JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 7 – 2028/29 Opening Games For the first time in a very long time, we found ourselves losing our first two games of the season, before we managed to beat Benfica B away from home. Our cup defeat before our first league games meant that we have gone into the that game having lost 3 games on the bounce, we then finished the month with just 3 points from 4 matches. However, we started to pick up some form, with 2 draws and 2 wins in all competitions. It really told me a lot just how consistent we can be when we are almost always getting 8-9 points in the opening 7 matches in a league campaign, but to truly make any progress with this team, we need to be fighting for promotions and soon. For more of a look at the goals we scored and how well we ended up playing, feel free to watch my latest video down below, where I talk about Sandoval's potential successor. Popular Post Braumiller
South ShieldsSeason 08 ( 2029 / 2030 )National League - 1st! A fantastic season! It got a little more nervy at the end than it should have, but we held on for a deserved promotion! At one point with 10-12 games to play we had an 11 point cushion, but a slight wobble on our part coupled with Chester being relentless (won their last 5, won 16 of their last 21) meant it went to the penultimate games of the season. Our mid-season form is what carried us through, at one point going 21 games unbeaten as we adopted a new, more balanced approach to games including a home and away setup with more conservative fullbacks when away (or when winning at home). We had a great run in the FA Trophy as well, failing at the semi finals on penalties which happened to be during our end of season mini wobble in the league. I was very excited about our intake preview, as the central defenders had 2 coming through at an A rating. Central defender is the last bastion of non-intake kids in our line-up. Alas, when the intake came both are very short (5' 8" & 5' 10") for defenders Always nice to see a highly rated striker! Goals win games, and goals will get him starts. Will make sure he gets exposure from the bench next year The fantastically named Gruff will also be a fixture in my match day squads next year hopefully, starting on the bench. Decent looking central midfielder with good starting stats for his age. Hoping to raise his vision, but has a chance to make it. The smaller of the two central defenders, Cam is going to be trained at central midfielder as I cannot trust such a short central defender. Already accomplished there and with a driven personality he still has a chance to play for the first team Liam is a tweener... If he grows an inch or two, then that would be great. Decent defensive stats, outside of positioning, so we will see if/where he progresses. After the season ended I immediately asked for a new stadium, with our 3,500 capacity below the minimum of 5,000 for League Two. The next day we instantly got told a new 8,580 capacity, council owned stadium was to begin construction. This seemed oddly specific and immediate. A week or so later the board came back with news they agreed with my new stadium request and they have begun making plans and will announce details.... So, not sure which version of the truth is actually going ahead. The 8,580 stadium in the news item below, or if the boards decision making is going to over rule / overwrite this. For now, we are renting out Gateshead's stadium which holds 11,800! Updated club records, with a lot of new ones from this season And finally, I have started to update a spreadsheet with our seasonal progress on it!
SpS_Zen
Heibei Kungfu FC My new save is in China. I joined Hebei Kungfu FC to develop a shaolin soccer style. Hebei is located close to Beijing in a town called Shijiazhuang. With 11 millions people living there, I have good hope that the mix between football and traditional kungfu will bring a lot of people to my 30.000 seats stadium. I have added the logo manually, but sometimes the miniature doesn't show correctly. Club was founded in 2020 and renamed in 2021. Odds 34-1, predicted 14th/18. No staff, I will recruit only with annonces at the start. 21 players, the squad is decent. But those wages man, they wouldn't earn a tenth of that anywhere else.

thomas_e
A crazy move by an incompetent board that has put me far behind on this challenge. When I play normally, I use a lot of time searching for new players, scouting for the next big wonderkid, thinking about where I should strengthen my team and so on. That part of the game is absent in this challenge. I am comfortable with hitting continue much faster than I normally would. But then again I am not as fast as some of the other players in here. But it is the road that I enjoy, not necessarily the destination. Edited December 20, 2021 by fries

How the hell are you playing so fast? 2 hours ago, Forest said: Well that would interest me too... i already need at least 2 hours to get trough season preparation... As someone who plays rather quickly, I can say that for me the first seasons especially is not that much about the results (other than starving off relegation), and more about getting through a few of them to actually get in some players. Since there is no need to scout or look for talent, the only thing to worry about is training and tactics. Training goes pretty fast, and when you have done it a few times, the individual setup needed is quite quick as well. From then on, it's just monitoring things at a glance and do a full review a few times a year. For tactics, well, that depends on how much you like to tinker. I'm not very tinker happy, so I pretty much only do stuff if I'm in a pickle. I don't really care about the results initially, other than cups, since they often generate the money! When I play matches I always use 2D. It gives me a better overview of my tactic and I just prefer it like that. And I don't spend too much time changing things inside matches, I do my subs and then either leave things as they are, go attacking to score a winner/draw, or shut up shop. All based on the result. So the matches go quite quickly as well. Other than that, it's mostly clicking continue and eagerly await the next intake to see if my squad will improve! When I start to have a competitive squad for my division and I think I can go up (or win anything), then I slow down a bit and try to get the best out of each match. Also, when I play in lesser leagues and have become dominant, then I really only care to make sure we win the league every year and only slow down for the continental matches, and the odd cup final. So that's how I play, at any rate.

Popular Post libbyshuss
2053/54 (season 32, i think?) Premier League Season Summary What a season! I didn't think i'd be able to top last season, turned out I could! League - At one point before Christmas we went on a run of 8 wins and a draw from 9 that put us within one point of top. It had included a couple of really lucky wins, including Fming Man Utd at Old Trafford so when the collapse came after Christmas I wasn't too surprised - it was just regression to the mean. But we managed to recover a little in March/April and finished a reputable 7th. Considering it was only a couple seasons ago that we were battling relegation I'm very happy with that. European qualification was the dream but not the expectation yet. FA Cup - Went out in the 4th round 3-2 away at Chelsea Europa League - So we qualified as winners of the Conference League last season and again i figured I'd use it primarily for experience and keeping squad players fit. turns out those youngsters are already a lot, lot better than last season! The group stage put us with Lyon, Malmo and Banki Ostrava. We started with a win against Lyon, lost away to Malmo but then won the last 4 to go through to the second round as champions. And then this happened.... I was gobsmacked! I mean, Atletico aren't the team they once were and are usually bobbing around mid table in la liga these days, but stil. 7-0 was a btit unexpected! It kickstarted this run.... Including the final against Rangers, where we were brilliant! Two European trophies in two seasons!!!! I can't believe it! I almost gave this save up 3 seasons or so ago as well...... Players So it seems a bit weird picking a best XI for this season as it was the first season I can honestly say it was a squad rather than team that won games. We've got more depth now than I've ever had and some of the youths coming through are looking ridiculous. here's the best XI Ollie Cleary 51A I can't make my mind up about. He's gonna be good, but i can't decide how good and whether he'll be an AMR or striker. showing his age sadly as he was lacking in consistency when given a good run in the side. Top scorer in the Europa League though, so he's shown he can do it at the top level Noel Masterson 44B I was a bit guilty of ignoring him and focussing on Daniel Bennett instead (he was a wonderkid though!) and Noel's just quietly got on with it, improving year upoin year until he's now in the England squad and valued at 66-80m. As for Bennett..... still struggling to live up to that early promise Edgar Gonzalo 49H Our third wonderkid behond Johnston and Bennett! This one really is a surprise - he's 49H, that's how much of a prospect I originally rated him! Joe Hall 51B an interesting one this. Played nearly all my European games and was great but whenever he played in the league, he was poop on a stick. But it didn't seem to matter because... Only a 2.5* potential player as well. I'll carry on giving him chances, be interesting to see how far he can go. Or just how pointless the golden boy award is! Still, my first ever golde boy which is nice. Wonderkids This was a lovely thing to see as well. Two new wonderkids in the top 50! Emmanuel Odita 52A really is gonna be a bona fide wonderkid. he's just brilliant. Still 18, he made 24 appearances this season at a rating of 7.08. He just got his first Nigeria cap as well! look at his value as well. Karol Kovacik 52B So I'm paying 130k a year to Zilinas of Slovakia for any good youth players. first year and I think I've got my moneys worth for the next 50 years already. This kids looks amazing. He's made ahandful of appearances for us at AML but his future may be as a striker. At the end of the season he made his full Slovakia debut - and scored a hat trick! I gotta look after these two - thy're the future of Whitby Town and of my interest in this save! Youth I'm not too worried about lack of 4 star potentials in this save - there seems to be far more variation and error in those previews than before. I'm hoping the truth is more about performances on the pitch, but then i would say that because.... We beat barcelona and Bayern Munich U19s on the way as well. The future looks bright! This years intake preview was.... another 5 star preview and another golden generation! So, earlier this season I signed an affiliate link with a top Serbian side and look at that, a super duper Serbian youth!!!! He looks good as well. Nice determination, nice personality and some nice starting attributes too. I'm loving all my affiliate clubs! Ben Culkin looks good as well. These last few intakes have been amazing! Popular Post fries
Sky Bet Championship 2033/34 (season 12) Season Summary The goal was to survive and so we did! But I am also a bit dissapointed by the season. We only got 4 points less than last season but the feeling was very different. We were never in a good run this season. It felt like it was bad form --> team meeting --> one or two games without loss and then all over again starting with a bad form. None of my players had a very good season and Ferguson was the only one to get an average rating over 7. Ahmad was again topscorer, with 18 goals. While Armstrong had most assists with 10. Armstrong also broke the record of most league appearances with 402 games, but this season was his first with a rating below 7. We had a good FA cup run where we won against Chelsea home. In both cups we were lucky to get 3 home games against Premier League teams: I was really excited about my preview with 5 stars, 5 A's and a new golden generation. And I was very happy with what I got. 6 elite talents and a few with a okay CA. I made of course no incoming transfers but we had a few of outgoing loans. Finances and Upgrades The board agreed to upgrade both the youth facilities and training facilities. And with upgrades that finnished early this season we now have good youth facilities and average training facilities. My youth level was also upgrade to level 3 before the season. Furthermore, we are now working expanding Broadhurst Park which should be completed in november. JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 7 – 2028/29 Youth Intake Preview So our season has seen us struggling with some questionable performances, but also pick up some good wins too. We have struggled to get goals though. Despite that, we are 5 points clear of the relegation playoff zone, and 8 points clear of the relegation zone. Thankfully, it appears that we're not going to be in a relegation fight, right? So our first youth intake preview with João Moreira as my Head of Youth Development looks really promising. ANGL
AS ARAPIRAQUENSE - SEASON 3 (2024) Manager Profile - Transfers - First team Squad 1, 2 - Finances - Club Facilities SERIE B What a rollercoaster of a season. Our objective was to fight against relegation and we were tipped as favourites for it. But then we started winning games and made an excelent first half of the championship, so we were siting in promotion places. I have never done back to back promotions, and this weren't again the case: when things started to get serious, I got this streak: One win in 16 games sent us back to our place, but with a over 20 points margin over relegation, which never was a threat. Will hace to re-think my tactics, as it is quite clear that my 442 diamond gegenpress is no longer working CAMPEONATO DE ALAGOAS Winners! We won our first trophy, beating our rivals in the state championship. CAMPEONATO NORDESTE Out in the preliminary stages for the third year in a row - doesn't look like my competition. Daddy
2023-2024 Review: Not particularly inspiring. The issue is scoring and I've tinkered a bit but haven't found the right mix. Three players from the 2023 intake received some playing time, but no one is quite banging down the door for starting positions yet. There's no U18 league so it's all friendlies. 2024 Youth Intake: As stated above, no one here ready to step in yet. Still another nice intake with players that have potential to develop into better than my current quality. 2024-2025 Preview: It looks to be another struggle. I've petitioned the board to go professional repeatedly. I really think getting full time training would help push the team forward. Since the board won't go professional I "invested" the money the team is making on fancy kits. Rackspace and Jeep have been a go to for me as they fit cleanly on almost all I've ever messed around with. JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 7 – 2028/29 We're Being So Wasteful! So we've found ourselves picking up two more victories, but then found ourselves going 5 games without a win, which is not ideal, however, we did pick up 8 points from 7 games, which is still decent to avoid relegation. Despite not winning a game in 5 games, we're still in 12th place and gave already won as many games this season as we did last season. With a 7 points clear of the relegation playoffs and 8 points clear of the relegation zone, we are now feeling more like a mid-table team than a relegation side, I'm happy. WhiteCat33
@sgevolker @Forest Im guessing 20 seasons qualifies as fast? Most this far are playing saves that started the day the beta was released (myself included). Same situation for me here as @fries. No transfers speeds up my play significantly. I also delegate a lot like the training calendar, youth team stuff, u21 everything etc. Lots of loaning out of youth also lowers how much time you focus on them as you cant adjust training when they are away. The other big help is having a computer that can process days fast for the leagues you have loaded. I had to switch to a laptop recently due to a dead graphics card and my play has slowed down substantially. While it will lower your realism when you hit European competition you can just go single league small database to make the days fly by. Always remember you can add leagues later so once you're fighting in Europe you could boost what's loaded if you want more of a challenge. While I know I could maybe gain a few points a season diving into specific tactical tweaks for each match I just always use my assistants reqs for opposition instructions and then just adjust during the match on a slower speed to start before speeding up the Sim. Once In a while I give up an early goal but usually it's not a problem.

I'm surprised how much some of my players have improved while in loan in lower divisions, specialy compared to those in my U20 or even to the ones that have played 10-15 first team matches. Anyone noticing anything similar? I concur with the choir, loan's are the way. Even with great level facilities sending them on loan tends to be better for me. Also check the contract once they are loaned out. I've noticed most times when they go to a semi-pro outfit they actually train with their parent club so you actually don't lose out on them developing with your coaches and training full time.

You need to play your players to see them progress - the 16 year old I played every week grew great even without high professionalism. I'm playing in Wales (not sharing as I have the editor on) and finding it very hard to loan players out though... my affiliate doesn't want my dross With the editor on can you see any changes in the nation youth rating with the new dynamic element? Not far enough in (on the start of season 4, fluked a Welsh cup with literally the easiest run ever (Druids in the final, no TNS, who finished 4th last season), and sitting pretty in the black. I only used it to fix the transfer list for non contract bug by giving them a contract, removing transfer listing, then setting them back to non contract. I get through games quickly by using an instant result skin though, which some may or may not use
OlivierL
Africanos Bragança - Portugal - Youth Intake - Class 2025 Preview This class is good determination and personality wise. Got a 3.5* CA player , our best ever youth intake player. Varela 25A has the best PA , Evora 25J has the best Ca . with 3.5 CA . He is our best intake player since starting this save. He won't be able to play before he gets homegrown.. in two seasons.
Daddy
Hot damn that's a preview 6-14 are all fairly tight so a bit of movement there. Team is playing better without much apparent development from young players. Still can't get them to go professional, but at least able to get some other upgrades. Elsjorro
Cottbus 2048-2049: Im falling behind again with updating, so i hope i got all the screens saved. So with Roda JC we got a new sattelite club that we can send some players to. 1860 Munchen doesnt seem to get out of the 3th bundesliga, so lets see if this is gonna bump the edjucation of the players a bit. So as far as previews go, this was yet again a pretty decent review. Some defenders, some midfielders. Could really use a world class striker, but i would be very happy with some defenders yes. I still havent had a single Bundesliga worthy CB. So, no central defenders but we do get some talented boys. Heinrich is a pretty decent option, Lemmens could be a light version of Nijhoff and Hesselbach might be the best CB we will have, but thats due to the others being so ******. So, after Dogan being a multi german International, we had to wait a few seasons till the next one came. Pena is normally part of the squad, but as a 3th goalkeeper, he didnt get a cap. Nickel did: So how did the season go: Pretty decent. It seems me and Borussia are the teams that are fighting eachother for the title. This year was pretty clearly for Borussia. No big deal. Europe: So, normally we get trough the groupstage quite easily. This year, we didnt have a very hard group ( i thought). But they gave us hell. Luckily, 7 points were enough to get trough to the next round, where we met Atletico. We did allright at home, but away we had to many suspensions so we lost. The team needs to be top of the game to fight these kind of teams. We get a player poached by United:
Popular Post CardiffDragon
Cardiff Draconians 2030/31 In europe again this year and have a board expectation of top half table finish for the first time, big jump from my usual avoid relegation. we cruised past the second round, this is getting fairly easy for us ( hope they are not words i regret) and the third round was a goalfest but we scraped by. again home advantage has saved us and we are in the group stages again, which is good as our money in is a lot less than our upkeep at the moment ok not the worst group for us, hopefully take some points and some extra money our home form in europe is fantastic, ok if you notice i havent put our first away game against San Sebastian on here but we do not need to talk about that..... 3 points this time though!!! fourth game and after an exciting 0-0 against shamrock rovers away we now have five points.......oh my word!!! all we need is a draw and we are through to the knockout stages.. Spoiler This game is seriously not good for your heart, played backs to the wall and to be honest were very very lucky not to lose BUT I DONT CARE, we are through!!!! Spoiler Spoiler our home form again saved us we are in dreamland now second knockout stage here we come!!! Spoiler so close, put up a really good fight but being paired with our nemesis from the group stage was always going to be hard but we tried our best Spoiler massive overachievers this year in europe well done boys!! and now back to reality, again our stronger squad meant that we could stay in touch even with europe ongoing and at the split in the season we were still up there well we kept it up but agina could not cope with TNS not really close at all but we did finally beat them, again we have not beaten them in the league for a few years now but when it comes to a one off game this time we did it and claimed the cup This season there have been two issues that have happened for the first time, my best young player by a country mile asked to leave and got upset when i said no as he wanted to win the league, in the end i had to let him go to Wolves but managed to get 45% sell on fee. But if this starts happening regularly then it is going to slow our progress as financially it am not going to get massive amounts for them but need them for europe. The second thing that annoyed me is for the first tiem the board stopped me improving my youth facilities, saying they wanted to concentrate on the first team, they let me strengthen my trainning facilities but even though i had money to do it stopped my youth. Progress is goign to get harder i think from here We are up to 17th in europe coefficients, just 2 below two CL places.
Popular Post OlivierL
INTRO | S1 | S2 Africanos Bragança - Portugal - Season 3 (2024/2025) Review - 4th tier - Campeonato De Portugal Squad| Youth Intake 25 | Transfers | Finances| Fixtures 1 | Fixtures 2 Campeonato De Portugal : We made progress again and finished 3rd. just not high enough to play the promotion playoffs. Again i had more players to use but it is still a puzzle at certain positions. The fact that youth players are sometimes homegrown after two seasons is very annoying. But we make slight progress year after year so it remains fun. We had a tough time in the relegation stage, but in the end we stayed in the league and our city rival Bragança dropped out of the fourth tier. They kept me out of the top two in the regular stage so.. karma ! Taça de Portugal: Lost in the second round again. U19 : Our U19 finished second in the second tier but finished last in the promotion stage. Key Players Oliveira is our best defender now and captain. i hope he can lead the defence in the next years. Graça is our number one goalkeeper and had a good season. Academy graduate with most Appearances (This season) Ramos 24H is had a good season up front , scoring 12. Miscellaneous Again no upgrades. Only some increases for allowed coaches and wage. Received two of three job interviews. two from 3th tier, one from 2nd tier. Aim for next season I will be able to bring in some good youth players again because they are finally homegrown. It will be the last year of four senior players, two of whom are regulars. They won't talk or sign for two years now, so I will lose them at the end of the 4th season. And I don't have any replacement(s) yet.
