  1. Not sure to be fair, I remade every NACL-based competition, but forgot they were involved in that
  2. Leagues don't have to be active, as it doesn't actually get qualified teams, I have set up 3 hidden stages pulling 1st, 2nd, and 3rd from each Caribbean league. Thanks for the spot about semi-finals, if I had spotted that before it would have cut a day off of my frustration, update will be in V1.4
  3. Sigh, It is indeed possible. I'll add them, apologies
  4. I did! sigh. Also Guadeloupe needs verifying. V1.1 has the Guadeloupe file, V1.2 will have the Cayman Islands file @Liffa @howabe
  5. @LeB8 @WhiteCat33 I've finally got my first version out. All leagues are accurate as I can make them with realistic finances. I have aimed to make this appropriate for use in the Youth Academy Challenge as I did last year
  6. Version history V1 - initial release 1st December 2023 V1.1 - fix Guadeloupe verification 1/12 v1.2 - forgot Cayman Islands! 1/12 v1.3 - Forgot Puerto Rico! thanks to @themodelcitizen for a bug fix in the shield V1.4 - Reworked Barbados now has accurate league structure and 4 divisions (Premier down to D3). Cuba home player restrictions made reasonable. Haiti fixed (D2 wasn't working, was broken). 5/`1 v1.4.1 - Fix to Bajan Republic Cup - wasn't sorting right, couldn't fix the lack of Q's for group winners v1.5 - Ligue des Antilles with dynamic decisions (i.e. if you improve Saint-Martin's standard in the world you'll get two slots instead of just one) 5/12 v1.5.1 - points now correct for French Antilles, thanks to @howabe 6/12 v1.6 - Anguilla President's cup, transfer window fix for Trinidad (it would give you 4 messages for the start of each one in the leagues, for some reason, no impact on gameplay that I could see). v1.7 - Trinidad transfer window fix, up to date fixture timings so there is no clash with the champs league, semi finals now in play for Caribbean Cup, Trinidad has up to date league with 15 instead of 11 teams in second tier. v2 - big bug fixes. CONCACAF competitions remade into one file, which fixes the qualification of clubs. For example, as a smaller nation you start in the Shield in August, qualify for the Caribbean Cup in September, then play in the Champions League in February of next year. Reputations now seem to change so I maybe fixed that? Barbados updates.
  7. A collection of all 32 Caribbean Nations, their leagues and cups, and club continental competitions. NACL reworked to ensure all qualification goes properly. Put all the files in the Zip file into your Editor Data folder (Your name - my documents - sports interactive - editor data). Caribbean Megapack 24 V2.zip Please don't hesitate to raise issues, hopefully I can fix them! But I have tried my best - have run long-term (10 year) saves to see that finances work, but I likely missed some random things (last year I missed that the Cuban champions skipped half the tournament...) Features; All Caribbean leagues with accurate league formats Caribbean Club Shield added with realistic format. Financials updated from the reported ones this Summer, which is a significant uplift on my estimates before. Dynamic qualification based on league reputation for Caribbean competitions (big shout out to @Palman's thread on this; https://community.sigames.com/forums/topic/389436-dynamic-qualification/) For example, on game start, Trinidad will have 2 teams in the Caribbean Cup and one in the Caribbean Shield, but Montserrat will only get one entrant into the first round of the competition. Player awards for each nation Financials tested for 10 years, there is a balance overall between being profitable and being bankrupt (some Amateur teams accumulate money over time, but if they go semi-pro it disappears). Trinidad has school league and accurate youth competitions - loan your players to the school teams if you can (some weird SI stuff is keeping them mostly grey until a couple years in...) Challenges; Cibao tend to be dominant in the Dominican Republic, can you knock them off their perch? Can you do better than @WhiteCat33? He took a Bajan lower league team to the final of the NACL with nothing but youth regens. With the new dynamic Caribbean competitions and increased prize funds, you may be able to do one or two better. Jamaica tend to dominate the Caribbean Cup, can you take one of the non-big 4 through? Problems that still remain; Cuban player/coach awards don't seem to award reliably Fun fixes and events picked up from long-term testing; Brazilian regens flooding the region if enabled One club in Bonaire entirely bought an entire team of Argentinians after hiring an Argentinian manager and then won the Caribbean Club Shield and Caribbean Cup. Jamaicans flooding a number of countries due to enabling their leagues, as clubs there produce a lot of middle talent that other nations want. Bermuda and British Virgin Island importing en-mass the cast-offs of Vanorama North/South Canada mass-emigrating to Guadeloupe (I accidentally made them) Martinican club bought by Qatari consortium, who promptly buy Argentinians Richmond Hill United (SVG) with players exclusively from Brazil and England. Pictures; Caribbean Cup Zone below, note Martinique has overtaken the Dominican Republic and taken their two places. Flamingo had a team of Argentinians at this point (fixed after) Caribbean Shield second group stage (Cibao lost to Hoppers on penalties, if you're wondering, who then lost to Flamingo) First group stage of the Shield below, note the third place entrants from Jamaica and Trinidad, Haiti's third place team lost to Flamingo in the first round (who went from 1st round to win the Caribbean shield and Cup this year), Guyana's also fell at the first hurdle to Bath Estate of Dominica, Martinique and Dominican Republic's 3rd place teams failed to qualify from their group here. FM23 thread;
  8. They changed their kits since 2016 I believe, you can check if I'm 100% on the colour - if in the editor they have a full set of kit I found all the info needed. If they only have a shirt, I only found the club colour (e.g. the French Football Federation just states team colours and I couldn't find a picture online). Edit: Looks like the club's reported colours at the time I created them were Blue and white, but no kit found... interesting!
  9. Unfortunately the Barabados FA's website, which had lists of players, team info, and the like, is now down... Here's a photo from the BFA's FAcebook from 2016 though! They were bigger many years ago; https://www.facebook.com/BarbadosFA/photos/a.198254776855082/1347763111904237/
  10. He's using my FM23 Caribbean Megapack. I'm hoping my FM24 Megapack will be done by next week, but editor bugs this year have been wild and it takes so long to figure out what is wrong this year.
  11. Load the editor data Try to test the Tweede Divisie Get the error above (team changes depending on which qualifies). I have tried adding a squad registration period, editing the months the league runs, editing the league set-up date, none of the typical fixes work here. I'm at a lost and this error message is not helpful enough for me to diagnose the problem.
  12. I wonder if editing Australia has removed Auckland from the club world cup? What rules did you change?
  13. Sint Maarten and Turks and Caicos Island teams have the same thing, the latter has accumulated quite a lot of Haitians!
  14. Amateur teams sometimes horde a huge number of players. I remember saying a couple years ago that an amateur player should never retire if he is good enough, perhaps the response went too far the other way? I think Amateur teams should cull their worst players over the age of 20 once their teams reach 30 players, as it's pretty uncommon for amateur teams to have large numbers on the team. I've included their CA values to show the number of low single-digit players that should have been told to take up underwater basket knitting or something. This isn't the whole squad by the way - this is literally less than half. I've included the save so you can see the craziness.
  15. That looks like a bug rather than intended behaviour. If the second placed Jamaican team wasn't registered in the league for some crazy reason it might pick you as the highest rep team that is eligible for the competition (e,g. if the Jamaican league didn't finish in time due to a funky international calendar). You'll be pleased to know I have dynamic qualification for the next release. I am doing my final checks for the first draft. The 4 most reputable leagues get 4 1st place and 4 second place teams straight into the Caribbean Cup, skipping the Caribbean Club Shield. The top 6 teams even get a 3rd place entrant (3rd place entries were new this year, although it didn't help Club Sando!).
  16. I've made some leagues, as evidenced in the save game. One of them (Bahamas) has the B-team in the top league. This team is making bank - income from B team is £50k a year and expenditures are only £10k for an amateur team. It is their biggest income source, and not sure where to balance it;
  17. The file attached has the U20 team. I've set it up to be the team that players called to national service go to, but in-game the players don't go on loan to the club and they only ever have grey players.
  18. I can't even explain fully what is happening. I loaded an FM23 save and tried editing it. I've made changes, and verification is broken. Verifying separate leagues leads to a weird South Korean rules error, and the new division I made isn't even an option to verify. I've attached it, no idea what's going on with the editor this year.
  19. Aruba has some crazy league stuff going on, trying to put the basics in before advanced rules. Basic settings --> 4 from the current league and 8 from the league below for a relegation playoff, for 12(!) teams in the competition to decide who gets promoted/not relegated. I've set it to have "10" teams "relegated" from the playoff, but the editor verifier doesn't like it. It claims no teams promoted from the Division Uno, when of course that's because the "promotion" playoff is actually the relegation playoff above. The editor needs to look at relegation playoffs above its division to verify properly. This has been a problem for many years
  20. This file has some errors I need to fix, but it won't let me run verification together. Both leagues are apparently individually verified, but the file itself isn't. If I run verification on the first league the error pops up, but it won't let me just do a normal verification. Aruba 2024 adv.fmf
  21. This fixed my reserve league problem of not enough teams, but now they're not picking teams (I presume a different bug) The file came over from FM23 with basic rules and I made it advanced in the FM24 editor, just to add to the menagerie of problems. I've attached it without resolving the problem (to resolve it I had to put in required teams as others did) T&T2024 adv.fmf
  22. So far I have a working combined Caribbean cup with fixed teams (no dynamic settings). The dynamic one seems to work for the first year and then randomly assigns nations (I.e. first year its the big 4 with Cuba instead of the Dominican Republic, but then it goes off the rails).
  23. Thank you for highlighting that. I had a look into it, even RSSSF seem unclear as they make a note not to include La Habana FC in the titles of Ciudad. It looks like when I first came on I thought they may have been merged, as a La Habana disappear and the players went over (La Habana wasn't based in Havana, but a town 30 odd miles outside or something) . My gut feeling remains that they merged- Cuba as you k ow has regional teams and it would be unusual to have two teams for a region. Perhaps before they had one for the city and one for the region and then they were merged in 2012. I'll have a think and update for the Winter update. Sorry I missed this last year.
