The_Gato_In_Goal
4 hours ago, WhiteCat33 said: Since you're referencing my post (and I have time this morning) figured I'd respond. In my view there are 4 points of mentoring, in order of importance: Personality & Media Handling Improvement: Player Trait Passing: Team Cohesion/Groups: Secondary Position Learning: In my understanding, you can mentor any player under 24 through the mentoring groups. The older & more established the player is in the squad, the less likely their hidden personality attributes will change. This is displayed in the mentor window by how much influence the group has on them & they on the group. Thus, for forming a mentoring group: Include 1 Team Leader / Influential Player with a "Good" Personality + Media Handling who is 25+ years old. Include Squad players between U24 with close to or at the Good Personality who are at least competent in the Mentors position. Include any U20 players in the first team natural at the mentor's position with "Bad" Personalities. For deciding if I'll mentor a young player I really only bother for bad personalities. If it is a good (but not great) personality like Fairly Ambitious or Fairly Professional I usually do not mentor the player unless there are player traits I want them to learn from the group. I tend to split this into positional groups: Strikers, Midfielders, Defenders & GKs. The only hard rule I have is GKs mentor together and not with field players. 4 Points of Mentoring 1) For Personality I (like many in the thread) rank the top 3 hidden attributes as: 1 Professionalism ; 2 Ambition ; & 3 Determination. I only prioritize those three and leave the rest to chance. Why? Because those 3 have been shown to influence development the most. I always like to point to this statistical analysis: Ambition, determination & professionalism - FM Stats! The TLDR: For best results you want your youth players to have 15+ professionalism with Det & Ambition of at least 10. The gains above 10 for the secondary HAs is marginal. Personality and Media Handling Spreadsheet Screenshots Based on what I found online [Hidden Attribute Revealer - Google Sheets], this is the conversion sheet I'm using for Personalities & Media Handlings. Note: there are multiple cases where specific combinations (usually Determination values) will yield different results, but that's not necessary for having a general idea. Table is in spoilers for those who don't want to know. When you combine Personality & Media handling you take the highest min & max values to build the new range: Reveal hidden contents Personality: Media Handling: In my current save I'm taking a more "Model Citizen" approach for something different. As I'm in the late-game (20+ seasons) I have the benefit of lots of retired lower league players showing up as coaches, so there are a number of Model Citizens available (even for a minor nation like Barbados). If not Professional/Model Professional is my preference, followed by Resolute/Fairly Professional. Reason you see Balanced coaches is I can't find any good GK or Fitness coaches in the Caribbean so have to resort to poor personalities to have a skilled coach. My Current Senior Staff: Reveal hidden contents Current Reserve & Youth Staff: Reveal hidden contents Reserve Youth [Notice I changed my U18 Head Coach] In this save I've been going for more of a balance between Professionalism & Ambition, with a preference towards Model Citizen coaches when I can find them/keep them even though that is a lower minimum professionalism (15) than Professional (18). The result I've noticed (compared to other saves) is the emergence of Perfectionist personality players. Usually, I end up developing Model Professionals out of my old players, but in this save I seem to have a lower Professionalism combined with higher Ambition. This has the negative of players are more likely to ask for release clauses & get upset when higher reputation leagues come for them, but so far it's worked out okay for me. 2) Player Trait Passing: I'm sure you know all about this as you'll see the notifications pop up. If you are looking to pass on rare / valuable traits that fit your system without negatively impacting player development this is the way to do it. In my save this is happening with my strikers. In this save, I decided to go with "Shoots with Power" for my strikers rather an "Placing Shots" because thematically I like the idea of big strong Pressing Forwards smashing the ball in. From a min/max perspective "Placing shots" is almost certainly better. Carrillo learned this and has passed it to both his Perfectionist mentees. 3) Team Cohesion/Groups: The one thing about the YAC that is nice is you never have issues with team cohesion as you don't have to get new players to fit into the existing squad. It is helpful to bring the next generation into the same groups as their position players they are replacing. 4) Position Learning: Being in the same mentoring group will sometimes increase the positions a player is competent at if they are adaptable enough. I honestly don't really pay attention to this, just make sure that the mentee player is at least partially competent in the natural position of the head mentor. Building Mentor Group: This gives me a good opportunity to go back through my data. A key point to mention here is in the spoilers the values I am showing are the average of the range that the combination of Personality + Media Handling generates. Perfectionist: Carrillo & his Strikers The Road View & Barbados Legend came through at the peak of a Golden Generation, already with his Perfectionist personality. Reveal hidden contents Naturally he was not mentored by anyone and I waited until he was fully a team leader and would get no impact from mentor groups before I formed his, which has consistently had our top 4 strikers in it for at least 5 years now. This is their current CA/HA: Reveal hidden contents Romario Nurse & Ackeel Hoyte: Reveal hidden contents These two arrived together in 2041, both with very high ambition and okay determination. Within 2 years of joining I had formed the Mentor group with Carrillo and he could start rubbing off on them. He made a massive impact rising both Determation to 17, and increased Professionalism enough that then all 3 of the key attributes were over 14 to turn them Perfectionist. [Edit: Remember you just have to pass the min. threshold to turn into the personality, I am showing the average of the range at 17, so most likely these values are closer to 14] Terence Soares: Reveal hidden contents The youngest and partial failure of mentoring. Specifically, he has probably lost Ambition, while he has gained Determination & Sportsmanship. However his Professionalism hasn't risen enough to bump him up beyond a low level. Spirited & Resolute: Mars & Croney WB/CMs Croney & Mars, came through the same Golden Generation, just an intake earlier in 2034. You can see both showed up with pretty good HA, especially Professionalism. Mars was Spirited & Croney was Fairly Professional. Reveal hidden contents Today Reveal hidden contents Both increased Determination somewhat and the range for Mars Professionalism widened up such that the average value is lower now. Its possible his professionalism dropped slightly as well, but it is still at least close to the target 15. This is incredible! I do think it's much easier to create this sort of controlled environment in smaller nations and countries outside of Europe when you're restricted on not buying players.

I think the older Foreign players may be leaving soon as I have no use for them any more especially the 39-year-old Liberian and 24-year-old Nigerian striker who was my best player in the first season age has caught up with them. Financially we have managed to save some money since the previous season, we will soon have all the sponsor's money to boost the bank balance, and with the foreign players leaving that's another £58k of the wages per year. Popular Post Virtual Male
Season 10 2033/34 Manager Profile - Competitions - Facilities - Finances Competitions Sky Bet League Two (Past Positions) - The pre-season preview had us in 9th so I knew we could do something this season but I wasn't expecting a 2nd place finish and a 3rd consecutive promotion! We spend the full season in the play-off spots and a good run towards the end of the season saw us climb into the top 3 and secure automatic promotion with a game to spare, League 1 here we come. The Emirates FA Cup - A mega run in the FA Cup this year going all the way to the 5th round before getting knocked out by Wolves. We even managed to get the better of Premier League Aston Villa in the 4th round. Carabao Cup - Out in the first round. EFL Trophy - Didn't get past the groups, only getting 1 win in the 3 games. Squad Everyone played really well this season with the exception of Frankie Thomas (2025YP8) who's cover for the fullbacks and well out of his depth at this level, but he's a team leader so he's just going to hang around for a while I think. Our defence is starting to lack quality a bit and there's not been much coming through the intakes in the last couple of years so fingers crossed it doesn't cost us in a higher division. Wales games are starting to cause us a little bit of a problem now because we're having 16-20 players getting called up the the various age levels and some of the youth games overlap with other fixtures so we've been left a little short at times, I know I shouldn't complain about that because it means we're doing something right but it's still a little annoying when it happens . Sam Jones - He's been our starting keeper since he came trough the academy 5 seasons ago and had another solid year. He's been getting called up to the Wales senior team but hasn't managed to get on the pitch for the yet, surely only a matter of time for him though. Robert Jones - He's not even 17 for another 7 months and he's making something happen every time he plays, 23 G/A in 2200 minutes means he's made a goal contribution every 95 minutes. I truly believe that the sky's the limit for this guy and with half of the Premier League after him I think it'll be a struggle to keep him around. Ideally I can get another year or two at a push to see how he develops but mainly so his value will shoot up. If he kick up a fuss and force a move over the summer I'll make sure there's a % of future fee clause included in any deal. Youth Intake (Preview) A good preview and I think an even better intake this year! With 6 players that have 4.5/5* potential could this be Merthyr's very own class of '92?? Most of them will see some minutes in the coming season, Lewis Powell will be the one that I'll probably be looking to the most since he's not far off the first team already and will hopefully go on to be a mainstay at the back for years to come. Transfers & Finances - Again, nothing really that important on the transfer front. A number of players dropping a division or two to get some first team football on loan and hopefully develop, I even got a whopping £2.1k loan fee for one. Unfortunately, that loan fee income didn't make much of a dent in the losses for the season that stand at a touch over £1.3m and completely wiped out what we'd been saving up for the last decade. My plan going forward is just to not look at this tab so I can't worry about it then right? Other - At the end of the season we saw the Training Facilities downgraded due to technological advancements, it still leaves us with 'adequate' for both youth and training facilities and I can't see the money being available for further upgrades for a while, unless we get a crazy offer in for someone. Bingo Card - The promotion saw us tick off another box to take us to 17/100 Edited November 10, 2023 by Virtual Male
Popular Post libbyshuss
Japan - Honda FC/Machida Corriente Division J1 - 2031 (season 8) Objectives: consolidation reallly. Too early for anything like a title push I think Season Summary And so it proved. We were a little frustrating this season and it was the first one where it felt like a step back. But in reality we weren't bad, we just kept drawing too many. Players The real problem in Japan seems to be keeping hold of your best players. They either refuse to sign a new contract or insist on a release fee so low you will inevitably lose them anyway. I lost my two best players again mid-season. One snuck up on me by surprise, the other I managed to get a good deal. His release fee was 1.5m, Liverpool offered 1.3m. So i countered and... Looking at his value when he arrived at Liverpool that 50% could be worth a fair bit. Provided they play him that is..... Youth So, with me losing two of my best players each year on average, it makes the youth intakes more important than ever. So did i get a good one this year? Did i flip.... The two elite talents both have balanced personalities which is just Career hit a bit of a bump where it feels like I'm stagnating. I need to find a way of keeping hold of my better players quick!
Matsusipida
Per-Olev has finnished the first season with IFK Lidingö. Team played a brilliant season winning the division by a margin. Spoiler Calle Sjöberg was one of our key players, scoring 15 goals in 26 league games from CM posision (mostly AP/at). Spoiler Youth intake is looking promising. Omar Olsson 24B is already challencing for BBM role. He has unambitious personality and I dont have any good mentor for him, so lets see... Jacob Olsson 24A is a resolute character with high potential. Spoiler We also managed to improve our youth recruitment. We now have average youth recruitment. glennuk
Honda FC - Season 1 - Mid-Season Review I am loving Japan. We have certainly had our ups and down, but I have been enjoying the save so far. League Table In terms of our performance we started pretty poorly but have recently gone 8 games unbeaten. The players, who at first were unimpressed with me, now seem to be on board and the performances have improved too. The biggest downside has been our best player Toshiki Sasaki damaging his Achilles and ending his season right there. Luckily RW is the position where we have the most cover, so in some ways was the most acceptable position to lose. Even in the news item above you can see his replacement Yuba has been on form as a sub and now as our starting winger. Upgrades I have been sent on my second coaching course and we got an affiliate - Tokosha University (not that it will do much at the moment). Our ground also got expanded randomly, but that must have been in place before I arrived, as I never asked or got a news item about it. Most Importantly we now have a youth setup as the board decided to increase Junior Coaching Youth Intake Preview Since we now have youth recruitment, we get to our first Youth Intake Preview of the challenge.....and well......it's not the best looking. We don't really play with attacking midfielders, and everything else is an E grade :/ Let's hope it's better than it looks.
Popular Post JLAB
Real Jaén - Season 1 - We've Had A Board Takeover! I was able to convince the board to allow me to start studying for my National B Licence, and I had hoped that I would be able to continue my development at the club. Suddenly, though, rumours circulated that Rafael Teruel was looking to step aside. It started getting to the point that it was becoming clear that something was going on. Then, we suddenly had a consortium make an offer for the club. When Miguel Cantero was said to be intending to invest almost half a million in funds, I couldn't help but be interested. Yet, the deal was done in just a single day. I wasn't expecting it to be done so quickly, and it has been done much quicker than any Manchester United bid I have ever seen. During this time, we had started to fix our form, mixing our tactic between a 4-3-3 and a 4-2-3-1 formation. We could beat some of the best teams at home and start to get the points that had been missing between October and November. Suddenly, relegation doesn't look as likely, and the jaws of the relegation zone are not opening as wide as they once were. Building a 12-point get from the relegation zone and an 11-point gap to the relegation playoff is a huge relief. We're not perfect, and the game we played during the latest video below showed that perfectly. YAC - Real Jaén - Part 4

Not sure when the 20 promoted teams are decided but I had a save on 10th June (after the last game of the season) which generated the same 20 teams when I ran it forward a coupe of times, Did the same on May 1st and got different teams so it's between 1st May and 9th June. Currently with Sacavenense in Portugal Championship Group C. Reasonable start but the number of injuries is horrific ... this is from the first 6 weeks of the season with low/medium intensity training. One of the injured is my goalkeeper (Tomas) meaning a 2 youth star 16 year old is currently between the sticks. I assume it's accurate but I was surprised at how many teams are professional at this level of Portuguese football. 5 in my division of 14. I'm quite enjoying Portugal but I did roll Whitby Town yesterday when looking for English options (I wanted Marske, Workington or Whitby) so might move over there at some point. Popular Post XaW
XaW - Kettering Town - Season 2024/25 (Season 1) - Vanarama National League North Squad | Transfers | Finances This was quite the nice season for us. Playing with only 12 players in the squad the squad has been exhausted several times through the season, and I've mostly given them time off training just to be fit to start, as I try to restrict playing greys as much as I can. Only when I can't fill the 11 starting spots I've used them. And with he fixture madness that is the English league system, it's been a tough ride. But the players have done amazingly, for the most part at least. Sure, we got the occasional whooping when everyone has been dead tired, but for the most part, we've been competitive against all teams. For most of the season we hovered around upper mid-table, and we only slightly flirted with playoff a few times. The important thing was still only to avoid relegation, so I've very happy with it. FA Cup: We beat Witham Town and Alfreton Town before we lost to Hartlepool in the 4th qualifying round. FA Trophy: We beat Merthyr, Kidderminster Harriers, and Torquay United before we lost to Southend in the 5th round. KingKCrush
CSC Ghiroda - SuperLiga - Romania - Season 3 - 2026 - Start New season, same problems: Key Players are getting older, young players do not develop and finances are getting worse and worse. Thats what I thought at the end of last season, but things are changing! I still can't prevent my key players from getting older, but I have noticed that my new training program prevents them from degrading significantly. Buia, my consistently good striker, still has exactly the same attributes as last season. One problem less I guess. (Dont ask me about injuries though.. ) Last season, I noticed that my entire U19 team was unhappy with the training and therefore didn't train well. However, I had enough other problems to deal with last season, so I simply neglected that. During the preparation I found out what the problem was. The only coach who trained the U19s was me, just me. So I also gave the U19 coaching team tasks in training and look what happened: the players are training normally again and are developing in the right direction. The players who were still not training well were warned by me a maximum of 3 times. If their training still didn't improve, I simply fired them. That's not a big loss, quite the opposite! After I got rid of the negative influence, the training results improved a lot! So another problem less. So the last big problem we have are the finances. Almost 500k in depth, we dont have a lot of supporters that bring money to the club.. So I had to take tough measures: my top earner Mancas and my most valuable player Vasluian had to go. For Vasluian I expect a transfer fee of about 300-400k & together they will relieve our wage budget by at least 1.4k a week. But in return I lose two very important players for our offense: Mancas - our best assist provider of last season & Vasluian - our midfield MVP of last season. But then it happened: Finally! Here comes the money! That will easily be enough to keep us alive this season and I immediately asked to improve junior coaching & our youth network and they approved! So now we have actually quite good facilities so Im very hyped for the new intake. Spoiler Well, problem number 3 has solved itself. That means we only have one problem left. A massive problem. Our team is extremely bad. Compared to our league rivals, we only have one attribute where we're not in last place on average: Natural Fitness. Who cares about that anyway!? It's probably the most useless attribute of all. Whatever, stay calm. It's just a game. Spoiler The problem can't be solved that easily, on the contrary, it's getting worse this season. A few starters and backups have left the club because I had to cut their salaries before the TV money came in and they were old anyway. Now I can't resign them :I plus we have 2 long term injured starters who will miss at least the first month. So I had to bring up a few players from the U19s, all of whom are far too bad, but I have nothing else. Spoiler Backup center back with good jumping reach. I will sub himin if we need a goal. Maybe he scores from a free kick or corner. Back up Goalie, because the old one ended his career. Decent personality so maybe he can develop this season. Good technique, good tackling, decent passing and vision, good Teamwork. I need a back up Inverse Wing Back and he will do that. That 6 acceleration and 7 pace will be a pain to watch tho. These guys will be in the senior squad for the first few months as backups for my injured players. Maybe their performances will convince me to give them a permament role in the senior squad. I already played 3 games this season - lost all of them. I guess a fun season awaits me! Oh and by the way: I am now favoured personnel for this club. So they certainly wont fire me after loosing every game this season... Right?... Right? Edited November 10, 2023 by KingKCrush

Popular Post Colossus
Sociedad Deportiva Leioa So, after a couple of restarts where the only Basque teams promoted where B teams, we end up at Leioa. A small town of around 30 thousand near Bibao, the team has been an historical feature on the 3rd tier of Spanish football. However, with the Spanish reshuffle in 2020/2021, they went straight from the 3rd tier to the 5th tier. They play their games at Estadio Sarriena that can hold 2000 people and that was built in 1988. Gora Leioa!

Popular Post SuperRedditch
My "break from this stupid game" lasted less than one evening. I'm addicted, okay? Leave me alone, I've had a rough time of it in FM24, that last sacking was utterly brutal. I'm going somewhere I've never managed before on FM, a country I went on holiday to irl this year and absolutely loved, Portugal. We're taking over Leça, a club that had a little spell in the top flight in the 90's but have been languishing in obscurity ever since. Let's hope after 2 sackings, my fourth go is more successful. We've got really solid facilities which should serve as an easier start than the masochism that is Redditch United, although my managerial support is Very Poor and will take a coaching badge or two to correct.

glennuk
FC Honda Worst Youth Intake Ever??? Seriously, again not meant to be a full post, but is this the worst intake ever? All good or decent talents only! My best player signs at 2 silver stars CA and 3 stars (with one white) PA! Silver Lining?? I'd like to think I took my best three players to the chairman, let him watch them train and then said....."REALLLY????" So he improved our youth recruitment. Then thought after guaranteeing survival again in the 2nd season being in the promotion group but in the red it was the finance excuse It’s bonkers when the other coaches can fund their own course, we have career earnings yet can’t fund it ourselves or give an ultimatum “I have no intention of leaving the club but if you don’t let me develop my skills to improve this club I will leave the club by resigning”

Mars might have just gotten a career ender injury. Bummer as he's a team leader / mentor & was still our best WB-L who I hoped had 2 more seasons in him. Spoiler So much so I got the inbox message Carrillo had the most insnane league season of his career as he didn't play international matches and was fit for every game he scored 47 goals in 18 starts with 3 last minute subs off the bench. Combining with his 10 Cup goals that makes it a 57 goal season, his record. He will get 4 more games this summer for the NACL to increase that tally. Spoiler Youth Academy: HOYD: Another coaching badge makes my HOYD looks Mighty fine 😉 Spoiler Youth Intake Preview: I was very excited about this preview as I've been on the hunt for a CD. Note that he rated my GK as "lacking quality"... Youth Intake: I assure you I did not see this one coming. He focused all his efforts and energies into a surprise GK and neglected everyone else. Top 3 Players: Fitzgerald Atkins: I'm speechless that I've generated this talented of a Goalkeeper in Barbados. Unfortunately for me he's almost too good as his initial contract has a non-negotiable 675k release clause, so I have little hope of holding him past his 18th birthday. And how was the CD? Awful personality but at least has some talent? Enough that he'll get mentored in the first team immediately and see if we can fix him up. Excel Tables: He is literally the highest CA calculated player at the club on intake day... Wild how this year not only generated the best CA player but also the worst determination. Everton Poachee GK Appeared! So you're telling me the Everton scouts missed our 120 CA GK and took the other one? Wild. Any other year I'd consider this guy a great generated GK who will probably do some crazy things with 19 eccentricity. Barbados National Team: As I'm doing the update earlier in the year there's not much to report. Just won some easy friendlies and then enter into the NA Nations League A for the first time in the Fall. In a group with Costa Rica & the Dominican Republic, which is honestly a very kind draw. Spoiler Road View Internationals: Barbados Main: Spoiler Barbados Youth: Spoiler Summary Once that intake showed up I couldn't resist getting a quick post out as it is like 3 months of holidaying to do the first round NACL games. I have accomplished a personal goal of producing a "wonderkid" level player out of my Caribbean Academy. I am already preparing myself for him to have a short lived tenure at the club before moving abroad to make his mark in Europe. Popular Post fries
Sky Bet League Two 2028/29 (season 5) Season Summary I hoped we could compete for promotion this season, as last season ended well. And I was damn right! We won the league! With 4 games in hand. After 12 games we were at the top of the league. A position we held for the rest of the season. I changed my tactics a bit before this season. We said goodbye to an old left back which left us with two options, a 16-year-old and a centre back. Mostly I played with the centre-back in the full-back position as the new role of an inverted full-back. Thus the tactic was tweaked to be a bit more defensively. In the FA Cup, we lost to Wolves in the 3 round and in the Carabao Cup we lost to Sunderland in the second round. Baba Asanta had a great season with 41 goals! I will present a screenshot of him further down. Because of a GK injury, Smith got the chance to play. He developed okay and I thus gave him the starting spot when Lakin was back. Smith's ability was lower but he has the potential. In the end, Smith developed into the best keeper in the squad. The squad has 5 backbone players, Asante, Morris, Frederick, Eze, and Gilbey. Asante was my topscorer this season. My MVP in the league this season. Morris has a great speed at this level. 18 acceleration! Frederick is my other striker. He didn't play great this season. But he was my topscorer the last two seasons. He looks like a typical topscorer. And now to the defense. Eze is an important and clever defender. Gilbey is another clever defender. He played mostly as an inverted full back on the left this season. But I hope I can play him beside Eze in the central defense in the future if other left backs develop well. The youth intake preview was a bit disappointing. "Only" 4 stars and C was the highest rating. The intake was also a bit disappointing. No 5 star potential and the CA is also not very great. Hopefully, a few players will surprise me. Most potentials are okay but not great or bad. No transfers of significance. But for the first time, I tried a few loan outs. They all developed okay and I hope Nembhard will be part of the first team next season. Finances and Upgrades Because of the continued financial trouble, we did not get any upgrades this season. There have been several rumors about takeovers. We also had an actual transfer ban around christmas. I hope someone will come and clear the debt. However, I managed to get the Continental Pro license. Next season Next season, I just hope to not get in relegation trouble. If I can keep my best players, I think the team is great. I furthermore hope to develop the team.
Colossus
My save with Leioa is ongoing, but this team is a mess financially. We are spending over 100k€ a month and we have 5 or 6 players on more than 10k a month. When the intake comes, I will basically sign everyone and try to get rid of those players ASAP, so that we don't collapse financially Edited November 11, 2023 by Colossus

Popular Post JLAB
Real Jaén - Season 1 - Our Youth Intake and Season Review We managed to get our first youth intake at Real Jaén, and it told me that we were heading in the right direction as we finally had some much-needed reinforcements for our team. Sergio Gabarri is the player with the most potential, and he's well-rounded for 16, even if he has a lot of room to grow. He will likely find himself in the first team more often than not next season. The same thing can be said about Guillaume Retailleau, the player my backroom staff is most excited about. He relies more on his physical abilities than anything else but has a good starting base. We had some excellent results as we ended the season and were finding our feet. Picking up four wins, one draw and three defeats in the last eight games of the season, I played the younger players to give them first-team experience in the previous three games once we had officially secured our survival. You wouldn't have known that we were in a relegation battle and were at one point in danger of being sacked. Looking at our final league position, we were never in danger of going down, but we weren't in contention for a playoff spot, showing that we were merely a mid-table side. Honestly, I'll take just being a mid-table team for now. It allows us to build a base and gradually improve the squad. We had been given a wage budget of £43K p/w, so we shouldn't have to worry so much now about being unable to provide players the wages they want. The board has lowered their expectations for the next five years and wants to avoid relegation for the first season and establish ourselves for the next four years. It eases the pressure off my back. We do lose 39 followers on social media, but that's fine. The fans want us to maintain a higher reputation than Linares, which I am perfectly fine with. Watch my latest video below if you want to see more players who came through the first youth intake. I covered them more there, and one of our facilities got downgraded. darren1983
My keeper is going to cost me any chance of getting out of this league. 8 games in to the new season we've faced 22 shots on target and he's conceded 15 goals. Man couldn't save a game on the playstation and yet he's still all I've really got as we only had 1 keeper in the youth intake and he's even worse
