surprise The board too out a 10 year 3.8m loan which buys us a little more time to make something happen, but the 35k a month repayments aren't a huge help tbh and then at the end of the season we get this..... and there's nothing we can do about it Ā career It's frustrating here, but I knew that before I went in. Hopefully we'll get a lucky break soon but it's difficult to see where from to be honest.

HanziZoloman
"Don't know what to say." Earl of Grey Season 58/59 Spoiler Ā It's late and I am writing the update. My family is already sleeping and I just finished the season. It was ups and downs. After the drop from Championship we struggled a long time, never dropping into full relegation threat but also not in a safe midfield place. The Earl took a few tactical adventures to get that ship up but it was always two steps back two steps forward. It's a Vanarama National Team, a decent one but I cannot believe that we competed with the same players in the Championship and played a solid season (from December). I am a bit frustrated, I thought we would play better. But there are some positives: We were among the best possession teams (3rd) which was intended, also 1st in pass completion. We're 6th in fewest conceded, which is also nice. The area we were struggling was offense. We never got it rolling. Our best striker is actually a winger Kevin Baker. The young man has been one of the most promising prospects ever but always heavily affected by his inconsistency. 36 goals and 19 assists in 137 matches is looking better than it's truly is. Most matches he stayed quiet and had a big match with some goals or/and assists once in a while. He will leave on a free transfer to Scottish side FC Dundee. A huge step forward was made by AP Loric Kalala (he is now ranked 1st in the DNA stats with 171 points). He is amazing but still needs to contribute more, 4 goals and 8 assists, 1.18 OP Key Passes/ Match is not what we're looking for. In MC there will be a lot of competition next year. Adam Needs (21), Aron Churchuss (20) and Chris Boness (17) will all get a lot of playing time. Needs (5 goals/ 5 assists)Ā is a player like Kevin Baker with huge potential but showing it all to few. Boness (1/4) on the other hand gives the rather slow MC more speed. Aaron Churchuss (7/2) played in DM but will move up into MC because we have some good DM returning from their loans. Spoiler Despite having the best players in Offense we were best in the defense. We will take it and move forward everyone at the club needs to make a few steps more. We got new training facilities which makes them "good" now that gives us all a smile. I hope especially our youth training will profit from the new facilities but of course as well our seniors. Next year we aim for a mid-table finish. The Earl wants to see more goalscoring maybe we can improve it and move up a few places like 10th.Ā In the cups we didn't show up well and dropped out early.Ā Tactical we played with a high press more often but changed into a mid-block later. The Earl is missing defenders and a good striker. Frankie Stannard who should developed into a Drogba Player didn't do so, he developed backwards and new challenging Neufville is interesting but is missing strength and jumping reach. We can field him as a F9 but it doesn't make sense with two Wingers. Maybe two IW with stay wider can be an option but we didn't look too good playing with IW this year. The Earl is still not sure about his approach which is annoying. Spoiler Ā
Popular Post glennuk
Rein Meer AKA ReinBerg - Season 13 - Japan J2 League - Mid Year Review League - 12th so far A up and down first half of the season. We definitely look like we belong in League 2, as we are too good to go down and not consistent enough to go up. Saying that we are only 7 points from the playoff spots so a late season run could see us fight for promotion. Youth Intake Preview We have a new HOYD and I know that this intake is mostly from the old HOYD as it takes time for them to make their mark. However I can't help but feel very disappointed in the preview, Worst one for a few years. A bunch of C's, D's and E's leaves me with little hope of any first teamer coming through the first intake thatĀ Takamasa Koike has been HOYD for. Other News We got another Youth Recruitment upgrade. Meaning we are now at: Exceptional Academy Coaching Excellent Youth Recruitment Ā 50% Sell on Clause - SUCCESS Kenta Kawai (YP08B)Ā - We loved him when he was at the club, but we love him even more now we have a 50% sell on clause payment that will add up to over 300,000 Ā Lastly - Masahiko Iwanaga (YP10H) What happened here?!?!? This guy was not even on my radar 18 months ago and now he is at a Decent J1 League level. He has played a ton this season due to his quick and sudden growth, but of course is wanted by bigger clubs (J1 League and clubs in China). Being a H listed player means he wasn't even on my radar during the youth intake either, as my 8th best player tagged!?!?!

Sdp9511
End of Season Review Season 2027/28 Le Puy Season Summary- This season started of slow, but ended up going quite well. We ended up 7th only 5 points away from the promotion play-off, if we had done better in the early part of the season we definitely could have caught up with the top 3. It is also the season where our second group of youngsters became part of the starting line up. We ended up having 4 players from our youth academy, being part of the starting line-up. With one other player on the bench. The goal is to keep growing, and fight for those top spots next season, as we are losing quite a bit of money in this division. Season Details Transfers Out- No sales Youth Candidates- this was an okay youth intake, the primary goal is for the young goalkeeper Kevin Labonne to become a starter. Especially with our current goalkeeper wanting to leave this season. The winger also looks decent but needs to improve quite a bit to become part of the squad Key Players Jules MeyerĀ - My player of the season, he scored 7 goals and assisted 6 from the CAM position. Maxence FournelĀ - Was the best striker I had this season with 10 goals and 7 assists. I moved him to the right-wing when Karamoko got injured, which also allowed our young striker more game time. Mehdi Beneddine-Ā Was my backup left back/ left wing, but he overperformed and scored 7 goals and got 3 assists. Goran Grahovac- Our young player of the season, after having quite a few games of the bench last season. I decided that he would start this season, even though he wasn't good enough. But thanks to that he grew massively and ended up being our best youngster this season. He's a bit slow, but he's got some good stats where it is needed to play my dlp. Best Young PlayerĀ Abdelkader Belahdj- this youngster was the best player In our team when he arrived in our youth intake, and he started nearly every game for us from his 16th birthday (youngest player of all time at our club 16y 0d). Popular Post Anners
Previous Post: On 07/01/2024 at 19:26, Anners said: Previous Post: Ā 2057/58Ā Season Report Club:Ā Tranent FC (Scotland) League:Ā Scottish Premiership League: Bit of a disaster season here in the league - although oddly we were actually pretty decent in other competitions! As you can see we got Europa League qualification and that was done through retaining the Scottish Cup: Europe: We managed another decent run, although we seem to be stuck at the Round of 16 stage. Not entirely a bad thing, but considering our poor domestic season we're clearly still far away from where we want to be. Youth Intake: Again, not a hugely interesting intake. Although we now have an absolute army of high potential strikers which is okay, but would prefer a lot more rounded intakes! Other Business: BRB just off to go do another challenge with an affiliate: Their name came up and I giggled. Probably better alternatives but couldn't resist something to make me laugh, especially this far into a save! Edinburgh City also managed to get promoted (they are my affiliate too) out of the Championship, largely thanks to some loans from little old Tranent! They had this from Aleksander Zhelyazkov - what an absolute monster of a year! Also, another last word (I don't know how many posts I've ended with this) about Solomon Frimpong. Now 36 years old, he's still banging on 7 out of 10 ratings every week and contributing. He clearly doesn't have long left, but he's now at 864 total appearances with 488 goals. I didn't think he'd get to 900 but I think he's got a realistic chance now! Full History: Ā Reveal hidden contents Last 5 Years: Ā 2058/59Ā Season Report Club:Ā Tranent FC (Scotland) League:Ā Scottish Premiership League: Back with some Tranent content! It's been nearly a month so will do another post a bit later on with a round up of the team and and outlook on 2059/60. We've basically finished roughly where I think we are in terms of quality, so this is actually a reasonably decent season to pick up with. St Johnstone finally pick up their first league title after several years of under-achieving. This now means we've had 7 different winners in the last 15 years, with 6 different winners in the last 7 years (again!): It's actually quite difficult to tell who the best team in Scotland is now, although you'd probably lean towards Hibernian but they seem to absolutely love finishing 2nd. Europe: If Hibs like finishing 2nd, then we love getting knocked out at the Round of 16 in any European competition at the moment! We also seem to love getting knocked out by English clubs lately as well. West Ham this year and then Arsenal the previous 2 years. They're far and away the best league in the world so I'm not too surprised. Just hoping that they can knock themselves out at some point! Cups: I'd usually just link this in a url and not post the picture, but this has to be seen to be believed somewhat. We went 4-2 up against Arbroath in the 94th minute at home and I was pretty happy we were going through. The players on the other hand...? 2 96th minute goals sends us to extra time and then we lose on penalties. Nightmare. The Scottish Cup was a little bit more kind to us though! That's now our third consecutive Scottish Cup win. I'd kinda prefer to be getting knocked out and taking 3 consecutive league titles, but this will at least help the club! And those who are paying attention - yes, Solomon Frimpong is still here, banging in cup final winning goals at 37 years old. More on him in the next post.... (spoiler alert, he's actually had 2 of his best seasons for years!). Youth Intake: Quick note on the youth intake - nothing extremely special in terms of ability, but I am very happy to get another high potential central defender! We're now very stable at the club, so it's a bit easier hanging onto players and improving them. Full History: Spoiler Last 5 Years:

CJ'43
Kavala Football Club / ĪĪøĪ»Ī·ĻĪ¹ĪŗĻĻ ĪĪ¼Ī¹Ī»ĪæĻ ĪĪ±Ī²Ī¬Ī»Ī± Season 11 - 2034/35 Schedule / Squad / Transfers / Finances / Manager Ā Season Summary: history has been made! Kavala qualified for Europe for the first time ever! We kicked off the season on a high note, only losing five games in the regular phase, finishing 5th and securing a 7-point lead over Volos. In the championship group, we managed to win three out of ten games. However, Volos performed even worse, earning only two points in this phase. This meant we finished 5th with a comfortable 15-point lead over Volos, securing our spot in the UEFA Conference League. Next season, we'll be the only Greek team in the Conference League. Robbie Keane's PAOK won the Europa League, granting three Champions League spots to Greek teams next seasonāPAOK, Olympiacos, and AEK. Panathinaikos will be competing in the Europa League. In the Greek Cup, we suffered a disappointing defeat to Asteras Tripolis with an aggregate score of 10-2. I had already anticipated this outcome as we played with many U19 players and rotated the squad. Alongside our historic European qualification, another record was set during the last winter transfer window. We sold Thanasis Gogolos to the Saudi team Al-Hazem for 10 million euros. Given the challenging task of keeping him and our financial situation, it was a reasonable deal. Gogolos made a significant impact, playing 73 games and scoring 31 goals for Kavala in two and a half seasons. His departure left a mark on the club, but with the profit, we invested 2.3 million in the youth facilities, 875k in the training facilities, and increased our junior coaching budget to an exceptional level. Despite leaving midway through the season, Gogolos was our second-highest scorer, only surpassed by Ilias Manafis, who scored 23 goals and secured the second-highest goal scorer title in the Greek league. Alexandros Toungelidis was our most consistent player, participating in 31 matches with an average rating of 7.18 points per game. He also clinched the 3rd place in the Greek Player of the Year award. To cap off the season, I was honored with the Manager of the Year award in the Greek Super League. This summer, after a historic season for Kavala, four of our players were called up by the U21 team of Greece to participate in the Euros: Karypidis, Pindonis, Danidis, and Christou. The Greek national team dominated the group stage matches, defeating Italy and the Netherlands on their way to the final, only to lose 5-0 against Turkey. Our center back Karypidis even earned a spot in the Best XI of the tournament. Ā Youth intake:Ā we welcomed a few promising players from this year's intake, including Thanasis Katsafaros, Vyacheslav Osipov, Efthymis Christou, Geoffrey Gibert, and Stamatis Dedes. Our academy once again proved that the investment was worth it, winning the U19 league for the second consecutive year. His league history is something to behold, but he's now up to 915 all time Tranent appearances, scoring 500 goals (with his 500th being a Scottish Cup winner...!) I actually thought he'd struggle a bit past the 2054/55 season, but seemingly writing him off absolutely pissed him off as he's actually improving year upon year and somehow is still able to play around 30 league matches a year. He's still not quite fallen off physically and he's still able to do a job on the left wing and up front especially with his decent mental attributes. For the eagle eyed amongst you, you'll have noticed he's now our u18 Assistant Manager, with our manager being Williams InnocentĀ who I'm still quite surprised he's with us as he's been here since the 2052 season. Thomas Scott & Connor Grant These are the two best players we've produced at my time at Tranent, with Scott being one of the worlds best currently. Sadly for Scott, he actually joined at a time where La Liga was starting to be dominated by the other team from Madrid, Atletico, and their old rivals Barcelona. He's managed 1 La Liga title in his 8 season career at Real Madrid so far. He's also only ever appeared at one major international tournament for Northern Ireland, where his first taste was to get blown out 5-0 by none other than... Scotland. After failing to get to the 2058 World Cup, he retired from international football at the very early age of 28. Actually quite a sad story and one where he just ended up always at the wrong place at the wrong time somewhat. On the other end of their career is 18 year old Connor Grant who was our starting centre forward for 2 years at the age of 15! I mentioned above that Thomas Scott retired after failing to get to the 2058 World Cup, well Connor Grant actually debuted for Scotland during that World Cup at 17 years old. How did it go? Rather good! I've sadly not got a sell on clause for Grant as Leipzig triggered his minimum fee release clause. Could well go for a large amount of money in the future if he keeps his development up! World Football: Quite an interesting range of winners, with Scotland getting their first in 2058 in Japan. Probably shows I should be doing a bit better with Tranent... Scotland also managed to get to the final of the 2056 Euros where they ended up losing to the Auld Enemy! Apparently seeing England win a trophy against Scotland pissed them off so much, Scotland's response was to win the World Cup. If that's not being true Scottish people, then I don't know what is! European Football: Champions League - Europa League - Conference League There's actually not been too many surprises in the European competitions here. There's still no real change in the Champions League winners. Porto managing a UCL win in 44/45 and FC Kobenhavn winning a UEL in 34/35 are the only 2 shocks across all 3 competitions. -------------------------- If anyone has any screenshots or history they would like to see, feel free to ask!Ā Ā

Higher reputation, all badges, and thus higher attributes give a slight advantage hee. I don't see the squad being very quarrelsome when I take over, as I've seen when I've done it before. But yes, it doesn't last that long, and it doesn't make it any easier in the long run. As for my team in Papua New Guinea they have become a dominant side in Oceania since I left. I mean I left in 2043... and this is the domestic league and CL They've won the league in Papua New Guinea every season since, as well as 6 CL titles and a lost final too! As for Astros de Colombia, they haven't won the CONCACAF CL, but they are a dominating side... The only team that has struggled a bit after I left was Ubuntu Cape Town, but they've finished as runners up in the league a few times, as well as the CL once... So they are also a good side, but not dominant. So at least I create dynasties! Ā

libbyshuss
Belgium - Lyra Lierse National First Division (tier 3) - 2028/29 (season 5) yes, we did it! I was hoping for a better season as a few of our youngsters were rated as division 1 and 2 standard by our coaching staff, which is always a good sign. and a good start followed by an amazing autumn (17 match unbeaten run!) meant we were never out the top 2. When it looked like we might slip up and blow it we recovered by beating the eventual champions 3-0 at home. It was a pivotal game, although we did lose the final game to blow our chances of the title. Ā Players Top Scorer: Karim Pitlyk 29B (33 goals in 35 games) A great season from my right winger turned striker. His pace is just too much for tier 3 defences and his finishing and composure have come on hugely. Really excited to see what he can do in the second division. Player of the Season: Leandro de Pauw 26C (7.40 rating from 38 games) One of the reasons I thought we might have a chance this season. The coaches rated him as a decent Jupiler Pro League player, which was a bit of a surprise. But then, he does look pretty good so who am i to say? He's on a nice long contract as well so the money would have to be good! Other than that, our main problem is defence. Up front we look amazing, midfield solid, defence like tissue paper. It's a bit of a problem as the youth intakes keep throwing attackers at me! Ā Youth So, do i get the defenders i so badly crave? Well, maybe.... Weirdest thing was an intake that claims a golden generation with not one elite talent in it. Which I hope says more about how good de Pauw is than how good the intake is. Forgot the actual intake screenshot, but it did say potential golden generation! with this lot? Ā finances Still awful, still losing money hand over fist, still having the board bail us out every couple of months. So I still have made no improvements and not even got my first coaching badge yet either. Something mad needs to happen soon or we'll go bust.Ā Not sure whether this is a good or bad thing financially but as a result of promotion:- Career

Riebow
Olot UE Season Review (36/37) League Another year of solid improvement, finishing 5th. At the moment there are still 4 teams clearly better than us, but Champions League football is getting closer and closer. Copa del Rey Our second final but we came short yet again. We were down 1-0 after only 5 minutes so we were chasing basically the entire match. We finally tied on penalty in the 80th minute and I thought momentum was on our side. We kept going attacking, only to run into a counter in the 91st minute. A huge disappoint and still no hardware in this save. Europe Due to the shenanigans with the coefficients, we actually were qualified for the Europa League instead of the Conference league, which is actually a bit disappointing as I though we had a better chance of winning that one. We mostly played a heavily rotated squad, but still finished 7th in the group stage. We then had the worst possible draw with Chelsea and were knocked out subsequently. Spoiler Youth Intake A couple of nice prospects, but in general the talent level is disappointing compared to our facilities. Spoiler NXGN 3rd time is the charm forĀ Jose Manuel, who wins theĀ NXGNĀ in his final year of eligibility.Ā Spoiler Here's our little wonderkid, who had a banger of a season Spoiler Best XI Jan CatalaĀ is our stalwart in goal.Ā EnricĀ leads the league in assists with 15, but is only a 2 star CA player. The same is said for the wing back on the right side. Especially against the better sides the lack of talent on the wing backs hurts us. Our center backs are rather average as well. There is some talent in the U19s, so let's hope one of them can step up next season. DelfiĀ improved massively and has his eyes set on a transfer.Ā Jose ManuelĀ is just on another level, scoring 22 goals in the league and finishing as top scorer! Spoiler 5 Years ago... At the time this looked like an amazing intake, but it's just another proof how important personality is.Ā Cheick GomisĀ looked like the biggest prospect, but is just messing around on loan or in the B team. Jose Luis Fuertes is a nice little striker who I want to develop more. Eloi Balcells is one of those players that just keep on having 5 stars PA but never seems to improve. Delfi was by far the best player of the intake and is a starting mezzala. Robert Alsina is developing nicely and might one day challenge for the starting goalkeeper position. Enric Zorilla is in the rotation for the right wing back spot, but probably doesn't have more than 2nd division potential Spoiler Next season We finished our 13th season at the helm of Olot, but still haven't won anything. We've close twice in the Copa del Rey. Will three times be the charm?
Fat Controller
Season Review 2025/26 (Season 2) NK KustoÅ”ija Zagreb Supersport HNL (Tier 1) Ā League The board objective was for us to fight bravely against relegation. I was slightly more optimistic that we could survive, owing mainly to the fact that it was only 1 team that got relegated. hopefully we could muster enough points to survive. We got promoted earlier than we were probably ready for. The season went right down to the wire as we battled Istra 1961 for 9th position and survival. With 3 games to go, we were level on points and due to them having the better head to head record against us, we were last. We needed a mini miracle and we got one of sorts. 3 wins on the bounce to finish the season, coupled with Istra 1961 losing all 3 of their matches meant we had done it. We survived our first season in the top flight. Ā Spoiler Ā Awards Ivan Mihaljevic was named the player of the season with an average rating of 7.07 Patrick Bosnjak was named young player of the season Karlo Igor Majic was our leading goal scorer with 19 league goals Ā Youth Intake Wow wow wow wow wow. The preview was promising but when the intake arrive, i couldnt contain my excitement. A ready made replacement for Karlo Igor Majic was there and waiting. Adel Galonja 2A. Apart from the unambitious personality, he looks to be a star for us from the get go. Nevin Brlek 02B and Goran Hojski 02C might turrn out to be serviceable players as well. Ā Spoiler Ā Ā Spoiler Ā Spoiler Ā Ā Spoiler Ā Ā Upgrades No facility upgrades this season but I was offered a new contract which expires in 2028 Ā Plans for next season Survive again. Hopefully we can start to blood a couple of the youth players from the first intake we got to sure up a few areas that need some depth. If we can survive next season, I am very confident we will be able to stay in the top division for good with some of the youth players we have got coming through already. Mario Grlic 01A was our first academy product to make his first team debut at just 16 years of age. Ā Spoiler Ā Ā Transfers Ā Spoiler Ā
djsterry
Karsiyaka First Season After a few failed attempts in other countries I'm having a crack at a team I did in 2021 A fantastic first season ends in promotion via the play offs, really happy with that as my best players are mostly old so could have been stuck in the division for a few years. standout performances from hakan (20 goals from cm) and my best player Buyuk, great quality for this level but unfortunately 37 years old. My 37 year old rw and my 41 year old gk both retire, wanted the rw to stay on especially with the 20 assists last year Excellent youth intake, especially for a first season with an average hoyd, only took the elite talents and a couple of others this year. Decided to be more fussy and not take players I know i will just end up releasingĀ I don't know what my boards expectations will be for the next season, but i will be looking just to cling on in the league. Transfers Had a few pre arranged transfers and I sold my best cb pretty much straight away as he wanted to leave, duran shipped out for a massive 800 quid, I also have 3 or 4 youth players that are going for free but I got 35% future fees on them Ā Didn't manage to get anything from the board this year, facilities or personal progression, hopefully with promotion they will let me start doing the courses.
