  1. Well I think we might have been very lucky, as our data is not showing this crash anymore since the live build? Does that match your experience?
  2. Its unlikely tomorrows release will resolve it, unless there has been an inadvertent "fix" - there is basically a bad luck element to this as far as we undertstand, there is a flaw in the Ryzen 1000 series processors and certain program flow and code patterns can make it more likely to present itself. We are still waiting to get a machine in house so we can experiment and see what we can do to workaround it.
  3. It should be, but you need to speak to your retailer.
  4. Yees with using console edition on PC you can (not with "full" FM)
  5. You need to update, 11 is the minimum version.
  6. Ok then it isn't the same issue, please post your own thread if you haven't already
  7. yeah it will be inconsistent, that is certainly expected, a shame that the driver update didn't fix it, one of the sources we found about this issue suggested it would. We'll keep digging but this a complex issue, I am trying to source a Ryzen 1000 series machine that I can experiment with.
  8. We've discovered somehow the game is triggering a bug in first generation Ryzen processors, like what you have. There is some speculation that AMD fixed the issue in a chipset driver update, so you could give that a go install the chipset driver here and then reboot: B350 Drivers & Support | AMD
  9. Hi, can we grab your dxdiag please? Creating a DXDIAG Report – SEGA Support
  10. Yep you can safely ignore that, we have never signed the game on Windows
  11. yeah choose clooud, it still keeps a copy on your local machine
  12. I'm afraid this does require manual intervention, because games are sandboxed on Steamdeck Fm24 cannot directly access FM23 games. We have spoken to Valve about the possibility of them adding an API to facilitate access, but really its up to them if/when it happens.
  13. Its more that we can't exactly test every custom data/league file out there, as ever with custom edits its not under official support, but yeah as others have said it should work fine, if not, log an issue, hopefully it would be minor enoguh to easily be fixed.
  14. To load the save yes, afterwards it should be the same
  15. You are indeed overthinking, a steam code enables both Windows and Mac versions
  16. it really depends what changes you have made, if you are just editing attributes etc it should have no affect on transfers
  17. If you are refering to editor files you have made, then yes - you've been able to use editor files from previous veersions for sometime now. I think you might have to re-verify the file in the fm24 editor perhaps (or that might just be for league rules)
  18. You get both the windows console edition and xbox as one purchase, but not full FM. If you have gamepass you have acess to it all.
  19. You won't run fm09 on a new mac though, as Apple dropped 32bit support, I think perhaps FM17 is the oldest version you can run on a modern mac.
