I’m assuming I can use them? Definitely. I used them in the Beta this year. You very quickly rise through the leagues as the academy is good and you get gates of circa 4,000. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2024/25 Garstang Season Summary We were champions going into injury time on the final day of the season, before Euxton Villa scored a dramatic winner to go above us and secure the title and the only guaranteed promotion spot. I have been lurking and reading everything everyone posts about this challenge for 3 years now adn i have finally completed one of my own. Thanks to everyone who contributes to this challenge, you have reinvigorated my love for this game, switching me to do these types of saves exclusively. I stopped laying FM a long time ago, like fm13, but during the pandemic, with nothing to do, but attend funeral after funeral, i started playing again, just to try and find some sense of normalcy during those trying times. I really struggled with the save for the first 10 years of it. Only one promotion, trying various ways to figure out just how to play and how. I was very rusty, and it showed. I think my first season I conceded over 100 goals, trying to play tiki taka with a team with barely any players haha. I stopped playing for a while. But then I discovered Cultured Left Foot on YouTube and his Guisley save really made me go back and try my best to complete the save. To quote the game, an off field event caused me to drastically increase in determination. I also learned to go with the flow, trust the game, get the best staff I can, and do my best week by week to max out my chances for every single game. It made me a much better player. The only regret I have is not changing my head of youth development more often. Had a very barren 10 years in the Prem because I didn’t sack my great personality but poor attributes HoYD. ( I also regret sending my best loanees to Almeria, who dumped me after I helped them go from 3rd Tier to mid table La Liga side). Now lets talk about the ones who deserve the most praise the squad. I am so happy that I managed to complete the challenge while Lee Ingram was still my goalkeeper. He has ben my number one for close to half the save. In total he has played 585 matches and kept 218 clean sheets. Over 100 of those came in the Premier League. Not bad for a Championship level goalkeeper. (Consistency really matters). His penalty saving ability are the biggest reason why we won the Champions league in the first place. In the finals we missed two, but he saved 3 against Man City in the previous season. The core and spine of the team was my 42/43 golden generation. That youth intake gave me five starters, our backup striker (who started before Ryan Graham came of age) and our set piece specialist and rotational option for the Mezzala/ADVPA spots in the team. A Welsh team has conquered the English pyramid, but also Europe as a whole. But that doesn’t mean that I only did it with Welsh players. A lot of affiliates chipped in, providing me with talented intake players. Almeria, our former affiliate, and Slaven Belupo most of all. Vejle gave me a 4 star Faroe islander as well. I still plan on checking with the save from time to time. My starting left back has world class potential and I just got a potential golden generation which could rival that of 42/43. My next save will be in Bulgaria with Chernomorets Burgas and i dont think i have to tell you what type of save it will be. Congrats mate! The league is actually settling down now thankfully. I'd mentioned a couple years back that I felt that Hibs were probably the best side in Scotland and now they've bagged consecutive titles. Rangers are getting closer to that drop zone though.... There's not actually much to comment here - it was actually a fairly straightforward season as you'd expect a team like us to have! Europe: This was actually quite painful when I was playing the Round of 16 game, but looking back we got a very very fortunate draw in the League Phase I think. We only lose 1 match in Europe and it's the one that counted the most! We're helped a lot by having quite a bit of depth now so we can challenge the bigger clubs a bit more, but we're still quite a way off getting even close to the final I think. Cups: So close to doing the double in cups! We finally let go of our stranglehold on the Scottish Cup, losing to Hearts on penalties. Youth Intake: No screenshot for this year sadly. May have forgotten to take it, apologies! This is our current 15 and 16 year old players (I've taken this in August of the following season, so we've loaned out 3 players from this): Bede Simon still progressing quite well and I've sent him out to FC Edinburgh/Edinburgh City for the year. I'm hoping the year of regular football will do him as well as it did Zhelyazkov! Other News: Solomon Frimpong has done it! He has made it to over 1k appearances for the club at the age of 39. He actually doesn't seem too bothered about retiring and he is being helped by us not being able to keep our wingers too much (and he's a handy poacher up front!). We are technically the 13th best club in Europe. Which is probably a bit higher than what I see myself, but it can kind of being seen what I'm testing myself up against. That loss against Man Utd in the round of 16 probably shouldn't be seen so badly... Last 5 Years: No full history any more, this saves gone on that long you won't be able to see most of the information! 2061/62 Season Report Club: Tranent FC (Scotland) League: Scottish Premiership League: I'd say we had quite a poor year, but had to wait till the relegation playoff was completed to see what happened to Hearts! Also says a lot about how close 3rd to 7th was, when Arbroath finish 26 points ahead of 8th place because of the split! Hibernian get another title, 3rd in a row, 5th in 6 years. They're pretty much far and away the best team in Scotland. Although they are spending about £50m-£70m every year, so I'm not too surprised! They are getting past the UCL League Phase, but no further. So a bit similar to us. I'm actually a little thankful we get a shot at the Conference League again - there's only maybe 4 or 5 sides I'd consider better than us (9th placed PL Bournemouth, 6th placed L1 Monaco, 7th placed Bundesliga Hamburg, 7th placed SA Genoa and 8th placed LL Espanyol) and even then, they're not exactly the strongest sides. Europe: I'll do this slight Europe update here (apologies, I've played a few games into the 62/63 season!): We should pull well clear of Portugal after the next season, and then we should really get into 5th by the season after, especially looking at the horror 58/59 season by Scottish clubs. That would add another UCL place for us which we would most definitely not say no to! Bloody hate English teams. Going out to Man Utd isn't horrible as they're one of the top 3/4 sides in the world, but wouldn't mind a bit more luck in the draw. And to get me past the Round of 16: Fully expect to get knocked out by Bournemouth in the Conference League. Cups: Not too much to say here, our run of Scottish Cup finals are over but we're getting quite far every year at least. Youth Intake: 3 higher potential players, but nothing to shout home about. I seem to promote a player every year that has 3 star potential from a group that ends up being one of my better players. Other Business: Zhelyazkov gets third in the u21 awards. Annoyingly, ex-Tranent Connor Grant gets first. This is the 2nd time where we've had this happen - if we can get our best prospects and hold them even till 21 or 22, we'll end up going a lot further in the UCL. Solomon Frimpong: Goodbye, my sweet prince. 1024 all time appearances for the club will very likely never be beaten. He takes up a role as the u18 assistant manager whilst I try my best to send him on coaching courses. It feels very, very weird playing this save without having him in the starting 11 or bench now. toshimitzou1
FC Jazz Season Review 2025/26 In a chaotic season where I was struggling with the logistical nuances of the Finnish league, we had a blinding end to the season that saw us secure 6th place, qualifying for the European play - off places which we eventually secured - earning a spot in Conference League qualifying! I stuck with the 4222 DM AM Narrow that offered great attacking threat but almost no defensive resolve and it played out as anticipated - getting blown away by the top sides but, more than holding our own against the rest of the division. I can't say I have ever had such a successful season whilst offering up the worst defence in the division: Second top scorers though, and a real upturn in form for my AML - Attack as the player developed and the season turned tough: Of course, he now wants to leave: I've got decent depth in the CAM spots now but we could really use some CB's in an intake. We are still using the original CB's from the start of the challenge. So, dis our Youth Intake answer my call? Doh. Not a chance: Good to get a striker through giving me three viable options, but both of those LB's are shorter than a single vodka and would seriously struggle if retrained at CB. Fingers crossed for next intake. Food for thought: Whilst being a great season on the pitch, behind the scenes, with me pulling the strings, it was a shambles. With no youth league available (or so I thought) I accepted the offer for a B team in order to get my youngsters some game time. What I did not realise was that the start-up cost of the B - team would financially cripple us for the remainder of the season (bloody board built a new stadium for them!). Furthermore, it turns out there is a Finnish youth league which I have now been invited to play in, making the creation of the B- team a now redundant, financial waste of time!!! Plans: Definitely sticking with the 4222 AM DM narrow. I lam really enjoying the crazy score lines and genuinely believe that the defensive issues can be redressed if our youth intakes produce some quality in the back 5. I mean, what supporter wouldn't want to see games like this:
Popular Post Padders
Season 67 - 2090/91 - SBC We sold a couple of old stalwarts beginning of the season who were getting on a bit and not playing a great deal We need to revamp the squad with some new youth players Out go Ismail Ssemaukla, who played 560 games with 98 goals and 108 assists from central midfield The fans weren't happy with this one Also out goes Helio Rosario who made 578 appearances and scored 134 goals and 116 assists from left wing/inside foward Fans really not happy with this one either! I bought George Cooper back as a U18s Assistant Manager He didn't even last a season and buggered off to South Shields as manager On the pitch a really poor season Started ok but form was really poor second half of the season and finished 18th
Ron_Swanson
[FM23] Reymersholms IK - season 27 - 2049 Yet again excellent intake with new starting DM Nice push in the second half of season to avoid relegation. djsterry
Karsiyaka 9th and 10th season review Team feels much improved and I don't feel like I'm under threat of relegation now after a few years of struggling Facilities In good shape now, Frustratingly still have no option to upgrade youth facilities Last season finished mid table and felt more comfortable playing the bigger teams, no big losses and managed to draw in some big away games. This season I managed to qualify for europe Sales The reality at the moment is I have to make sales to keep the finances in shape, I have been very tight with finances so far this save, I have a fairly small amount of staff and only operate with a first team of 20 or so players and no youth teams Biggest sale so far, after finishing runner up in NXGN awards I knew he wouldn't stay for long. Board sold him but I did manage to convince them to get more money Thought it was a good price in the end and probably would have sold him myself My gk and Captain was also sold but this was my decision after he wanted 20k a week, for context my highest paid player is 4k and I only get about 10k fans for home games sad to see him go as he had a good personality etc and was best choice as captain but sold him for about 9m Current squad Best player Baran Gundiz, quality player and I think I will struggle to hold onto him, scored 16 league goals from midfield last season. Youth intake wasn't the best this year but I had one very good talent come through, not the tallest cb but looks great for 15 years old On to next year, hopefully I can do ok in Europe

XaW
XaW - UAI Urquiza (Argentina) - Season 2068 (Season 44) - Liga Profesional de Fútbol Squad | Transfers | Finances Okay, first of all, Argentina is a bit complicated being a South American league. But here is a short breakdown. First we play 27 matches in a normal league system playing every other team once. Then we play a League Cup against half of the teams where the top 4 go to a playoff. Those group stage matches count into the main league table. Also, relegation is also linked to average points over the last 3 years, so there that too. In the end we finished 20th overall, and comfortably stayed away from relegation. Also, it seems like there are 12 teams that go into the continental competitions, and most come from league positions, so my next goal is to get top 12. Copa Argentina: We beat Claypole before we lost to Estudiantes (LP) in the 6th round. League Cup: We did decent and ended 9th in our group. glennuk
After not posting for almost a month (until yesterday) I am trying to catch up Rein Meer AKA ReinBerg - Season 15 - Mid Season Review & Youth Intake Preview League We once again find ourselves in 9th after half of the season. We are not far away from the playoff spots and have a chance to fight our way into the top 6. Youth Intake Preview Takamasa Koike has only been our HOYD for the past few years, so I am going to give him a bit more time. He has however not had any outstanding intakes so far. It is listed as a 5* intake, but looks similar to our last intake, where we have a good striker but nothing else of note. Other News We had 4 players in the U19 squad, which definitely bodes well for our future and shows that we are making some progress. Also Hironori Ono (YP11A) is currently the best performing defensive player in the league. He doesn't win many headers, but apart from that he is a solid player. He has been 3rd choice CB for much of his time at the club (4 years now), but has recently been starting due to his form. Our Highest Scoring Game - EVER! One last screenshot - At times we are OUTSTANDING. We had our highest scoring game and almost every single player performed amazingly. 7 goals from a 1.86 xG is also a crazy statistic! Popular Post toshimitzou1
Quick mid-season update: Financial troubles over for now!: Time to request some facility upgrades! Not great atm: Whilst the next youth intake preview is poor, it does potentially contain a decent CB which we are desperately in need of. And we are heading to the wire in the title race in our second full season in the top division: Youth Intake update: Got the CB I needed and wtf! Has anyone had a prospect come through like this winger at such an early stage? Retrain as CAM in current system, deploy as ST in current system or change my whole tactic? Might be the latter- imagine this guy coming in from the wing with that excellent trait, the height and the workrate. Cannot imagine i'll be able to keep him that long. vikeologist
Vikeologist's Víkingur 2030 Intake Reports Youth Intake Well, hello, Vilhjálmur Gestsson 30a! My starting striker is quite good, but doesn’t actually score enough. I don’t think that’s his fault, but Gestsson will definitely get a chance next season. Despite an unpromising preview, this looks a good intake. I hope that I can use the Model Citizen for mentoring eventually, although I suspect that he just won’t develop enough to have a big influence. 2025 Review Hlynur Vilhjálmsson 25a – A Central defender, and our star player. Has been a starter since I could register him. I thought he was going to run out his contract after 4 seasons, but I managed to get him to sign a new one which lasts another 2 years. Davíð Jakobsson 25b – He’s my other staring central defender. He’s good. Just not as good as Hylnur. Páll Gísli Víkingsson 25c – A midfielder who can play in either defensive or attacking roles, but has only ever appeared 3 times for us. A candidate to be released. Árni Þór Ingason 25d – A central midfielder who’s never played for us. Even more of a release candidate. Anton 25f – Left winger who’s started for the last 4 seasons. Not because he’s good, but because there’s nobody better. I mean, he’s fine, and has developed because of getting a lot of matches, but hopefully one year I’ll get a better prospect. Jón Svavarsson 25g – Soon became a key player in attacking midfield. Broke his leg this season, but will get his place back when healthy. A few other players who were released and are now with other clubs. 4 of my first team came from this intake, so it was pretty good, though it benefitted from being the second intake, after a disappointing first.

Which is nice! We went so successful in our first European adventure though, going out in the Conference League qualification round 4 Youth Another very nice intake! BuddahsBrother
I have no idea what's going wrong. I've had three seasons, almost done the fourth. Every tactic works for around 10 games and then I just get hammered 5 and 6 nil. I've 8 games left and I'm third bottom. I've had 4231 4222 424 442 and now I'm back to a 4231. As per rules, nor asking for a tactic, more identifying what's best to play. I'm almost out of original players and down to newgens in the French third tier. nickoo
K Diegem Sport 25/26 update A little bit of a drop after blooding a lot of youngsters from the previous intakes in the first team and finished 7th in the league. However there was bad news in the off season with the finances becoming bad enough for the club to decide to go back to semi-pro. Hopefully this doesnt impact the development of players too much but I think it will. The major annoying part to this is that all my player values have dropped, which is going to be bad for trying to recoup some funds. CJ'43
Kavala Football Club / Αθλητικός Όμιλος Καβάλα Season 18 - 2041/42 Schedule / Squad / Transfers / Finances / Manager Season Summary: We're at a point in the challenge where it's hard to establish ourselves as a top team in Greece. The fact that the league splits into two after 26 games makes us play with the top-level teams four times in the season, which is causing us to lose a lot of points at the end of the season. The challenge and the way to success is to accumulate the maximum possible points in the regular phase against the 'weaker' teams so we're able to challenge the 'giants' in the latter stages of the competition. We didn't get past the 4th place this time, both in the regular phase and the championship group, qualifying once again for the Europa League group phase. In the Europa League, we once again qualified for the group phase after easily getting past Mlada Boleslav in the playoffs. We had a brilliant run, winning 6 out of the 8 games in this phase, qualifying in 1st place and defeating Newcastle in the Round of 16, only to fall against Shakhtar in the quarter-finals with an aggregate of 5-0. Nikos Prountzos was the top goalscorer in the league with 19 goals and was named the second most promising wonderkid in the world according to NXGN 2042. He also matched Kosmas Gekas' record of 26 goals in a season from 2026/27. Our right-back, Nikos Siaperas, was one of the most important players this year, being the second-best player in the Europa League and the Young Player of the Season in UEFA's second competition, also winning the Youth Player of the Year award followed by Dimitris Chatzigiannis in second. Both were also part of the Greek Player of the Year award in the league, with Kostas Magafinis completing the top 3. Both Nikos Prountzos and Nikos Siaperas were part of the Best XI in the Super League and I was once again the second-best manager in the league. We didn't make any major sales this year; however, our center-back Vyacheslav Osipov has already agreed to a deal, not renewing his contract and moving to Ikralis for free next season. He wanted to leave for a bigger club, so one of our most important players will now play... in the second league next year. The expansion of the Kavala Stadium was completed at the start of the season, now able to accommodate 34k spectators. Youth intake: A few interesting players are coming in this year's intake, such as Vasilis Gounelas 42a, Spyros Stratilatis 42b and Dimitris Tsoktouridis 42c. This year marked the 9th consecutive U19 title for Kavala. However, our youth team has yet to play in the UEFA Youth League, even though we're miles away from the rest of the competition in Greece... Sdp9511
End of Season Review Season 2031/32 Le Puy Season Summary- This season felt like two different seasons. Our first half of the season was amazing, we were up in 8th place in terms of points, and it looked like we were finally going to get more than 34 points. But in the second half of the season, we only scored 10 points. We were terrible at that time losing games by large amounts even though in most of the games the XG was quite close. One of our sponsorship deals finally came to an end after 6 years, so we finally had an improvement of around 100k a year. Our cup run was even worse, where we went to penalties twice to teams in 2 divisions lower (or more) than us and lost the second time. Season Details Transfers- We sold one of the 2 players who came through our first youth intake as a coach. As a 22-year-old there was no chance he would ever become a squad player, so I thought it best to try and get some money out of him. The deal has got us 44,000 so far. He just needs 5 more goals for the total 54,000 to be paid. We also have 3 of our players who started this save with us leaving the club, 2 of them are retiring. While one of them has decided to not sign a new contract. We also continue to get poached by teams, with this season 3 players getting poached by better clubs Youth Candidates -This probably was our best youth take so far in terms of players that were supposedly elite talents. 8 players were supposedly elite talents, with the best being Driton Rama. He's the first quality right back that we have gotten, and seems like he could already do a job in the first team. The last 3 youth intakes have had a focus on our defense, with all of the top talents coming in one of the defensive positions; Key Players POTS- Goran Grahovac was our player of the season with an average rating of 6.93. With 8 goals and 6 assists from the middle of the field, he had by far his best season in terms of G/A. Top scorer- With 12 goals in the league Andreas Kruger was tied for 9th place in the league. Most of his goals came in the second part of the season, as in the first 18 games he had 4 goals. Best new youngster- None of the players from last season's youth intake have had a chance yet in the first team. But out of those, Abdoulaye Diallo looks to be the most improved and most likely to take the step up. vikeologist
Vikeologist's Víkingur 2030 Season Report We had an awful start to the season. We won the first match, then picked up one point in the next 6. Then we won 5 in a row, and were top. Then we drew too many matches and the end result was that we had to win our final match of the season to be sure of even the playoffs. 2-1 up and the team below us losing. Then we had a player issued a straight red and ended up losing 3-2. Luckily the team below us also lost, so we’d limped in. Then we lost the home leg of the playoff semifinal 4-0, and although we edged the second leg, our season was over. It’s the same old story. The weak positions in our team are killing us, and long-term injuries to our top players don’t help either. I do believe the team is getting better, but there are 2 positions (DM and MR) where we need better players. Top Goalscorer – Kristófer Máni Atlason – 16 Slightly better tally than last year’s 11, but I’m going to start my 30a striker in the League Cup. I think it’s time to move on. Highest Average Rating (minimum 10 matches played) – Kristófer 24b – 7.25 So about the DM and MR problem. The players with the best ratings were Kristófer 24b at MR and Jón Kristinn Þórhallsson who actually had a better rating (7.33) but only played 7 matches. When I exported the data at the end of last season, they came out top in those positions (by averaging the key attributes). They obtained the top ratings. What’s the problem? Well, my coaches rate them both as 2 stars with little extra potential. I guess, I trust the JCA/JPA ratings more than the data and average match ratings. It’s hard to keep playing them when there are other players with 5 star potential and better current ability; supposedly. (These screenshots below were from a year ago. They take a while, so not going to do the next set until immediately before the start of the next regular season). Man of The Match – Kristófer 24b - 7 Most Valuable Player– Hlynur Vilhjálmsson 25a Like I said in my 5 season review above, my best player. I am starting to get slightly grumpy at my inability to gain promotion. Season Division Position Notes 2024 1 4th Icelandic Cup Q/F, Playoffs S/F. 2025 1 10th Survived on last day of the season. 2026 1 4th League Cup losing finalists. Playoffs S/F 2027 1 4th Playoff S/F 2028 1 5th Icelandic Cup. Qualified for Europa Conference. Lost in playoff final. 2029 1 5th Lost in playoff final. 2030 1 5th Lost in playoff S/F.

toshimitzou1
FC Jazz Season Review: 2026/27 Brief Summary: Excellent season again. We were pipped to the title on the last day of the season and ended up finishing third and entering ECL qualification rounds for the second season. Tactical Change: From 4222 DM AM Narrow to 523 WB DM. Last season, with our lack of defensive stability in the 4222 DM AM Narrow, we got annihilated in the Premier League Championship Group, not winning a single game whilst getting tonked by the bigger sides: The annual youth intake and the arrival of a potential gem ( T. Jantunen) just before the PL Championship Group, encouraged me to change tact. With some true quality out on wide and enough players to cover the roles at the back, I reverted to type, abandoning the goal -scoring madness and adopting a counter - attacking 523 WB DM. With the youth intake arriving only a week before the first fixtures i did not have long to achieve tactical familiarity. Despite this, I launched the tactic into all three tactic slots and the results were clear: Two clean sheets, and no defeats! I cannot complain and this offers hope for future European campaigns where we will surely be the underdog. Transfer History: Plans for next Season: Stick with the cautious mentality and hopefully make an impact in the ECL. Got money in the bank so to get the best out of players I'm going to focus on facility upgrades.
nickoo
K Diegem Sport 26/27 update Not a bad year in terms of performance, but struggling with finances and will probably look to off load some good players with percentage of next fee to raise some cash down the track. Youth intake was okay, starting to get an abundance of attacking players. A good defender or DM would be fantastic in next year's intake. glennuk
Rein Meer AKA ReinBerg - Season 15 - Japan J2 League - End of Season Review League We had a good second half of the season and managed to get into the playoffs. A 90th minute goal from Oita would however move us from a 3rd place finish and that all important home team/higher team advantage (draws in playoffs don't go to extra time, whichever team is highest placed wins). Playoff Semi Final Our first game would be against Yamagata. We were by far the better team throughout the game and I thought we may lose on that higher placed caveat. However in the last minute of the game Naoki Kato (YP06F) hit a screamer and we got our well deserved goal to take us through to the final. Playoff Final We in this game were unfortunately second best. Another late late goal got us the draw, but it was not enough. I really don't like the higher position rule and especially don't like the fact that a 90+ minute goal from Fukuoka and a 90+ minute goal for Oita against us, were what essentially sealed our fate before the playoffs even began. glennuk
Rein Meer AKA ReinBerg - Season 15 - Japan J2 League - End of Season Review & Youth Intake League - 5th As seen above, a last minute goal on the final day condemned us to 5th. Then those 'weird' league rules went against us in the playoffs. Our team is definitely good enough now to be challenging the top 6 each year. We were really good in the 2nd half of the season and if we could have turned some of those draws (3) into wins during the last 5 games of the season we would have come 2nd. The Squad We now have a squad that has some depth and a new goalie in Hayato Terada (YP14A). I have competition in most areas of the pitch and feel that we can be a constant threat at the top end of the table. It is certainly a feeling of when everything falls our way, rather than if it ever will. Neither of our strikers are prolific but Masami Asano (YP11B) a 194cm beast and Masafumi Nagata (YP13B) are starting to compete for those starting spots. Finances We are still losing money each year, but our sponsorship income is also slightly increasing each year and we have been having a few minor sales or sell on clauses coming in. Other News Our U18s comfortably won their league. My hope is a few of those highlighted as top performers will step up to the first team in the coming years. Youth Intake Another mid level intake. The elite talents all look good, but I can't see many of the top talents (or below) making the grade. I signed all tagged. Top 3 - Youth Intake 15 Jun Tsuruoka (YP15A) A talented young striker again. Last intake we got a good striker who was definitely more suited to the Poacher role and again we have a potential future poacher here. Very good finishing at this level, but some questionable physicals and not the best personality fill me with a bit of hesitation on his future. Naoki Tsujimoto (YP15B) Has some work to do before he gets into the first team. Our CBs at the moment are very solid and there are a few waiting to get their chance in the first team. If Naoki makes it, it will probably be in the next 3-4 years. He is just okay everywhere with no stand out attributes. Katsuhiro Onishi (YP15C) Another one who has a lot of work to do if he will make it to the first time. Similar to Naoki Tsujimoto (YP15B) in that he is just decent in most areas (7+ in all attributes that are highlighted as important for an inverted winger). NEW HOYD After what I would consider a relatively poor intake (even all 3 above look to be on the lower end of ELITE talents). I decided to go for a new HOYD to spice things up. My first 'foreign' HOYD. Welcome Min-Hyung park. I love the 20 working with youngsters and hoping to mix up my intakes with a South Korean or two. CJ'43
Kavala Football Club / Αθλητικός Όμιλος Καβάλα Season 19 - 2042/43 Schedule / Squad / Transfers / Finances / Manager Season Summary: Another long season has come to an end in Greece. After 36 league games, we were able to qualify for the Champions League group stage for the first time in our history, finishing 2nd in the league and matching our best finish ever. We climbed from 4th place in the regular phase and defeated our main opponents to secure a podium finish for the third time in Kavala's history. In the cup, we reached the semi-finals once again, after defeating Aris in the 6th Round and Atromitos in the quarter-finals, before being eliminated by Olympiacos in the semis with a 6-4 aggregate score. In Europe, we qualified directly for the group phase of the Europa League. This time, it was no easy task. After finishing 1st in the group stage last year, this time we finished 10th and needed to go through the playoffs, where we defeated Sporting de Braga. In the Round of 16, we faced our Greek rivals PAOK, who finished 1st in their group. We managed to win the first leg at home, but in the second leg in Toumba, we suffered a disappointing elimination after conceding 4 goals, resulting in an aggregate score of 5-3 in both legs. Nikos Siaperas was once again our most consistent player with an average of 7.40 points per game and won the Greek Talent of the Year award, renewing the accolade he received last year. He also won the Young Player of the Season in the Europa League and was featured in the Super League Best XI, alongside Dimitris Manafis and Alexandros Donis, with the former also being named Greek Player of the Year. Our top goalscorer this season was once again Nikos Prountzos with 21 goals. It will be challenging to keep him with us next season, as he is being pursued by several Arab clubs. I finished in second place in the Manager of the Year award for the 7th time. This year, I received an interview offer from Olympiacos, which I promptly rejected. At the end of the season, our training facilities began to deteriorate. However, the board agreed to upgrade them, investing 2.9 million. Our finances have been stable for the past few seasons due to the prize money we received from European competitions. Our participation in Europe has also helped us climb the rankings, now sitting at an honorable 16th place. A notable achievement this season and evidence of our growth is reaching the half a million followers mark on social media. Youth Intake: This season brought one of the best intakes in the last decade, with a few elite talents emerging. We have some promising players from various countries, with the most notable being Andrianos Kottakis 43a, Milton Morales 43b, Kostas Kyriakidis 43c, Marios Thraskias 43d, Loukas Fetfatzidis 43e, Ermal Selimi 43f and Dimitris Psemmatas 43g. The 2042/43 season also marks Kavala's 10th consecutive title in the U19 league. Additionally, as we have qualified for the UCL league phase, it will be our debut in the Youth League next season. glennuk
Rein Meer AKA ReinBerg - Season 16 - Japan J2 League - Mid Season Review League We remain one of the leagues more exciting teams to watch. We score plenty and we concede plenty! We are definitely one of the better teams in the league and just need that consistency to push us in the right direction. Training Upgrade We have decided to splash the cash and go for a Training Facilities upgrade. Our finances have never been in too much (red) trouble and I know we need to think long term. It should also help with player development. Youth Intake Preview Min-Hyung Park has his first intake at the club (I know many will still be through our previous HOYD), and it is looking to be a good one. We don't really need another striker at this point, but a good full back and another goalie would be ideal.

Cardiovascular
Enfield Town - 2024/25 We took over the squad the which was not too badly balanced but with a lot of older players and one 16 year old goalkeeper, we'd need reinforcements at a decent level quick. With that said, our opening season was a grand success in the league at least. We started well, wobbled slightly in the middle, but we still had a chance of the playoffs going into the final day. Sadly, our last game was against eventual champions Eastbourne, and they had their own battle going on for the top. They won 2-1, winning the title and ensuring we'd miss out on the playoffs this year. Still, 8th place is fantastic! Key Players Spoiler Mickey Parcell was incredibly good, marauding up and down the right wing and providing an impressive 15 assists to earn the title of Fans Player of the Year. Marcus Wyllie played left wing or up front depending on the form of others, and he rewarded us with 19 goals including a perfect hat-trick. Tyler Blackwood rounds off our top three players, surprised his rating was so high to be honest, he was good but not great in my opinion. 17 goals is still good, but I'd expect a better return for massive £625 p/w wage! He's off to America in the summer. Youth Intake Spoiler The intake is okay, but not spectacular. Half star current ability is the best we've gotten so far. Donoghue is the best at 3.5 star potential and he provides some much needed depth in goal, possibly even pushing for a start. Gordon Wood and Josh Higgins will be in and around the first team this year, with the former possibly replacing Blackwood once he departs for the states. nickoo
K Diegem Sport 27/28 update (Season 4) League Promotion!!! After dominating the first half of the season, had a massive form slump in February/March which left us 8th. A slight tactical tweak and we found form again, which set up a ridiculously sweaty final day - where we had to win or potentially miss promotion all together. We held firm and won, got promoted! Youth Intake Another decent intake but again we've got mostly attackers. Please HOYD, work on some good defenders/DMs. Club update We're back to professional, so hopefully this means further development for our players. We are also struggling with finances, not sure if this is intended by FM 24, but having only one country loaded as playable selected really restricts the transfer market to sell players compared with having multiple countries as playable. We also had a facility downgrade. Hopefully we can get some further funds in the second tier of Belgium to invest in Facilities again. Ground sharing as well next season with an increased capacity, which should increase the income a bit too. Edited March 1 by nickoo
XaW
The last few seasons in Argentina has been quite a slog, and I haven't really enjoyed it much, so I decided to leave it for a while. So what do I do when I want to have fun? I go back home! And since Follo got promoted into the playable leagues in real life this season, this is my final chance at completing the challenge with them for a while. Here we go.... again!
Jellico73
I am at that phase where my team is doing well in country, but our club and country rep is still low enough that when a good team comes calling for my start youth players, they go. "I'd love to stay here in Romania gaffer, but it's PSG!" Sigh...
corinthiano
Ajax Lasnamäe - 2027 Season Report Surprisingly we found the step up to the second tier quiet easy and lead the league almost the entire season. As with a couple of years ago our form dipped towards the end and we were pipped to the title by the fact Nomme Utd had less losses...I thought we would have little chance in the promotion playoff but absolutely outplayed Vaprus (P) to get promoted to the top tier in Estonia! In the cup we primarily played a rotated side and ended up knocked out against a lower league side. I'll continue that approach until/when we become an established Premium Liiga side. Squad by Appearances The squad is starting to get really well balanced with good back up options across most positions. The only place where we are still a bit short is up front, with our starting duo being converted strikers. Top Player - Jevgeni Bodrin: Still our best player, but we don't rely as much on him anymore. At 27 I feel we have another couple of seasons before we have to worry about a replacement. Spoiler Youth Players Another great CA but poor personality intake. Our HOYD is Fairly Determined but I can't seem to find a better one. Will look again in the off season. Four players into the first team is not bad at all though. Spoiler Improvement in goal for us and becomes a starter, shame he has a bad personality. We already have a strong midfield but Priit will become a starter next season, most likely at DLP. Great centre back and also walks into the first XI. Was called up for the Estonia U19s already so a very promising prospect. Will be a squad player as the midfield is very strong. Transfers Nothing of note, I think I need to start releasing some of the youth that didnt quite make it. Spoiler Infrastructure Managed to convince the board to improve Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment twice this season due to our good form and overachievement. Finances Still in the red but we made 30k profit in the season so should hopefully be in the black next year. Progress I did not imagine we'd be up in the top tier already, it'll be tough as there are 5 professional sides out of the 10 in the league, so we'll be in a battle with the other 5 semi-pro outifts. Cardiovascular
2025/26 - Enfield Town Not as good as last season domestically, but still safely mid-table. We struggled in a lot of games and didn't score too many goals - 52 was the lowest outside of the relegation places - but we did enough to scrape by sometimes. 14th place is great really when our squad probably isn't even that good for the VNLS - we were predicted 24th at odds of 400-1 so far surpassed that expectation. The cups, forgotten in the last update because they were so uneventful, were much better this year. Well, the FA Trophy was as we bored our way to the final before losing out 0-1 to York City. In the FA Cup, we lost to Slough in a game we should've won. Second year running that's happened. Key Players Spoiler None of our players averaged over 7.0 which perhaps shows a problem with consistency, but these guys were good. Gucci is our best player by far (and brilliantly named) while Parcell was good but not quite as good as last season, suffering from injuries alot more this year. 16 year old Charlie Donoghue was really impressive in goal and came on leaps and bounds this year. Youth Intake Spoiler Quintyne looks good and provides some much needed depth at centre back. Likewise Karlsson (despite his horrible personality/determination) and Williams provide depth on the wings, in fact both actually surpass the ability of our back up Lewis Taaffe so will likely be part of the first team next season. Upgrades Got a few! Can't upload them though due to image limits though.
Popular Post libbyshuss
Lyra Lierse - Belgium Jupiler Pro League - 2040/41 A bit of a step back after two really good seasons. We were close to qualifying for the championship group but no wins in the last 3 meant we just got pipped for 6th and had to go in the second group. We started top, by a point, but couldn't compete with Genk who won 9 and drew 1 of their ten games to get into the European play-offs. So no European football for us next season! It's a shame as we had great fun in the Europa League and all those extra games meant lost of chance to give my growing army of promising youths a run out. We did pretty good really, all the way to the last 16! Youth Another really nice preview and intake. To get this many elite talents at this stage is amazing. I love exceptional intakes in Belgium! Wonderkids Another possible pair of wonderkids from my golden generation of 2039 My first official wonderkid, Chris Kabeya 31C, i had to sell to Atletico Madrid last season. He barely played so when I saw his 50% sell on fee available for 8m I jumped at it. Good move too, as he went to blackburn for 9m a couple of months later. He's playing there! Looks like that money has already been earmarked by the board however Career Next season we're gonna try to get back into Europe. It was too much fun not to! I still think we're a little way off a title challenge but the last 2 or 3 youth intakes have been pretty, pretty good so we might not be too far off.

djsterry
Karsiyaka 11th Season Review A very successful season, 2nd in the league and we won the conference league !! It may not quite be the Champions League but it feels nice to win and has boosted the clubs reputation Forgot to do screenshots and I'm on the next season now 2nd place in the NXGN awards again Loads of talent in the team now, hopefully can win the league in the next couple of years. Galatasaray were literally unbeatable last year With the reputation boost I have finally been given the option to upgrade the youth facilities Onto the next year
vikeologist
Vikeologist's Víkingur 2031 Intake Reports Youth intake On the face of it, my worst intake, but it probably only appears that way because my team is getting stronger. However, now that my entire first XI consists of regens, it becomes ever harder for newbies to get opportunities. Atli Fannar Hafsteinsson 31a – Will be my backup right winger, (although with only 7 subs, that won’t guarantee him a place on the bench) and I needed one, but might be stuck behind my top prospect from 3 years ago for a while, or forever. Bad (Fickle) personality, but I put a lot of work into mentoring. Kristján Haraldsson 31b – A central defender, and I’m already pretty strong in that position, but will be useful if anybody leaves. YP26 Review Þorsteinn Kristjánsson 26a – was a very promising keeper, but there was a great goalie at the club at the start of the challenge. Kristjánsson finally took over as starter at the start of this season, even though the ‘veteran’ was still slightly better at that point. The question is whether he can still realise his potential. I forgot the most interesting thing about him. He's the best penalty taker in the squad, so might do well in the Big fat Goalie thing, but i won't be aiming for it, especially if disaster ensues from him taking a spot kick. Ólafur Karel Garðarsson 26b – He was a right winger. I needed a right winger, and he did start for two and a half seasons. Picked up good ratings, but didn’t seem to improve. Now he’s a forgotten man. He’s leaving at the end of the season. His personality has gone from Fairly Loyal to Jovial, (which when you examine it means that I probably improved his pressure attribute, but not much else). I don’t know whether the problem was his personality or just lack of actual potential. My 26c had the personality easily discouraged. Probably why he’s left football already. Guðmundur Haraldsson 26d – was my backup striker for ages, but never made much of his opportunities, and is 3rd on the depth chart now. Has developed, but won’t get many chances now. Gunnar Ellertsson 26e – A central midfielder, but I don’t use them. Have tried to turn him into a central defender, but that ship has sailed, so I’ve changed his training to defensive midfield. In summary, the intake probably wasn’t that great, (though opportunities played a big part). Edited March 3 by vikeologist
