he's still only 3rd choice striker and hasn't played for me yet but has gone on loan this season. It was his poor mentals i did not like. Krantz has played a few games. Due to my poor training facilities it has been a struggle to improve any youth players. Andersson has the most appearances amongst youth players with 46 starts among his 108 apps. i have been trying to improve his pace without success. Most of my youth players are the same

2031 Table | Squad | Transfers The season started with Lidingo turning pro and Taby as 1-91 fav. The team showed indifferent form in the first few games and occupied mid table all season without threatening promotion. Not entered in the swedish cup. Finances continue to slowly creep downwards even though i have cut back were i can. The best players were Jonsson and Hjort. Maholli finally retired after 83 goals in 158 games for me, he remains as a coach. The youth preview promised a decent striker although the actual intake had a lot of players with good potential. Slightly hard to see why Karlsson was rated quite highly. Amer and Krantz have potential in midfield. 2032 Table | Squad | Transfers Skiljebo also turned pro before the season and i tweaked the tactics to go go more direct which had an immediate impact in scoring 6 goals in the first 33 mins of the 1st game of the season. After winning the first 4 games the team falted by drawing a lot and only winning 1 in the next 7. They bounced back to only drop 2 points in the next 9 games to go top and look favourites for promotion. Going into the last game the team were still top but a draw allowed Stockholm to overtake them. This meant the team went into the playoffs wher they won the 2 games in the group stage to progress to the final playoff game against Kumla. The team drew 0-0 away in the first leg. In the home the leg the team were really poor and trailed for much of the match before forcing ET and then winning on penalties to gain promotion. Not entered again the swedish cup, can't work out which teams are being selected ahead of me as its based on regions. Finances actually improved as the playoff winner gets prize money (the league winner doesn't!). Jonsson was my top scorer and has become a club legend. Hjort was injured for 4 months but Lindback stepped up to ensure he wasn't missed. Davidsson was also outstanding for much of the season. With Maholli's retirement the youth strikers had to step up and Lindqvist did a decent job after starting the season as backup to Kadric. The youth preview promised more depth of players and so it proved. Berggren and Henriksson were teh best of the intake. My U-19s got promoted to the highest youth league.

Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season ok before going into a losing streak to fall away, picked up with an 8 game unbeaten run to be in the top 4 before another poor run meant the team finished barely in the top half. The main problem this season was goals as the team was 3rd for chances but bottom for shots on target and conversion rate, the team needs a top striker. Not entered in the swedish cup. Finances continue to sink, i have realised the club is losing money every time they play as not enough fans turn up to break even. No one really excelled this season although Davidson and Jonsson were the best performers. The youth intake preview was my best yet so the intake was a bit disappointing even though it was called excellent. Lindgren was the best although i feel that Kadric could also be an improtant player for me. The u19's won their league and were promoted which might help their development. Wiktorsson became the first youth player to make 50 apps with 13 starts, 5 goals and 6 assists, although he has not improved at all in spite of this playing time and i will probably look to play others this season. 2029 (season 5) Table | Squad | Transfers Made a good start to the season and was just behind Stocksund after 14 games but then suffered a total loss of form only winning 2 of the next 9 to completely fall out of the promotion picture. Played youth players in the last 3 games to get them some playing time. Faced Hammerby's reserve team Hammerby TFF in the 1st rd of the swedish cup but was well beaten 2-3 at home with a low crowd as well. Finances continue to fall although the board did agree to get a reserve team which might help with player progression. I turned down 13K for Davidson in the hope of getting more which may have been a mistake. Maholli is old and past his best but still very effective, none of my other strikers seem able to score at all. Davidson is not rated at all and has no great sttributes but still performs really well. Got rid at the end of the season many of the backup legacy players who performed only average to give more youth players games. The youth preview was again excellent which is a surprise considering the clubs level and facilities, that could also be a reflection on the players ability as well. The actual intake was again good for potential and low on current ability. Kahraman and Berglind were the pick of the intake. 2028 (season 4) Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season in ok form without really getting the results i wanted, by halfway through the season the team was around the relegation battle. After the mid season gap the team collapsed losing 9 in a row as the defence and especially the GK's lost all form. Relegation was confirmed with 1 game to go which they rounded off by losing to the bottom team. Managed to persuade the board to keep me on even though the feedback level was at E, but all the best players want to leave due to relegation inc both GK's! Not entered in the swedish cup again, Finances as a result took a real hit with expenses going up but no increase in income. Board will not increase any facilities due to the poor finances. Top scorer Jonsson and Hjort were the few players to perform well over most of the season. The youth intake preview was excellent with the intake looking good for potential as well. Lundqvist, Olsson and Wahlgren were the pick of the intake. No youth players so far have shown much sign of improvement and i am still relient on the legacy players. 2027 (season 3) Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season unbeaten in 15 games to take control of the league before a few poor results but recovered to win the league with 3 games to go. Played backups and young players in the last 3 games for experience which made the league look closer than was. Not entered in the swedish cup. Finances continued to fall quite a bit this year although i can't put my finger on why. Veteran striker Maholli had a great season to finish as league top scorer. Jonsson recovered from last season's injury to play well from midfield. Davidson was also able to up his game. The youth preview was excellent and led to a very good intake with a much needed striker. Saleh and Olsson were the other top youths although none look very near to the first team. 2026 (season 2) Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season with my best player and last years top scorer getting a broken leg after 26 mins of the first game. Drew 4 of the first 5 games to fall into mid table where the team spent almost all of the season as the team couldn't string a run of results together due to injuries and being unable to score. Had the 3rd most shots on goal and chances but the 2nd worst shots on target ratio and conversion rate. Was actually entered into the swedish cup and faced D1N team FBK Karlstad at home, the game ended 1-1 when they were the better side but Enkoping got through on pens. In the 2nd rd the team faced D1E Orebro and traded the home advantage for more money. Surprisingly we were the better team although it took until extra time to win 4-2 away. This put the team into the group stage where they faced Premier teams Halmstad and Brommapojkarna along with D1S Ljungskile. The team performanded as well as could be expected but still finished last. Finances went up a bit over the season due to the cup matches (the income from the group stage came after this point) In Jonsson's absence several midfielders stepped up including Lillskog and Gokceli. The main wingers also excelled like Davidson and Hjort who was my best player and has nearly improved to be my best rated player. Youth intake preview looked quite promising and the intake was also an excellent intake although one of the better players was a GK which is not really needed. The best players were Olsson and Mohsen, i also have hopes for Soderqvist due to his personality. 2025 (season 1) Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season with a full squad but quickly realised i had a lot of CM's and GK's but not much depth elsewhere. In spite of this the team was always fighting for promotion and led for much of the season before a late loss to Gute knocked them off the top. Won the last game to make the playoffs, but 1 win and 1 loss in the playoffs was not enough to progress further which is possibly a good thing as the team is not quite good enough. Not entered in the swedish cup. Finances started ok but the club lost a lot of money over the season not helped by employing a DOF on my 1st day at 400p/w. Star player was Jonsson who is rated a good player for the league above and miles above my squad, he was top league scorer with 20 from cm. Norby was also effective up front. The youth intake preview had no cm or dm's which is unusual but came through as excellent with several needed positions. @naterr Thomas looks like a top player, one that would not look out of place at a top european club for that age.

The first season in the first div north was tough and the lack of defensive ability was telling as the team just lost a lot of games without being hammered. In spite of the board expecting to attempt to avoid relegation they sacked me 2/3rds of the way into the season as they felt performances were not good enough and relegation seemed a formality. I have restarted and holidayed through 2 seasons to start again in Sweden with Enkopings who were a much bigger club previously. They have poor facilities overall but have aquired several teams of players in the past 2 seasons! Profile

2025 (season 2) Table | Squad | Transfers Started the season in great form and was always battling with Dalkurd for the promotion spots. I managed to get ahead with 1 game to go and easily won the last game to win the title. No entry again for the swedish cup. Finances continue to sink downwards and the board will not improve anything as a result. Its dissappointing that none of my players are showing any improvement in their ability, in fact several have actually declined. The defence is still really poor with no sign of changing, Blomberg left at the end of the season after an arguement about not playing enough. Lamu continues to be the stand out player even though he missed 2 months through injury. Engdahl was also very good up front. Bahar started the season as backup and was complaining about game time by halfway but due to injures came in and ended up top for assists. My HOY left 2 days before the youth preview as i had not extended his contract and was replaced by this guy. The youth preview was poor and the intake was about as good as i could hope for. Johansson and Shala could feature next season. Still not looking like a replacement for Welsh is coming through, none of those with potential seem to have got anywhere near. Perhaps you need to jettison those older keepers like Gordon to get the likes of McClean in.

Table | Squad | Transfers Started with 4 straight wins but it went downhill from there as the teams defensive problems came to the fore. By halfway i was worried for my job as the board expected a top half finish but the team rallied to just get into the top half. Not entered into the swedish cup which is disappointing from a finance point of view. The defence is likely to hold back the team due to a lack of numbers and quality with the strength in midfield. Finances steadily went down and the board would not make any facility improvements. My best player was Lamu who is a star for this league and had the highest rating in the league but didn't end up as top scorer. Also worthy of a mention was Mohammadi who played on both wings. The youth preview didn't look good inspite of being labelled a good intake. The reality bore this out with few players of much potential and few defenders. Only Kharin who could feature at LW and Soder who i might convert to RB could really feature very much next season. Arthurs may be decent for a season or two, more important is stopping him playing for any other scottish teams. He would have signed for someone for far less wages of course!

@_JHTB_ i'm only playing with 1 up top, tried it as a CF but it still doesn't work. I would prefer 2 up top but i would have to sacrifice the wingers who are my best players.

@OlivierL i dont think Ireland is possible as there is no promotion/relegation from the bottom league, maybe a few of the other leagues are the same?

@Anners well done on the completion. It always seems to look hard to win in scotland due to the dominance of Celtic and Rangers although this appears to drop off in time.

I started again in Sweden, this time at a team with slightly better facilities although no crowds to speak of. It does have an incredibly strong squad with no old players and a lot of potential, 4 stars is a leading player for this division. Keeping hold of the players may be difficult although it is light on defenders and the 2 youth players that came through last season were really poor which is a concern. Profile

This didn't last long, sacked after only 14 games as the team went into the relegation zone. The lack of a decent striker proved a killer as the team created chances in the first few games but didn't take them. The form and lack of personalities then took their toll. Need to get a stronger team up

Profile Decided to start this with a team in Sweden, it was dictated to some degree by having a team with enough players to get though the first season, although many are likely to retire in the near future. The facilities are extremely limited so it might take a while to truly make progress.
