Popular Post JAwtunes
Izola - Season 11 (2032/33) Review An excellent season that saw us successfully defend our league title and also saw us win the cup for the first time. We did lose our star striker due to a release clause his agent insisted on, and we are going to lose our playmaker at the end of next season. However, we have lots of great young players coming through, albeit most of the latest bunch have horrible personalities. The greatest achievement of the season has to be our young attacking mid getting his first cap for Slovenia and then appearing in the NxGn list. Having skipped FM21 (I think the award existed in last years game) I have never had any of my players receive a mention in this list, so I was well chuffed! Popular Post Daddy
2023 Season Review: Really struggled to score goals at the end of the season and wound up with an absurd amount of draws. What it means though is instead of being in Copa Libertadores we play in Copa Sudamericana which requires a playin to even hit group stages. Y25G was a real good player that I didn't want to lose, but he was a year out from contract expiring, wanted to leave, and I needed some money in the budget. Boca is a very good Argentinian team. If this were a South American Journeyman play though that would be hard to pass up. First caps for these guys. I suspect I'll be needing a new keeper soon. 2023 Youth Intake: A lot of good potential in the top of the class, but nothing of major need for me. 2024 Season Preview: Top 4 finish predicted by both media and board. Barely missed last year, so I'm expecting to get back up there again. Class of 2023 10 year reunion: My second intake at the club. There were six players that appear to have retired with no history saved. Y23A - 24 games with club with 3 goals. He wanted out so sold him for 65K to a fellow first division club in 2028. Two seasons later moved to a different First Division Club for 275K. He's been a regular for both teams with 2 seasons of 10 goals each. Y23B - 55 games with 4 goals. He never quite overtook the legacy players and the players that came after overtook him. Emergency backup player on my B Team. Y23G - never played a game for us. Left on a free in 2026 and is playing in the lower leagues. Y23I - never played a game for us. Left on a free in 2027 and is playing in the lower leagues. Y23J - served as an emergency backup getting in about 20 games before moving in 2031 to a 2nd tier team for $600! Y23L - let go on a free after one year. Looks like he was a backup on that team for 6 years before being starting keeper for the last four on a lower league team. Y23M - never signed out of intake. Settled on a lower league team and after seven years of no appearances has turned in a regular player for them. Y23N - let go on a free after one year. Grew into a starting role on a lower league team. Y23O - let go on a free after one year. Settled on a lower league team and after six years of no appearances has turned in a regular player for them. Y23P - let go on a free after one year. Settled on a lower league team and after six years of no appearances has turned in a regular player for them.

JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 14 – 2035/36 So after we drew 0-0 against Chaves and were lucky to get away with even a share of the spoils, I knew that I needed to change something up again. So I found myself changing my formation once again. The change in formation had an instant impact, even if we were playing against sides in the lower half of the table. The change felt like it still needed to be done regardless. With the changes we made, we are currently 19 points clear of the relegation playoffs and quite frankly, should be safe from the threat of relegation. It's a nice situation to be in honestly. Still, the changes I made was simple. I went to a 4-2-4 formation, and I did at one point have a Deep Lying Forward alongside the Advanced Forward, but I've since changed that to a False 9, since the player who is in the role suits it more. I like to think, that this formation can be made to work, we just need the right players to do it. I went over the results we had in my latest video and the reasoning for the changes in more detail in it as well. libbyshuss
So I gave up on Argentina. the lack of money was doing my nut in, plus to be honest Barracas weren't elligible for the challenge anyway as they were previously playable. Ah well. I thought about going to tier 10 in England but taking Whitby from tier 6 was tough enough so instead I headed to Spain, loaded up holiday man and sat back and waited. Lots of teams to choose from but one caught my eye straight away. So.... Marbella looka great team to start this challenge with. A lovely stadium and very nice starting facilities! How beautiful is that???? I'm gonna enjoy spending time in Marbella, I can tell! I had to design our kits. well, kitbasher did. They look pretty swish.

De Treffers was an amateur team (and all my players were on amateur contracts when I arrived) with no staff at all located on Groesbeek, a city that is closer to Dortmund and Dusseldorf and Germany than to Amesterdam. Popular Post WhiteCat33
Nogometni Klub Pobrezje: 2042/43 – Slovenian 1st Liga (Season 19) Season Review: https://imgur.com/a/20Jfzav Performance: 2nd of 10 in Slovenian 1st division Its amazing what a difference it makes playing 40 matches instead of 52 in a season. It is the identical squad that are just now getting into their 20s so they are just getting better and better. Maribor were just a step above everyone this season, but that's fine if we can get 2nd consistently that's EC2. Squad Still the same first XI however our subs have gotten significantly better with the new 17 year olds that have come up into the squad. Some of them might take some of the starter spots come next year. Youth Academy Youth Intake Preview Youth Intake This is the year of defensive recruits, all defensive elite talents. Sandi Horvat doesn't have the best personality, but I’m excited about this especially if he can adapt to a few more positions. I ended up taking all 5 of the elite defenders but not the GK whose unambitious and worse than my 3 young GKs I have already. These plus the current defenders who have come up and we are actually now very good in defensive depth but starting to notice gaps in our offensive depth. Club Upgrade Just did one additional Youth Facility upgrade at the start of the season Also the board established a link with Schalke 04, which i mean cool? For this challenge its just money and scouting knowledge. The big issue is a lot of my players want the 'foreign club' release clause, and now we have a guaranteed club that will be scouting our players and has the money to pay a few hundred thousand to steal them. Awards Our Current Striker and an Academy graduate were the top two strikers in Slovenia this year. My Current being the Youth POY & of the Season And the graduate as the Slovenian Player of the year. To be fair that is extremely impressive 34 goals in 46 appearances. And while Maribor dominated the Team of the Season my BPD is the lone other player to make it, but notice two of my academy graduates at Maribor are in the team as well And I win my second Head Coach of the Season Manager Thoughts Next season the goal will be to make it back to EC2 group stage, but then I'll be playing the 2nd string youth players as much as possible in those European matches to prioritize the league games with the first team. Would be very nice to get another batch of money to put into the youth facilities to bring them up to average and beyond. The club is in great shape. The players are starting to hit maturity and most have long contracts without release clauses, though there are 2 my Striker and CD who still need to move to a full time contract but due to fee release clauses I've held off. Unfortunately that has resulted in my striker getting upset so we will see how long I can keep him in our squad. Ambitious personalities can be problematic in this regard, though its gotten his progress to be excellent. Excel

Popular Post The7Striker
C.E Jenlai 2024/2025 Season Finances Transfers Squad Money!! What a nice balance we have. ECL really does a difference. Well the squad is the same from last year and I hope the lads still have some fuel. It's been a pretty fun season in this league. Lliga Multisegur Assegurances Season Prev Games I Games II Past Positions The league was good and we kept the 2nd place and another ECL spot. Its wasnt as easy as you expected, especially due to Sant Julià only lost points in the last couple of games and of course we took the chance to grab the 2nd place once again. Atlètic was in another league this year, 0 losses. Copa Constitució Another superb run! But in the final it was the Super Atlètic and unfortunately it wasnt our time, again! Europa Conference League It was our first attempt at the competition and our opponent was Renova from Macedonia. As you would expect, we were defeated in the 1st leg but we did a good job at home. We grab around 250k in money prize. Upgrades With ECL money the board finally allowed me to start an academy and with that the Youth Facilities did increased a little bit. The board also allowed me to take another Licence. Youth Intake Spoiler Meet the first class from C.E Jenlai. Personalities are not the best but our HoYD did his job. All of them will be in the first team. Pulgarín and Nicolás are the best from the Intake. Andorra Team In the Nations League, Andorra stayed in group D but showed some quality by winning a game and coming within 3 points of 1st place. Popular Post Winski
Garbarnia Kraków 2027/2028 (season 6)Ekstraklasa; 3rdLeague table | Competition overview | Finances | Facilities | Transfers | Club overview | Manager profile Another great season, where we fought for the title for a very long time! But Lechia was just too strong, again. We were 2nd for a very, very long time, but on the final day we finished 3rd. But the most important thing is that we are good enough to compete for the title, and that we qualify for Europe again! As posted earlier: our European campaign ended in the 4th Qual. Round of the Conference League, where Olympique Lyon beated us. In the Polski Cup we lost in the 2nd Round against Widzew Łódź. Our money is now almost gone, but we invested a lot into our Facilities. I'm very happy that we now have such good Facilities. And this was the last season in our current stadium! At the end of June 2028, our new stadium is ready!!! Really looking forward to it, and finally back to Krakow, after a period of renting a stadium in a different place. Best players this season were topscorer Michał Feliks, defender Bartłomiej Niedzielski, midfielder Szymon Dudek 23a and inverted wingers Wojciech Słomka and Maksymilian Kondak 26d. Midfielder Arkadiusz Grobelny 26f will be our first choice next season, together with Dudek 23a. More and more Garbarnia Academy players are now in our first team. At least 5 players in our First XI, and most of the players on the bench are Garbarnia Academy players. Youth intake The preview showed us three A-players: one DC and two wide midfielders. Let's take a look at the intake. Well, indeed a DC and some wide midfielders labelled as Elite Talents! And also an Irish lad, thanks to our Irish affiliate Bohemians! Some really decent talents in this intake, it really looks like a Golden Generation! Spoiler

I use the same schedules as for my first team. It's a schedule from @crusadertsar, build for his Totall Football tactics. I used them in FM21 and now also in FM22, with great success! I also put a lot of time and effort in developing my youth. I choose the right position/role training, base on which attributes I want my youth player to develop in. And I weekly praise or criticize their training effort. I praise or criticize their performances in the U19 as well. Basicly the same as I do for my First Team players.
Winski
My U18 team has finally gain promotion to the highest U18 league! In the last seasons they won their league as well, but then lost in the promotion final. This time they won! So that's nice. And something more important: Polish football is growing! I still use the same schedule too in FM22 and had great results at both Torino and Villareal. I also try to praise good training performances. It has the double benefit of improving morale (which is good for match performance) and improving training results (from my observations players develop better when they are happy). So when I see that the player is not happy about some aspect of his training I make sure to address it right away.

Popular Post XaW
XaW - Svartskog Idrettsforening - Season 2028 - Norsk Tipping-ligaen Avdeling 4 Squad | Transfers | Finances And this is where the climb halted, at least for a season. Lyn where just too good for this level, and they should be higher. Molde 3 cannot be promoted since the 2nd team is in the tier above, and they can't get higher anyway, so if we didn't have Lyn here, we could have had a shot at promotion. But things are clearly becoming harder now. Norgesmesterskapet: We beat Farsund before we lost to Kopervik in the preliminary final. Youth intake: The intakes keep being good, and for the first (?) time we had a player without a full 5 star potential. I think that's an indicator that the squad is getting better. So then you just go from week to week and select the right schedule. Also i usually switch up the training for the day before the match. So if facing difficult opposition then might change tactical session into something that's more suitable for the match like defending. Or if it's going to be a side that parks the bus, might make them work more on set pieces. Edited February 11, 2022 by crusadertsar

Popular Post libbyshuss
Marbella FC Spain Seguna B RFFEF Group 5 (Tier 4) 2022/23 (season 1) Season Summary We're in Spain! It's beautiful! In Marbella!!!! League - We did good. We had a strong squad and media prediction was 4th so I was hoping we'd make a good fist of division 4. And we did - we were really consistent the whole season and finished 3rd, qualifying for the play offs. We went in at the semi-final stage and won a tight game away at Arosa 1-0, qualifying for the final stage. A tight game but..... We did it! Promotion at the first attempt! Next season is gonna be a lot tougher though..... Cup - 1st round draw at home against Real Betis. Not quite a money spinner but a nice test agaisnt a La Liga team. They battered us 4-0. Players So it was a mixed bag with the legacy squad Strengths - some top quality at goalie, centre back, left wing and striker. Probably good enough for the division above in all honesty Weaknesses - both centre backs are 33, no right winger to speak of at all, only 19 players and some big holes, those top quality players have top quality wages. like real big. like the top 5 are all on 5k+, the rest of the squad under 1k. So, it could be better, it could be worse. But in reality I need some decent youth pulls really quickly! Agustin Ferro is gonna be key for the next few season I think. 23, getting better, top quality. lovely stuff! Youth Nice starting facilities for youth so I was hoping for a good intake. The preview was good, which was nice.... look at all those As! the only downside with it was no defenders promised. And we'll be desperate sooner rather than later. and the intake? Lots of potential there but to be honest nobody really stands out as an absolute future star, or even regular first team player. We'll see where we are in a couple seasons. Finanaces and Upgrades Really not good. We started the season with about 300k in the bank and ended it with minus 1.7m. The main culprit was the wage bill. 40k a week for a team that only gets an average gate of 1700 is way too much. Ideally I'd sell them but three of them are over 33 and gonna be tough to shift. But really, I'm in trouble unless I can get that wage bill down. So the new sort term goal is get the wage bill lowered and try and survive in tier 3. Once we achieve that we can start with the upgrades and whatnot. Career Edited February 12, 2022 by libbyshuss
JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 14 – 2035/36 Youth Intake So my latest intake has arrived and we managed to find ourselves getting more than a handful of players who have pretty good potential. Nana Adu-Gyamfi is the player with the highest potential apparently. Given he's a right-back who can play as a left-back and a centre-back, we have a lot of reason to be excited about him. Qiu Weiliang is our 2nd Chinese player to have come through out intakes in two seasons, and I have no idea what is attracting them to the club, but I am not complaining in the slightest. He looks good. The player that I am the most excited about is Alexandre Loureiro, who can play as a CB, DM, CM and RB, but I aim to play him as a CB mostly because he's got 16 heading and a lot of other exciting attributes. Surprisingly, we also picked up Rafael Marado and he's also a CB who has a lot of potential, so really I am excited about him as well. We did also get Jorge Santos who is more of a winger than an inverted winger since he is right-footed only. He does give us more options on the wings. The player that I am excited about though is our new Bulgarian goalkeeper, Tsvetomir Karabelyov. If he can reach the potential that we believe he can, then we should be sorted for a while. The fact that CSKA Sofia also sent this guy over to us is pretty nice. The latest video goes over more of the players that came through the youth intake as well, so feel free to watch that as well. JLAB
Beira-Mar – Season 14 – 2035/36 When we could claim our survival against the team that is considered to be the best team on paper, I knew that was something I could brag about. So I am. We beat Tondela to complete the league double over them and secure our place in the league next season. We're feeling pretty good about ourselves. In the end, we claimed it with 5 games to go. 20 points clear of the relegation battle. It doesn't even look close at this point, it's our most comfortable season to date. The latest video goes over our recent games and shows how we secured our victory over Tondela, because despite the scoreline, it was not that comfortable in the end. Popular Post Sn00gle
Ruch Chorzów - 2026/27 Squad - League - Finances - Transfers Ah what a rollcoster it was. A good season with a disappointing ending. Despite our hard work we have to get around the taste and Europe. After a great performance in the Polish Cup we play with Lech in the final, which let's not deceive ourselves was better that day. In the last action of the match Mokrzycki lead to the equalizer but in extra time after the match marathon my players were almost dying. Thus we are left with the league in which we eventually take 4th place and thus will not play in the cups, losing 3 points to Wisla Krakow and Lech Poznan finished the struggle on the 6th position, taking away our last spot The only chance for the Cups is a change in the ranking giving Poland an additional place. There might be a chance for that because this year Lech and Legia advanced to the group stages in Europe, and the team from Warsaw even advanced from there. I will see what time brings. Thanks to the new subsidiary club Stadion Slaski we get to use their facilities which raises our TF for Good. Also YF are being expanded. Bender brought in his last pupils this season as he no longer wants to be u18 manager and move on as coach to the 1st team. It is quite interesting. The characters of the players are good and seem to have potential. As you probably know from talking on the forum my team training has been completely rebuilt and here next season will be a test to see how it goes. I have had a look at my players and at the moment it looks like we have 2 class players. I have to watch them more closely and see how the test training next season will reflect on the whole team Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Edited February 13, 2022 by Sn00gle
