Popular Post BustaRaymes
Smethwick Rangers 2026/27 Nothern Premier League Division One Midlands A solid season in which we started off bad, worked our way up towards the playoffs but a few bad results saw us finish in 10th. Not too unhappy with it. Squad I am getting a bit concerned for this save as we lack any prospects up front or on the wing. Lawson seems to be getting worse every time I open up his profile and Seymour-Shove is leaving. The youth we have in the squad now are mostly fillers. Only Adewumi seems to be developing into a worthy player to follow in Coughlins footsteps. An upgrade seems far away for us at the moment: financially we're not in a good place so I need the RNG gods to be on our side soon. Kirnon was the pick of the players at the back. Our pacy man is a regular for Montserrat so he's not always available, but I appreciate him a lot. Our midfield man of the season is a surprise: Rick Wignall is an absolute asset to us. He started the season on the bench but after the bad start we switched up our DMC for an AMC, slotted him in and the 16 year old just started pulling the strings. Feeney played his first full season due to Daniels moving to the wing and he paid us back with 24 goals. Transfers Adewumi had a decent season and is developing, the other two were loaned out more out of hope than anything else. Youth intake This is not good. Craig seems to be the best of the bunch but it's not much and Derrick has decent attributes but I'm not sure what to do with his slow ass yet.

Popular Post steve.rush
Enfield Town 2024-25 First season and we survived the drop. We drifted around lower mid-table for most of the season and our worst run came towards the end but fortunately we were never in any real danger of the drop. We were real crowd pleasers with over 100 goals scored and conceded! The cup games weren't priority and we went out fairly early in both the FA Cup and FA Trophy Top goalscorer on the year was Sam Youngs from the AMC spot Young full-back Freddie Stanley was fantastic creating a bunch of goals and good all round performance on the year Special mention also to our other full-back Mickey Parcell Survive relegation is the aim once again Edited November 28, 2023 by steve.rush

Popular Post Winski
FK Fotbal Třinec Season 2 | 2025/2026 Tier 1 | FORTUNA:LIGA Finances| Transfers| Club Overview | Squad overview |Tactic| Facilities| Manager Profile What a season!! Our debut season in the highest division of Czech Republic, and it went really, really well. We were never in danger of relegation. In fact, we were VERY close to European football! We finished 4th in the league. After 30 games the league split up in a Champions Group and a Relegation Group. We qualified for the Champions Group, but we lost all of our 5 matches..... The most painful one was against 1. FC Slovácko. We lost 4-6 at home. If we had won that match, we would have qualified for Europe. But it wasn't to be. So hopefully more luck next season! But I'm very happy with the progress of my team. In the MOL Cup we lost in the 4th Round against FC Viktoria Plzeň. Some of our best players this season were topscorer Timofej Barkov(23 goals) and midfielder Filip Zorvan(18 assists). I will also highlight some of our youngsters. Marcel Kalas 25h is progressing really nicely and is my first choice as a DC now. Tomáš Polák 24c is my first choice LB, and he also played some matches for Czech U19. Petr Trefil 25b and Jiří Bernát 24b are knocking on the door for a place on our midfield. And striker Jaroslav Kučera 24d scored 6 goals for us this season. Youth preview & intake The preview showed that we should get an excellent intake. The intake itself was better then expected! HoYD Norbert Nemeth gave us 8 Elite Talents! And some of them look really interesting! Adam Přibyl 26d looks like the best one of this intake, and he already made his debut on the final day of the season. Spoiler U19’s Didn't play any competition matches. Facility Upgrades I was able to upgrade our Youth Facilities, which is now on a average level. After the season was finished, a news item came into my mailbox about a new stadium! The board wants to move back to Trinec. We don't have money to buy a stadium ourself, so let's see how the board will solve this.... Popular Post glennuk
Rein Meer aka ReinBerg - Season 1 - Japan J3 League - End of Season Review League - 3rd What a first season. We were dynamite going forward and, at times, calamitous at the back. I know I am biased but definitely the most entertaining team to watch. I mean almost 2.5 goals per game is pretty impressive by anyone's standards. So by finishing 3rd we got to play in the playoffs Playoff Semi Final - Won We were very comfortable throughout the game. A lot of Sagamiharas xG was from the second half, where we took our foot off the gas and put in some time wasting tactics. Could we get promoted season 1? Only one more game to go! Playoff Final - Lost We actually did not play bad and in fact second half we were dominant and had plenty of chances to get the second goal. I was disappointed to not be going up, but we certainly would have struggled in the J2 League. I am hopeful that with another year of improvements, youth intake and a bit more experience we can mount another challenge for promotion. The Squad We have a very good attacking team. Our defence is pretty poor throughout Koki Kido and Ryu Hashimura are definitely very good for this level and are my two key men. Kakeru Suminaga is our only good CM and has the playmaking role in the squad. All of our defenders struggle. I need some good youth in this area ASAP! The Finances My board keep saying no to improving youth recruitment, this could be a problem if it doesn't change soonish. However that does mean my finances are great, as we are well below wage budget and don't spend much on...well...anything. Improvements We got an improvement to our training facilities at the end of the season, annoyingly after I paid 250k in taxes Then I also got a new contract. Then finally after asking at every opportunity and being at the club for a year, I am getting my first coaching badge!!!! However, the easy-days will soon be ending as BDFSP are finally recruiting some actually talented foreigners to join their ranks as well as have done their first facility improvements due to having a solid 1-2M in the bank due to Gate Receipts. With Weymouth and Notre Dame new stadiums coming on line this summer, Barbados should finally get some other competitive teams who might develop more than 1 national team player every 10 years. Spoiler Cup Performance: We had a Semi-Final scare when the Notre Dame GK had the match of his career making massive saves including a penalty during regular and extra time to send us to the spot. Things started off with our first kick getting blocked. However, our GK Atkins came up big with 2 stops out of 4 kicks so we came back to win 4-3. Spoiler North American Champions League: Caribbean Zone: In what was our most disappointing NACL performance to date, we crashed out hard in the Carribean group stage. Nurse was uncharacteristically goalless, and the rest of the team couldn't fill his void. Granted, we did get drawn into one of the hardest groups of recent memory. What is fascinating here, is that we entered the NACL not through the Barbados qualification spot as you can see Notre Dame in "Group A". Instead, I think we got our spot based on being one of the highest reputation clubs in the Caribbean, and thus have stolen it from the regular 2nd Jamaican team who would normally be entered into the competition. @V50 would know better (though this isn't the way you have it set up). Spoiler NACL Tournament Tree: In a rare year we see a MLS team of San Jose making it to the final. The real downside of the MLS is the AI is terrible at transfers into the league. You'll see many instances of them spending 1M+ on a player just to immediately release them due to salary cap registration and then these players just burning their large transfer budgets. Spoiler Squad: CA Player List: Spoiler Young Prospects I finally have a CD to be excited about, as well an actual natural WB-R who started Fickle but has dropped down to Balanced. I have 2 Driven WB-R's so I've made a new mentor group to hopefully bump his Ambition back up. The benefit of the WB Holder is now I can move my wide playmaker R Hoyte back into the middle to have a very solid midfield 4. Additionally, we've converted a few more players to Perfectionist with one AM developing really well even if he has low potential and a slower poacher who is beginning to get gametime here after a questionable loan in T&T. Spoiler Mentor Groups: I will be adding players to the Left & Right wing groups shortly, but just built each base up as we have a nice Resolute left and Driven right. Spoiler And the 1st Team players not in Mentoring Groups: The one that may be a surprise is I am not mentoring Tre Croney into the defensive group, because I think he has higher Ambition than they do and since the team is "Highly Professional" his Professionalism will slowly go up over-time to boost him to resolute. For the GK unfortunately, Leacock is my backup so even at 26 is still affected by mentor groups, otherwise he'd be perfect to fix young GKs. Excel Graphs: Unfortunately, we are seeing a dip in our "Top 5" CA trend. We are finally seeing a leveling out in the 15 or Greater numbers as my squad rebuild is taking shape. One graph I'm considering adding is a minutes restricted personality graph to show what the 1st team players look like as the data for all of these charts is full club thus including reserve and youth players who make up a larger share of the poor personalities. Spoiler Transfers: Due to our early departure from the NACL I decided a squad purge was in order to free up space for fresh youngsters to shine. I've included both last year and this year as the reset in Barbados is October 20th thus splitting the transfers across both seasons. Most of the players leaving are either 29+ squad players, or 18-20 year old failed developments. Spoiler Best XI: FM Screenshots: Spoiler Excel Tables: Spoiler Head Coach: Club Improvements: Over the summer our Youth Facilities were downgraded. Unfortunately, this new board is proving problematic to deal with and it took till January for my 4th attempt at getting it re-improved to be accepted. Thus, this year's intake was on just "Good" facilities instead of the usual "Great", which is anything but... Spoiler Youth Academy: HOYD: Craig mighty got his final coaching badge, but it didn't change any attributes that matter. Still a very solid HOYD who is still young at 48 and has completed his 10th intake for us now, so is fully emersed in the club. Spoiler Youth Intake Preview: Dire Youth Intake: Top 3 Players: Only 2 have decent Current Ability, sadly they are both horrific physically, so it will be tough for them to be viable for continental play, but I guess they could be cover domestically. Unfortunately, we don’t need striker cover, but a playmaker is helpful if he can bump up that potential. Spoiler Excel Charts: Unfortunately, there is a noticeable 3-year decline in CA right now, hopefully the bump back up in facilities will reverse this trend. Spoiler Barbados National Team: 2056 World Cup Qualifying: While Bahamas were easily overcome, the second opponent Trinidad & Tobago led to penalty-heartbreak in Barbados, when the 3-3 Tie was decided by spot-kicks. Considering 90% of the team are my players, it was sadly one of mine who failed to convert. Spoiler 2057 Gold Cup Getting paired with Mexico in the group stage meant an early exit was inevitable. Spoiler Road View Internationals: Barbados Main: Spoiler Barbados Youth: Spoiler Caribbean International Performance: World Cup Qualifying Groups The first two matches have been played in the group stages and it seems Jamaica and Cuba are on track to make it to the World Cup. Spoiler Gold Cup Jamaica, Haiti & Cuba advanced out of the Group Stage, but all were eliminated immediately afterwards. Spoiler Summary This was a pretty boring season to play as it was really a 'throw youngsters in and see who sinks or swims' season. Thankfully we found more swimmers than drowners even with the lack of quality in the intakes here. We are ending an era here at Road View of the two dominant Perfectionist Pressing Forwards Carrillo & Nurse who have carried our offense since the mid 2030's. 20+ seasons of offense out of just 2 quality intake players is a fantastic return especially considering Carrillo arrive while we were still Semi-Professional. Our new HOYD is not generating the 'big bully' type players that they have been, so the squad is changing to more quick-technical players, which might require some tweaks to the formation in the coming seasons when I have more players under 5'5" than over 6'0". Popular Post aldojags
Season 1 2024/25 Restarted this again following horror shows in Norway and Croatia this year. Club vision at start of the season. A great first season, were in the play offs all season, a late run saw us take 3rd position, which meant home advantage for the semi final and final should we get there...we did, and we won promotion! Crazy amount of goals scored and conceded. Fixtures 1 & 2. A fairly good show of my season - will score plenty but concede plenty! Final league table. End of season facilities - really struggling to get them to agree to anything despite me having A+ approval rating, the poor finances are probably to blame for this! Can't explain the finances, I was way under wage budget all season, and still losing tons of cash. The Polish top league gives about £800k television revenue so hopefully this will help tide us over. Transfers. End of season attributes Youth Intake Dreadful preview, in keeping with our poor facilities and limited recruitment, and the intake was pretty uninspiring to say the least, with 0 elite talents. More than half the intake has negative personalities.... Next season I'm certain we're going down, we've lost 3 of our best players, and having nothing in youth team who can help. If we survive this season (and the one after that and the one after that!) It'll be the best thing I've ever done in FM. Squad preview says weakest squad in the league. Bookies have us "slight outsiders!" . Even the board aren't spending the money on a bigger stadium to comply with regulations, as i think they feel we're going down! My best player is away on a free after scoring all my goals, and losing my centre half who got into double digits with near post corner headers, and a talented young left back leaving me too. Squad is bare bones, and i can't see a positive out of this! Anyways at least I got promoted that's something! Newgenn
This game can be very frustrating. The board downgraded my youth category from 1 to 2 at the end of last season for no reason, then accepted straight away to upgrade to cat 1. With over £10m bank balance. I can't even request any more youth facility upgrades, so they are stuck at Excellent while the training facilities are currently being upgraded to state of the art. I'm playing with Macclesfield, in my second season in the Championship. I can't offer contracts of more than £4,750 so none of my top players will renew. I'm going to lose 3 star players for free. aldojags
@NewgennI share your frustrations, board objectives that completely contradict each other too I've had in saves. Reveal hidden contents North American Champions League: Caribbean Zone: In what was our most disappointing NACL performance to date, we crashed out hard in the Carribean group stage. Hide contents NACL Tournament Tree: In a rare year we see a MLS team of San Jose making it to the final. The real downside of the MLS is the AI is terrible at transfers into the league. You'll see many instances of them spending 1M+ on a player just to immediately release them due to salary cap registration and then these players just burning their large transfer budgets. Reveal hidden contents Squad: CA Player List: Reveal hidden contents Young Prospects I finally have a CD to be excited about, as well an actual natural WB-R who started Fickle but has dropped down to Balanced. Hide contents Mentor Groups: I will be adding players to the Left & Right wing groups shortly, but just built each base up as we have a nice Resolute left and Driven right. Reveal hidden contents And the 1st Team players not in Mentoring Groups: The one that may be a surprise is I am not mentoring Tre Croney into the defensive group, because I think he has higher Ambition than they do and since the team is "Highly Professional" his Professionalism will slowly go up over-time to boost him to resolute. Reveal hidden contents Transfers: Due to our early departure from the NACL I decided a squad purge was in order to free up space for fresh youngsters to shine. I've included both last year and this year as the reset in Barbados is October 20th thus splitting the transfers across both seasons. Most of the players leaving are either 29+ squad players, or 18-20 year old failed developments. Reveal hidden contents Best XI: FM Screenshots: Reveal hidden contents Excel Tables: Reveal hidden contents Head Coach: Club Improvements: Over the summer our Youth Facilities were downgraded. Unfortunately, this new board is proving problematic to deal with and it took till January for my 4th attempt at getting it re-improved to be accepted. Thus, this year's intake was on just "Good" facilities instead of the usual "Great", which is anything but... Reveal hidden contents Youth Academy: HOYD: Craig mighty got his final coaching badge, but it didn't change any attributes that matter. Still a very solid HOYD who is still young at 48 and has completed his 10th intake for us now, so is fully emersed in the club. Reveal hidden contents Youth Intake Preview: Dire Youth Intake: Top 3 Players: Only 2 have decent Current Ability, sadly they are both horrific physically, so it will be tough for them to be viable for continental play, but I guess they could be cover domestically. Unfortunately, we don’t need striker cover, but a playmaker is helpful if he can bump up that potential. Reveal hidden contents Excel Charts: Unfortunately, there is a noticeable 3-year decline in CA right now, hopefully the bump back up in facilities will reverse this trend. Reveal hidden contents Barbados National Team: 2056 World Cup Qualifying: While Bahamas were easily overcome, the second opponent Trinidad & Tobago led to penalty-heartbreak in Barbados, when the 3-3 Tie was decided by spot-kicks. Considering 90% of the team are my players, it was sadly one of mine who failed to convert. Reveal hidden contents 2057 Gold Cup Getting paired with Mexico in the group stage meant an early exit was inevitable. Reveal hidden contents Road View Internationals: Barbados Main: Reveal hidden contents Barbados Youth: Reveal hidden contents Caribbean International Performance: World Cup Qualifying Groups The first two matches have been played in the group stages and it seems Jamaica and Cuba are on track to make it to the World Cup. Reveal hidden contents Gold Cup Jamaica, Haiti & Cuba advanced out of the Group Stage, but all were eliminated immediately afterwards. Reveal hidden contents Summary This was a pretty boring season to play as it was really a 'throw youngsters in and see who sinks or swims' season. That looks like a bug rather than intended behaviour. If the second placed Jamaican team wasn't registered in the league for some crazy reason it might pick you as the highest rep team that is eligible for the competition (e,g. if the Jamaican league didn't finish in time due to a funky international calendar). You'll be pleased to know I have dynamic qualification for the next release. I am doing my final checks for the first draft. The 4 most reputable leagues get 4 1st place and 4 second place teams straight into the Caribbean Cup, skipping the Caribbean Club Shield. The top 6 teams even get a 3rd place entrant (3rd place entries were new this year, although it didn't help Club Sando!).
Brentmeister
3 hours ago, Newgenn said: This game can be very frustrating. Can you ask the board for more wages?
Popular Post andershs
Macclesfield FC (England) Season 9 - 2032/33 - VNL We did it. Next season, Macclesfield is once again a part of the English Football League. We were excellent this season, and won the league in convincing manner. It is an excellent feeling, considering the anticlimactic end to last season. In other news, we had an uneventful takeover as Robbie Savage ended his engagement in the club. League (Results 1, Results 2, Cups, League Chart) - A fantastic season. We are just very good for this level. At no point were we in any real trouble, and we only once, in January, lost two matches in a row. I was beginning to worry, that we threw it all away in the end, as we stopped playing when we were almost there mathematically, but we managed to get over the line. The core of the players we have at the club currently are all League Two or even League One material, and we followed the best teams matching them round by round, and in the end we powered through and won the league. To underline our strength, we managed to reach the third round of the FA Cup, were we battled our way to a replay at Elland Road, in front of almost 23.000, against Leeds, currently in the Premier League. In an uneventful first match, we held Leeds from any big chances earning a sound and sturdy draw. Excellent. Team (Details) - As noted, we have some very good players at the club. If it was not because they were brought up here and our finances are excellent, they would be long gone. They are lead by our best intake from 2028. Most of them are on contracts until 2035 with an option to extend for another year. As the good players are reaching 21-23 years of age and developing nicely, their wage demands are starting to become a problem. In an effort to secure the future, I extended the contract with Charlie Roddan - 28B in the small window where he was not angry at my dismissed offers from other clubs. He now earns approx. £14.200 per month. This is at the limit of what the club can cope with, and what top half League Two or decent League One teams are offering their players. I have also tried to extend the contract with Astley Rawson - 28C, but his demands are even higher making it infeasible to accept them. This could be a problem going forward. Furthermore, the core is made up of Andrzej Gawlik, Enock Coo - 29D, Connor Muir - 26C, Anthony Coyne - 28H and the free-scoring star Gavin Kershaw - 28E. He scored for fun, Haaland-style, and earned the topscorer title in the division. Other honorable mentions goes to Antoni Petrie - 30A and Abdallah Chafik - 29B. Charlie Kiely - 31D had a breakthrough season, and will be a regular starter next year, while Luke Kyle - 28F inexplicably did not really develop further and is still only two star current ability. He is the best right back at the club and has loads of potential, so he will start next year as well. Facilities - No changes here. Finances - They continue to be very good. The increase in wages seems to have been offset by our FA Cup prize money and gate receipts. Youth Intake (Dev. Centre, Preview) - Excellent, but not in depth. Cameron Bennett is easily the best player that has come through the youth system in this save. At 15 he is already a regular starter. Hopefully, he can help us immensely in the coming season and/or earn us a good amount when he transfers to a bigger club. But other than him, I am really not impressed. The meager result of the last two intakes is a worry, when our best players are more sought after than ever and demand wages at the limit or above our capabilities. In a few years time this could mean a sudden, substantial drop in quality in the squad. This is also why we will find another Head of Youth Development this summer, when the contract with Paul Ashworth expires. On paper he looks fine with a good personality, but whether it is his preferred formation or something else, good intakes has not materialized. Although, I do acknowledge, that a partial explanation for the drop in intake quality is of course the development and strength of our current players. No Transfers in - Nothing here to report. I sold Gary Greenaway - 28I with a 50% sell on clause, because we have good quality in wingers. Reece Ord - 26A has been set for release by Bristol City, while it looks increasingly unlikely, that Alan Corcoran - 25B and Exaucé Binguila - 26B will generate any notable sell on fees. Charlie Hopley - 28A at Reading might still develop into a good piece of business. Goal for next season: Survive in League Two. Hopefully, our wage budget will be increased such that I can tie down the best players on longer contracts.
Popular Post WhiteCat33
Look whose back! It's "only" been 9 years since it disappeared at "Great". Get ready world for the Barbadian Invasion! Almost 4 Mil to go up one tier is pricier than I anticipated, but we have 18M in the bank so it's no skin off my back. I am unsure of what exactly happened in the background to tick us over the bar so the option re-appeared. My guess is the last Title/Cup pushed us just over the threshold, or maybe it is the general Barbados reputation has increased enough. Whatever it was I'll take it! @V50 I figured me being in the NACL was a fluke rather than intended behavior. Of course, I crashed out anyways. Awesome news on the progress with the new Modfile and my favorite Dynamic Rep. That qualification for the Caribbean Cup sounds awesome! Those two combined should really make for some interesting developments in a long term save especially for the random Tycoon takeovers in small nations. I know when I'm ready for FM24 & a new save I'll be looking at developing a British/Dutch Territory with the added difficulty of the parent nation active. glennuk
Rein Meer aka ReinBerg - Season 1 - Japan J3 League - Youth Intake The youth intake happens in November which is the end of the season in Japan. So not only did I forget to include it in my end of season review, but I WANTED to forget it, as it was sooo bad again. I am not having luck in Japan (this is my 2nd save) with Youth. Youth Intake (0.5 Stars - Poor Intake) Top 3 - Youth Intake 1 I usually do top 3, but I don't even know if it is worth it. Riku Takeda (YP01A) He was the only youth candidate with a 3* (one white) PA from my coaches report. Bad personality, but at least he is brave and has good tackling....silver linings?!?! Yoichi Fujita (YP01B) Actually looking at fit for the team. Yoichi may be an okay fit. As an Inverted Winger he does less crossing, so the 2 for crossing isn't as terrible. He works hard and is decently quick for this level...again, trying to find something nice to say, but it isn't easy. Daisuke Kumagai (YP01C) So I almost didn't include the youth in this review as I don't think any will make an impact on the first team. I was always told as a kid "If you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all" so.........

Popular Post thomas_e
Energie Cottbus Season Summary 2035 - 2036 A fantastic season! Bundesliga title and Champions League semi finals! A really great season and our first Bundesliga title! A campaign that went down to the wire!! We played really good from start to finish and key players really stepped up this year. We started well and with Leipzig and Leverkusen struggling early on, it was us, Dortmund and Bayern who found ourselves with a gap at the top of the table. In the Champions League we got an easier fixture list than last year, which gave me the opportunity to rotate a bit and still be compatible. In the end we finished just inside the group of teams qualifying for the first knock out stage. During spring we suffered quite badly in the injury department, and this didnt really give me a lot of optimism, but we managed to perform really well, albeit with some luck here and there! We knocked out Leipzig in the first round comfortably, before beating Barcelona 2-1 on aggregate in the next round. Barcelona got a man sent off after 30 minutes in the first leg, if not for that we would probably have gotten eliminated. A really fatigued Milan side in the quarter finals gave us two tough games, but we won on penalites after a 1-1 stalemate. Liverpool in the semi finals were too tough for us, beating us 4-1 on aggregate. Fair enough, it was a great run! In the league we were really great in the spring and the last game against a top was home against Dortmund in the 27th round. We won 5-0 and Dortmund didnt have a single shot on goal! All looked great, but 5 rounds before the end of the season we lost 2-0 against our rivals Hertha Berlin, a huge blow!! I though our chances for the title was blown, but then in the second last game of the season Bayern lost 1-0 at home to Frankfurt!! In the last round of the season we were two points ahead of Bayern and we faced Fortuna Dusseldorf away. We only needed a draw, but at half time we were down 2-0 and Bayern were 2-0 up at Gladback. A fantastic second half at both venues saw us drawing 2-2 and Gladbach scoring twice against Bayern, seeing us win the title with two points! Really happy and really surprised about this title! Now all the focus is on finishing top 4 and fight for a Champions League title. I think we are far away from doing this, but having secured the title this gives me the opportunity to play young talents like Alessandro Foresi in the Bundesliga. Our youth intake saw a big talent in Sam Downey, but he was the only player worth signing, the rest were afwul! Daddy
2026/26 Midseason: Wild swings of inconsistency, but I still think the team settles into a lower-mid table spot. Another strong intake preview. However, something I forgot about when the club downgraded to semi-professional was the existing contracts. I'm going to lose a bunch of players that won't renew. Hopefully, with the new intake, I'll have enough to continue though.
Popular Post XaW
XaW - Cardiff Draconians - Season 2029/30 (Season 6) - JD Cymru Premier Squad | Transfers | Finances The seasons are kinda similar nowadays, and while we lost fewer games than last season, we drew a lot more too, so we ended some points short as well as a spot down. We did make up for it by winning the Welsh Cup, and I'm elated to get in some silverware again! It's still no surprise our main issue is the defensive side of things. While we've gotten in some more talented defenders the last few seasons, they are still learning the ropes, and thus making a lot of mistakes. But I feel things are slowly improving for the club as a whole. Since this was the first time we ever were in Europe, we got a lot of money in, and I spent most on facilities, which I hope have a good effect for a long time. I'm really enjoying Wales, and I hope we can get into the European spots again next season to avoid the lottery of the cup. My top 3 pick of players this season are: 1. Sam Howells 27a - Could there be any else would I rate highest? Almost scored a goal a game, and just is the best player at the club by a distance. 2. Sean Price 27b - Had a great season in midfield, and while he doesn't score or assist much, he is very often 3rd last on goals. 3. Des Lee 29a - A real breakthrough season for him as he both assisted and scored double digits for us. Welsh Cup: We beat Gap Connah's Quay, Lliswerry, Cwmbran Celtic, Penybont, and Carmarthen Town to reach the final. There we faced Barry Town, and we had a great match where we took the lead, but then we got a dubious red card and let Barry Town equalize shortly after. We held on to take it to pens though, and there we kept our cool to win it! League Cup: We beat Afan Lido before we lost to Aberystwyth Town on pens in the 3rd round. Europa Conference League: We managed to beat Flora Tallinn of Estonia in the 1st qualifying round before we lost to Kecskeméti TE of Hungary in the 2nd qualifying round. So our first ever stint in Europe didn't get very far, but it still netted us a fair chunk of money. And with that money I got some more improvements accepted this season. Around the world U19s: They won the Cymru Premier Development League (South) this season! Welsh Youth Cup: They beat Penybont before they lost to Briton Ferry in the 2nd round. Popular Post Potat
St Davids Cricket Club Warriors - Bermuda 2032/34 - Season 11/12 Season 11 We finished second after Dandy Town went unbeaten throughout the whole season, but this turned out to be a blessing in disguise. As for the cup we lost in the semis.. on penalties... to an amateur team who refuses to go semi-pro despite winning the league in season 1. The youth intake was mid, with some good potential but poor ability which is basically useless as we don't have the training facilities to develop them and they aren't anywhere near first-team level for game time. Season 12 A season ruined by two unexpected defeats to teams much worse than us. League This poor defensive record is stopping us from consistently being good, every game is basically a basketball match of who can score the most, and this led to us finishing third, on goal difference, basically the worst outcome for the save all because we lost to the 7th placed team. Domestic Cup Another year and another cup draw against that team, surprise surprise it wasn't close, but fortunately, this cup is basically useless as it doesn't qualify us for anything else so I dont mind. Caribbean Cup After finishing second last season we got put into the qualifying round for the Caribbean Cup. Finishing second means we have to play a two-legged qualifying match before the group stage, but as we are so much better than the opposition it allows us to rotate, and more importantly it didn't ruin our finances as our youth setup costs the same finishing 2nd - 8th. So we end up in the same place as the league winners just without the £200k additional youth setup costs which I get after winning the league. Meaning from here on we have to aim to finish second. Group Stages Phase 1 - Simple, easy not much to say just into phase 2 comfortably. Phase 2 - Pain... One dumb defeat to St Pauls Utd sees us knocked out Youth Intake Pretty eh, 4 decent players who will play little to no football ever as our best players currently is our attacking front 4 and they wont displace them any time soon. The Squad Is there any better feeling than having a front 4 who all get 20+ G/A and wingers who both get 30+. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end for the team, I have 2 goalkeepers who got a combined 7 clean sheets in 30 games (5/2 split). The starting midfield duo got 22 assists between them which I can't complain about, but our defense is an issue, our centrebacks are the best players in the squad according to star rating, as well as being the captain and vice-captain... but they can't play football, terrible average ratings no matter the tactic and error pron but no one else is near good enough to replace them. Internationals - Bermuda 18 of the 23-man senior squad came through our youth intake and has seen Bermuda jump from the 175th-best nation (as of 2025) to 135th best, they haven't done anything in any tournaments yet but +30 in the ranking is good enough for me. Knocked out in the second round of WC Qualifiying, not qualified for the Gold Cup, and finished second in the second league of the Nations League.

Popular Post steve.rush
Dulwich Hamlet 2024-25 Fantastic first year with promotion. We led pretty much all year and then injuries kicked in towards the end and we lost our position at the top to Southend. Typically, it all came down to the last day at home to Southend and we managed to squeeze out a 2-1 win and seal 1st position. We did well in the FA Cup, reaching the second round before falling to Peterborough. We put up a pretty good fight though In the FA trophy we lost to a good Walsall side who were near the top in the league above Danny Mills was a massive goal scoring threat for us all season and scored a phenomenal 51 goals in all competitions Right-Back Miquel Scarlett led the team in assists but we are going to struggle to get him to sign a new deal Left-Back Jerome Binnom-Williams was also a threat from the other side and was one of best performers on the year Looking forward to next season. I expect us to stay up and maybe reach lower mid-table

Frank Cables, Typhoons Shutters, Nissan Frontiers, Carpet Masters, Crushers, Disasters of Sidelines, Haagen Dasz, Quality Distributors and last but not least, Beercelona. Amazing. We have no staff but apparently this is our best player. Will Tall, who is not tall. Edited November 29, 2023 by Makoto Nakamura

dkouv
Congrats @Makoto Nakamura, very impressive that you stuck it out during those long seasons in Brazil! I´m finding Scotland a bit more speedy... Did you win the top league (Serie A?) as well?
Popular Post officiallydeej
Dulwich Hamlet - 2031/32 Sky Bet League Two - 7th (Playoff Winners!) This was not in the script!! An absolutely incredible first season in the Football League has seen us win our second successive playoff final which sees us into League One for next season. This season was amazing in so many ways, no least because we were only in the playoffs places once all season, straight after game week 46! We were in mixed form for the first half of the season, often holding our own at home and getting beaten easily away. After the autumn fixture build up we were actually as low as 19th and for at least a half of the season in with a genuine chance of going back down. As we hit new year and the fixture list thinned out everything just seemed to click. We lost 12 games in 2031 but as soon as the new year ticked over we only lost 3 times more all season, winning every other game expect one draw. We went into the final game of the season in 8th place, but a nervy 1-0 win at Burton coupled with a defeat for Milton Keynes saw us sneak the last play off place. I still didn't really expect much as we faced Chesterfield who had beaten us twice already including a 5-0 beating away early in the campaign. We played them at home first and not only beat them 1-0 but absolutely played them off the park. I still feared they'd turn us over away, but in what was probably our best performance of the season we went and won 2-0 to set up a playoff final with York. The final was fairly one sided and probably not as close as a 3-1 score line might look. We have an xG of 3.5 and even at 1-1 I was always confident we'd beat them in the second half. This feels a bit like groundhog day but outside a couple of stars our squad is barely National League standard never mind League One and I can't see this overachieving continuing. I'll again be happy with 20th and survival for a few seasons until our infrastructure and youth products catch up to our overachievement. I've said this already but this season is probably in my top 5 ever in FM, just because of the sheer unlikeliness and how we didn't enter the playoff spots once until the last game. Cups I said last season I wasn't going to put up much of a fight in the cups to minimise fixture congestion and we lived up to that hype, losing all 5 cup games we played this season. Our juniors lost 3-2 at Port Vale in the League Cup and got hammered 6-1 by Bolton in the FA Cup. We were drawn with Fulham u21s, Maidstone United and Walsall in the FL Trophy who beat us 6-3, 1-0 and 6-3 respectively. Not only did we not prioritise them we conceded 22 goals in 5 games, quite some going! Star Players We continued our attacking style of play this season, scoring 132 and conceding 114 in what is probably a reflection of a currently unbalanced match engine. That won't bother Jonathan Jewell 29a though, who continued to push our best player Caldwell out of position with an incredible return of 43 goals and 5 assists in 45 starts. He isn't rated as highly as some of our other strikers but is a deadly poacher as this level and now has 90 goals for the club in only 123 appearances. We play a traditional front two and James McHardy 27b more than pulled his weight, with 34 goals and 22 assists in 43 starts. It means between them our strikes scored 77 goals between them, easily the most I've had since the old old Football Manager or CM games. Both are tied to long contracts and if we have any hope of staying up next season their goals will be key. Drey Beaney 26b is a new entry and the only player left at the club from the disappointing 2026 intake. He's taken the attacking midfield role filled by former stars Paul Moro and Rakeem Thomas and didn't disappoint with 13 goals and 12 assists in 37 starts. Youth Intake Our best intake for 7 seasons, at least on paper and certainly reason at last to be optimistic for the longer term future. One 5* prospect and six 4* talents might be skewed by us losing our best player last season but is still not to be sniffed at. Delane Stewart has the highest potential and coupled with a good personality I am hoping he can go far. He's the third good right back to come through in 3 years however so won't immediately be in the first team. We have more issues at left back so Chris Freeman is a welcome addition. He'll need retraining from his current wing back role as I dropped that position a couple of seasons ago but he has a nice attribute base to work from and probably will be at least on the bench in the near future. Admin The only bad news coming from the club this season hails from the finance department. Although only showing us £44k in the red that number is largely skewed by the playoff final which pumped over 600k into the coffers. We lost over £1m over the course of the season excluding the Wembley gate receipts and I'm not sure there's much more money in League One to help. Our board did their usual pointless expansion last summer and added another 800 seats for 500k. Confirmation of Rakeem Thomas leaving us last summer for Queens Park where he ended up top scorer with 13. I also loaned two players to Kingstonian who used to be in and around the first team but unfortunately they couldn't prevent their loan club finishing bottom of the National League South. Popular Post dkouv
Brora Rangers – Season 4 (2027/28) League 1 10 less goals conceded, 1 place up at the table compared to last year - could we have a shot at the playoffs next year? We also had our first cup run this year, topping our Viaplay cup group (which included SPL Dundee Utd) before losing out to Rangers in the knock-outs. Players Nobody stood out but one of our original strikers James Wallace had a great season with 21 goals and 8 assists. Youth intake (preview) My squad isn’t great but still, 8 elite talents is very good. The only downsides are ok-ish CA, and some bad personalities - I have a new HOYD since my old one retired, will have to see how the personalities shape up over the next few years. Facilities A coaching and recruitment upgrade, though for some reason coaching is still at Excellent not Exceptional in the facilities tab. No transfers of note.
