Popular Post XaW
XaW - Marine FC - Season 2031/32 (Season 8) - Sky Bet Championship Squad | Transfers | Finances Another very strong season from the young squad here, and we were very close to the playoffs this season. Most of that comes from the fact that we really scored a lot this season, almost 30 goals more than last while conceding slightly less. So we clearly belong at this level, but I do think the Premier League would be a step to much for us still. Not that I wouldn't take a promotion and the crazy money from it before going down, but still, we struggle quite a bit against Premier League teams when we face them in the cups. Before the season we sold one of our best midfielders to Leeds for £12M which allowed us to really improve the facilities this season with loads of accepted improvements, but the fact that they then loaned him out to a top League One side shows that we still have a way to go, I think. And with a slightly disappointing youth intake this season, I hope the improvements we did this season will give long term benefits for us, as I can see us staying here for quite some years still. And we are also expanding our stadium, finally, and are renting Prenton Park (Tranmere) next season while the work is being done. FA Cup: We beat Plymouth before we lost to Newcastle in the 4th round. Carabao Cup: We beat Sunderland and Burton Albion before we lost to Everton in the 3rd round. Best players from the academy: Jamie Adams-Fisk 28d - Developing into a really good player for us who both scores and assists a lot. James Nash 31a - Burst into the club and are the first choice right back. Solid in defence and also can provide some assists. Rakeem Hughes-Mason 26e - Improved from a slightly off last season and provides a lot of goals for us. New club records: Most goals in a match - Jamie Adams-Fisk 28d - 4 goals Most goals in a league match - Jamie Adams-Fisk 28d - 4 goals Most league goals - Rakeem Hughes-Mason 26e - 132 goals Highest transfer fee received - Isaac Dean 28a - £12M to Leeds Utd Lots of improvements due to the money the club got from the sale. U21s They finished last in the English U21 Division 3 again this season. U18s They won the U18 Professional Development League North this season and then beat Brentford in the semi final before they were crowned champions after beating Cardiff in the final. Popular Post resurectedja
FM21* Challenge Completed! Chernomorets Burgas Season 21! I started a save in Bulgaria with Chermomorets Burgas while I was still playing my other FM 21 YAC save with Merthyr Town. Can’t really believe I managed to clear it in my 21st season, but defensive solidity and heavy rotations really did the trick this year and I finally won the champions league after winning my seventh consecutive league title. I was helped with the other big teams in Bulgaria, mostly due to the fact that they were a mess, dropping points left and right. This led to the best ever finish for Lokomotiv Plovdiv who finished second! The last 5 or 6 intakes I had, ignoring the one from last season, I kept getting good defenders and goalkeepers. I haven’t had a good striker, a striker who is above 2 star for my team in 3 seasons since I sold a converted AMC to Chelsea for 20 mil. He had like a 45 goals plus assists season. After he was sold (thanks board you greedy bunch of SOBs) I tried a false nine who was a 2 star but switched to the 433 you will see below with an AMC between two wingers. Didn’t score loads, but we were incredibly solid, around 0,35 expected goals per 90 against on average for most of the last 3 seasons. I was mildly optimistic about the season since we won the Europa League last season and Arsenal barely scraped through a 1 0 win against us in the Super Cup thanks to an own goal by our starting AMC at the time who left to join Liverpool shortly after. Speaking of Liverpool, this save had four cycles. The first one was when we were forming ourselves as a team that that has elite facilities and coaching. The second phase was a team that challenges for Europe who’s every single star was bought by Porto. Third phase was a title challenger who failed short mostly due to the way the league is structured and schedules, especially the cluster F in May, and most of our stars were bought by Inter. The fourth phase, the last seven years we were the dominant team in the league, winning seven straight, including a few cups, the Conference league and Europa league. This is also the phase were Liverpool swooped up every single youth starlet we had except for Rumen Mirchev (the most handsome striker Bulgaria ever had-not a high bar), my last and probably only really good striker who went to Man Utd as well as Stoichkov and Nafiz Bingol (first foreign Newgen worth a damn) who went to Chelsea. Two Young Supernovas Vasil Dimitrov – First season as a started and he won the treble, pretty good. The first newgan with the wonderkid description, and by far the biggest reason why we came this far, had a few amazing games in the Champions League, and saved a penalty in the shootout in the final against Bayern. Anatoli Georgiev – Judging by the CA and the consistent improvement since the age of 15 probably the most talented player I had on the save. Another cornerstone of our defensive juggernaut, supreme mentals and a very all rounded player. Wish I could have seen his at his peak in 3,4 years. Veterans Asparuh Sokolov – oh captain my captain. We wouldn’t be here if it weren’t for his leadership. This is mostly due to him being able to convince youngsters to stick with the club when big clubs (especially Liverpool) would make a 8 figure bid on them. He was also our playmaker, one of the lead creative forces for close to 10 seasons, mostly in open play, but in a few seasons, he was also our set piece taker. Georgi Velkov - best dribbler of the save. He won us so many penalties throughout the years. Started a left winger who could cross nor finish. Ended up a Inverted right winger with much improved finishing and usually our leading scorer in our last 3 strikerless seasons. Will remember his mazy runs, and that chipped goal after dribbling past 2 defenders that put us 4 1 up against Ludogorets to secure our first title. Aleksandar Yankov – my gentle blonde giant. I will be naming my next manager in my next YAC save after him. Over 300 league appearances for us, never really wanted to leave, not even when Feyernoord and Olympiacos came knocking. Wish he was an cm taller so he could have rounded it up to 2 meters in height but still our tallest outfielder by quite some margin (40 cm difference between him and my left wing back). Had a weirdly xenophobic board that didn’t allow me to get any foreign affiliates for most of the save. Only in the last 4 seasons I got a few, with Trencin delivering the goods with two 5 star players. One of them is currently a 3,5 Left back starter, other our 2 star advanced forward. Just one more season and we could have had an actual super talented pure goalscorer. But it was not to be. This save marks and end of an mini era for me. I stopped playing fm with fm 14. Started playing again in 21 with this version to find a sense of normalcy after the cascade of deaths that surrounded me during the pandemic. The Bulgaria YAC is my last fm21 save, moving over to 23 and I think in Argetina with a very tall blonde Bulgarian as my avatar.
JAwtunes
Yangon Galaxy FC (Myanmar) - 2023/24 (Season 1) - MNL II 1st I've been looking for a new save for a few weeks. I knew I wanted a save outside Europe and a nation that has a short league season. I ended up going to Myanmar where there is a 22 game top division and a season opening national cup that involves playing 8 group games then up to 2 more games (semi-final and final). So, not dissimilar to Iceland. Myanmar is unfortunately more well know for political and humanitarian reasons than football. I won't mention any of that here. As for football in Myanmar, it is traditionally very popular. Yangon, the former capital and largest city in the country is home to the highest number of clubs. The Myanmar national team had its golden eras (as wiki calls them) back in the 1940s to 1970s, before seeing a big drop off in success until 2011. The 2011 political reforms did result in short resurgence, but that was undone in 2020 due to covid-19 and then the familiar political reasons. The nation has never qualified for a World Cup but did qualify for the AFC Asian Cup in 1968 and managed to finish as runners-up. Spoiler The 'big three' Myanmarese clubs (Yangon Utd, Yadanarbon and Shan Utd) have competed in the qualifying rounds of the AFC Champions League but haven't made it to the group stage before. Myanmar National League 2 Yangon Galaxy, commonly known as Galaxy, ended the season with a notable achievement, securing the 1st place in the Myanmar National League (MNL) second division and secured promotion to the top division. Spoiler Players Fans Player of the Year Aung Min Oo [49] claimed the prestigious title of Fans Player of the Year, earning admiration from supporters for his consistent performances throughout the season. With a stellar 7.59 Sofascore rating, Aung Min Oo showcased his prowess as an attacking midfielder and winger. At 28 years old, hailing from Yangon, Myanmar, he demonstrated exceptional teamwork and creativity on the field, making him a standout performer in Galaxy's squad. Spoiler Top Three Performers Kyi Aung [44] emerged as Galaxy's top performer of the season, commanding the defense with authority from his left-back position. With a remarkable 7.72 Sofascore rating, Kyi Aung's athleticism and defensive prowess were instrumental in Galaxy's success. His contributions extended beyond defense, as evidenced by his impressive tally of 14 assists in 17 appearances, showcasing his versatility and playmaking abilities. Aung Min Oo [49], the Fans Player of the Year, also earned recognition as one of Galaxy's top performers. With a Sofascore rating of 7.59, Aung Min Oo's influence was felt across the pitch, whether operating as an attacking midfielder or a right winger. His keen sense of teamwork and vision added a dynamic dimension to Galaxy's attacking play, contributing significantly to the team's success. Hla Oo [43] rounded out Galaxy's top three performers for the season, displaying exceptional speed and versatility in midfield. With a Sofascore rating of 7.54, Hla Oo's energetic performances provided Galaxy with a valuable outlet in transition, driving the team forward with his relentless work ethic and determination. Spoiler Top Scorer Aung Min Oo [49], with his adeptness in front of goal, claimed the title of top scorer for Galaxy this season. The 28-year-old forward from Yangon showcased his goal-scoring prowess with 12 goals in all competitions, demonstrating his ability to make a significant impact in the final third. Top Assister Kyi Aung [44] distinguished himself as Galaxy's top assister, providing crucial support from his left-back position. With an impressive tally of 14 assists in 17 appearances, the 19-year-old Myanmar native showcased his ability to deliver pinpoint crosses and set up scoring opportunities for his teammates. Youth Intake Galaxy's youth intake for the season was rated as exceptional, receiving a perfect score of 5 out of 5. The influx of talent included 5 players categorized as Elite prospects and 11 categorized as Top prospects, highlighting the club's commitment to nurturing young talent for the future. Spoiler Top Intake U16 Prospects Khin Khant 24a [40], a 16-year-old midfielder/attacking midfielder from Yangon, demonstrated promising speed and ground duelling abilities. With an estimated potential ability between 4 to 5, Khin Khant represents a bright prospect for Galaxy's future. Zaw Lin 24b [42], another 16-year-old midfielder from Yangon, showcased his enthusiasm and teamwork on the field. With strengths in ground and aerial duels, Zaw Lin possesses the potential to become a key contributor to Galaxy's midfield in the coming years. Soe Lett 24c [40] and Wai Aung 24d [39], both 16-year-old defenders, displayed strong teamwork and defensive instincts. Positioned as centre-backs, they offer solidity and reliability at the back, essential qualities for any successful defence. Spoiler Finances Despite their on-field success, Galaxy faced financial challenges during the season, with their balance dwindling to £3,700. The club experienced a loss of approximately 35k. AFC Champions League The AFC Champions League concluded with Yokohama F. Marinos of Japan emerging victorious over Al-Ain of the UAE in the final, securing a 5-2 aggregate victory. Though Galaxy did not participate in the tournament, the spectacle served as a reminder of the calibre of competition awaiting them on the continental stage in future seasons.

Cups: We retain the Scottish Cup (after a couple of scares!) but lose in the League Cup Final to St Johnstone. Europe: We come up 1 short again! We got to this stage a couple of years ago before collapsing to Man City, but this time? It was actually an incredibly boring final with not much to say: 1 shot on target, which was a penalty. Absolutely gutting. We're getting so so close to finishing this off and we've at least still got a decent window with our best players in their early to mid 20s. We'll get there, but these final losses hurt! Youth Intake: A couple of decent potentials in there, but nobody near starting or in the first team. We got lucky with Connor Grant a few years ago, but I doubt we'll get there again. Other Business: Don't usually comment on goals/assists from a season, but we actually had a very down season from Steve Court. Although our front 5 (I play a 4-3-3 with 2 central midfielders, 2 wingers and a striker) combined for this: That 6.96 average rating kind of sticking out a bit there! Last 5 Years: 2069/70 Season Report Club: Tranent FC (Scotland) League: Scottish Premiership League: A last day league win against St Johnstone of all teams! Although the more interesting thing happened - one of the Old Firm are finally down! There's not actually much to say about the league this far in - I was rotating massively early in the season which is why we're not putting up 90+ points every season. Cups: We got dumped out of the League Cup at the first hurdle for us by Championship side Partick Thistle. Might have gone a biiiit too weak in that game. Europe: 3-1 up in the Semi Final with 7 minutes left. I'm fed up of losing in absolutely gutting circumstances in the Champions League at the moment!! Very clearly one of the better sides in the CL at the moment, but English sides will be the bane of my existance right now. Youth Intake: Not too much here - was gutted to see the Madagascar player not be good. We've also gone shopping in Brazil it seems? Other Business: Another NXGN player here - Malcolm was actually still in my under 18s at this point! A Steve Court update as well as he's pretty much world class at this point - the first one I've been able to keep a hold of (and he's signed a new contract!): Absolutely popped off this year with 49 goals - full stats here. He signed a new contract half way through the season (after making noises about wanting to leave), so I'm actually confident of keeping him for the forseeable future. He's only 21 as well, so this Champions League window I've mentioned might be a long one! Last 5 Years:

Popular Post SkiIIs
Season 14 - Macclesfield FC - Championship First season in the Championship i honest thought we would struggle to stay up. In Cup games against this level we have fought strong but struggled however the season surprisingly started off well and we were sitting second after beating eventual champions Everton after 5 games. We then continued to hold our own and by the time the transfer window opened up in Jan we were sitting comfortably in 10th spot only a couple games away from play offs. We then had a poor transfer window which ill touch on in a sec and post January, we hit the type of form that would get a team relegated and hence dropped down to 18th, 10 points above the relegation zone. That dip in form is really ominous of what next season could potentially be for us. Transfer window - so all the talk was about Cole Hay who i touched on in the prior update. I was really trying to renew his contract and he was willing to sit down and talk however we just couldnt offer the 20k weekly wages he was demanding. I gave myself until the last week of Jan to twist his arm before offering him out and at that point, a few of the clubs from his hometown in Scotland had offered to sign him on a free. He had accepted Heart's contract however I managed to negotiate an early sell from them of 3m which is better then nothing i guess. Not well played on my behalf and a definitely learning curve for me! Funny that he only wanted 100 a week to play for them which is friggen frustrating! Our club form really did dip without him.... Other News We got another international cap in the form of our Greek goalkeeper. Theofanis Dalamitras 32A finally got some game time for Greece as he's been called up many times. Unfortunately for him it was a 3 - 0 loss to Denmark. We have our first affiliate in FC United for us to loan our players to. Not sure how useful this will be but they are professional and ply their trade in the VNL. Was looking for an affiliate to help our youth academy but I think this is the wrong type of partnership. I was also offered an interview with Chelsea who are struggling in the premier league which is a nice compliment. And we also played in the final match of the Moss Rose stadium as our new stadium is finally complete after two years of patiently waiting. Really cannot wait for the financial benefit to come through with capacity now at 14k. At the end of the season we were given a bit of cash through league standings and season tickets and whilst my attempt to improve the youth facilities was denied, a week later they approved my request to move to Youth Category 1 which meant we improved the youth facilities anyways. And a week later the board approached me and asked to improve training facilities, again a week after they rejected us so that was good. Spoiler Youth Preview Another really bad preview with no good prospects. Youth Intake Much to my delight, there's a really talented lad and a couple of others that might develop into first team players. One Scott to replace another. Peter McJannet 38A has the potential to make Cole Hay a fond memory. He has the making to be a great behind the striker player where his lack of speed and physical presence can be hidden. No doubt he will be locked into gym for a few years. Matt Ellis 38B is another who could be vying for that Advanced Playmaking role. Let's see if they can really push each other to develop into the best players they can be. Darragh Girdwood 38C needs a bit of work and could be a squad player in years to come. Lacks pace, crossing and dribbling so wont be holding my breath. Edited April 30 by SkiIIs

I will just add, we use the tags for players from the youth intake. So people tend either use season 1 season 2 to mark the season of the intake or the year say 24,25,26 to mark the year of the intake. Some people put YP but I have chosen not to do so because I think it is a bit redundant. Usually the earlier in the alphabet the better the players future seems to be but it does not always work out that way. So John Smith 25d probably is higher rated than Peter Johnson 25g.

What the number/letters in the players means? I saw many of you use it. Thanks! Go ahead and join, we are a welcome bunch, just don't expect to finish any time soon! I'd say finishing is quite rare still. Also, beware that playing like this will make normal saves feel....wrong, somehow! As for the naming conventions of players, everyone does their own thing. I personally add the year they come through and then a,b,c, etc based on how highly rated my staff think they are, so just a sorting, really. I do this to remind myself that staff can and will be wrong about potential, as evident of me still using a lot of players who were worse rated than players I've let go. Now you got me going, so let's do a small dive into it. In my 2027 intake this was the top ones: Everyone had high potential, but varying degree of ability. Let's recap where they are now and how they did for me (because of course I keep a spreadsheet of it...) Gallagher 27a - Is an excellent player for us and deserves his superb rating from the coaches. Now has 4 star potential. Capasso 27b - Was a rotational player for us for a few years, but never really developed. Now he is rated as a two star potential. Wadunah 27c - Got a few matches for us, but just dropped off and after I released him he joined a Papaun side, so clearly not as talented as we expected. He is outside the scouting range I have, so no clue what potential he would have, but I'd wager it's low. McWilliams 27d - Was a rotational option for many years, but now has two and a half star potential, and I would like to get him off the books. Prince-Jordan 27e - Got some cameos, but never did much. Two star potential and is on an expiring contract. Elliott 27f - One of the best players at the club! Also 12 caps for Northern Ireland so far. Five star potential still, even as the coaches rate him as good for the Championship and think he can "improve significantly". Fitzgerald 27g - Our first choice goalkeeper and has been capped for England u20s. Five star potential. Evans 27h - 2nd best defender at the club, capped may times for Wales u21s ans has four and a half star potential still. My point is that the potential the staff rate players as can be misleading, and if you use that as gospel, you could release world beaters. So that's my reason for doing it this way. /ramble
Popular Post HaylingZar
Macclesfield FC - 2028-29 Season - Season 5 - VNL (Tier 5) - 5th (Lost in Playoff Semi-Final) Season Update To be honest, this update may be brief. I'd almost finished typing out my post and my PC crashed, losing everything. I don't have the energy to type it all out again! In summary, a great season for us, with plenty of new youth prospects showing their worth. We performed well in the league and were narrowly beaten in the playoffs semi-final. We also performed well in the cup competitions, causing an upset in the FA cup by knocking out championship side Reading before losing to Premier league side West Ham. The FA Trophy went well as we finished in the semi-finals. Assuming we don't lose our best players to the many bigger clubs that are coming in for them over the summer, we may have a real shot at promotion next season. Youth Candidates This intake is really quite special. Check out Sivert Topper, with 3.5 stars Ability already. Key Player Key player goes to Elliott Davies for his consistently great performances this season. If we can keep him for this summer he'll remain as one of our best players next season. Hot Prospect I've never seen a Youth Intake player over 2.5 stars in my game before, so this is a proud moment. I mean look at his performances, I just know he's going to be great for us. Transfers Loan farm is ramping up... Spoiler Squad I know I say this a lot, but this squad is getting better and better. Spoiler League Table I'm proud of how we performed this year. That said, we couldn't match our Youth team's performance - they won every single game with a total GD of 139! Spoiler Club Info Not much has changed here, my board doesn't seem to like my endless requests. They have agreed to upgrade the club's professional status at the end of the 2029-30 season though. Spoiler Finances Well at least we're not in hideous amounts of debt for now, but the expenses are starting to add up! Spoiler Thanks all for reading, and apologies for such a brief summary this season. I hope to update you again soon after my next season. Popular Post Koetzer
Livorno | Season 2033/34 | Serie C/B Absolutely not what I expected after barely missing direct promotion. Attacking form remained almost the same, but defense was just awful – 55 goals conceded against 26 last season. Coppa Italia The season started well though, we got our first win in the real cup and earned a chance to play against a Serie A team. Squad stats Rossini finally reached the 30 goals mark, and it’s his fourth straight season with 25 or more! Sadly he missed the playoffs with injury, actually leaving us without any chances to progress. Transfers Youth intake (preview) Magri *34a | Ciardini *34b The only positive moment of this season – it seems we finally got a good goalkeeper in an overall weak intake. Slowly repairing the finances, even despite missing the later playoff stages where we had sold-outs in previous seasons.

Don't think I've pressed the offer contract button quicker!! I'll pop a round up just below this - I've not done one for a while and I'm due probably! Popular Post Anners
17 hours ago, Anners said: Previous Post: 2069/70 Season Report Club: Tranent FC (Scotland) League: Scottish Premiership League: A last day league win against St Johnstone of all teams! Last 5 Years: Spent ages doing this round up, waiting for the World Cup to end and then closed the tab after doing it all. Ugh. Attempt 2. Tranent Round-Up Anyway.. onto a round-up of Tranent! Goalkeepers: Paupol Massamba has been our number 1 for just over a decade, but he's starting to come towards the end of his career. We have Matteo Manzoni who is pretty much your bench keeper who "never plays but can do so in a pinch and be okay" kind of keeper. We do have Andrew Bannigan as a good youth prospect who has since this screenshot's been taken gone to relegated Rangers in the Championship and will be their first choice keeper for the 70/71 season. Full Backs: We're a bit short in the full back department, but we've got a couple of decent full backs. Joe Brown is our starter at right back with Hamish Grant on the left. We have Kelby Rudden as a back-up who can rotate in, but we tend to use some central defenders in the right back position if we're struggling. Centre Backs: We're relatively good in the centre back department, having gone through a bit of a transition with a number of players at the 32/33 stage. Our current starting centre backs are Cameron Macdonald and Jock McGinnes. We've seemingly got 3 players as back-ups who are all relatively the same, with the stand out being Lewis Tart. For youth prospects, Kieran Horgan is looking like our best option at the moment. Defensive Midfield: We have what I'd consider the first of our "elite players" here in Ally Collins. Equally adept in central defence and central midfield, I generally play Collins in the heart of the team in defensive midfield. Generally great all-round player who we rejected a £90m bid from Bayern Munich for over the summer. We do have a couple of our central midfielders who can cover, but our best youth prospect is currently Stephen Quinn. Central Midfielders: Onto our second elite player in Brian Leighton. I actually thought he'd improve more, but he is on that cusp of being an excellent player so I won't complain too much. The other centre midfield spot is pretty contested at the moment. We have a couple of older players in Ryan Robertson and Sam Gordon, complemented by Ross Irving who can cover the defensive midfield spot too. On the more youthful side, we have Darren Cowan (who opted out of his contract and planned to leave before changing his mind in February thankfully!), Marcelo Pastoriza and apparently high potential Jim Crawford although I can't see it too much! Wingers: Similar to our centre back situation, we're blessed to an extent with a lot of 7/10 players but no real extremely strong players. On the right, Callum Currid (who had originally played on the left till the end of this season), Aidan McGinlay and Aleksander Zhelyazkov (who originally started up front as a striker). On the left it's a bit rougher, but looks more promising. James Hudson and Kyle Wilson are 2 options, but we'll likely go with Taylor Malcolm (who appeared on the NXGN list) who has massively shot up in ability in the last 6 months. He even made his Scotland debut before his Tranent debut! Strikers: I don't need to say much here - Steve Court is by far our best player and is one of the leading European strikers at this point. He's probably the reason we couldn't get past the Quarter Final in the Champions League until he really made his mark in the team in 2066/67 (we lost to Man City in the final that year in our first appearance). Our best youth prospect is apparently Andrew Kerr - although decent mentally, will take a lot of work. For the time being, our only out and out striker back up is Kamel Amrouche. Speaking of Steve Court still, it is still quite surprising he only has 19 caps for Scotland, but he's being kept out of the starting striker spot by none other than ex-Tranent man Connor Grant. Although he's probably nearly at the cut off point for Court taking over. Not a horrible situation for Scotland to be in at all! Popular Post libbyshuss
Belgium Season Review Pro Jupiler League - WINNERS Our fourth title in a row! and again we did it in the Champions Group, turning on the style when it mattered the most. 5 victories in a row seasled the title before the fina game, which is just as well as we lost it to Club Brugge Champions League A mixed bag. We did ok in the league stage, but two hammerings from Premier League teams wasn't a good sign. We were a lot closer against Barcelona. Once we got past the league stage we had our best run yet! all the way to the quarter finals where we pushed Liverpool close. Although we lost the second leg 7-3 it was a lot closer in terms of chances and xG so a definite improvement on that 14-0 defeat a few years back! Players Top Scorer - Sam Straetman 51A - Been our main striker for the past 3 seasons. He's happier as an attacking midfielder and struggled this season, although that maybe because he spent the entire season with his morale in the dumper because I turned down an offer from Man City for him. Not sure whether to keep him up front next season, 21 goals from 45 games in our formation is pretty poor really. Top Assists - Amin Saadi 45B - Now 31 and with over 100 caps for Morocco behind him he's a really important player for us. Usually plays right wing, giving the younger players so valuable experience Top Average Rating - Stephen Guilen 49G - winner for the second year running! Interesting as he was never supposed to get anywhere near the first team, let alone become a vital cog. But when Bodson and Dumont left in created a vacuum in midfield into which Guilen was sucked, just as a filler at first. But every time he played, he did good. and he still does good! Wonderkids I got 6 more seasons to try and sign him up to a longer contract! he is ridiculously good! Youth Another pair of As in the preview got me excited and my new HoYD did not let me down. Only two elite talents, but what talents! Guus Knol is predicted to be a once in a generation talent! he does look pretty, pretty good! and his mate isn't too shabby either, Finance and Upgrade By far the most exciting thing this season. The Libby Shuss Stadium is on its way!!!! Career Well, might be our best season so far in the champions league but we're still not close. But we have by far our best set of youth prospects so far this save, potentially even better than 2039 (which was a crazy year) so who knows?
Popular Post Potat
FC United - Season 1 + 2 Well, I got sacked from Portugal (still not sure why) so I decided to try England because this challenge is weirdly addicting despite me being terrible at it. Didn't do an update after season 1 because I curse myself whenever I do and the second season always seems to be the struggle point for me in these saves. Season 1 Forgot to do all the formalities at the start so thats at the end of season 1 but better late than never. As for the season it was as expected, Bad. Small squad, injuries, the standard England experience. The squad, small, average and very reliant on one-star player. The youth intake was alright? One real good player who just doesn't play very well and is allergic to a good rating. But cant complain as I needed the extra bodies in every position and they are better than nothing. The board didn't seem to like me too much and denied every single one of my requests throughout the entire season. Season 2 A much much much better season, despite accidentally selling my starting left back for free it didnt affect us too badly and we went on to finish comfortably mid table A season of runs where we lost 7 in a row before going 12 unbeaten after a tactics change half way through the year. The intake, despite no stand out players the floor was much higher and some good players for the U19 team. I'll make the posts shorter in the future just had a lot to get out after doing 2 seasons in one post and ran out of time after accidentally posting it. Popular Post diegolawliet
Conwy Borough (Wales) First of all, thanks for all the welcomes that I've received. Since I discovered this thread I felt eager to start my own jorney. After thinking a lot I decided to play in Wales. I live in Argentina and I'm planning a travel to UK next end of year, so I watched many videos of the region to plan everything and learn about the cultures. I chose Wales instead of England just to play in a different leagues that I always do. Wales has only two divisions (second one is divided into North and South) but I think that's okay. We can make a healthy plan: avoid relegation, build a team to fight the promotion, be promoted to first division, avoid relegation again and then fight for european competition places before actually fighting for the title. Spoiler I'll be clear with something: I am probably the worst player that Football Manager has ever seen. I play it since 2007 but I'm bad, really bad. But of course I'll try my best. And I think having this limitations (no transfers) will help to know better my squad and build the best possible team. The only fact of have progress will be a huge success for me. I hope you enjoy this story as well as I will do. You can look the full squad in two parts: part one - parte two. The best players of the squad are Alex Roberts, Ant Marshall and Toby Jones, two in the midfield and one defender. I wouldn't trust so much in the reports though, they were made by our goalkeeper coach. I will take my time to see one by one all the players and have my own report. Roberts was trained at club which is always desirable for us. Spoiler I'll close this brief day 1 report with some information of the club. We don't have reputation, we don't have good facilities. Finances I think are okay. The journey won't be short, but I hope it will be enjoyable. Please don't leave me alone and join us. Last thing: my language is spanish. I haven't decided yet if I will write in spanish and use some kind of translator or if I'll write directly in english (I speak it in an intermediate level). This one was option 2, but it can change in the following updates. I hope you understand me in both ways . Edited April 30 by diegolawliet

It works fine 90% of the time, it's only 10% of players where it will give the wrong ethnicity, for example my Ivorian player Abdoulaye Ouattara got a white face because he has English second nationality, I'm not sure if it manages correctly with mixed race / nationality players.

Popular Post Koetzer
Livorno | Season 2034/35 | Serie C/B What an epic title race, after 29 games we and Cesena had equal points (with our head-to-head advantage), both won eight in a row after it so everything was decided on the final day. We played away against Grosseto, conceded first, equalized with the first goal of our rotation left-back (!), then both teams had offside goals on the last minutes but the score stayed 1-1… and 0-0 for Cesena. After eleven years we are finally going to Serie B! Supercoppa Serie C Well… I left after 0-3 in Vicenza and fielded a fully rotated squad for the useless second game. No idea how we will survive against the same teams next season Squad stats F.Rossini *26a – another season with 25+ goals, hope he can keep this form on a higher level. A.Amelio *25b and E.Aziri *27b – our starting wingers, were good both in creating chances and finishing. D.Balduini *26c – a real leader in midfield. S.Rizza *31a – his debut season in the first team didn’t start well, but eventually he found a decent form. G.Sabba *30a – retrained to a left-back position and mostly was a backup to veteran Carcani, but managed to score a title-winning goal! G.Antonini *29f – became a starter when our best BWM Battochio suffered a long-term injury and actually played better than him. Andrea Fancelli – a record breaker (437 games for the club) who is still good as a right-back. Transfers – Sabattini (363 games/30 goals) and Malotti (251/15) were useful squad members, but now younger players took their place in the squad. The biggest transfer actually was Zellini (a left-back with probably good potential, but no progress at all) moving to Catania, he had a 50% future sale clause which we activated in winter and received 70k more. Also we got money from several staff being poached to better clubs. Youth intake (preview) Koné *35a | Vangioni *35b Second promising goalkeeper in two years! Finally reached a positive balance, I hope wage demands and other expenses won’t rise too much in Serie B.

Mahzun_Savas
Inter de Limeira Season 1 2024 We were kissed with the beauty of success Campeonato Paulista Sicredi This was our first competition and we did well to finish 4th in the league stage and winning Group A. We lost to Serie A side Sao Paulo in a tight game in the quarter finals. Campeonato Brasileiro Série C We started the league stage strongly and never looked back to finish a runaway first. In the second stage group A we again dominated to finish first and win promotion. We then played Paysandu in the two legged Champions Final which we won on aggregate 5-3. Over the course of these three stages we did not lose a match and were easily the best team in the competition. Youth Intake Preview was disappointing. The reality was not any better with no elite talents and only 4 top talents. Not a good first intake, I need this to improve in future years. My Profile The board would not let me study for my National C license because they were sacred of losing me. No other upgrades approved. Transfer history Jefferson was signed before I joined and I could not stop him joining.

I started again in Hungary, below images from SEASON 1 - 24/25 The transfer was already about to happen, which I think is great, as he is a central defender of great quality. A weak first intake of young people Now yes, president, in tune with me, may we continue like this. A magnificent campaign in Division Two, we managed to climb without difficulty, and in the World Cup we got where we were. Popular Post glennuk
Central Español Fútbol Club - Season 1 - End of Season Review League We only went and won it first season! It was a walk in the park actually. Not sure if it is a poor league, I have good legacy players or we have done well tactically. Cup Even more randomly we got to the final of the Uruguayan Cup. Which has both First and Second division teams in it! And even though we lost the final we didn't get destroyed by any means! Note: We beat Liverpool FC and Cooper quite easily, which gives us hope for next year as they are both First Division teams. Squad We are playing an attacking formation which creates plenty of chances. I have actually tried a different formation for each of my YAC challenges to vary things up a bit. Quite a few of our youth players have had game time with Pablo Garcia (YP01B) already becoming a first team regular! Remember the name! We have an Assistant Manager that I signed who deserves his own screenshot. The Man, the Myth, the Legend!! Improvements In other news we have made a few improvements (Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment) and I have a new contract! Popular Post SkiIIs
Season 15 - Macclesfield FC - Championship The past few seasons it's been consolidate the first season in the new league then the second season in that league would end with promotion. This was our second season in the championship and it would be rude to ruin that trend wouldnt it? You're damn right it would be! An unbelievable season where we really grew into the season. After 13 games, we were sitting in 19th spot coming off 4 straight defeats and headed towards a real dog fight to stay up. just kept getting stronger and stronger and results just kept coming and coming. But that would be our lowest point as we won 8 out of the next 9. We would then only lose 4 out of the next 24 games with the majority of those results being wins to put us in a nervy battle for the automatic play spots. In the last 5 games we had QPR, Brentford and Palace and managed to beat both Brentford and QPR but lost to Palace which put them 3 points ahead of us. Going into the last game, we had already secured promotion thanks to our healthy goal difference but the cherry on top was Palace losing away to Bristol City which allowed us our second ever league title. I seriously didnt expect this and we are by no means ready to play premier league football, but i will make use of the riches that comes with. We had another international debut for our young Bulgarian who at that point only appeared once off the bench for us. He did get a little bit more game time towards the end of the season and even notched his first goal playing as a mezzala. Youth Preview I really need to understand what is going wrong here. It cant be that our senior players are getting better only cos these really suck Youth Intake Only one decent player again and just wait till you see his stats... One of my bug bears is having an attribute of 1 and Georges Ewington 39A has it for the most important attribute in Determination. Seriously! Here are B and C who arent worthy of having their names typed. I will post a complete squad write up tomorrow when I get a chance, showing the Macclesfield names who will go down in history as the ones who got us to the top flight! Popular Post XaW
XaW - Marine FC - Season 2032/33 (Season 9) - Sky Bet Championship Squad | Transfers | Finances Wow, I did not expect this, but I'll sure take it! The season was a bit strange overall, as we started with two bad losses to Middlesbrough and Leeds, but from then on just started to win a lot. By the half way point we were firmly in the playoffs, but quite a distance behind Leeds who at that point seemed to run away with the league title. From there on it looked like we would be battling Southampton for the 2nd promotion spot, but towards the end Leeds had a massive stinker. Here is their final two months: Quite shocking how they fell off, and both us and Southampton overtook them to actually have a battle for the top spot. It actually went down to the final day where we had a two point lead on Southampton, but they had a better goal difference. So essentially we needed to equal whatever result Southampton got. We faced Bristol City at home while Southampton faced Sheffield United at home. Bot us and Southampton got an early lead, and nether really looked to do anything other than winning. We won 4-1 to clinch the title, and Southampton won 5-1. So we were crowned champions! So now, we just have to survive in the Premier League. Much easier said than done, but wish me luck! FA Cup: We beat Blackburn before we lost to Chelsea in the 4th round. Carabao Cup: We beat Bolton, Carlisle, and West Brom before we lost to Arsenal in the 4th round. Best players from the academy: Jamie Adams-Fisk 28d - Had an amazing season with loads of goal contributions for us. James Nash 31a - A great season from our superb right back. Kevin Elliott 27f - The main defender for us this season, and also scores a fair bit. New club records: Most clean sheets in a season - Jason Fitzgerald 27g - 15 clean sheets Most league apps - Rakeem Hughes-Mason 26e - 268 apps Most league goals - Rakeem Hughes-Mason 26e - 147 goals Fastest goal - Rakeem Hughes-Mason 26e - 12 seconds Got a few more improvements accepted this season. And we also are installing undersoil heating due to league requirements. U21s They finished last in the English U21 Division 3 again this season. U18s They finished 2nd in the U18 Professional Development League North this season and then lost to Swansea in the semi final playoff. FA Youth Cup: They lost to Bournemouth in the 3rd round.
