  1. Don't know which competition uses this one, but a PERMANENT ban after 3 red cards in a season? Sergio Ramos, you are in trouble sir! The text behind seems formatting that hasn't been properly done, so ignore that one.
  2. Extended stoppage rule has been added as an option.
  3. More hosting stuff. You can tell the game to pick from specific groups of nations. So no more Malta games for your home-made European Cup.
  4. We can set a city as host now and let's not forget we can set a maximum number of host nations.....
  5. Try restarting Steam. That did it for me.
  6. Stadium changes have been expanded. Seeing Stadium changes, I am not sure what Stadium Move is needed for.
  7. Finally FM24 is complete. Launching the editor now
  8. In the Netherlands, some clubs will not play on Sunday for religious reasons. Next season at various levels the Saturday and Sunday competition will be merged. In this case the home town will be able to choose the day the game is played, with the exception of games where a Saturday football team is involved that will not play on Sunday for religiious reasons. Please add a pulldown menu to the Club section where you can select a day or multiple day a team cannot play.
  9. You can do so in advanced rules by setting specific playing dates for rounds in the group stage.
  10. Regarding your last question, it will continue using the FM23 players. Not sure what is causing the name change, but @rusty217's suggestion sounds like the best way to go if that is the only thing that would be really bothering. Of course, it could be that there are changes in the FM24 editor which will make you think to move your file into FM24 and rework it there.
  11. My educated guess is that it has to do with how some of the nations qualify for the competition. Since that nation not being run in the test, it doesn't deliver the team to the competition. Only issue is that I don't have a clue which nations that could be.
  12. They have build up their database through the years (probably), because data gets added, but gets rarely re-used in another way.
  13. In short, you can't do it with all data, without changing some. The UID can be exported to XML if you make a change to a club. However, that will only mean you have the club UID and the specific change and nothing else.
  14. I have been informed that the reason for this happening is clear and is data related. A data change has been created for this. Not by me though, so I can't say for sure if it is included on full release rightaway. For those who might want to edit this via the editor (I am an editor mod afterall), check if the contract field is empty and put the players on youth contracts.
  15. I think your question is easier to answer when posted here https://community.sigames.com/forums/forum/18-skinning-hideout/
  16. Oh yes, the dreaded "Hey, I could redo that". Already saw a few of those in my Americas map.
  17. Good suggestion. If the inside of your computer is dusty, the annoying sound can happen as well.
  18. The in-game editor is not released untill full release 6 november. This is not a bug.
  19. That's correct. The pre-game editor isn't released until the game goes live on November 6th.
  20. The possibilities are endless and are part of the challenge in this project as well. I keep on reading through things and thinking about all directions it can go.
  21. You will have to start a new save when a data update arrives.
  22. If you, in your opinion, have been removed based on other reasons than FM related, the bug tracker is not the right place to post and you are advised to use the contact us form.
  23. Ok, then bug logging is out of the question.
  24. So while we are waiting for the release of the editor I have been thinking a bit of Oceania (working on some base data thoughts for Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific Islands and I am working out the big puzzle called Europe. As Europe has a big effect on the rest of the world in terms of colonisation and decolonisation I needed to rework some of my initial idea to make the historical divergence a possibility. Some things would not have worked out otherwise in terms of 'realism' So I came up with the word ignition point which is the moment that an area of the world is set on fire and the history was changed. I got the following for ignition points for Europe, with the first one being obvious. I might pick another few out when I read through the American histories again - Napoleonic Wars (you have seen that in South and Central America) - Unification of Germany (the one around 1870, not that one from 1990) - Unification of Italy - Irish independence - Scandinavian royal houses - Winter War - Spanish Civil War - Balkan Wars early 20th century - First World War - Algerian War of Independence (yes, it is North-Africa, but this one is probably a lot more relevant than you will realise)
