We're now in season ten so decent progress. Had a couple of relegations from League 1 along the way but this time round we did a back to back promotion run. [Minor vent: we almost bottled the promotion. Needed 4 points from our last 4 games to secure automatic promotion. 3 of the games were against the bottom 3 sides in the league, the bottom 2 already confirmed as doomed. We got 1 point from 12. Managed the playoff easily after that though.] Felt good to get that off my chest! So in the ten seasons so far we've had some decent upgrades whenever we had money. Youth recruitment and junior coaching are up to 14 and 17 respectively. They won't improve the training facilities any further at the moment, both had just 1 improvement each so poor really. Last season the cost of running the youth side of things was £79k for the whole year. This season it's jumped to £84k per month! I can only presume this is because we're in the Championship now? We are hemorrhaging money! We had around £400k in the bank and it's dwindling fast. By the end of the season we'll be well in debt at this rate. So advice required please! Should I ask the board to reduce the recruitment and junior coaching levels? Or just carry on and let the board deal with the car crash that's coming? We don't really have any valuable assets to sell. Couple of players are wanted by clubs in the Championship but the fees they pay at this level are extremely low. Debt is just money you don't have. Missing coaching or recruitment are players you are not getting! Go into debt, the biggest issue you will have is not being able to improve more things. Always get more and gamble on it helping in the long run (in the game that is, in real life I might have told you something else! )

Fingers crossed the increase in reputation and cost will produce a player or 3. In ten years we've never had better than a 2 star CA come through. BelgianGuy72 Posted Sunday at 20:27 Share Posted Sunday at 20:27 Promotion! A great first season just ended. We didn't win the league but secured second place and promotion to the 2nd division. We now are a professionel club but finances remain a mess. I got 2 coaching badges and the youth intake was really good. But will it be enough to survive next season?
jamespthomas Posted Sunday at 20:46 Share Posted Sunday at 20:46 Decided to have another go at this. My Alcione Milan save went downhill not long after my last post (my best youngster was sold for 500k by the board and was instantly worth £20m) and then got relegated and gave up in frustration. I always wanted to do a Wales youth challenge save so here we go. Cardiff Corinthians. Will be a tough one. Chosen for the added storyline of becoming a bigger club than Cardiff City in the English Pyramid on the way to success. Popular Post scarp Posted Sunday at 21:22 Popular Post Share Posted Sunday at 21:22 (edited) NK Roltek Dob 2045/46 We saw significant issues at the back three without our star players and we still have noone in the pipeline, I feel like it will still be a long way to finish the challenge, if ever. Especially now with Segrt leaving for free. In Cup we lost to Celje in the finals. But finally we managed to improve youth facilities! We had some decent games in the league phase as we beat Dinamo, Braga and Bodo, but AC Milan absolutely destroyed us, so once more we are out in first KO round. Great season for us as we managed to clinch the title without losing a single game. Although it's bittersweet because both our star CBs Makaric and Kotnik will leave at the end of the season to Saudi and Inter. Kompara is still our best attacker but I started playing Roser there occasionally. Segrt will play one more season but he will leave after that, we had two youth in-takes in a row without even a 4* PA player so I am not sure how long can we keep up. Tadej Lazar (7+22) and Zan Stor (23+9) had break-out season in central midfield, being supported by Uros Vidovic as DM (2+10). I fully gave up on full-backs and we play with 3 in the back, which is already sub-optimal, but I do not see other options. In Slovenian Cup we beat Maribor 3-1 in the finals and secured a double. Teplice surprised us and we are out of Champions League very early. Thankfully no surprise in Europa League. We beat some good teams and only lost to the EL specialists - Sevilla. AEK was easy, PSV were rather hard but we got lucky on penalties. Rennes and AS Roma were both close opponents but we were better in both games and deserved to reach the final where we will face Newcastle. Newcastle started stronger and got ahead thanks to Young's shot from outside the box. We were quick to counter as Stor overtook Newcastle defense and scored. 7 minutes before half-time Segrt got fouled in the penalty box and Kompara scored from the penalty mark. We controlled the game going forward and deservedly won Europa League! We had takeover but still cannot progress with youth facilities. Key players: Ivan Segrt, Tadej Lazar & Zan Stor Youth in-take Great achievement and you have some great players that have came through. What are the preferred formations of your HoYD and is it him that are providing the reports of the intakes? Could explain why lack of full backs? Your star rating intakes are also compared against Segrt who must be one of the best players around so even 4 star potential players can turn out excellent. I think getting potential elite talents when he is the baseline is very good. Edited Monday at 09:28 by Skora11
Popular Post XaW Posted Monday at 09:25 Popular Post Share Posted Monday at 09:25 XaW - Folkestone Invicta - Season 2025/26 (Season 2) - Vanarama National League Squad | Transfers | Finances Our first season at a national level went really well. Of course, we were nowhere close to the dominance we had last season, but we still stayed far away from a battle against relegation and that's pretty much all we could have hoped for. The skills of the teams around us was also noticeable, and whenever I had to rest the starters the drop in quality was evident. I do love this board as they seem to accept pretty much everything reasonable I ask for, so the youth intake this season was much better than before, and I hope it will get even better in the coming seasons. One thing to note this season is that our captain and rock of the defence, Callum Davies, has decided to retire after the season. He went out lifting a trophy in his final game (more on that in the cups below), but he is sticking around as a U18 coach for us, so his tenure at the club will continue! I'm all for him being a symbol of loyalty for the new kids coming through! FA Cup: We beat St Albans City, York City, and Burton Albion before we lost to Premierships side Nottingham Forest in the 3rd round. FA Trophy: We beat Maidenhead United, Hampton & Richmond, Southend, Scunthorpe, and Walsall to reach the final. There we faced Wealdstone, who won the Vanarama South this season, in a very close match. It was 2-2 at full time, so we went into extra time. There we saw an unlikely hero in right back and new player Darron McPhee 26a fire a missile into the bottom corner to win it for us! Best players from the academy: Daniel Turner 25b - Is now a regular in the defence. Uses his physique to score a few goals from set pieces. Michał Szczepanik 25d - He is starting to turn into a nice utility player for us that can work well on both wings. Darron Berthanneau 25c - Not my favourite player and doesn't play very well, but he is a body that can fit into various positions and the other options were worse. Still hope he doesn't need to play regularly going forward. Everything clicked this season and we completed the challenge by winning both the Premier League and Champions League! In the league, we never hit a bad form and had a few periods of very good form. In the end, we only needed to win one of the last two games against Leeds or Crystal Palace. We unfortunately lost to Leeds. Thus I was a bit nervous before the last game. But we won the championship in the end! In Champions League league phase we had a good draw. I played the best 11 against Paris, Milan, and Barcelona, and the second best 11 against the other teams. We qualified as number 4. In round of 16, we were up against AC Milan again. We lost the first game away from home. But in the second leg, we won in the penalty shoot out. In the quarter final, we were up against Paris SG, again. In the first leg away from home, we lost again. In the second leg we won. This time in extra time. In the semi final, we were up against Barcelona, again another team from the league phase. We lost the first game away from home 1-4. I though it was over. But in the second leg we managed to win 4-1 too. We won in the penalty shoot out. 3 great comebacks and we made it to the final! In the final, we were up against Napoli. In the middle of the first half we managed to score from a corner, and just before half time we secured the lead with 2-0. My team has lots of depth and one elite player. I rotated the team a lot and I think a lot of my success was due to playing time management. Flynn developed well this season and he is by far my best player. Eze had a great season with 16 assists and 10 goals. Asamoah and O'Halloran did well in the defense and Harewood and Jamerson did well offensively. For the first time in many years, I did not have any players on the NXGN-list. A bit disappointing. Flynn, my best player, won the best young player award! He has elite mental stats! We also had 4 players on the team of the year! Asamoah also won the best rookie award. The youth intake preview was great. 5 stars and two A's. The actual intake was okay. 4 elite talents, but I am not that happy with the personalities. No outgoing transfers of significance this season. Finances and Upgrades No upgrade to report about here. Next season Well, the challenge is over. Maybe I will continue with this save. Maybe I will play with my only other FM24 save, with my favourite save. Or maybe I will try the Youth Academy Challenge with another team. congrats @fries

I think getting potential elite talents when he is the baseline is very good. Thank you! Yes, I think I just got too excited by the luck of having three world-class talents come through in between 2-3 years. Even though after Segrt's departure, my defenders CA/PA did not really change, only some of my best talents got elevated in CA. The issue with full-backs is not that they would not be coming through, it's their quality. In 20+ years I haven't had a full-back with more than 3* CA and two of those came through ~12-13 years ago and played 10 seasons for me, namely Ivanovic and Kastrevec. I admit I might have tried to do a better job of cultivating the 3* PA players that I had. My previous HOYD that gifted me the talents have currently 5-3-2 as preferred formation, but I believe it used to be 4-3-3 - is this possible? Maybe I misremember. Anyway I exchanged him for a new one for this season, so let's see if anything changes on that front. By the way, before our EL win I could not get any world-class HOYD, all the possible options were worse than my previous HOYD who I signed around 15 years ago.
Popular Post scarp Posted Monday at 16:29 Popular Post Share Posted Monday at 16:29 (edited) NK Roltek Dob 2046/47 We lost few games here and there but overall were comfortably on the top spot after all 36 rounds. We broke Slovenian League record of most points, as well as few others. David Kompara at the age of 32 had probably his best season yet, supported by his cousin Mateo Kompara. Zivec became our number one goalie and our CBs are showing some progress as well. In the end Segrt's farewell did not hurt as one bit, as we played better than last season. We can celebrate double once again as Mura was nowhere on our level in the final. We did really well in CL League phase. After initial loss to BvB we managed to beat Astana, Wolfsburg, Chelsea and Galatasaray in a row, before finishing with three draws against Feyenoord, PSG and AC Milan. Still it was not enough to go straight for RO16. We beat comfortably Brugge and then we faced best club in Spain. At home we managed to draw thanks to Kompara cousins, but on Nou Camp Barcelona showed us who's boss. Koetzer Posted Monday at 17:30 Share Posted Monday at 17:30 House of Billiards | Suriname | Season 2030 Three in a row! Solid defense was the key this time, we conceded the first goal only in tenth game. Cup No easy games in the cup, but we defended this trophy as well. Caribbean Shield Revenge! We won both group stages confidently and once again got Inter in playoffs, conceded an early goal but made a comeback in second half! The final itself wasn’t so important as both teams already qualified for the next level, but winning a trophy for the first time is always a nice bonus (especially defeating a team from the strongest Caribbean league). Caribbean Cup Well, that win over Waterhouse certainly wasn’t an accident, we topped the group with two Jamaican teams, defeated the third one in semi-final and lifted our fourth trophy in a year against Trinidad champions! This schedule with a month between stages was a bit boring though, we didn’t even have suitable opponents for friendlies except our own reserves. And yes, we’ll start the next season in Champions League! Squad stats Marcelencio Waal – his first season with 30+ goals (of course we had more games, but these extra ones were against stronger teams than we usually face in the league) G.Becker *26c and Y.Pinas *26b – shared the lead in assists. N.Pinas *25a – returned his goalscoring form after a less productive previous season. G.Pinas *26j – finally his performance is more suitable for being one of the best players by ability. Transfers – more loans. Youth intake (preview) Rozenblad *30a | Valies *30b | Kompagnie *30c | de Baas *30d | Pinas *30e | Pengel *30f Rozenblad and Valies went directly to the first team and already scored a few important goals (though I won’t be surprised if Waal remains our top goalscorer next season anyway). Sadly our DOF (who was responsible for the youth intake) decided to leave after this season, and there is no one available to replace him equally. After winning the Caribbean Cup we became the biggest team in Suriname!
Popular Post kaivolax Posted Monday at 17:54 Popular Post Share Posted Monday at 17:54 Season 7 and 8 Review SC Westfalia Herne League Table Season 7 A decent midtable finish at 9th with 16 points to both promotion and relegation spot. In the DFB-Pokal we went out in the third round / eighth final against Hamburg. In the Verbandspokal we made it to the final fourth year in a row losing to Bielefeld. As they were also promoted to 2. Bundesliga we'll take their cup spot in the DFB-Pokal next season. Youth Intake Ostrowski and Hartel will take turns at the starting AML spot. League Table Season 8 A small improvement from last season finishing at 7th. We were even hanging to a promotion spot but 4 losses in last 7 matches saw us finish just outside the playoffs. With a win in the last match we would have placed 5th and claimed the playoff spot. In the DFB-Pokal we made it to the quarterfinal eventually losing to Leverkusen. Transfers Season 8 Out went both starting fullbacks in Ammen and Schuhen with 50 % of the next sale clause. Used the clause on Ammen in February which netted us 7.07M and should enable us to upgrade facilities a couple of times. On the winter deadline day Augsburg stole our best player and top goalscorer for the last 4 years Woitzyk. Board had renegotiated his contract as he wanted more than I could offer and had inserted a low minimum release clause. Our other natural strikers are all below par so we'll need to retrain our backup AMC and AMR from this years intake to STC and see what works. Youth Intake Season 8 Algermissen and Sabic will be new starters when they can be registered. Club Statistics after Season 8 Upgrades to training and youth facilities are ongoing. Season 9 Preview With Woitzyk gone we are missing a prolific striker now. Algermissen will be the new keeper in January when he can be registered.
Popular Post scarp Posted Monday at 20:45 Popular Post Share Posted Monday at 20:45 NK Roltek Dob 2047/48 Not many changes versus last season, we continued with the same team more or less. Even though Roser should be our best player he's not performing very well. it might also soon be the end of the journey for Saso Horvat who's still playing for us at the age of 35. Kompara is 33 but still scoring plenty - his 5th season in a row scoring 30+. We have Kavcic to replace him - I might give it a go next season. Defense is still rather lack-luster. We beat Celje in League Cup final for back-to-back doubles. League Phase was harder than last year, we had to beat Feyenoord in the last game to secure advancement to KO round. Some crazy games here! We managed to beat Liverpool not only once, but twice, specifically destroying them on Anfield with 6 goals. Against Juventus it was goals galore and we also made it through, as Zivec caught penalty in 90+6 minute. Man Utd was the first team that played more defensively and they managed to beat us, even though we gave them a fair fight. Hats off to the absolute legend! Popular Post scarp Posted Tuesday at 09:01 Popular Post Share Posted Tuesday at 09:01 (edited) NK Roltek Dob 2048/49 We had a decent season, although we did not repeat the double as we surprisingly lost to Tolmin in semifinals. I believe our season could have been better if I kept playing Kompara up-front, but due to his age, i decided long-term better decision is to try to play Kavcic as much as possible, even though he did not score nearly as much as Kompara does. We also had to replace retired Horvat, but as he was already only on hte verge of starting lineup, it was not such a big issue. We have great pipeline of talent on the wings now, still sturggling in the defense department. Big achievement - we have NXGN 2049 winner We barely made it through this time. scarp Posted Tuesday at 10:27 Share Posted Tuesday at 10:27 @darren1983 Indeed, although from my experience it's very rare to win the final on the first try. But not to get ahead of myself, we never even made semifinals yet. We look better this season than the last one, but I reckon we are still 3-4 seasons off. If I got the same luck from in-takes as I had with Minaric, Kotnik & Segrt next to each other, I believe then it would be easy for us - but so far nothing close to suggesting that. We have 2 positions that are good for the league and have to hope for some development elsewhere (or intakes) Bingo No update. I'm sure you have prob posted about it before but cannot see it. How do you go about calculating the player role % score? Is there a spreadsheet you use? Edited Tuesday at 16:16 by TheLutterworthFox

I started with a spreadsheet created by Jenna at the FFM: https://theffm.co.uk/football-manager-spreadsheet/ I have implemented my own rating system and a lot of other sheets and calculations as well which I would be happy to share, but it is very rough and quite manual as it is not made for others to use. The rating system is out of 100, so if a player has 20 in all relevant attributes, they would score 100%, 10 in the attributes 50% and so on. If you search for @WhiteCat33 he has posted a similar spreadsheet with different calculations, but his is more polished than mine for sure. I have incorporated some of his stuff into mine as well - the hidden attributes and youth nations.

I did something very rough myself a few years back but it was basically me finding the average attributes for each area (defence, midfield, attack, goalkeeper) in the comparison area in squad planner and then creating search filters to find players at that level. I'll take a look at the WhiteCat and Jennas sheets and see what it is

jamespthomas Posted Tuesday at 20:45 Share Posted Tuesday at 20:45 Season 1 - 2024/2025 Cymru South - 1st "NORTON FERREIRA, THE WELSH LEAGUES HAALAND, FIRES CARDIFF CORINTHIANS TO THE WELSH PREMIER" Season Summary Great first season to finish top. Had a very small squad and got quite lucky with injuries and some amazing performances from some standout players. Norton Ferreira who was already at the club was sensational uptop and carried us with 49 goals in all comps in 41 games. His Finishing, Pace, Off the ball of 13 was too good for this level. Managed to upgrade 2 no. Youth Recruitment and Youth coaching upgrades but we will need to get into Europe to afford any facilities upgrades. Got to the quarter finals of both cups but Penybont and Newtown (Welsh Premier( were too strong. Only really used 13 or so players consistently. Some amazing performances from Norton Ferreira, Ieuan Owen, Aron Davies and Herman Yohanes. Player of Season - Norton Ferreira. Should keep us competitive until the youth setup is up and running, if we can keep hold of him. First Youth Intake was decent, McCabe and Clark should be a good partnership at DM. 5 stars means Good player for Cymru South. Could have done with some CB's and a decent RW. Popular Post XaW Posted Tuesday at 20:47 Popular Post Share Posted Tuesday at 20:47 XaW - Folkestone Invicta - Season 2026/27 (Season 3) - Vanarama National League Squad | Transfers | Finances We built on last season and did a bit better by ending in the playoff spots, but losing out there. Most of the season we were about the same as the last one, but the intake was amazing with many great players who stepped right into the first team and made ut win more games. So many in fact that we just edged inside the playoff spot on the final day. Getting in an amazing striker as well as a couple of great defenders really changed how we played. Much fewer dumb mistakes is key to winning close matches, and this was proven once again. In the playoff First Round we narrowly lost to a very strong Rochdale side to miss out on a possible shock promotion. I do have hope we can fight for another playoff spot next season if the new players continue to deliver as they did at the end of this one. FA Cup: We beat Eastleigh, Cheltenham, and Boston United before we lost to Wrexham in the 3rd round. FA Trophy: We lost to Aldershot Town in the 3rd round. Best players from the academy: Darron McPhee 26a - A really good season from our right back. He has been targeted by bigger clubs all season, but not made any fuzz about it, luckily. John McGowan 26b - Was far down the list, but got a chance and did well, kept playing well most of the games he got. Daniel Turner 25b - The best central defender for most of the season, and did well with poorer partners in defence. We had few upcoming talents promoted to the first team but usually they were just cameos. At the same time I tried to go back to 4-3-3 but after few games decided to stick with the 3-4-3 that we've been using lately. Mateo Kompara had probably his best season yet, getting 28 assists and 9 goals for us. Matija Kavcic also produced more goals than last season and almost breached 30. In League we surprisingly lost to Mura in quarterfinals. Mura was not our favourite opponent, as they also beat us 7-0 in league few months before that Only Maribor to go.. We managed to advance from League Phase straight into RO16, as we beat all the teams with the exception of loss against Barcelona. We started RO16 with a loss on Nou Camp but we responded swiftly with 3-0 win at home, securing quarterfinals for third time in a row. Against PSG we were up 2-0 until late added time but a VAR penalty gave PSG necessary goal for a rematch. Thankfully in Paris we managed to bring the game to overtime, and then thanks to youngster Ilic's goal to penalties, where we somehow were the luckier one (crazy considering none of our players has penalty scoring attribute above 9). Real Madrid was next and I was sure this was the end of the journey when we only drew at home, but somehow Kavcic had best 2 minutes of his life on Santiago Bernabeu and booked us Champions League finals against AC Milan! I am not gonna spend much time delving into the details.. WE DID IT! WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS! Popular Post scarp Posted yesterday at 10:01 Popular Post Share Posted yesterday at 10:01 Thank you very much everyone! Always a pleasure to participate in this challenge. You know that feeling when you finish a great book and suddenly feel this emptiness in your life? That's how i felt yesterday I was thinking about restarting in different country, as I love the competitiveness and youth development aspect of the challenge, but at the same time I miss the scouting part dearly. I decided to create a challenge for myself, similar principles to youth challenge but you can sign/buy players from your country - of course it will be much easier and not the real challenge but should combine all the aspects I like about the game. CJ'43 Posted yesterday at 10:29 Share Posted yesterday at 10:29 Kavala Football Club / Αθλητικός Όμιλος Καβάλα Season 40 - 2063/64 Fixtures / Squad / Transfers / Finances / Manager Season summary: this season was quite comfortable, as we finished the regular phase at the top of the table with an 8-point advantage over Olympiacos. Our impressive form continued in the championship phase, where we secured our 12th title, setting a new club record with 89 points! In the Greek Cup, despite making a lot of changes to the starting eleven, we managed to reach the semi-finals. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get past AEK. Our Champions League journey began in the playoff stages, where we easily progressed to the league phase. Although we lost three group-stage matches to Chelsea, Liverpool, and PSG, we qualified for the knockout rounds. We defeated Kobenhavn but fell to Real Madrid in the Round of 16 with a 6-2 aggregate score. Kostas Grontis (58d) was a standout performer, being named the best goalkeeper in the league. He conceded 20 goals in 22 matches and kept 9 clean sheets. Kostas Panos (58a) was another key player, finishing as the Super League’s top scorer with 23 goals and being named the league's best young player. He also came 2nd in the Greek Player of the Year award, which was won by Prokopis Varsamidis (56c). Across all competitions, Panos scored 32 goals, making him our top scorer for the season. Thodoros Bedrelis (47d) once again proved to be our most consistent performer, with an average match rating of 7.35. In total, 8 of our players made it into the league’s Best XI, and I was honored to be named the league’s best manager for the 16th time. Our young talents also gained recognition, with Fanouris Pindonis (61a) finishing 3rd in the NXGN list of the most promising youth players in the world, while Jan Weigel (60j) was ranked 50th. On the international stage, we had 11 players representing their nations this summer. A special mention goes to Pierre (54a), who helped Brazil win the Copa América, adding it to his World Cup triumph. Despite offers of up to €180 million from top European clubs, we’ve managed to keep him with us so far. Lastly, we’ve seen a change at the top as a new board took charge of the club. However, there are no plans for future investments, which is concerning given that our youth facilities need improvement. It’s also uncertain if I’ll remain in charge, as the new board’s vision prioritizes signing high-reputation players, something that hasn’t been part of our long-term strategy. Youth intake: this year was underwhelming. We signed just six players, with Akis Arsenidis (64a), Vasilis Gialamas (64b), and Stravos Kyriakidis (64c) being the most promising of the bunch. (hopefully earlier than in 4 years this time) It's funny you should mention this. I was close to kicking my team, Rangers, down to the bottom tier of Scotland a la 2012, releasing all their players and doing a Scottish only save focussing on youth development where I could only sign Scottish players under the age of 20. It was going to be about building the squad in the right way and not the mismanaged way we have done it (particularly in the last 3 years). However I enjoy posting updates and reading those of others in this thread as its a great community and that's what made me ultimately go with a save I'm unlikely to finish just to see how much I can impact the fate of a nation just by developing youth players. If I had a place to post my progress I probably would have done my Rangers save (just purely because I am so disillusioned with the way the club is being run). I'll keep an eye out for your posts on the career thread if you do start......you might just make me want to start my own.....although now that I am talking about it I'm thinking a Scottish lowland league with a new team similar to FC United of Manchester or AFC Wimbledon as a rebirth of the club that still holds its traditional values.......... Popular Post Winski
FK Rača Bratislava Season review Season 13 | 2036-2037 Niké liga Transfers | Affiliates | Facilities | Finances | Manager Profile | Club overview What a fantastic season! We are making really nice progress in this save. We became champions again, for the fourth time in a row. So that's nothing special. We also won the Cup again, so another Double for us! But the real progress is in European matches. We are now at a level where I can keep my best players at the club. With almost €100M positive balance we don't need to sell players anymore. And although there is a lot of interest in some players, they are happy to stay at our club. Sometimes big European clubs, or rich Saudi Arabian clubs, make a bid for my players. But I'm able to keep my best players now. So we can really build someting. This results in our second European final of this save! Not the Champions League, but the Europa League this time. We started in the CL Playoffs, but lost against FC Sion. In the Europa League we had a fantastic journey, that took us to the final. But Liverpool was just too strong: we lost 2-0. Although we lost the final, we can look back at a fantastic campaign. I mean, we won twice against Borussia Dortmund, with a 0-4 away win as the biggest highlight. An unbelievable result. Let's hope that we can do the same in the Champions League in the next seasons :) Oh and I also got the message that I'm now the best manager ever in Slovakia I'll show you all our current first team. GK Lubomir Ilko 30a DR Marek Kocis 28c DC Dusan Kralovic 28e DC Michal Petras 34d DL Richard Nagy 35b MC Miroslav Kalman 32c MC Ivan Kuc 32f MC Lukas Luptak 33h SC Tomas Mihalik 32g SC Viktor Lukac 30c SC Alex Adamec 32h Some promising players on the bench: Igor Augustini 36c, Andrej Sokol 34b, Tomas Pavlovic 36a, Erik Luptak 36b and Miroslav Vasil 34g. We also had two players in the NXGN 2037! Youth intake I decided that it was time to hire a new HoYD. Our new man is Barna Kiss, and he looks like a fantastic HoYD with a Perfectionist personality. The preview was still from our old HoYD. I hired Kiss after the preview. I think this intake is okay. Some decent talents, but nothing spectaculair. We did got three foreign players, something unique as most players from our intakes are Slovakians. Spoiler Upgrades Well, our Training Facilities were downgraded. But thankfully our board was willing to upgrade it again. We still can't upgrade our Youth Facilities any further. Let's hope this will change soon. I also asked the board to build a new stadium, as we now got a waiting list with 6209 fans. But the board responded that we can grow without building a new stadium. Koetzer
It seems I faced a game-breaking bug in the Champions League Could only go on holiday before the game, the match squad was completely messed up with a reserve goalie in midfield etc., and after 15 minutes both teams started playing 8 on 8. Only used the Caribbean league pack from @V50 and sortitoutsi name fixes (which shouldn't affect any rules).
Daddy
Season 3 - 2026/27 - England - National League South: Unfortunately, the team ran out of steam and we missed the playoffs. The final spot was ours for the taking but was not to be. We had a pretty decent cup run though and made some money. Not pictured, my best player from my first intake who refused to sign a contract and left on a free. While we were on that good FA cup run and with some cash in hand I was able to get a few upgrades. I wasn't expecting that this early. We'll see what happens. Nethercott is already getting some first-team action. This is quite a diversity of nationalities for this intake. 2027/28 Season Preview: It seems the expectations are being lowered. I'll raise them by saying I want to get back into the playoffs.
mpm2342
Crewe United 2036 Season Update Season 12 Update: Finished 5th this season with it coming down to the wire with Ballymena United and then went on a two game win streak at exactly the right time to qualify for Europe. I am hoping that can generate a bit of money to get the board moving on some training upgrades so we can take advantage of the great youth intakes we have been having. Our bank balance keeps growing but the board still thinks we have a financial situation and will not improve the facilities and I cannot offer coaches or HOYD any meaningful salary, in fact it is considerably less than I could offer the first season. Transfers: Spoiler Youth Candidates: Still rolling on the streak of golden generations. We are getting very good players into the system such that the team now has enough potential to do very well if we can find a way to get some growth. I am starting to push more players out on loan to see if that helps, since the teams willing to loan the players are good enough now to help. Nice distribution of personalities this intake with a future GK in Griffin and Midfielder in Kerr. Squad Update: Here is how the squad is rated heading into next season. Nice improvement from Sousa who is now making noise that he wants to go somewhere for more challenge. I am hoping to keep him for at least this season. Williamson has become too expensive and has limitations, so it is time to hand it over to the two young kids. Ruddy grew nicely last season and outplayed Williamson, so will be the primary starter. The squad rating grew by 0.8 points this past season resuming the steady crawl upwards. Bingo Added one as Gawne scored 30 goals in league play this season.
Popular Post mschafer13
After 8 years in the Championship, we're going up! Couldn't have come at a better time, as we are extremely broke. So broke, the board decided to sell the training facilities. Also took out two loans that we're paying back for the next 25 years each. I've been playing since FM11 and have never had the board sell training facilities before, so it must be bad! Not a good youth intake this year, but all my best players are signed through another year at least, so we can try to stay up in the Prem (gonna be a long shot though)
darren1983
Dulwich Hamlet 2036/37 Season Review - EFL Championship League - I don't think I've ever ended a season more annoyed with my team in any save before. We totally bottled it. 7 games to go we're home to Forest, on the back of a 10 match unbeaten run, we're 2-0 up in the 87th minute. Game ends 2-2. We then lost our next 3 including away to Ipswich where we were 2-1 up in the 90th minute and lost 3-2. We won 2 of our final 3 games but damage was done and we end exactly where we ended last season and on the same points. League Cup - Beat a league rival on pens despite having a man sent off after 5 mins. We then lost to another league rival FA Cup - Beat one prem side and were the better side at home to Spurs but couldn't score. The replay was rough as we doing well and only 1 down in the 40th minute. They then scored 4 goals before HT to totally kill us. They did win it this season so I guess there's some comfort in that? Transfers - No sales but a ton of loans out, mainly as I accidently rejected the chance to be in the U21 league so all my U21s went out on loan. Handful done well enough to be squad players next season I think Squad - Loads and loads of injuries this season meant lots of rotation and having to be flexible with formations, squad should be deeper next season but we're at that point where the players that got us here probably not good enough to push us on and the young players haven't quite developed enough yet so we'll see how it goes next season Youth Intake - The preview looked decent and the intake was..fine? Am thinking it might be time to change HOYD, one we've had now for 10 years is a model citizen but think might be worth having one with a less ideal personality but with better attributes.
