CardiffDragon
Ho Ho However you look at it, it has been an interesting season, with Europe once again defining it. The boards expectations going into the season, even though we had got into europe in 2029 was still to avoid relegation. So nice and easy! We lost our best academy graduate as he did not feel our squad was strong enough and i could not even get him into negotiations. But the start of the season was very good indeed ( apart from the cup, knocked out again in the preliminary group stage) and at the start of europe we were flying high in the league, I won manager of the month Spoiler But then the match congestion really took hold and we basically had to put our B team out for the league if we wanted to well in europe and strength in depth is not the best at the moment. and going into the last game of the season this was seen as he had been caught and past and anyone of five teams could win the league Spoiler and at the end of the last day... Spoiler we won and finished second, straight in the the conference in europe ( however poisoned that chalice may be), honestly at this stage of the season i was more happy than not having to play more games than anything else. Europe Spoiler We did well in the first few rounds, the draw helped us a lot, with us avoiding a lot of the bigger leagues, we had Armenia, Belarus and Sweden and we swept past them and then in the fourth round... after a couple of hard fought games where we chopped them down and didnt let them play we got through, my one supporter must have thought the trip was worth it!!! so onto the group stage which is where we are now..... this is the issue and it is a big one, because we play thorugh the summer because of the weather and have qualified for the group stages with are played through the winter my players are not having an offseason this year and their are going to be starting the next season fatigued without a proper pre season training. as for how we are doing in the group stages... one game to go we are in the playoff mix but as our last game is against schalke 04 i think we may be reling on other results to get us through. Youth Intake The number of elites this time round has dropped but i think that was more to do with the amazing bunch we had last year increasing the potential ability level as a few of them have broken into the first team already but three potential game changers have hit tthe ground running there will be a lot of compettiton to get into the "B" team this year in the position a And finally.... If you have read my european adventure this year you will be aware that we have the most dedicated fan in the world....well he has found a friend damn i was gutted when they scored in extra time!!! I suspect it will be the last men standing that get on the pitch by the end of this next season but it will be fun

Winski
This is a massive, massive win! We managed to win against one of our biggest competitors. With only 2 games left to play(one of them against the other competitor for the title, St. Pauli) , we can almost touch promotion and the 3. Liga title!

Popular Post Sn00gle
Kotwica Kołobrzeg - 2028/29 Squad - League - Finances - Transfers We starting to play on new stadium and fianlly we get some cash from tickets. But, but, but! We losing in first round vs GKS Tychy. Im not even mad in next round Legia was waiting so was sure to lose anyway. Overall we have great season which was troled by Raków Częstochowa. Why you ask? Beacause they lost in last round with Legia which beat us with 1 point to get into Euro and ofc few days before they lost Polish Cup with Pogoń which took our 4th place spot to play in... No words about that... We lose youth facilities level and I can't see even option to improve them back. Unlucky. Feret 04b got picked as 41th best talent in world and of course Inter starts looking at him. Everything goes wrong. Wrześniewski is now new HOYD as @Winski suggested but dont think that he effect anything about this year intake. At the end of season as my staff members contracts will expire, I will change some of them for staff with better personality. After such bad report I didn't think about anything good, but! We got decent striker Smolarczyk and DM Bartolewski which are porobably wonderkids from what I can see here Intake Prieview Spoiler Young Overview Im changing this format as it will need a lot of screenshot and information. Popular Post Winski
1. FC Lokomotive LeipzigSeason review Season 1 | 2023/2024 What a season!!! I already showed a screenshot of the league table with just 2 games to play. Well, those two games ended up in a two draws. But it was enough!! We are the champions of 3. Liga!! It was a really good season for us and competed for the league title for almost the whole season, together with Magdeburg and St. Pauli. Our striker Djamal Ziane scored 25 goals for us and became the topscorer of the league. Other notable players arewinger Osman Atilgan, defender Luca Sirch, midfielder Farid Abderrahmane and goalkeeper İsa Doğan. There is one player from the "holiday year-intake" who is developing really well: Yaak Lul 23c. A bit of a weird name, because the name "Lul" means "dick" in English. But it looks like a really nice player! I think this guy can develop into a good CB for us. We also get a stadium upgrade, but only for 500 seats. There is no money at the club, so hopefully after next season we can finally start upgrading our facilities. And I'm still not allowed to start a Coaching Course, so hopefully next season. League table Spoiler Supporter Profile Update Spoiler Club Overview Spoiler Squad overview Spoiler Youth intake The youth intake preview was quite promising. But the intake itself was not a good one. No Elite Talents. Maybe some of them are good enough in the future, but none of them really stand-out. Spoiler

Trainspotting90
there is a little bug in italy, because the promoted team dont partecipate at the primavera 4 u20 league, only with u18, because primavera use a relegation sistem (primavera 1,2,3,4) but the game dont relegate the u20 team of the relegated serie c teams (in reality, play in juniores, the u20 semipro youth league) the only way to have a proper sistem is to use an external db.
Popular Post CardiffDragon
European update 2030 (in 2031) For those who read the update earlier, you will remember that because Finland plays in the summer and we had done so well in europe, that as well as a massive 24hr break before the next season started, we were still in Europa Conference compitition at the end of the season. I thought i woudl update you as to what happened.... as predicted we lost to schalke 04 but due to other results we ended up being 23rd in the league, just enough (8-24 go through) to get into the knockout stages where we had a resounding win at home and a close loss away but we got through In the next round we would be facing our old nemesis Galatasaray after a very dour home game which ended 0-0 and then we went away and got outplayed, some much needed finances got through this run but we really need a more in-depth squad if we are going to compete year in year out in europe and at home On the bright side our most dedicated fan has decided to take his family on away trips now, i hope they enjoyed Turkey after the result!
Popular Post libbyshuss
Season Summary Well, what should have been a great season turned into a really worrying one. 5 wins from the first 6, including a 3-2 win away at eventual champions Juventus, sent us top. I knew we wouldn't stay there but didn't think the drop off would be quite so bad. the next 32 league games yielded only 4 victories! 1 in the last 21! keep that up and we will be bottom of the league next season.... Youth Another 5 star preview! It's about time we started getting decent intakes! The intake was a cracker! really exciting! sadly their personalities weren't the greatest but what can you do? The best two prospects are these two lads:- Finances and Upgrades Finally the board granted me some junior coaching upgrades! i can't believe it! and we maxed out training facilities too, so with any luck we can make that small step to the next level. Popular Post Makoto Nakamura
2029/30 End of Season Review I'm much happier here, we actually win games. Not quite good enough for promotion but five of our players who are regularly in the first team are now under 20 so we'll only get better! I like that the board want us to develop the best youth system in the country, but I would also like them to give me the option to improve the youth facilities! A big sale to Koln. Popular Post XaW
XaW - Marine A.F.C. - Season 2031/32 (Season 9) - Premier League Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, we stayed up without too much hassle, and I don't think anyone could ask for more than that this season! It was a bit closer than it look, to be fair, as we did have some brushes with the relegation spots early on. Luckily for us Nottingham Forest had a horrid season and only picked up their first win around Christmas, so the bottom spot was pretty safe early on. We didn't really dip into the relegation spots at any time, but we were pretty close for a while. It was only a great final 3rd of the season that allowed us to step away from the tough battle down there and into a more comfortable mid-table spot. I'm more than happy to keep this up for a few seasons as we continue to improve facilities and players. The last few intakes have been of a lower quality than those before, so I hope the spending on facilities will provide dividend soon enough! The new stadium should be done during the summer, so we are finally moving into our own stadium with a capacity of just over 16k. I think we need to expand it from the get go, but at least we are home again. With the boatloads of money we now have, I got more improvements done, and even got us up to Youth Category 2 from next season! I've also managed to get in some affiliate clubs and are working to join with a lot of the fun teams around the world. Either with foreign youth players or teams I've played with before and I think I've gotten in some fun ones. Berchem Sport is a team I've played with in Belgium. Chester is just for domestic loans, not a fun one. Oriental Dragon is a Portuguese team that has Chinese newgens! SKV Syrien Wien is an Austrian team with Syrian newgens! Will expand this list whenever the board allows it! FA Cup: We beat Preston, Lincoln City, and Millwall before we lost to Chelsea in the quarter final.League Cup: We beat Millwall and Wigan before we lost to Nottingham Forest in the 4th round. U21 Team: They finished 3rd in the U21 Division 3 this season. EFL Trophy: As our youth team they now compete in this competition, only a few years after the main team was involved. They got a group with Wrexham, Stockport County, and Bradford City. They finished 2nd and qualified for the knockout rounds. There they lost to Carlisle in 2nd round. U18 Team: They moved up from the U18 Youth Alliance League North West to the U18 Professional Development League South this season where they finished 4th. Popular Post Daddy
2023/24 Season Review: A couple of slumps held us back a little bit, but the goal was midtable and that was achieved. I would have liked a deeper Cup run, but lost pretty badly to a lower league team as I was trying to find the right tactic for the squad. Nothing really to report here other than the club doesn't have much money. Youth Intake: There's a lot to like here for potential, but unfortunately only one player came in ready for some first team action. I'm just happy to get some depth filling in the empty youth teams. 2024/25 Season Preview: We weirdly went from midtable expectations to relegation battle. Not really sure what's causing that discrepancy, but my expectation is to be midtable again and hopefully a little higher up. Especially if you youth players development takes off.

Winski
My HoYD Peter Laudenklos left the club after just one year. He signed at Karlsruhe. So I searched for a new HoYD and found this Bosnian guy: Haris Alihodzic. A Resolute personality, which is very good. His favorite formation is not how I play, but we'll see how it goes. And for the upcoming season, 2024/2025, I made some new kits. I tried to make some historical looking kits, without a sponsor.

Popular Post Redknapp_13
Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 33/34 League - Europa League - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Another Championship for us and it was the most comfortable one until now. 77 point is a new record for us and we had some distance between us pretty early as we had a fantastic start to the season. Second half of the season was less pretty but also due to some more release clauses triggered. With Shukrani (Tottenham), Brami (Lyon) and Ayash (Brest) we lost another three key players and this is getting frustrating. Luckily we have nice intakes and are somehow able to replace them even tho we dont have the best depth which resulted in injuries at the end of the season. We also once again won the cup and did a nice double. Europa League After last years 3rd place we only got into the Europa League. After a more or less successfull League phase we hammered Feyernoord in the Knockout Round before loosing to Hoffenheim in the Round of 16. Key Players Our best guy is Nes Leidner33A from last years intake. He is only 16 years old and has no release clause. He is a hell of a player. We have a strong central defense with Banay 31B and Salami-Vaddai 32A. Liran Dayan 29A is still with us and Lugasi 29D still banging in goals. He scored 50 this year Nes Leidner 33A Sinai Banay 31B Salami-Vaddai 32A Liran Dayan29A Leidner and Salami-Vaddai have also been on the NxtGn List Best prospects Well, some of our best prospects are already key players. But Landau32C was replacing Ayash. Iluz 32D is making progress and Lomovski 32 B is replacing Shukrani Intake 34 Another excellent preview with a GK as an A Looks okbut nothing special Its going well but the next step will be hard to take as half of europa is hunting my best players and they always want a release clause when signing their second contract

Trainspotting90
2 ore fa, Redknapp_13 ha scritto: Hapoel Ra'anana Season Review Season 33/34 League - Europa League - Squad - U19 Squad - Transfers - Finances Another Championship for us and it was the most comfortable one until now. Iluz 32D is making progress and Lomovski 32 B is replacing Shukrani Intake 34 Another excellent preview with a GK as an A Looks okbut nothing special Its going well but the next step will be hard to take as half of europa is hunting my best players and they always want a release clause when signing their second contract mate, what skin is? Sn00gle
Who said I will be ok with Lechia? I couldn't hold him 1,1ml E deal in contract for foreign clubs was crucial as Bayern and Porto want him right now. I littlebit scamed Lechia but 3,2ml and 50% is better then 1,1ml from Porto or others. Good Luck Feret!

Popular Post Ray46
Player Development, HoyD and Facilities testing In the Zealand Discord there is a separate channel for FM research. In this channel I have been talking to a user called Kelron. He is quite proficient with data and visualizing it. I asked some questions and he gave some answers with data. With his permission I’m sharing the data here. Perhaps you don’t want to know so I’m hiding the research as a spoiler. It’s always hard to separate correlation and causation, but I think quite some things can be learned. If someone wants to take this post and stick it somewhere else or on other websites that’s fine. Most important questions for our style of playing: Which countries/clubs generate the best CA/PA newgens? What attributes/data correlate with player development? How much influence do the facilities have on CA and PA of players? How much influence does the HoyD have on CA/PA of players? Which HoyD attributes are most important? Does HoyD personality influence players personality? Spoiler The basic setup for the test database can be found here (by Kelron): https://docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-1vR3685JWeoaMO4B-C0CdgpXvs5l56XvANrFettduyhjKMY_RVkcuy3NGHmUeD1dTB2f_-16cUw4T9aK/pub Link to the Zealand Discord research Channel: https://discord.com/channels/461943266905161738/969254276641751050 Which countries/clubs generate the best CA/PA newgens? (By Kelron): PA 170 is Thomas Muller, Raheem Sterling, Laporte, Valverde level. There's all +/-2 either side. PA 140 is Tyrone Mings, Kevin Kampl, Dani Ceballos, Luka Jovic https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1J05D-T3d_VSVlpkE5rn1er_eaY1CIbWKAM5qrW7EQFw/edit#gid=727869888 What attributes/data correlate with player development? We measured this by looking at % of PA reached at newgen players over 26. Conclusions: Most important attributes for development are professionalism and ambition. This has been researched a lot before. Also Determination has an impact. Second most important is gametime and starting CA. If you think about it, a high starting CA will give more opportunity for game time. Very small positive influences are natural fitness, consistency, PA, temperament and versatility. A follow up question was how much game time is needed? For players with PA>140: So the lines start to diverge at age 18, where games are more important. From age 25 it’s important to give gametime to not decline. If you can give a young player about 2000 minutes you’ll be fine. 2000 minutes would be 10 games as a starter and 30 as a sub. If players don’t play a lot they’ll decline fast. Higher PA players develop a bit faster and longer, probably because they play more and have better coaches and facilities at better clubs. How much influence do the facilities have on CA and PA of players? The average of PA plotted against youth facilities, youth recruitment and junior coaching. On average the better the facilities, the better the average PA of the academy players. There seems to be a quite linear progression. But the costs of the facilities are exponential. They double at every upgrade. But what if I want wonderkids? (PA 150+) This is the same plot, but filtered for 150+ PA. Conclusion: Most important conclusion for me is that if you want actual wonderkids (150+Pa) you need to get your youth recruitment to exceptional (19-20). About 600 players from exceptional recruitment compared to about 200 from excellent recruitment(17-18). It could be that club reputation also influences this, because the high rep clubs are the only clubs that can afford exceptional recruitment. The starting CA of the players is very much correlated to the PA. The better the facilities, the higher the starting CA. The pattern is also quite linear. Which HoyD attributes are most important? My conclusion from this is that judging ability and judging potential are the most important things for a HOYD, followed by determination and motivating. Level of discipline seems to have no effect or a slightly negative one(?), working with youth only a minor positive effect. The C.rep and W.rep are probably correlated with the CA of the HoyD. How much influence does the HoyD have on CA/PA of players? Hard to say which part is facilities, which part is reputation and which part is HoyD. Does HoyD personality influence players personality? This chart is the average professionalism of players vs the professionalism attribute of the HoyD. A 10 professionalism HoyD creates an average 11 professionalism player, a 20 professionalism HoyD creates an average 12 professionalism player. Is the one point higher worth it? Probably it is better to look at judging ability, determination and motivation first, but I think this shows there could be a correlation.

Popular Post darren1983
South Shields Season 2024/25 Vanarama National League League - Was a strange season in the end as we did way better than I thought we would. We started slowly by losing 3 of our opening 5 games (winning 1) but then found our feet and only lost twice in the the next 5 months to put us in the title race with Chesterfield, I say title race but I don't think we were ever any better than a couple of points behind them but then in Feb and March our season seemed to fall apart as we only won 4 of 11 games as our away form fell apart including a 6-2 defeat away to an Oldham side fighting relegation. We would either give away a dumb penalty or let in a very late goal (we had a run of giving up 6 pens in 6 games and another run where there was a decisive goal after the 85th minute in a run of 8 games in 10. Was annoying) and often times we managed to combine them both to really anger me as we dropped as low as 5th. However out of nowhere we suddenly found our best form in April and May as we won our final 7 games to end the season in 2nd spot. In the playoffs we first faced Eastleigh (won and lost 1-0 to them in the league) we played alright and were leading early but they pulled it back then with 20 mins to go we we found ourselves behind, luckily a quick response frpm us before 2 late goals saw us set up a final with Halifax (3-3 draw and 4-0 win) sadly the final would not be as exciting but a pen for us just before the break gave us the lead, mid way through the 2nd half they had a pen but our keeper pulled off a great save to keep us ahead and despite a couple of scares we held on to win promotion! The playoffs ended well for us. Tbh this has gone far better than it ever has for me so I would be fairly happy with a few seasons finishing bottom half of the league as we slowly build ourselves up. FA Cup - We made the first round again. We lost in the first around to a league side again. We were 2-0 early and pulled it back before, shock horror, we gave away not 1 but 2 pens to be knocked out. FA Trophy - We made the quarter finals again. We lost again. Just one of those days we didn't turn up in the middle of our iffy run fo form Transfers - Obviously none in but we loaned a couple young players out Squad - getting smaller and older which is not an ideal place to be in, will hopefully be able to promote one or two youth players this summer Finances - looking good after promotion and a trip to Wembley Youth Intake - Not great but OK. Solid I guess. Didn't tag many but I did make a change in my HOYD this summer so allow me to introduce Michael Coulson Fenton Tarrant YP02A - an OK looking CB, needs a lot of workJonathyn Mellanby YP02B - - a decent looking DM Craig Mills YP02C - I like him for a CM role but needs to work on his physical side for sure Career Overview Season League Position Note’s & Achievements 2023/24 NLN 1st Promotion as champions, first coaching badge 2024/25 VNL 2nd Promotion via playoffs, started 2nd coaching badge, improved youth recruitment Edited December 9, 2022 by darren1983
