Popular Post libbyshuss
Austria - 2038/39 - Premier League Wels Have Fun in Europe, Qualify Again By Skin of their Teeth! So yeah, europe was fun but it didn't half stretch our already paper thin young squad. As a result, we suffered a little bit in the league League: Although we were easily in the top half of the season, we pretty much spent it all in 6th. once in the championship Group it didn't really improve either and we wended up sixth, having to go into a play-off with the team top of the relegation group to see who headed into Europe next season Europe: Europa League baby! we had to work hard to qualify for the league stage but we did it! And it was hard going once we were the but we made it through, in 21st place! That's a lot of games, and a lot of experience, for my youngsters. It's all good! Players Stefan Wifling 36A: our first ever bone fide proper WONDERKID! He is amazing and with 4 years left on his contract he'll be ours for a while yet. But I think eventually we'll have to sell him. He already wants to leave! Lars Schroder 35A: Our second Austrian international after Wifling. A bit of a surprise as, despite how good he is, he's getting left behind by the kids coming up behind him, some of whom are really, really nice. Weird to think but he might not start the new season in our first XI Youth Best preview yet which is a lovely touch And then the intake came in... SEVEN ELITE TALENTS! but better than that, check out these personalities! easily my best intake in terms of personalities i think None of the seven stood out in terms of their starting attributes, but with those personalites i'm ok with that! Is loaning players out to just get first team football instead of playing in your youth team not really an option, can’t remember the rules around loaning in Switzerland, if you can loan out at 17 it’s better than them sitting playing friendlies all the time. I think I'll start anew somewhere else, tbh... Not sure where yet though. Been holidaying a few places to see if I can find any team I'd like and I have a few options. Too bad most of the teams I want rarely pops up, but I might holiday a few seasons in this time.

I love the backstory for Macclesfield with the winding up order on Macclesfield Town in 2020 and this is essentially a phoenix save which I know Macclesfield Town were never at the pinnacle of English football but I do like the thought of this type of save and with a very decent sized squad, stadium and good facilities to boot its a strong starting point (even if the star striker Tunde Owolabi refuses to sign a new deal). Maybe the Earl wants to show off a bit or make the whole effort a bit visible for more people than himself. The Earl has put together a Team DNA for developing into a mean/machine Team. Note that our team personalty is highly ambitious. This is why players on low determination or unambitious players have no room and should set their sails elsewhere. First Picture is our first team. All key attributes are summed up into a DNA score. The Earl will also notice all personality changes. All measures are taken in August when the squad is full together (all loans back, all transfers out) and January. The Earl can then decide on which part of the DNA to put more effort in training. At the moment the main part is distributed into technical skills like TEC, PAS, VIS & FIR. Especially in U18s training. Training facilities are excellent since Nov 71. Hide contents As you can see in the 1st squad the effort in Technical skills is paying off. Overall the squad gained 29 attribute points since August. Tyler Wright gained 7 points after gaining 13 points before and is clearly a player to watch closely. On the other hand Kenny Keen who is highly talented and promising and has a resolute personality is scratching his attributes together. He is clearly one to worry, often injured and having a hard time to find some good match form. Loric Kalala has maintained his skills over a long period of time and is still one of the best, despite his age. One can also find underrated players who don't seem to match on first sight but score high on the club essentials, players like Gregory Meyers ore Ade Izzet. Ross Beadle is the best, he is the beast we all want to see on the pitch for our side. You can also see that players gain crucial attribute points in later stages of their careers, like Ross or like Tom Moore, Meyers or Izzet. Our most promising youngster Solomon Olaniyi who measures 201cm is developing exceptional and will be our future captain. Leadership is 18 and his realist personality will be grounding for everyone. Together with 200cm Mo Yarjah they will form the 401cm twintower defence. At the moment I play both of them with a more experience squad player (Meyers/ Izzet) to further support their development. Here we can see the youth squad. A noticed before I only take over players with good personalities and there where few in the last years. Hide contents As TEC skills are hard to gain my focus lies heavily on this part of player development in the U18s. It did pay off, especially after some adjustments at the beginning of the season. Last years didn't brought the expected results. I changed training schedules and coaches. Rob Grimshaw did develop really promising and gained 12 attribute points in the Ricay DNA. Ashley Church and Danny Douglas are loaned out as they are above 18 and does not have a true chance in our 1st team. Ashley Church seems to use his time well and will be worth a second look. Danny will have to move on. Ashley is now in the green range with above 160 "points". Warren Barker (he is yellow range, need to change that) is the one I watch, his 5 points gains are what we are looking for. you does everyone extract they attributes for each player? im a little tech challenged but i couldnt imagine manually entering the data into a spready

Thebaker
2026 Table | Squad | Transfers Was in reasonable form for the early part of the season although there were too many draws when the team was on top. After 17 games the team was just outside the promotion spots but a poor finish saw the team drop off. Not entered into the swedish cup. Finances remain roughly the same. Arvidsson left at the end of the season after getting upset at the lack of depth in the squad which will be a loss as he had good physical ability in midfield. Warmlov had a good season even if a bit limited as a player. Keymer came into the team when my strikers failed in the first couple games and ended as the top scorer for the team. Youth preview was good as was the intake but i'm sceptical of it as its unlikely that all the players are that good (forgot to get a picture but all but 2 had 5 star potential). 5 stars potential is good enough for 3rd division according to my ass man when the team is in the 2nd! MichaelNevo
Crewe United - Season Four We finally did it! I kind of knew we had it in us with the results we'd have last season from February onwards. I decided to make Charlie Young an AML which could definitely be seen as a huge risk, considering his stats don't point towards that, but it definitely seems to have paid off! Andy Jeffries also came in clutch in his first season with some huge assists! Not only did we win the league, but we also won the Intermediate Cup again! There was also the massive cup run in the Clearer Water Irish Cup where we beat Knockbreda, Carrick Rangers Ballyclare (who we also beat in the Intermediate Cup) who are all in the league above us. We came undone in the Semi's to big shots Larne where we lost 3-2, very respectable exit from the competition. I'm looking forward to next season and I really think we have a chance to stay up in that league going off results from this season. We've also got Jaimes Pejić to add into the mix which will complete our attacking front 4. We just need defenders now! Youth Intake Not the best of youth intakes, but there's enough to add something to the first team. Artem could definitely prove useful to add a little depth at the back, whilst Jaimes Pejić is a nice prospect. Spoiler 3 Top Rated Youth Players & Transfers In + Out Jaimes Pejić is the standout here, but there's nothing special to note. Popular Post HanziZoloman
Christmas again, this time in July 2072. As everybody here seems to have a soft spot for statistics, I'll add to that with mine. I don't know if it's worth the work but it's fun for my save. We are going nowhere and try to avoid relegation year by year. It helps me keep the motivation up and develop players. We even got the confirmation for a training facilities upgrade (completed in Nov) which will help a lot. Next should be superb. Now let's have a look at the development: Overall development is 40 attribute points (!) Now that is encouraging and confirms that the Earl still got it after all those years. Of course the stand out player again is Tyler Wright with a plus of 12 points. Another player to watch is our Icelandic FB Kristinn Runarsson who has broken the 180 points barrier. Both players did not play much last season which is maybe crucial for player development. Kristinn started 18 matches and Tyler 12. Other players like Kenny Keen and Lyndon Palmer who came in as promising youngsters did not develop as well, despite having good personalities. They needed to play a lot of matches. Lyndon Palmer is a bit of a worry, maybe he will move on. Sadly the Earl passed a big offer last December. Again the Development shows that technical aspects of the game are well addressed in training. The only worries lie in the area of mental development especially work rate needs to be addressed in future training sessions. Also some of the players did not developed as much as we hoped and still lack in technicals aspects of the game. Victor Gomes, Tristan Lynch, Shaquille Williams and Stephen McCarthy won't have a future here and will move on. What's great to see is, that even older players can gain that additional point in technical areas like 30 y/o Dominic Youngs. The Earl also took a close look at the consistency of his players. Here he noticed again Dominic Youngs who developed into a consistent performer and Ade Izzet to also took a step into a fairly consistent performer. There were also some minor changes in personalities. Spoiler Looking at the youngsters there is not much hope to see. They're a bad crop and that won't change much in training. The only player showing some major improvement is Rob Grimshaw, the rest needed to go on and follow their careers somewhere else. But even Grimshaw needs to do a big step if making it here at Ricay. Neo_Geo
Managed to squeeze in a few months in my new save…….loving it. It’s refreshing just having different players, different tactics, different opposition. Furthermore Macclesfield are a great club to start off the challenge with. Attendances are high which means we are making money, the standard of player here is great even though I lost 3 players early doors and my French centreback isn’t likely to get a WP for a renewal, but overall it’s really pleasing and playing matches at full speed in 2D is making a world of difference being able to get through matches that little bit quicker.

Popular Post darren1983
Dulwich Hamlet Season 2031/32 League Two Review League - My biggest struggle at times is holding on to players too long just because they've done well for me in the past along with being bold enough to throw youngsters into the team. Especially when it comes to defenders because I feel like a bad game for a defender will usually mean a defeat while a bad game for an attacker can be covered by others. However going into this season with my hope to tighten up the defence I made it a point to bring 3/4 young defenders that all played a decent amount of game time this season over players that got us here. The plan worked as we went from a bottom 3 defensive record to 4th best and as a result we shot up the table. Around Christmas time we were in a battle for 3rd as Bristol Rovers and Torquay were well ahead but an crazy 17 match unbeaten run (beating Rovers at home and Torquay and Forest Green away) coupled with Torquay faltering meant we had an outside sniff of the title. 2 defeats in our final 4 games meant that was never likely but it did leave us well clear of the chasing pack as we finished a comfortable 2nd place and gaining promotion to league one. FA Cup - Crashed out of this early for once and it probably helped League Cup - Meh. First round defeat. Again. EFL Trophy - I might be a bit more serious with this now but I still like to use it to give game time to players as well as to try out tactical ideas I have Transfers - An actual sale but otherwise not much happening here this season Squad - bit bloated for my liking due to me calling up young players but 7 of this 30 will be gone this summer anyway. With the earlier injury to Lewandowski Hamilton 27B really stepped up this season. 15 goals from the wings was helpful as with Aaron Greene 26A hitting 20 goals again after his injury ravaged season last year but he too felt the injury bug as he missed the final 11 games so Wally Ewens had to step up. Youth Intake - Based on the preview I wasn't expecting much but turned out OK. The personalities are getting better now we have our model citizen HOYD bringing players in. Todd Rixon 32A - the Aussie wide man will add some depth to our wide options Abass Ansah 32B - CB he's only just turned 15 so loads of room to grow from what looks like a decent starting spot Career Overview Season League Position Junior Coaching Youth Recruitment Notes 2024/25 VNLS 1st Good Average Promotion, Manager of the year 2025/26 VNL 10th Good Above Average First coaching badge 2026/27 VNL 2nd Good Above Average Promotion via playoffs, Manager of the season, second coaching badge 2027/28 L2 10th Adequate Above Average 3rd coaching badge 2028/29 L2 12th Good Above Average Continental C Licence obtained 2029/30 L2 15th Good Good Continental B Licence Obtained. I've seen a few people use it on this website and it seems pretty straight forward
Neo_Geo
@darren1983 nice one on the promotion and great that you had a goal in mind with your defence, you implemented your plan and it worked. Top notch.

Popular Post NoNonsenseFM
2025/26 Season - Kreins This was always going to be a shockingly tough season and it turned out to be just that. We actually didn't start too badly but form fell away very quickly and at one point we looked to be cut adrift, luckily we picked up a few massively vital wins towards the end of the season, meaning we ended just outside the relegation playoff spot. A massive achievement with how poor our squad looks depth-wise, especially in defence. In the Swiss Cup we did go a couple of rounds further than last season but once again failed against a team in the league below. Top Goalscorer - Saleh Chihadeh Our main man up front again but he really struggled overall, he needs to improve his consistency as he is by far our best striker Most Assists - Cedric Roosli 8 assists from Left Back is pretty good, both our full-backs (Bollati being the other) did well but when they were injured we had nothing in reserve. Finances A decent season overall, we made around £1m profit and that was all from the sponsorship deal. Transfers Very little money made from out's, I have a lot of players asking to leave who I've promised moves to, at the moment though nobody wants them. Facility Upgrades Another good season with the youth recruitment, junior coaching and youth facilities upgraded. It's beginning to look much better but there's a long way to go. Youth Intake Now to the most important part of the save and once again it was incredible! The preview predicted it.... And the actual intake did not disappoint. Another eight elite talents and four top talents. As there's so many I'll only show the elite players. Julien Chevrier - Right Wing Goran Markovic - Right and Left Wing Leovegildo Joao - Right Wing Diogo Covas - Central Defender Fran Pamic - Defensive Midfield Qendrim Podvorica - Right Back Fabian Hartmann - Central Midfield Vittorio Bacigaluop - Right Wing Some proper good talent there, Pamic is by far the best of the lot and with me losing so many midfielders this Summer due to their contracts being up and not wanting to stay he will walk into the first-team, if not the first XI!
Popular Post Sigguson
First season with Fc Gleisdorf 09 finished. Haven't had much time to play since I have been busy in real life. I had a rocky start since I was trying to play with three in the back but as soon as I changed to the classical 4-2-2-2 gegen pressen style I started to get results and ended up comfartable in 7th place. Next season will probably be a lot tougher since two of my best players are declining fast because of age. I have to change them for the younger guys coming up anyway. My main worry is about a lack of fire power up front. My attack line is way to depended on Schlegel who really improved in the later half of the season but is no where near good enough and that is the main issue I am going to face for the next seasons but hopefully I will be lucky and get a decent attacking players in the intakes. Plan is to create a strong first 11 who can comfortable keep in the division while I build up the academy and training facilities. Popular Post HanziZoloman
Christmas again, January stats pack update. The Earl is infected with the Corona Virus and spends his time in bed slouching through Championship like through mud. It's depressing at times, it's hurting and of course it's boring. The U18s keeper was only included to see some variety in the line up. He won't stand a chance. The league is so depressing, piling loss after loss. Then winning two matches and losing again. Just enough to stay alive and above the line. The team is aging, yes, he can see that clearly now. Loric Kalala, Dominic Youngs, will be heroes from the past soon. Taner Subasi is 36 now, he won't get any better or braver. "If I could only find the right tactical approach" the Earl ponders in his bed. The one that gets James Graham scoring again. But we all know about the Earl and tactics, it's not that simple. Let's have a look: The Earl has included more endurance sessions to address the dip in Work Rate. This clearly produced as was expected. Still technical drills are priority as the players lack here the most. Again with exceptions this worked well. Solomon Olaniyi took his first real dip, the defender had a real tough half-year with stupid mistakes and was consequently benched. Our left FB Kurtis Molloy and Mike Breese finally improved technically, they earned the Earls pat on their shoulder. Tyler Wright has difficulties to keep up with himself, 3 gains isn't the world but Özdemir and the fresh promoted Rob Grimshaw made up for this with 9 and 13 gains. Rob Grimshaw is a true exception the Earl usually does not promote players below 18 y/o but his speed on the wings was desperately needed. Overall 36 gains in Ricay DNA attributes, we're working on it. Training facilities are superb now, which costs us a lot. We sold Ross Beadle to pay for that. I guess the younger players should get more playing time now as the oldies are declining. Spoiler Let's have a look at the U18s: Again due to bad intakes there is not much to see. Some players had severely injuries which results in the bravery losses. Josh Finnigan stands out a bit with 7 gains but he won't make it I am sure. It's a too long way to climb. But he has the best personalty of the crop, well I guess we'll see. One can see that all youngsters gained physically which could be due to age relevant aspects or training. The Earl clearly has to shift the focus to help the players develop technically more. Maybe there should be a stronger focus. Overall 23 ganis in DNA relevant attributes is not that bad (only the youngsters are). Spoiler Edited July 9 by HanziZoloman
Popular Post Winski
FK Rača Bratislava Season review Season 8 | 2031-2032 Niké liga Transfers | Affiliates | Facilities | | Finances | Manager Profile | Club overview Just a quick update from season 8. We finished 2nd, with a team record of 70 points. But we never really competed for the league title, as Dun.Streda was just too good, with 10 points clear. But on the other hand: we had our best season yet, and we had 23 points more then number 3 Spartak Trnava. So overall it was a fantastic season. Even more because for the 2nd time in a row, and in our history, we won the Cup! This time after penalties against Zlate Moravce. So we are playing in the Europa League again! Speaking about the Europa League: we managed to reach the Round of 16!! We started in the First Qualifying Round, and ended in the Round of 16. Unbelievable! Where do I need to start. Well, let the results speak for themself. We lost against Tottenham Hotspur in the Round of 16, but look at our results. What a fantastic European season! A big shoutout to Peter Lukac 24c. He scored no less then 44 goals in total, with 17 of them in the Europa League. This guy is a living legend! Also a shoutout to Marek Kocis 28c, our right wingback. He is developing into a fantastic player for us. And last but not least: Stanislav Guľa 31a, our top prospect from last season. What a good debut season! And what a player already, he's still 16 years old! Youth intake Another great intake! The intakes are getting better and better. Miroslav Kalman 32c looks like a fantastic prospect. The only thing is that we almost never get a foreign player. 97% of our players that came through were Slovakians. Spoiler Progress

And what a debut; the full 90 minutes and scoring in your debut match! On the downside of this: PSG and Inter are now interested in him....
Skora11
What is everyone's approach to training? Only 2nd season in but my youngsters attributes don't seem to be improving much at all (technical attributes even falling in some cases). Spanish 4th tier where my team is professional so they are training full time.

Doing individual myself, setting the role I use them in and any attribute I think they need to improve. I do a check on that if I get a message from the staff regarding it, or two times a year. Jan 1st and Jul 1st I do a full check of all individual training and change as appropriate. Anyone under 18 will mostly get better from training well (high training ratings), and over 18 most need game time to progress. This is a general advise and there can be individual differences from player to player.

Neo_Geo
25 minutes ago, HanziZoloman said: You all play that game that easy ... why me ... why do I need to have such a hard time Many, many, many hours and failed approaches help you refine it. Like XaW I never do general training, I get a competent assistant manager in and leave them to it but I always do individual training at every level. Im also tend to lean towards match time for my youth players over training. I know a few high profile youtuber sorts such as Zealand have done research (or rather his team researched) on the optimal regime for youth players to develop them based on their age. Whilst I largely follow my nose on this matter I do try to make sure if I bring a youth player on it’s with 15+ mins to go and the game is going well but I often favour giving them a few appearances here and there when they are 15/16 then loan them out at 17 as long as the club they go to are going to have them playing regularly. of course this depends on where you are in the save. If it’s early doors your squad is top heavy with U20 players so giving a 15/16 year old game time is quite easy to do. If you are further in and have an established squad of over 20s players then unless it’s a really top notch youngster coming through it will be hard to give them opportunities.
