Popular Post Daddy
2029 Season Review: Maintaining our level of midtable is pretty good all things considered. I got rid of all the expensive (some still pretty good) players to save money and tried a ridiculous tactic that started us in the whole. The team lost less money than before but it probably wasn't worth it. I was offered two terrible contracts while constantly being offered interviews. A report called asking about being linked with a top division club and I gambled by saying what an honor it was. Then media reports by my owner hoping I'd stay. I rolled the dice and was able to use that leverage to get two upgrades and an improved contract to stay (keeping my rule about each contract needing to be an improvement on the last). The moves in Jan was the purging of players. 2029 Youth Intake: Happy to get some much needed first team help! Keep in mind stars are relative. The 4 1/2 star guy is a division 2 standard player, and I play in the division above that. 2030 Season Preview: I expect another midtable finish. This save has definitely been a slog as I can never afford the pieces needed to improve.
Popular Post Makoto Nakamura
2042/43 End of Season Review First Team Fixtures - 2 We couldn't make it a double treble but we had an amazing show in Europe, coming close to getting past Legia in the First Knockout Round! We're at that sweetspot now where we're getting the money to improve facilities, the leagues improving but the rest of the clubs haven't begun to catch-up yet so we're able to steamroll the competition. Makoto Nakamura
This is going to screw us financially. We'd been on contracts of earning money per game up until this point, and even that was only £4,300 p/w. Popular Post Ronaldo Beckham
I think I have unearthed the new Mbappe and his name is ...... Mbappe He scores a hattrick on his debut in a French cup game. Funnily when I started this post I joked that I have unearthed the new Mbappe and then I looked to see if he was somehow related to Kylian Mbappe even though he is a newgen and then I looked at the Media Comparison and who'd of funked it he is touted as the next Kylian Mbappe lol.

Ronaldo Beckham
Nice to see one of my former academy products getting a big move. I am annoyed that I cashed in the 40% of the profit on his next transfer a few seasons before he moved as I needed the money and the offer of £1m was too tempting to say no to. I will learn from this lol. Anyway good for Martel. I hope he goes on and does well for Hoffenheim.

Popular Post the_hdk
Camisas Negras Polonia Warszawa - Season 28/29 / Season 6 - League CHAMPION! !st title in Poland and 3rd Championship for Polonia in their history. As much as we deserved the title last year we did not deserve it this year. Zaglebie was unbeatable till march than they lost 4 games and later a few more and jst caved in. We came in and took the title! Cup was bad again. Knocked out in first round. new low. Europe Somehow we joined the champion group for entry into champions league. No idea why we should be in league group. But yeah that meant we had easy teams to beat untill Celtic in last round. We tied them and beat them in penalties. Lost a few years there and my heartbeat was in my throat. Our first year in CL went actually quite well. 9 points. We beat Porto once and Lyon twice. In europa league we ware less fortunate, Spurs was a 4 classes better and beat us quite badly despite winning the home leg. Managed to get my last licance this seaosn too! Youth Back to Excellent intakes. We have 4 elite talents this year only, All 4 look like they have 1st team potential. Another goaly...we now have 3 talents behind our 1st goaly. luxery. A striker and two midfielders...but most imporant.....finally a foreign intake! An Englishman from Winchester...I did not expect that. Lets see. Brett (called Brit by Poles). actually shows potential. Decent passing and work rate. Ok-ish determination, unambitious. Lets see how far it will bring him. That brings end to season 6. Will it be a start to our domination in Poland and slow babysteps in euope? Lets hope so. We became champion with 8 regens in our first 11! Our traning facilities are being upgraded to state of art atm. Youth is still stuck due to bug. Now we need to save monies for a new stadium.

Ronaldo Beckham
SC Toulon Season 10 Youth Intake As always I am spoilt for talented young prospects in my Youth Intake. We have got a few different countries represented this time with Luxembourg, Canada and Gabon players coming through. Here are some of the top prospects. Stephan Mendes(YP105) - 15 Year Old Luxembourg Attacking Midfielder/Advanced Playmaker Mendes has some nice attributes with First Touch, Passing and Technique. I can see him creating some magical moments for SC Toulon. The only downside is he has an Unambitious personality but hopefully with the right mentoring that can be changed. Peter King(YP107) - 16 Year Old Canadian Centre Back/Full Back King is a very versatile defender in the making with him be able to play anywhere in defence but his main position is as a centre back. He has good Heading, Leadership, Aggression and great Determination. Mamadou Doumbia(YP109) - Striker/DLF I am really excited about Doumbia who has excellent Flair, Teamwork and has good Work Rate and Passing. I think he will make a very good Deep Lying Forward. Maybe the new Roberto Firmino.

libbyshuss
Novara FC Italy Serie C 2030/31 (season 8) Season Summary It's groundhog season! we're now a good team for this level but it's just so ridiculously difficult to get out of Serie C I feel like I'm just treading water. It'll be interesting to see how difficult Serie B is in comparison, should I ever manage to escape this hellhole So again we qualify for these crazy Play Offs. There's 3 divisions in Serie C which means 27 teams qualify for the playoffs. plus the three champions as well, right at the end. So even winning the league is no guarantee! It's nuts. So, play offs..... we did pretty well again, but to go up through the play offs needs a lot of luck as well as a good team Players A good side, improving all round I moved Simone Paesanti 26C from left wing to striker early on and he loved it up there. 29 goals is my best return for a long long time. Hopefully he can keep it up and it wasn't just a one off Youth Again a fairly uninspiring preview and intake, but then it could also have been a lot, lot worse i guess. Two elite players isn't great is it? Finances and Upgrades Still no money, still no upgrades. And worryingly, after upgrading my youth facilities a few years back only for them to regress back after only 3 years, I've not seen the option to upgrade them come back again. So, yeah, same as everyone else, that sucks.... Career

Glad to hear it showed up for you! Now the real question is if it will reappear after you finish to keep upgrading to max or you'll have to wait another 7 seasons. I think it's almost been that long for me, I could try playing another season to see if it magically returns but I've done stadium work so it easily could stay bugged longer. It's pretty frustrating as my Slovenia save was just taking off with millions in the bank, higher quality affiliates and access to top quality coaches so it's primed to try and push for taking that insane step up in quality to challenge the world class clubs. But without top level youth facilities it's basically futile. Really hope thos bug doesn't spread to more peoples saves!
Daddy
I needed a change as I was burnt out on my last save, so I decided to try England again. Not much to start with, but at least a not gray goalie. Season Preview: Hopefully this is a one and done. Apologies to any Lofestoft supporters, I couldn't quite get things matched up. I picked a sponsor logo that was at least round and doesn't look terrible. DazRTaylor
End of Season Review Season 2026/27 Amsterdamsche FC Season Summary A mediocre season where we were never in relegation trouble and we never threatened the promotion playoffs. Season Details League Table - A small improvement on last year as we finished in fourteenth place. League Fixtures 1 & 2 - Every game was a struggle and we rarely found any consistent form. TOTO KNVB Beker - We made it through to the third round for the first time before losing heavily away to fellow second tier side MVV Maastricht. Friendlies - It was another tough pre season campaign against bigger clubs. We also had one friendly mid season in a bid to boost morale. Squad - We have the potential, I just need the players to start developing now. Squad Dynamics - It is still rather good. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - Two youngsters departed on loan and one player left for a six figure transfer fee. Youth Candidates - It was another decent enough intake with striker Ruben Koppers YP26H41 leading the way. Finances - We made a loss this year and have slipped into the red. Key Players Tim Linthorst - He continues to be our best defender. Splinter de Mooij - His performances have started to decline in midfield. Tuana Özdemir - He continues to play above his level and is a reliable goalkeeper for us. Dalian Maatsen - The veteran continues to play well enough to be an automatic selection. Guus van Weerdenburg - It was a breakout yer for the left back. Next Season Survival again. We are in no position to challenge for the promotion playoffs yet. Popular Post Ronaldo Beckham
SC Toulon Season 10 Review Well this was unexpected I genuinely thought I would be struggling in mid table for the next couple of seasons but I managed to get promoted through the Play Offs with us first beating Toulouse FC with a 3-1 win. I then beat Reims 2-1 in the Semis and finally and very luckily I managed to beat Nimes on Away goals with a 5-5 aggregate result. Very lucky with that one. Star Players Folly Tchadjobo(YP27) - 21 Year Old Togo International Striker Folly was the main man at SC Toulon with 21 goals and 13 assists. He lead the line very well. He is only 21 years old and always improving in training. I am hoping he ends up being the all time top scorer for SC Toulon. Folly also got the best average rating at the club with a 7.43 and also was the king of assists for the season with his 13 assists being the best at the club. Ghazi Ouni(YP41) - 20 Year Old Tunisian Striker Ouni played very well up front alongside Tchadjobo, Diaby and Mbappe. He kept Mbappe on the bench for most of the season. Ouni with his 14 goals and 9 assists was a very important player. Arnaud Mbappe(YP86) - 16 Year Old French Striker What a debut season for Mbappe who scored 2 goals on his debut and not only is he a goalscorer but he is also good at assisting others to scoring. I really think I have a very special player here. Maybe he will end up better then Kylian Mbappe by the time he retires. I hope to keep him for a long time. Best Overall 11 Accolades Folly Tchadjobo won both the Fans Player Of The Season and the Young Player Of The Season. A new stadium is being built as well. My current stadium only holds 8,200 people. This new stadium can hold 15,000 people so hopefully this will increase income so I can finally upgrade training and youth facilities. Popular Post the_hdk
Camisas Negras Polonia Warszawa - season 29/30 / Season 7- League Second Champiosnhip in a row! and full on Domination this seaosn. We truly deserved the win. No new players in first 11. I tried to play youngster TUREK, but he really hated my guts for not wanting to loan him out last year so he preffered instead to play in 1st 11 of teh champion to play for a club that relagated. sad. Our goaly, SOBCZYK and MILEWSKI are getting serious offers around 4-5 million (close to their min fee amount) so could be we are going to lose a few players next year. But thankfully we do need the money. CL money made us rich. Europe We actually passed! with only 7 points! Only to get destoryed by the last years winner Man City. but hey progress and huge amount of money. Youth 4 elite players. no foreign youngsters again Might be a place for some of them in teh future but none of them are wow. I think that's what it did for me. I'm trying to ask for a new stadium now in the hope that this resets the bug, but the board keep saying 30k is enough for our ambitions. Popular Post XaW
Sorry for restarting so often recently, but I'm not getting saves to really stick. So I do whatever I do when that happens. I go back home. Follo Fotballklubb is my local team, as most in here know by now, and I noticed that in the newest update, the squad has been redone. I can't really say no to that, so here we go again! The team got promoted from the (view-only default) 4th tier by themselves the first season, so I take over the club just as the 2022 season is about to start. In stead of writing a long text about the club, I'll just copy the nice one I wrote for my try in FM21! For those of you who don't know much about this club, the club was established in 2000 as a way of creating a big team in the region of Follo, just south of Oslo. The issue with players from the area is that there were no big teams around, and to really try to become a good player, youths had to play for a team in Oslo and that's not ideal for the travel needed. So the local football teams went together with some local sponsors and created the club with the long term goal of becoming a bigger side. The other local teams would feed the best players into the club, and if those players became great and sold for a substantial fee, then it would drip a lot down to the local clubs. For a long while it looked promising and the team even reached the cup final and narrowly lost to Strømsgodset in 2010. A few years later the club started to have issues with money and the board resigned. So the club sort of failed, but are still the best club in the region, even if they didn't establish themselves as a top flight team. So this is where I come in to the story. Being a local, I played for a few of the feeder teams of Follo in my youth, I imagine myself as someone who has been away from football for a while and because of some connections I got the role as the manager of the team, promising to focus on the local youth players. Even if I will only use players from the youth intake, I'll think of them as young players brought in from the other locals teams become they came through! A few of the team are affiliates in the game already, but I'll try to keep them and add the others if I get the chance. The club has a decent youth setup, so I should get in some nice talents without that much hassle, at least I hope.

Well I feel the same way too

Such an annoying bug, think it's the most annoying one I've encountered at least since the Copa libertadores disappearing bug that was messing up everyone's Ultimate Challenge attempts some years ago. @Makoto Nakamura did your option disappear after you moved to a new stadium? I think that's what it did for me. I'm trying to ask for a new stadium now in the hope that this resets the bug, but the board keep saying 30k is enough for our ambitions. Not like there is another team in Barcelona playing in a 90k seater stadium... It did! We moved into a brand new stadium and then the option was gone. Popular Post libbyshuss
Italy Novara FC Serie C 2031/32 Season Summary Most of the season it looked like another groundhog season but right at the end it turned into a fantastic season! We were top 4 most of the season and in March had a run of three games against the teams above us. We lost every one. But then we went on an unbeatend run of 8 games to finish the season 4th and in great form, morale and confidence So into the play offs! We went striaht into the third round and got through the third round and quarter fina relatively easily, setting up a semi final against Crotone. We drew the first leg at home 0-0 and didn't play especially well, so I wasn't expecting much in the return leg. But we were fantastic and ran out 2- winners, setting up our first ever play-off final. So the final! Against Ternana! Where we were easily second favourites! well, this happened.... We did it!!! It was close, but we did it!!! PROMOTION!!!!!! Players It's a good team we've built here! Most are potentially Serie B players so we got a chance at staying up next season. I really don't want to go back to Serie C! Youth The worst preview I had yet with these save, followed by an even worse intake! Just the worst I've had for a long time. Finances and Upgrades Not looking good still. Hopefully there's a lot more money up in Serie B but sadly I doubt it. Career

Daddy
2022 Midseason Review: Playing well above what I was expecting. I was hoping to just survive, and while things could still fall off I believe the team will survive. 2022 Youth Intake Preview: We have 12 non-gray players and I think one is going to retire, so I'll take anything!

Ronaldo Beckham
SC Toulon Season 11 Youth Review For some reason I had an all French youth intake this year. I hadn't changed my Head Of Youth Recruitment so I found this weird but not complaining. I just like getting players from different nations. Anyway as always we had a great intake. Here are some of the Elite Talents Hassan Mekouar(YP122) - 15 Year Old French Central Defender Mekouar has a Fairly Professional personality and he has great Bravery and good Work Rate, Determination and Decisions. Marc Ruffier(YP123) - 15 Year Old French Central Defender Ruffier looks like he will be a really good Central Defender in the making with his overall good attributes across the board. The key attributes he has is great Determination, good Technique and Tackling and he has a a Resilient personality which I think will help greatly with his progress. Hugolin Ducasse(YP124) - 15 Year Old French Defensive Midfielder/Half Back I am excited about Ducasse even though his best position is a Defensive Midfielder/Half Back which is a position and role I don't use in my formation but he is also very capable of playing as a Central Defender and I can always train him to be a Central Midfielder. He has a Driven personality so I think he will play anywhere if he wants to. Especially with a 19 in Determination. He also has good Bravery, Balance and Heading. Manuel Fernandes(YP125) - 15 Year Old Full Back Fernandes is another player who plays in a position I don't use as I don't use Full Backs but I do use Defensive Wingers and I think he can get trained to play that role and he is versatile as he can play on either wing. He has 20 in Bravery which also makes me think he could become a good Central Defender but I have a lot of good Central Defenders already. He has a Professional personality and also has good Workrate, Jumping Reach and Aggression. He has also has 14 in Leadership so maybe a future Captain for the club and he has 14 in Long Throws so maybe we could use that as a weapon just like Rory Delap did for Stoke.
Ronaldo Beckham
Wow look at the value of Marc Ruffier(YP123) after he signs his youth contract. A minimum of £12.5m for him. He is going to be a very special player. Ducasse looks like he will be even better then Ruffier. Ducasse has a minimum of £11m value and potential value of £19m My Defense is going to look very good for the future.
Ronaldo Beckham
Ok I stand corrected as Ducasse has just signed his professional contract and now his value has skyrocketed. His value is now £30-£51m. WOW

dkouv
@zeus77Congrats! @libbyshuss congrats also - getting out of Serie C seems to be one hell of a task! I generally dislike playoffs, even in the Spanish divisions, but the Italian ones seem to be a completely next level of craziness. Just hope you don't get relegated back down after all that
