But if you want a England to level 10, or play the Azerbaijan league with real rules, then that's fine. Still, the same principle stands, holiday a year and take over a newly promoted team into the lowest playable league. For those countries that doesn't have relegation from the lowest tier, then take over the club who finished bottom during the holiday year. Albeit that is only fine if the nation has a minimum of two tiers. So no single tier league is permitted. If you are in doubt, holiday a season and post some screenshots and someone will answer. XaW
XaW - Brickfield Rangers - Season 2022/23 - JD Cymru North Squad | Transfers | Finances Our first season in Wales went by rather quickly. I used something similar to what I did in Luxembourg, and it seems to work fine. Even though we finished in 11th place, I always had the feeling we got a bit hard done by at times. Looking at the xG table, we should have been 3rd! So I jot quite a few things down to lack of player quality, and we did often lose games due to what I would call individual errors. So I think I'll stick with this setup going forward as I hope for some better quality players that what I started with. The team was decent enough with a few good players and a few horrible players, but it's as expected in the lower leagues of Wales, I suppose. Onward and upwards we go! Off the pitch, I managed to complete the National C and B licenses and also approve the National A that I'm currently working on. The club is losing a bit of money each month, so I expect us to start to struggle with this soon enough. Welsh League Cup: We lost to Guilsfield in the 1st round on pens.Welsh Cup: We beat Llay Welfare and Prestatyn Town before we lost to Llanrhaedr in the 3rd round. Youth intake: Each and any intake is welcome the first season, but this was quite something. Two excellent players and a lot of talented ones as well. Mark York 23a went straight into the team as the main striker. Huge for a 16 year old and not horribly slow either. No doubt about our right back either. Stuart Hayes 23b is best on the defensive side, but we are in lower league Wales, so I expect he is better than most. Trophy cabinet None

Popular Post JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 10 – 2031/32 Youth Intake So after the defeat in our last game against Académico de Viseu, we had a crash down to reality once again after we were smashed by Estoril Praia 4-1, after Estrela held us to a 1-1 draw. We did pick up two comfortable victories against Fafe and Gondomar however, so we knew we could win, before another defeat, this time against Chaves, put another stop to our momentum. We did however, come from behind to beat Vitória de Setúbal after tinkering my tactic and formation, to allow us to get more points on the board. As a result our our rather ropey run of form, we've dropped to 7 points behind Portimonense and Nacional. We're just 1 point clear of Académico de Viseu, and 4 points clerar of Feirense. We want to get a top 3 finish, having been in the fight for promotion throughout the entire season so far. We also managed to get our latest youth intake, and while it's not as impressive as last season, I like to think it's still a reasonable one in terms of strength it could potentially give us. The player who excites me the most is Octávio Estevão, a player that is probably better suited for the DM role, but is still a player that I could even use as a CB if I get desperate enough to need to rely on that sort of thing. With Lasca's 6'6" frame, we could 100% use him to cover up Estevão's weakness in lack of height. He's not scared to go for the ball though, which is useful too. Bruno Ferreira is also another exciting young talent, and someone that I could see being played in the centre of the park. We will need to mentor some ambition in the boy, but his unflappable media handling style is still rather exciting. José Fortes is another exciting young talent who I could see myself rely on in the future. He's a striker who is honestly better suited for the wings. So he could be a winger on the right, but an inverted winger on the left. Perhaps I could start using wingers again in the future soon. We needed more left backs, and Valter Miller provides me with more strength in depth in that area. He needs work and he is inconsistent, but there's still a lot to like about him. Ricardo Pires could be the backup I need in goal for the long term. Saraiva isn't going to be good enough for that role long-term, but if Pires develops, he could be. He just needs to not be unambitious. The last person I want to talk about is Antonio Lucena. He's an exciting inverted winger on the left, giving me plenty of options to play with there, and another reason for me to potentially consider playing with wingers next season. For a look at my other youth intakes, and to see how we adapted in our game against Vitória de Setúbal, feel free to watch my latest video down below. I assure you, some of the other players are also pretty good. JLAB's YAC with Beira-Mar Part 61
Popular Post TheWillsy
South Shields season 6: 2027-28 Another season, another play off first round defeat... Not much to say other than our best points total yet but once again we lost in the play off first round despite being the better team. In the FA cup though, we beat a L1 and L2 team to set up a third round tie away at Brighton which was fantastic for the finances. This allowed an upgrade in the training facilities and youth recruitment, however the youth facilities were downgraded at the end of the season which was dissapointing. Jones was POTS once again, counting down the days until we lose him... Really want to get promoted soon to stand a chance of keeping him. 5 star preview for about the 4th year in a row! However, no one who will immediately step into the first team. We cemented our spot in the play offs with one game to go, so decided to pick an all-youth 11 for the first time in our final game, one of my favourite milestones of this challenge . Hunter, Tee, and Agnew are the only 3 real players who start semi-regularly so we are close to fielding an all-youth 11 for every game now. Conor Tee is still my captain though and a good player, so he will stick around for a few more seasons. Oh, and we won the game despite a first half sending off . If we can get into the play offs again, we've got to try and get past the first round for once!

Popular Post libbyshuss
2063/64 (season too many to count now) Premier League Season Summary Really frustrating season in the end and the first that feels like step back for a while League - We started well enough. Unbeaten for the first 12 games and against some tricky opposition as well. We were 6 points behind leader Man City and game 13 was away at the Etihad. We lost, then went to Newcastle and lost. So, 14 games in and we were 12 points behind already. We actually got really close to closing that gap but a fixture pile up at the end of the season meant we were running on fumes and lost a couple of games against sides in the bottom 5 to slip away from contention. In the end we missed out on Champions League football, which is a little upsetting. Champions League - so I screwed up here. Smug complacency made me think my reserve team would get me through the group stage. They didn't. we finished 3rd in a group that had Roma, Nice and Vitoria de Guimaires. We should have walked it really Europa League - So into the Europa League we went. We beat Porto, Nime and Ternana on our way to the semi-final, where we lost to Arsenal FA Cup - Finally, a decent run! All the way to the Final! Where we lost 5-0 to Manchester City after our world class midfielder got himself sent off after 10 minutes! goddammit...... Players So this team has 7 ex-wonderkids or wonderkids in it. It's a good team and should be capable of winning stuff. But it keeps falling short and will be weaker next season as Daniel Bennet is retiring (the first wonderkid I managed to keep!) at 36. He played 782 games for us! I have no replacement. Sekou Kamian 59A is an official wonderkid now, so there's two of them in this side running around. Khumalo 61A is the other one; he is bonkers good. Youth Even the youth intake was a disappointment this season! Preview looked good, 5 stars excellent intake predicted But the intake was only good, and not that good either.... Wonderkids Four in this years list, which was a nice surprise! The latter two clearly won't be wonderkids though but its still encouraging to see them there. Career I need a good season to keep my interest in this save I think. I'm starting to wilt.... This made me laugh though:- I am wily and old, here me roar!

Popular Post jepze
Jepze - Edinburgh College - Season 2031/32 We're going into this season, with only 1 player in the first team squad, who isn't through the youth academy after I took over. He only got 3 starts, but he came on the pitch a lot of times this season. To the start, we upgraded over coaching and youth recriutment to excellent. It's 2 steps up from last season, and hopefully, we'll get some better youth intakes. We're still amatuers, so we can't get a lot from the training. The finances are still good, but we're got some more expenditure beacause of it. We still got some black numbers on the board still, and we're only got 51K DKK to pay on the loan, so 3 months more and we're done with that! In the league, we was exceptionel good! We got the highest number of points ever in the league, most wins ever and most goals by a team ever in the league. If you can notice, we win the league and secure a spot in the playoff group. It's was a tough group, but we got 2 2-1 wins and got promoted to tier 5! We're ready to fight again next year and hopefully stay up in the Lowland League! Squad | Transfer | Finances Another excellent yout intake, this time it was only a 4 ½ star intake. I hoped our investments could make a 5 star again, but their some nice players, who go directly into the starting XI. Spoiler First player i'll show is Chris Adamson. He is a AML and is 192 cm! He can be good at corners, but just to get some mens around him. He will be the new man on the AML, but we allready got Allan Harper here. Chris is the best player in the club, and will therefore be the first man on the sheet to the games. We have a lot of good offensive players now, so we will go after scoring goals instead of defending a lot. The next player is Makey Griffihs. Last year we got our first DM, and now we got Mikey. He's a very good DM for our team, and going directly in the starting line-up. We'll be working on the defensiv stats for him, becuase it's the most important stats we need for him, when our defence is so weak. Another goalkeeper. The goalkeepers is nearly top 3 every time i got a youth intake. Again he is going between the posts as our new nr. 1. He's not the best, but better than Eric Turnbull from last year, who was the best player. Mark played the playoff games an made a good figure for us. Popular Post Morpheus13
SC Toulon Season 33/34 Review Table - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Again a very good season, finishing 10th in the League. We were never in danger of getting relegated, actually closer to the promotion play-offs. In the end we had a few injuries and we are not able to compensate, since the squad is not really deep. But our first eleven is pretty nice and has good League 2 level, with especially the last few intakes being very good ones. Squad Loris Lamoulie (32B) is becoming our best player. Physically he is bad but technically gifted he is our heart. Anthony Malpon (32A) is becoming better and better and also Youssouf (31A) is getting better. I might have to change the formation to next season, even tho our 4-3-3 is working very good, but Bronner (33A) has to start playing first team football. Also Dupont (33B) has becoming a regular starter for us and is progressing nicely. Very promising is also, that I managed to extend the contracts of all our key players. Intake 34 Another intake that deliverd, even tho there are no players who are immediately ready for the first team. I hope that Thomas develops well, because we are in need of a left-back. Most promising ones: Matisse Thomas (34A), Jean -Luc Guerin (34B) and Bilal Zekri (34C) Other Notes First times we got money from a sell on clause And we managed to upgrade the youth facilities again Edited January 10, 2022 by Morpheus13

League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were never in trouble and the three games we drew, we really should of won. Pre Season Friendlies - A mixed bag though it was all good preperation. Squad - A good squad that I feel can challenge again. Squad Dynamics - As good as Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - We lost a few players on free transfers as they wanted to play higher up the pyramid and I could do nothing about it. Youth Candidates - A decent intake, with right winger Muhammed Özer YP23A1 looking like a fine prospect. Finances - We have a small balance but at least we are in the black. Key Players Frank Eulderink - Playing on the right wing, he was an automatic starter for us. Jelle Damhuis - Our left back scored a remarkable 14 goals in 24 appearances. Popular Post jepze
After the scottish disappointment, i've uses this morning before my lectures, to find a new club. I was jumping between Malta and lower leagues in France yesterday night, but this morning, i considered, that i should go for France, a team in Paris, to try to be the best team in the France capital. I used this DB, to get to the regional leagues in France. https://manageronline.fr/r1mo/. Then i should choose my team. Paris got 2 regional leagues, but there was only 1 of the promoted teams, which wasn't a B team, so the choice was easy. I'm going to take charge of UJA Maccabi Paris Métropole. It's a club founded in 1926, got PSG as rivals and are ready for the youth challenge, if you ask me :P This time i have checked, that the club can go semi pro and pro.

I have the same thing in the Welsh 2nd tier currently. Tusen takk. Has it resulted in you losing players freely? Can you offer any tips for keeping players on such deals? Can you offer any tips for keeping players on such deals? Ikke noe problem! Well, yes, when other teams try to steal my players I offer them a contract with a start date at the end of the season. If they accept, they cannot be stolen before the new contract comes into effect. So at least I can keep the player for the season, before someone offers for him again. And then I do the same. Of course, if they accept to go somewhere else instead of accepting, then you are out of luck, but often they will accept it.

It definitely adds another layer of difficulty to an already tough challenge.

If you want even more, I can point you to the lower league Norwegian file I made that goes all the way down to the 10th tier! Since I know you like Norwegian football, I mean!
Popular Post JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 10 – 2031/32 Did We Do It? We needed to pick up points in order to keep our promotion hopes alive. We never lost a game, but we drew 4 of the last 6 matches, which wasn't ideal. We did pick up 10 points however, and 3 against some of the best teams in the division. We are desperately hoping that we can pull off at least a top 3 finish for a chance to get promoted to the top flight. And get a top 3 finish we did. We pulled it off thanks to our superior goal difference, and for the first time in our 8 seasons in this division, we have managed to secure a top 3 finish, and a chance to get promoted to the top flight of Portugal. Our opponents in the playoffs? Varzim, a side that we have managed to draw against in all 4 encounters against in the past. So we have something to work towards as we aim to try and get promoted to the Liga Portugal Bwin for the first time ever. We played the last two matches in the latest video and we started the round of fixtures a point behind Académico de Viseu. If you want to watch how we overcame that, then the video will be linked below. Thanks again. JLAB's YAC with Beira-Mar Part 62

If you do, you have to have all your youth players in the main squad and you can only loan them out to your shared U19 team. Really annoying.

Several teams share youth teams and it royally screws up youth intakes in FM. I've reported it a few times, but it's apparently the closest reflection possible of real life. So I suggest only using teams with it's own youth team for this challenge.

Popular Post XaW
XaW - Brickfield Rangers - Season 2023/24 - JD Cymru North Squad | Transfers | Finances We improved a lot this season, and this time we were closer to what the xG says. The xG table says we should have been in 2nd, but 5th is an improvement from last season. Only 7 points off the top is very encouraging, and I think we might get promoted within a few years if we keep this up. Out of the talented youngsters, the superstar this season clearly is Mark York 23a. Loads of goals, and just the arrowhead of our attack. Excellent season! In midfield, Arwel Torgersen 23k had a good season, and developed well. And finally, Osian Harvey-Davies 23i is becoming a good defender for us. I kept going with the licenses, and competed all the way to Continental C and I'm working on Continental B. Welsh League Cup: We lost to Flint Town in the 1st round.Welsh Cup: We beat Blaenavon Blues and Llangefni before we lost to Gap Connah's Quay in the 3rd round. Youth intake: Not a fantastic intake, but loads of potential. Josh Williams 24o is a promising fullback that is quite good going forward. Tim Gibbon-Barker 24h is a promising goalkeeper, and finally we have a 2nd one! Trophy cabinet None
