  1. No regulations against promoting B teams in the Cayman Islands - a couple years ago there were 1st team and B team in the top flight! Looks interesting
  2. Latinos would be interesting, as they are predominantly South American players (can't remember if I set the newgens up for them though)
  3. I'm so invested in this - can't wait to see you compete in the NACL. I reckon that's possible once you get to Saint Kitts
  4. In case you were wondering about the real OneLove, they just beat Old Madrid 8-0!
  5. Need to start games with more players really. It's an unfair advantage to New Vibes' opponents.
  6. Annoying, but something the game is getting right from a simulation perspective. A lot of clubs will have managers for ages in the lower leagues in the Caribbean.
  7. If I remember correctly its a short season in the USVIR, so should be interesting
  8. That sucks, there are a lot of people who make lots of leagues without testing. My Caribbean Megapack has all accurate and tested leagues - Puerto Rico funnily enough only has one level in reality so they didn't get that right either... If you want a hard, long slog then pick Trinidad or Jamaica. If you want a medium slog, then pick one of the French nations (Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Haiti) or Suriname (competitive leagues, reasonably enough to go a distance in the Caribbean Cup). Otherwise you'll find it's easy to dominate domestically but hard to break the NACL (e.g. Guyana with the insane number of regional leagues below the first division, Barbados, Antigua, Curacao, Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent all have 3 leagues to sink your teeth into). Some of those leagues have interesting rules. Saint Kitts only has two levels, but draconian discipline rules.
  9. I'm not surprised, Academy Eagles is the TCIFA's academy team, so basically the best youth players in one place. Their youth coaching is probably much higher than anyone else's
  10. You've reached the point where you can afford to hire Haitian players, so you'll find it easier now lol. They're a good nation in the region, but their average wage is significantly lower.
  11. Why have we glossed over the fact he finished 4th in the CFU!!! He was literally 2 extra time goals away from Mexican and American clubs
  12. I've saved this post in my mind to go back to, as there are some great suggestions I don't have time to implement at the moment
  13. The nations should already be manageable without my file, as I've added enough players in the master database to qualify them - you just need to load all players from that nation. This file will undoubtedly make it much more fulfilling, rewarding, and meaningful as you will have plenty of domestic options for each position
  14. Great stuff. Love it so much it won't let me up vote any more posts lol
  15. It's tough. If you keep winning manager of the year that will help a tiny bit - it's why awards are important (and why I add them) - you get a small boost to world rep, which will help you get jobs elsewhere. Coaching badges should also help
  16. Shouldn't be that bad as unlike others I balanced the figures in my long term testing. You'll definitely bankrupt if you go max facilities, but wages and costs are lower
  17. Not much! I've bumped Caribbean Cup prize money, because if I didn't it would bankrupt anyone participating (CFU is criminally underfunded). Winning NACL nets you a couple million, but yea not much money kicking around.
  18. Congrats! Historically that team would have a bunch of expats, which shouldn't be too surprising given the name!
  19. I tried to make this work in the editor but couldn't make it (all star teams don't seem to work, and there's no minimum age teams anymore, and the squad rules work around kept crashing)
  20. The problem that far down is low world rep and typically low adaptability. You might have more luck finding a job elsewhere and coming back to them
  21. Nice. Sucks about the job. Surprised Robinhood didn't just run away with that group.
