Popular Post JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 11 – 2032/33 Youth Intake Our latest run of fixtures has seen us finally lose our first game in almost 17 matches, however, while we lost twice in 6 matches, we have also managed to beat our bogey team Chaves 3-2, despite giving up the lead twice. So the league table it looking extremely healthy. We are 8 points clear of both Feirense and Académico de Viseu with just 6 games to go. If we failed to win the league from here, it would truly be one of the greatest bottlejobs I've ever done so far. So, our latest youth intake arrived and immediately two players stood out as players with great potential, but one of them stood out for also having great current ability as well. Allow me to introduce to you Vítor Ventura, our new starting right winger, who I am calling my latest monster to arrive at the club. He's really exciting for a 15-year-old winger and I plan on giving him first-team football as soon as he is fit to play for the first-team. The other exciting young talent is Elton Ribeiro, a Cape Verde player who would probably excite those of you who are doing your saves with the club that only produces players from Cape Verde. As I'm sure you can understand, I am really excited about how things have started so far this season, and I am hoping for more of the same. As to how we were doing in our recent games and my reaction to Ventura's arrival, my latest video reveals all. DrJones
Truro City Took a little break from the last save but I am at it again! The last time I had a journey in England must have been on FM15 or something like that. But I think this challenge would be really fun in this league system. I know nothing about Truro except the fact that it's located in the southern parts of England and there are not many big teams around so thats a good start at least
Popular Post libbyshuss
Argentina - Club Social y Deportivo Muñiz 2022/23 Primera D Metropolitana (Tier 5) Season Summary We did pretty well! To be fair, Muniz had a really good squad compared to the rest of the league, despite finishing bottom. To be honest, I probably got a bit lucky with that because we ended up running away with the league. It was good fun, we were never in any real trouble and our large squad meant we dealt with any problems easily. Although we paid for it..... Cup - All the way to the second round proper! no big pay day though sadly, although i suspect I'm unlikely to get the sort of cup windfall you can get in England. Shame, cos I could really do with it. Players So in the end it turned out I had easily the best squad in the league, albeit also easily the largest. There were no real weak links either although there'll be a couple of issues down the line if we don't get some new AMs through the youth intakes soon. Best XI:- But the reserves were not far off the same quality. It's way too strong a squad for this league, it's silly! Youth SO the youth preview looked pretty good. At the time I was worried it just reflected how poor my starting squad was. But maybe it was just a good preview The intake was pretty good but not as good as promised. Annoyingly I couldn't sign them up to proper contracts because of financial restrictions and lost one or two as a result. But what can you do? 'tis the curse of the youth challenge early doors. Finances and Upgrades So this is where the real challenge is going to come from. Our large squad meant we spent the entire season well above the wage budget. I tried shifting a few players but as I ssupected the transfer market down in tier 5 of Argentinian football is completely dead apart from free transfers. So it's a case of re-negotiating lower contracts or letting people go at the end of their contracts. We are 850k in the red - it's going to take a few seasons before we can even think of any upgrades sadly. Playing tier 4 football should help a little bit but that debt is huuuuuuuge for our level. So, the focus for the next few seasons will be clearing the debt, the football has to come second sadly. Career

Popular Post XaW
XaW - Brickfield Rangers - Season 2028/29 - JD Cymru Premier Squad | Transfers | Finances For the first time we entered the Championship Group! So there is a clear improvement going on. We conceded a lot more, but then again we played the good teams two times more compared to the worse the last few seasons. I've been toying a bit with tactics this season, going a bit back and forth, but I've settled on something that is strikingly like the tactic I used with Avenir Beggen in Luxembourg. Strange how I do these long loops tactically and end up on the same thing... Anyway, I'm very happy with this season, especially when we also won the European playoff this season after beating Gap Connah's Quay and then Caernarfon on pens in the final. So we have another go in Europe next season! This season our young defender Bill Ashby 28f had an amazing debut season. The other players who stood out include Arwel Torgersen 23k in midfield and Mark York 23a is the main striker as usual. Josh Turner 27k continued his goalscoring ways by getting another 9 goals bringing his total to 21. The European adventure brought in some nice money so I got some improvements done and even improved the training facilities a bit! Welsh League Cup: We beat Flint Town, Holywell, and Llanelli Town before we got thumped by Gap Connah's Quay after an early red card in the semi final.Welsh Cup: We beat Barry Town and Ammanford before we lost to TNS in the quarter final. Europa Conference League: Our first going in Europe was a nice one. We beat FC Lahti of Finland before we got beat by FC Ufa of Russia in the 2nd qualifying round. A good effort, I'd say. Youth intake: Not as good as earlier, but one stand out player at least. Luca Rasulo 29g is a very nice either-footed player. Will probably have him learn the left wing role as well, and let him rotate in the positions up front. Popular Post OlivierL
Africanos Bragança - Portugal - Youth Intake - Class 2032 Preview The preview was a good indicator this time ! This intake destroyed the record of Class 27 ( average attribute rating 35.96) with 39.25 average ! We received 8 players above 40% and we almost have a future new backline. Determination wise it is also the best intake ever with 11.13 Det average. All the players from Class 32 received a contract. Really happy with this progress and our recent promotion and current upgrades are for sure helping us. Can't show and post them all but i'm really excited about above seven . Silva 32L and Santos 32E could become our future fullbacks and i really needed a WBL, so i'm happy. Cabral 32M has the PA and could become our next number 1,but his personality isn't good. With Andrade 32K we have a third very good central defender in our squad. Oliveira 23H has some really good passing attributes and Lopes 32i can be retrained as a IFL . Forward Lima 32G could become a first team player. Edited January 19, 2022 by OlivierL
Popular Post Vespertine
FC Ruggell - 2024/25 League - 1st We led the way from the first week and never looked back. I was concerned after losing our two starting CMs on a free just before the season started but the two young lads brought in were more than up to the task. We relied on outscoring teams rather than a solid defence with one of our intake of 2024 averaging well over a goal a game. What I didn't realise however is that winning this league doesn't guarantee promotion! There's a playoff structure after, with us being seeded first due to having the highest points total across the three groups at this level and needing to win through two rounds to go up... We were very lucky with the 2-2 after being dominated away to Delemont but they were no match for us in the second leg as we blew them away 5-0. Although we'd completed a league double on Collina d'Oro I was very concerned as we had 7 players on international duty for Liechtenstein and I foolishly forgot to withdraw the 6 of them playing age group football, meaning I was relying on back ups and even one lad from this season's intake to see us through. Luckily we still managed to dominate both games and went on to secure promotion! This is huge for us as hopefully it will finally force the board's hand into offering part-time contracts before I lose any more of our best players. Cup - Runners up Not much to say here, third season in a row we've lost in the final now with FC Vaduz back with a vengeance and handing us a 6-2 hiding to keep us out of Europe for another year. Squad Statistics Martin Wohlwend from the 2024 intake is the star of the show here with an incredible return of 39 goals in 32 appearances. I'm not sure how long he'll stay with us but he's certainly the one who has catapulted an otherwise unremarkable team to what on the face of it is a very unlikely promotion. I think he's close to his ceiling but to be well over a goal a game in his first season in adult football is an excellent achievement. Beyond him it's again good to see a large number of younger lads in and around the squad with 4 holding down starting berths in our strongest 11. Martin Wohlwend Martin is well beyond anything in our squad and his F.Pro personality and regular first team slot have seen his stats sky rocket in the last 12 months. Bigger clubs are circling (Looking at you again here FC Vaduz!) but when the season rolls over I'll try and get him on a part time contract so I can at least negotiate a fee and sell on for him. Youth Intake Doesn't look as strong on the face even though potential is still high, with this being the first time I haven't signed up everyone for numbers. There's still plenty to work with and hopefully with us climbing the leagues our B team will enter the pyramid at a playable level soon enough to give me an extra chance for the younger lads to get game time. Plenty of work to do but a nice base to work from and positive personality in a position we've become weaker in due to departures of senior players. Admin Two starting midfielders and a starting centre back lost however the Liechtenstein youth conveyor belt is rolling along nicely so the loss of these three didn't impact us as much as I'd feared. My wingers are now in their thirties so I may need to look to bring through some more younger lads sooner rather than later.

Popular Post JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 11 – 2032/33 In a season where we needed to perform in order to get ourselves to the next step, I knew that we would desperately need to pick up the best end of the season to ensure that all we have done has not been for nothing. with Académico de Viseu's fixture list, and Chaves and Belenenses not being able to catch us unless we have a might collapse, I knew that the title was in my hands to win. So we won our next two games, and we waited for Académico de Viseu and Feirense to drop points in order to be crowned champions. The next thing I knew, Chaves had won, meaning that we have been promoted to the top flight after 9 seasons of being in the 2nd tier of Portugal. Understandably, the board and fans were delighted with the entire situation. What happened next though, was literally the exact same day, Feirense drew against Mafra, meaning that had been promoted and crowned champions the exact same day and just hours apart, all because our promotion rivals slipped up. It was ridiculous. We were now an icon at the club after 11 years of being here. As to how we finished the season? We won 5 of the last 6 matches. Finishing off the season in style, as per the norm. We won the league by 10 points in the end, the biggest gap we've had throughout the entire season. Académico de Viseu fell away so badly, that they missed out on 3rd place altogether. It was incredible. Still, we're promoted as champions and we're now an icon at Beira-Mar after 11 seasons at the club. As to how we did it? Well, my latest video shows you all. Next season will be a struggle, of that I'm sure. JLAB's YAC with Beira-Mar Part 71
Popular Post DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2022/23 FC Isle of Man Season Summary A heartbreaking end of the season. I thought we had recovered our form and were in the promotion places going into the final day fixtures. A dreadful performance saw the club drop to third and miss out on going up. Season Details League Table - A devastating home defeat on the final day of the season saw the club drop out of the promotion places. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - We were always in or around the promotion places, though a poor run of form in the new year put our promotion hopes in jeopardy. F. A. Vase - We didn't make it very far, as a home defeat by fellow tenth tier side Kimberley Miners Welfare put paid to any hopes we had of a cup run. North West Counties League Cup - An away defeat at Sandbach United, who play in the same division as we do, eliminated the club at the first time of asking, in the first round. Pre Season Friendlies - A mixed bag of results as we had a tough pre season campaign. Squad - We did overachieve, though we are more than good enough to challenge for promotion again. Squad Dynamics - This is exactly how you would expect. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - None. Youth Candidates - An exceptional intake with attacking midfielder Freddy Anderson YP23A1 looking like a phenomenal talent. Finances - We have a very healthy bank balance, largely due to impressive attendances. Key Players Tyler Woods - The striker had a terrific season, scoring plenty of goals. Emmanuel Collins - Playing on the left wing, the teenager scored over twenty goals and also hit double digits for assists. Callum Forster - Usually deployed in defensive midfield, he had an excellent campaign. Brandon Kirkbride - Experienced centre back who is the best defender at the club. Freddy Anderson YP23A1 - Having just graduated from our academy, the attacking midfielder is already the best player at the club. He is being retrained as a central midfielder. Popular Post Daddy
2028 Midseason Review: With a target of hitting the group stages of the Sudamericana in mind I went with a larger roster than usual and more rotation. Started off the season hot, but the schedule was a bit lighter. However, April and May were much tougher with the group stage and the top of the league teams. After leading the league in yellow and red cards for years I finally had to take out the "Get Stuck In" instruction after a three red card game where we got battered and were then left shorthanded. With the Group stages games on top of it we were set back for a good two weeks. The Group draw was probably pretty favorable but we couldn't take advantage of it. Still a lot of optimism to build off of and I think a top 4 finish is feasible. Took advantage of the early good form for one more upgrade. 2028 Youth Intake Preview: My wish list is AML, DC, and a GK. So not looking great for that. More strikers and DM always helpful though

Popular Post WhiteCat33
Nogometni Klub Pobrezje: 2032/33 – Slovenian 2nd League (Season 9) Performance: 16 of 16 - Relegation It really isn't a shock that we were absolutely stomped into the dirt up in the 2nd League this year. We really didn't have any new 17 year olds to add so the same half 18 year old team that won the 3rd league had to fight it out up with the bigger teams and there is certainly a major quality difference jumping up to this level. Luckily though the board absolutely expected this obliteration to occur and this was how they thought of my performance the day that we were officially relegated: B rating when we won 2 games all season, impressive. Glad honestly to be going back down to 3rd tier so we can build up the squad more. Youth Academy Preview Youth Intake: Not a bad batch! Specifically, this striker is exactly what will be needed when we get back to 2nd Liga. He is absolutely the best we could ask for at our level to the extent that he may be too good and we won't be able to hold onto him very long. Ended up taking 7. If he gets better at Free Kicks and Corners this could be an improvement as my AML isn’t playing well Excel
Popular Post Morpheus13
SC Toulon Season 35/36 Review Table - Squad - U19Squad - Transfers - Finances Survival First Season in Ligue 1 and we managed to survive. At the end we were 5 points clear of the relegation zone, with some nice wins and draws. The absolute star of the season was once again Fabrice Bronner 33A, netting 30 times and adding 10 assists to that. He also is our first player to appear on the NxtGen List on place 17. He has 2 years left in his contract and no interest in renewing right now. I will hold him for one more year. Lamoulie 32B had a worse season than the last, but was still important. He has absolutely no interest in renewing his contract and with one year left on his contract I might have to cash in as long as I still can and reinvest in the facilities. The other important players remain the same. Dupont 33B still making progress and is a very versataile, playing where we need him. Especially when Malpon missed the second half of the season with an injury it, he was really important Malpon 32A not very brave but rarely makes mistakes, unfortunately he missed alot this season due to a bad injury Zekri 34C is progressing nicely and probably will become a regular. If we have to sell Lamoulie the sure first team player, even tho he is more defensiv and we will lack the creative midfielder. Thomas 34A he was rated as the best by the HoYD in the 34 intake but I did not see alot of that. Out of necessety we had to play him this season and he starts becoming better and we might have found our left-back. In case we have to sell Bronner 33A one day, it will be next man up. I loaned Ebro 35 A to Clermont and he absolutely dominated the National. Looks like a physical beast with good finishing qualities. Is there anyway to remove player traites? Cos I really dont want to come him deep Intake 36 Was omce again previewed as a excellent intake and it was in the end. Especially Haji looks like a stud and I'm sure he will already get some playing time next season Also Lambert 36B could become very good, but might need some mentoring All in all, we are on the right track and are able to slowly improving our facilities

We finished 2nd, which is very, very good. But in the end I'm a little bit dissapointed, because we could have become champions if we did better in the last 4 matches. Unfortunatly it just wasn't to be. But still: finishing 2nd with almost the original squad is quite a performance. And that's not the only thing: we also played the Cup Final! But we lost the Final against Warta Poznań, who almost got relegated this season. In the last two seasons we won all matches against them. But in the Cup Final we lost.... Best players this season were DC Bartłomiej Niedzielski, GK Dorian Frątczak and SC Michał Feliks. Some youngsters from our last intakes are getting more and more playtime: Paweł Błasiak 24e, Przemysław Góral 24f and Kacper Budnik 24b from Class 2024, and Szymon Dudek 23a from Class 2023. We managed to upgrade our Training- and Youth Facilities. Both are now "Adequate", the same as our Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment. The board is not willing to upgrade those last two. I'm asking almost every month for upgrades, but everytime the same message: At the end of the season, this message came: And based on the info at the Facilities screen, we are getting quite a big stadium, comparing to our current stadium (5k seats)! Youth intake As posted before, the youth intake preview was very promising: The intake was good, but I expexted a bit more of this. Still some nice talents. In any squad ? I'll compare them this evening. Three issues I need to address before I'll ever got a chance to compete for BWIN are: I'll need to be able to give my players a much higher minimum release clause. 5 of my 7 bigger talents are having a very low ( 20k max) clause. If I didn't agree , I couldn't give them new contracts. I tried to wait with one( Evora) but he left on a free. Other issue is that almost none of my players are getting called up for Cape Verde, at the moment two in the u23 squad. Really strange. I'll show it this evening. Third smaller problem is our rented stadium. We need our own but that will be solved if our finances grow.

Popular Post jepze
Jepze - UJA Maccabi Paris Métropole - Season 2028/29 I'm done with my exames for this winter, so now i've played another season in France. Again this year, we're fighting for a promotion, but again this year, we got 2 bad periods, where 1 were in the last month, where we lost to the other blubs in the top half. If we have won these games, we would got promoted, but it will be another season in tier 5. I'll try to make a new tactic for the upcoming season, because we have tried with the one we got for 5 seasons now, and we're around the same place and points in every season. In the cup, we got to the 5th round, so another disappointment in the cup. Squad | Transfer | Finances This youth intake was again an excellent intake, but we need some better players, for the promotion push. These players is just good another for the U19, but hopefully some will grow to be a major player for the team. Spoiler Manager statistics

Popular Post Vespertine
FC Ruggell - 2025/26 League - 9th A decent first outing at this level. We were never in danger of going down but the 40 point gaps shows we have a lot of work to do to catch the teams at the top. We got into a decent rhythm of beating teams below us but except the odd shock we struggled against the top 5, taking 3 points from Breitenrain and losing the other 9 games against those sides. The eagle eyed may notice something else of interest on here however... Liechtenstein Cup We finally won the Liechtenstein Cup! We did it the hard way too, coming up against FC Vaduz in the semis and dispatching them 3-1 before beating Eschen/Mauren from the division above with a 94th minute winner in the final. This gives us a place in the first qualifying round of the Europa Conference League, I expect to get knocked out at the first hurdle but the money will be invaluable for the club's future progression. Squad Statistics Wohlwend carried us again however it was nice to see Ruggell original Tim Schreiber chip in with a 15 goals return. The 32 goal pair lead the line now for the national team and I think the only reason no-one has show an interest in either (particularly Wohlwend) is because they're either at or very close to their PA ceiling with both's development slowing significantly. Shoutout to our keeper Manuel Furstenhofer, who becomes the first intake prospect to hit 100 appearances for the club despite absolutely being thrown in well before he was capable. the CA stars don't look great here but I think it's more than Wohlwend and Feyh in particular are just so much better than my other players who are playing 1 or maybe even 2 levels above where their ability should dictate. Youth Intake I managed to push a junior coaching update through pre-season and it more than paid off with this intake. All were signed except two and whilst the personalities leave a little to be desired in terms of the HOYD's view on current and potential ability this is easily our best intake so far. Marcel Neumann I don't play a right midfielder but seems to have the attributes to either move back to right back or forward to AMR. I'm leaning towards the latter as we lost a big player in that position this season (see transfers) but we'll see how he develops over the next few months. Admin The most we've ever been in debt due to the introduction of part time contracts, hopefully a brief European campaign will alleviate a little pressure here. The board downgraded our training facilities at the end of last season and I haven't had the funds to get them improved again so far. We lost two first team players, again both to top tier teams. The first was my own fault as I didn't realise he was still on his old amateur contract. The second, Dehmel was sold by the board after being chased by St Gallen, Basel, Vaduz and his eventual new team Thun, making me think he's got a decent PA. Luckily the board did insert a sell on clause so if he does end up progressing we may see some money in the future. Decided to go with FC United as I've seen that they usually get good intakes, so will hopefully give me a decent start. Decent finish in our first season. Popular Post Koetzer
Ungmennafélag Njarðvíkur – season 2041 Sigþórsson was making wonders at San Siro but couldn’t take us past this cursed quarter-final stage alone. U19 team made their second final appearance, again unsuccessful. We are unbeaten in the league for three consecutive seasons! Cups – once again the decisive cup stages were moved to the international break and KR surely had a better available squad. Champions League qualifiers – not the easiest games against Rapid, they missed a penalty at home before we scored twice, and then made the aggregate score 1-2 in return leg for several minutes. Group stage – seems like there’s a bug in Champions League rules and away goals still count in group stage, other way Bayern should have finished above us on goal difference Anyway it's our third time in the Europe's best 16 and we'll play against Atletico in the next round. Youth League – another group win. Transfers – reserves cleanup, as usual. Squad stats – one player is missing from this list, and that’s the real legend – Aron Snær Þorsteinsson who retired earlier in November. He scored 23 goals in the final season, taking his career count to 252 in 326 league games and 443 in 645 overall. I don’t think that Guðmundsson will surpass these numbers, even despite he’s surely a better player than Aron ever was. Sadly he didn’t become a backroom staff, would have signed him regardless of skills. Youth intake V.G.Guðmundsson *41a | Ó.B.Guðmundsson *41b | Guðfinnsson *41c | Halldórsson *41d | Valtýsson *41e Some potentially good players, but again unlikely to become real stars. This season was also the last one for 72 year-old Santiago Canizares, my assistant manager from the start of this career (also acting as HOYD at first which helped us get some great youngsters for that level, including legendary Þorsteinsson).

Popular Post XaW
XaW - Brickfield Rangers - Season 2029/30 - JD Cymru Premier Squad | Transfers | Finances Another season very similar to the last one, except I didn't qualify for Europe this time. We had a very rough start as we started the season with matches against TNS, Bangor City, and Colwyn Bay and lost all 3. This destroyed morale, and we had issues for a while, but we managed to crawl our way back up into the Championship group. Once there we once again struggle to keep up with the best teams, but at least we were there. In the European playoff we beat Llandudno in the quarter final before we lost to TNS in the semi final. This was quite a trying season for us, but the standout were Arwel Torgersen 23k, Mark York 23a, and Elystan Wareham 23f as usual. With the European boost I managed to get some more improvements to the junior coaching and youth recruitment. Every bit helps! Welsh League Cup: We beat Gresford before we lost to Bangor City in the 3rd round.Welsh Cup: We lost to Llandudno on pens in the 3rd round. Europa Conference League: We beat Paide Linnammeskond of Estonia before getting beat by Hajduk Split from Croatia in 2nd qualifying round. Youth intake: A much improved intake! My change of HoYD also seems to have helped in terms of personalities. A very nice inverted winger, lacking a bit of pace, but a very welcome addition. Defensive midfielders are something we are lacking, so I'm quite happy with Morgan Pugh 30g. Siôn Wyn Peagram 30j is finally a winger with a fair bit of pace! Lovely talent. The customary great goalkeeper, but Jay Beck 30k also is resolute, and that I can really like. Trophy cabinet JD Cymru North - 1 (2025/26)
Popular Post TheWillsy
South Shields season 10: 2031-32 What a season! We started well and just kept ploughing through the season and ended up winning promotion and the title as well on the final day. We had poor performances in the cups again but I'm not too bothered after that league performance. I feel it may be too early and we will struggle in the championship next season but let's see. We sold another youngster after receiving a decent offer. He was unambitious personality and not developing much so I thought it best to bring some extra funds in. Our first preview from Mr Milner was 4 and a half stars: And it was a good intake with the best three players professional/fairly professional! Finlay Dove really stepped up this season and was excellent. Sean Collins was one of our earliest regens but he wants a contract which is way above his ability so we may see him leave which would be unfortunate. Hopefully a season of championship football will provide enough money to boost the facilities as it has been a while since the last upgrade!

Daddy
2028 Season Review - Chilean First Division: Right around where I expected. Had a good run on bad teams and got as high as third, but finished with the top teams and fell back down to 7th. Goalkeeper is still holding us back. Lot of good prospects, but the best choice is a 32 year old in decline listed as "Good for most First Division B sides" or a 19 Year Old improving a lot but only listed as "First Division B standard player." Both are a league below in quality. Banking on the kid improving and turning some of those losses into wins and draws. Transfers: Three pretty big deals for the team. Munoz was still a good player, but had a Youth Prospect right behind him and two good backup talent players in squad. I felt it most prudent to cash out on a 32 year old before his value was nothing. Y23A was a Fickle AML/STC that only scored 3 goals in 34 appearances. I was trying to develop him primarily as AML, but he refused to sign saying he wanted to explore his options at end of contract. Took what I could get. The one that hurts is Y25E. Our first wonderkid and a "Fairly Ambitious" one at that! He was over a year out but wouldn't sign at any point. Only 19 but after his first season he was immediately seeking a larger club. My plan was offer him out right after deadline so I could finish season, but Colo Colo came in with a big offer and I had to take it. Upgrades: The timing of the 3M transfer was right when we hit third in the league, so with money in the bank and the highest the team had ever been I struck while the iron was hot. Now that both are complete our facilities look like this: 2028 Youth Intake: No one threatening the first team right off the bat. Was nice to get some more lottery tickets for Keeper. Good to see more expected from Club and media. I think that's very promising for the future as I only have two starters over the age of 20 (30 & 32) and the team has been reaching Sudamericana with a group of players not hitting their prime yet. For the Sudamericana I have a favorable draw for my qualifying match. Facing a team in 12 matches I've won 8, drawn 2, and lost 2 with a +9 goal difference. I'll consider it a disappointment to not make the group stage. Once I get there I'm still unsure of the talent level. Last season felt like an easy group that we underperformed in. Maybe that's the just the talent level for this competition.

Popular Post JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 11 – 2032/33 Season Review One could say that our 9th season in the Liga 2 Portugal division was our most successful season yet. We found something that worked and we took full advantage of our players being able to produce the goods we were looking for. Promotion as champions by 10 points, just one year after we suffered the fate that Chaves this season have suffered. Defeat in the playoff final. In the same season we won promotion to the top flight, our under 19s won the Under 19s First Division title, telling me that we have a really good youth setup and that we will be able to rely on some of these players coming through the years if they develop enough to warrant a playing role in the first-team. Who was our starting line-up towards the end of the season? Well, lets go over them. Saná Pereira has become our first-choice goalkeeper and has become the number one goalkeeper for Guinea-Bissau. Since he's become an international goalkeeper, his country have made it to 2 straight AFCON finals, winning the first, and losing the second. If nothing else, Pereira is proving himself on the international stage as well. Geffinho is our best right-back through the fact that there is nobody else really good enough to take his spot and the fact that he's still getting better each season. I wish he was more consistent, but we can't have it all sadly. Bruno Lasca is a weapon from set pieces. Being 6'6", I like to believe that he will be someone that I can rely on to continue being a weapon for us in the long-term and that he will be able to improve still. He was a DM at first, but seriously, why would I not play him as a CB? If Lasca was good, then Álvaro Leal is an entirely different level altogether. Good enough to be a good player for the top flight, I can see us losing him once he hits 18, and I am scared for that day. We do gave some young talent that could take his place, but his presence in defence will be missed. There is a reason that as soon as Leal turned up we became a much better side. Rafael Sona has really made the left-back position his own. Yes, he's inconsistent like Geffinho is on the right side of defence, and yes he hasn't been amazing, but I am willing to give him more time to grow. Mostly because there really isn't anyone better than him in the position that is actually a natural left-back. Fernando Alviarez is currently our best CM, but is only good enough to be a 2nd tier player. He doesn't look like he will be improving any more, but he's consistent and likes big matches, so he's everything that I love about a player. As for Luís Santos, time is clearly on his side. While he is injury prone, inconsistent and competitive, Santos is probably our best defensive midfielder who I'd pick to play there first and foremost. He's also well-rounded and a player that we hope will continue to develop over the next couple of seasons in the top flight. Vítor Ventura might be the newest kid to the block, but he is immediately my best right winger, which either says how good he is or just how poor my right wingers were before he arrived. He's consistent and his value is already rocketing up to silly values. I need to double-check if he has a release clause in his contract. Odair Antunes you'd think would be my worst nightmare as a player, doesn't like big matches, inconsistent, injury prone, yet he has still kept his first-team spot this season, because he sometimes turns up and is the difference maker. I can see him being an international for Cape Verde soon, but how soon remains to be seen. Will Pope is an interesting player who can be a CM, an AMC and a striker. He's been playing mostly as a striker this season, and between himself and Ricardo Santos, they've been fighting for the spot to be the partner of our first-choice striker this season. Rui Quintaneiro has made himself into a Beira-Mar hero the last two seasons. He's scored over 50 goals in the last two seasons and playing with a two-striker system gets the absolute best out of him it seems. Whether he can continue this sort of form next season in the top flight remains to be seen. His consistency is most likely going to be key. So our 11th season has been completed and we're secured our promotion to the top flight. Whether we'll survive in the top flight remains to be seen, but in my latest video, we reviewed the season as a whole and asked ourselves if the squad will survive next season. I know that I'm nervous about it. JLAB's YAC with Beira-Mar Part 72
Popular Post fries
Premier League 2040/41 (season 19) Season Summary A fairytale season! We started great out by beating Liverpool who have won the Premier League 4 times in a row. From then we couldnt just lose (except from a embarrising 4-1 defeat against Leeds in our first Carabao Cup game, and two games against Nice in Europe League). In the first 10 Premier League games we won 9 and draw 1. We led the Premier League! It was a massive overperformance and too good to be true. But then we hit a bad form. In the next 8 league games we only won 2. I thought that was it and we would fall down to where we belonged and fight for the last european spots. But then right after Christmas I gathered the team and gave them an encouragement which surprisingly helped. In the rest of the season we only lost two games and was crowned as champions with one game to go. The first half of the challenge is completed! However we did also participate in other turnaments. As mentioned previously we lost the first game in the Carabao cup against Leeds. Furthermore, we also lost the first game in th FA cup against Everton. In the Europe League I played the youth prospects and reserves. We managed to get through the group stage with wins against Rosenborg and CSKA Moscow. In the first knockout round we had a convincing victory against Antwerp. But Gladbach was too much in the second knockout round. To understand how we managed to win the Premier League with a team that shouln't be capable of doing that I dived into the data hub. A main reason is that we outperformed the XG-table massively and gained 14 points more than we "should". Another reason is that we managed to score 10-15 goals from long throw ins. Scott Milby is the main reason for this (together with Edwards who got two assists from throw in). Milby can defend and throw the ball. But otherwise he as definitely the worst player in my starting 11. If he did not play for my team he would probably play in League One or League Two. His contract are expiring this summer but he wants to be a star player and get a monthly wage of over £100.000. I am still thinking if he is worth it as I have a better right back in Abdullahi, who unfortunately cannot throw the ball very well. Ferguson was awarded as the best player by the fans for the 9th time in his career. While Ahmad had a greater average rating. The were both, together with Koch and Morgan on the Team of the Year in Premier League. While I was awarded as the best manager for the second year in a row. My two young wingers, Turner and Prior, also had a great season with a goal or assist around every second game. Turner have been capped for the England national team this season and have scored 3 goals in 5 international games. He is unfortunately wanted by Real Madrid and Bayern and he does not want to renew his contract. Foukas and Collinge did great as offensive reserves with 14 and 9 goals respectively. Collinge was my starter in Europe League and scored 7 goals in 10 games. Collinge and Lancaster have deloped well this season and I expect they will get more game time in the next season, also in the Premier League. This season I had 3 players on the NxGn-list. Lancaster was number 6, Cummins was number 20 and Collinge was numer 23. They are also three of my players I expect most from in the future. My youth players managed to win the FA youth cup My preview was great with 5 stars, but no A. My intake was a bit disapointing with only 2 elite talents (compared to 7 last season). However they look decent and I do not think I can expect more. A full back is great, and I can always use more M(C)s as I use 3 in my tactic. We had no major sales this season. Finances and Upgrades Not much interesting to tell here. However we are moving into the new FC United Stadion with 33,371 seats this summer. Goodbye to Turf Moor and Burnley and welcome home to Manchester. Edited January 21, 2022 by fries
BustaRaymes
*FM20* Molodechno-DYuSSh-4 2039-2040-2041 - Seasons 20, 21 and 22 We ended last season with a Euro Cup 2 second round draw against Osijek. We were closer than scorelines suggest. The away game we were surviving but at home we were the better team. We couldn't show this in the score however so we went out. A couple of improvements made sure our intakes would finally improve for the first time since the start of this save. It hasn't resulted in more achievements worth remembering. As we had to replace some of our quality players due to simply aging way beyond 30, we took a step back and had some more boring, midtable seasons while leaking money as before. That's why I'm trying to keep this short and just post our results: 2039: 3 players brought in to the first team, with Zaytsev being the new star. He even got a first full Belarus cap at the end of the season at just 18. Pugach looks like a natural replacement for Lebedev and Silva Costa's CA is a bit low, but I expect him to develop quickly. Goncharik will go straight into the first team, however I'd have to switch tactics to be able to get the best out of him. 2040: None of the players look like a direct addition to the squad 2041: Lisakovich is the chosen replacement for club legend Sachivko. He'll stay on for one more year and then retire after - for now - 501 league games for us. Belyavskiy, Kondratjev and Frantskevich left after the season, and Szumski retired. Goncharik is developing like a madman but I can't seem to find a way to play to his strengths as our tactical options seem to fail.
