Popular Post SuperRedditch
The Spartans Season 9 - 2030/31 Scottish Premiership - 3rd Place League Cup - Winners Our third season in the top flight saw steady improvement, once again finishing one place higher than the previous season. As you'd expect, Rangers and Celtic are just head and shoulders above us and the rest and oh boy are they going to be one tough nut to crack. Firstly though, let's discuss my European adventure in the Conference League. That's right. We drew Napoli. In fact, both this season's finalists are the teams I've been drawn against in the 4th Qualifying round. I was so angry. I felt so cheated out of a group place. NAPOLI, ffs. We even managed to beat them 2-1 away and my board had the sheer gall to say I hadn't been competitive. I was angry for the first half of the season - it really, really tilted me. I felt a lot happier after our League Cup run, though. We knocked out Rangers in the Quarter Final, before defeating St. Johnstone 1-0 to bring home the trophy. The first of many of these domestic trophies. The Squad No big sales, although some interest in my players shown. I'm at the stage that I will accept a big offer for one of my better players. If I could bring in £15m it would really set up the club. Some previously star players (McLelland 04a and Cormack 05a) have definitely peaked, and interest in them has waned. Bryan Parker 06a - MC - My first Wonderkid. The one player I really do not want to sell. Have big plans for him next season. Has been wasted playing ML, but want to play him as CM(A). Deividas Cepkauskas 05b - ST - Not as good this season and I'd accept a bid. Wanted by Basel, Kobenhavn and similar stature clubs. Eric Duncan 06b - MC - Developed well and really broke through this season. Transfers Finances Youth Intake An intake that promised much but underwhelmed slightly because of that Unambitious 5* PA player. We got a Winger though! That's one, now we need about 3 more. John Dunbar 09a - MR - Fast and a good personality. Happy with this. Andrew McCabe 09b - MC - Needs a lot of work physically but I'm playing 4-3-3 next season so extra numbers helps. Also if we end up having to sell Parker or Duncan. Next Season I believe, due to Qualifying for the Europa League play-off, I'm guaranteed at least a spot in the Conference League group stage, which would be fantastic. We're also filling our stadium 99%, so we desperately need an upgrade. Like with all things though, it's a matter of money, hence why if a good bid comes in I'll accept - as our facilities are still only at 'good' and need improving if we're going to overthrow the Old Firm.

Popular Post XaW
XaW - Folkestone Invicta- Season 2024/25 - Vanarama National League Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, the VNL is far harder than the regional divisions in the tier below! We got occasionally battered by the bigger teams, but at least we could hold our own against the lower half of the table. The main issue is the defensive side of things as is clear by the number of conceded goals. This was one of our strengths in the past seasons, but now we are having issues, so I think it's mainly down to my players to be honest. So I guess we are at the stand-still of surviving some seasons as we keep improving the players we have and hopefully bring in some new ones. I had a look at the xG table, and from that we should be 12th, so if we had been more clinical in both boxes we would have been much more comfortable than we were. Still, we stayed here, so we go again! I managed to improve the youth facilities slightly this season, and get in some better youth coaching, and at the end of the season we got a great message! FA Cup: We beat Hampton & Richmond and Maidstone United before we lost to Walsall in the 2nd round.FA Trophy: We beat Ebbsfleet United before we lost to Barrow in the 4th round. Youth intake: We are getting in much better players now! I could have picked any of them, but I like the look of this kid. glennuk
@libbyshuss and @aldojags thanks for the condolences. Even now I keep looking at their price range and crying BUT we move on. Hoping some of the other sales (coming in future updates) actually realize the 50% next sale fee, which I am insisting on each YP I sell. @XaW Pinnock looks like he could be really special. That resolute personality should be perfect for the Vanarama National (hope you get out sooner than me)!
Popular Post SkiIIs
Season 2027/28 - Vanarama National League Was hoping to emulate last seasons start to the season where we were top after 11 games but hopefully kick on from there and thats exactly how this season played out. Our first loss came in the 19th game but by then we had built a little lead to Dag & Red. We lost to them away 2 games later and by round 26 we were in second spot. Second was the lowest we fell all year but it seemed to be a 2 horse race between us and them until they severely dropped away towards the end of the season. Leyton Orient overtook them to challenge us but the title was sealed away at rivals Gateshead on the penultimate game, i then played the youngsters against Leyton Orient at home in the last game of the season. Bring on the Football Leagues!! We had a memorable run in the FA Cup which has set us up financially. We beat Hartlepool (VNN) 3 - 0 in the Fourth Qualifying round, then Southport (VNN Champions) 2 - 0 in the 1st round, Leyton Orient in a thriller 3 - 2 after letting a 2 goal lead slip and were then plucked West Ham in the 3rd round, at home . We were giving 70k as for TV rights to the game which wasnt bad. We then and did this: 1.1m in our pockets from the replay! We got smashed 5 - 1 but meh, 60k fans turned up to watch us! Board havent allowed me to spend any of it yet, hanging to get my grubby hands on it! On the team front, 2 of my best players had refused to sign new contracts this year as they believed our squad wasnt matching their ambition. With the FA Cup money in our coffers, was kinda contemplating winding down their contracts as I really wanted the promotion battle. In the end, i accepted a 500k future transfer with a 50% resale clause for one of them. The other, my striker i was going to let the contract run its course. A month after the summer transfer window, he was willing to resign so was stoked! Maybe should have done the same for the other fella Youth Preview: Youth intake: again nothing to scream about Getting the feeling my Board are a little bipolar changing their mind every minute. Literally a minute after telling me they want to build a new stadium, they scrapped that idea! Downgrades to both my youth facilities and down a Youth Category too arrghhh!

glennuk
Worthing FC - Season 9 - Youth Intake (Preview & Intake) Not much to report on, as we seem to have a good season followed by poor season. We are in the poor one now (fighting in lower mid table). Preview The preview was disappointing to say the least. We don't play with attacking midfielders and everything else seems average to poor. Youth Intake - Golden Generation Every Year! Another Golden Generation, I am now expecting it. The preview looks A LOT worse than the actual intake, which I am actually fairly excited for. Seven players at 2* CA or above is great considering we have a few first team players that are either 2* or 2.5* Happy again with some mixed nationalities in the squad, and some of the higher potential players have decent personalities, which is a change from the last intake. Overall I am excited and think this could be a good class. Top 3 - Youth Intake 9 Tommy Oseni (YP09A) - Good all around stats and the ability, and I believe attributes, to play in multiple positions. I will be retraining him as a CM as that and CB are still the weakest area of our team. I definitely do not need another AMR or an AMC (as we don't play with them). I love the personality and the starting passing of 11, which for this level is pretty good indeed. Ander (YP09B) - A left footed AMR with a good personality, good dribbling, passing, acceleration and pace....YES Please! The bigger pity is that he play in a position where I have three Youth Players with 3* to 4* CA. Ander can certainly challenge for a first team spot, but it may be a year or two before he gets his chance. I am hoping he will progress enough and perform in the U18s so I have no choice but to give him a shot. Tamas Magyari (YP09C) - A third different nationality in my top 3. My Exceptional Youth Recruitment is obviously doing its job. RB/LB is a position I am fairly happy with, however Tamas has good stats all around and could definitely challenge for a first team spot in the next year or two. glennuk
Worthing FC - Season 9 - Up and down....and down again League - 18th Just a poor season all around, never really got going in the league. We seem to have a good year, followed by a bad year....so hoping next year is a good one. The Squad We are now almost entirely a Youth Intake team. We have a few legacy players but Pattenden is the only one who gets significant game time (unless injuries occur). Louis Lang (YP08H) has really come along as my best CB and seems to be improving and finding consistency that others have not. Jean-Claude Kitoko (YP06A) is now a Sky Bet League Two Player and has been immense yet again. He is unhappy, wants to leave and has bids coming in ALL the time. However I think he is the key to us getting promoted and is on a long contract (expires 2033). Oliver Kirkwood (YP06C) took over as first choice keeper this year and was solid throughout the season. Accolades Nothing exciting here really. Finances & Upgrades Some good news here...at last. Finances have been consistently good and this has led to some improvements Professional & Youth Level This could be the most important thing to happen in this save. I have asked so many times, I just assumed this would be rejected. Now to get everyone on Full Time contracts, which I know is going to bring possible financial issues. The Future I am excited once again. I am hoping to keep the core of my first team and give them a go to get us up as a full time club. I know this league is a slog, so I am not expecting an easy ride, but I think we are getting closer to where I want to be as a club and hopefully next year is the year we get to the Sky Bet Leagues. Edit - I forgot - FA Trophy - Finalists We always play a reserve team in the FA Trophy, but somehow managed to get to the final this year. Unfortunately we lost on penalties Edited May 20, 2022 by glennuk FA Trophy

DazRTaylor
End of Season Season 2032 Ungmennafélagið Máni Season Summary A season of triumph as we finally escaped the basement division. Even a dreadful performance in the cup couldn't damped our mood. Season Details League Table - We comfortably finished second, our highest ever league finish, to qualify for the promotion playoffs. League Fixtures - Even a poor run in July couldn't stop our promotion push. Promotion Playoffs - We played some of our best football of the season as we secured promotion to the fourth tier. Mjókurbikur - A very disappointing performance in the first round, away to fourth tier side KH, eliminated the club at the first hurdle. Friendlies - It was our best pre season to date, as we won three of our five matches. Squad - Our squad continues to go from strength to strength. Squad Dynamics - It is back to being fabulous. Transfers In - None. Transfers Out - None. Youth Candidates - It was another quality intake, with central defender Pálmar Eiriksson YP32D36 a potential star of the future. Finances - We made a small profit this year and our bank balance is very healthy as a result. Key Players Milija Marić YP30B2 - Whilst never hitting the heights of last season, it was still a decent season for the defensive midfielder. Guðmundur G. Jónasson YP31P32 - He was an absolute rock at the heart of defence. Bjarki Sveinbjornsson YP31N30 - The central midfielder far exceeded my expectations this season. Sigurður G. B. Jónsson YP31H24 - Our other central midfielder, he also had a terrific campaign. Sigurður Viktorsson YP31I25 - Usually deployed on the right wing, he was our top goalscorer in the league. He was borderline too old and influential to fix. I think I got one or two determination back and he naturally increased professionalism to get to fairly professional, but he got released maybe 3-4 years later as my replacements developed. Daddy
Midseason Update: Seems to be an every other year thing. Able to rotate a bit and still win. Fully expect to be in the top group at the split. Europe Update: Turned out to be a pretty even group. Choked a little the last match at Slovan. A win there would have won us the group. As it was we had to come back from 2-0 to get the draw to finish 2nd. While not the first team to make it to the knockouts from Israel it has only happened once or twice. Shakhtar came from the Champions League where they finished 3rd in a group with Man City and Milan (and Dinamo). Intake Preview: Would love a standout fullback.

We had a horrible start to the new season: The board called me in after the Mansfield match, and gave me a task to pick up some points, and we just couldn't get things to work. I have no idea, since I used the same tactic as last season, and mostly the same players. It just went to hell. I think I might pause the challenge, and try something non-youth only for a while to shake things up...
V50
On 19/05/2022 at 18:00, BustaRaymes said: *FM20* Littlehampton Town 2043-2044 Vanarama National League We dropped down a bit after one or two formation changes too many. Too many midfielders for 4-4-2, too many strikers for 4-2-3-1, not good enough fullbacks for 4-3-1-2 or 5-3-2. We'll have to bounce back or we'll lose our regular playoff spot for too long. Transfers Bassett left with a nice sell-on to Stoke. Played 25 games already in his first season there. Squad McGinty played as a CB most of the season and did well. Will be tough to hold on to him though, as clubs are sniffing around. Mbiyavanga-Domo was great again, even from the left side he bangs in the goals. Youth intake I forgot to screenshot the actual intake day, but we got a few low CA, high PA players. Rasulo-Hancott looks like a nicely rounded player, and more at MC than at AMC. Vos could be a great attacking or even complete wingback. Collies pace is much needed for us. Littlehampton are in the news by me - just got to the final of the FA Vase. One player is a brickie and another a teacher lol
Daddy
It's going to be hard to keep him much longer. Well actually, it just clicked over to Jan 2034 and I have him through 2038 with no release clause. So I can keep him but he'll be miserable

libbyshuss
Argentina Premier Division 2033 (season 12) Season Summary Really disapointing tbh, feels like a real step back. It was all going pretty well as well, after 24 games we were sitting fifth and looking good for another qualification to the libertadores. Amd then this happened.... Sheffield United triggered the release clause for our best midfielder just before that run, which probably didn't help. @XaW's troubles at Folkestone kinda put it into some perspective though - we still qualified for continental football and i still got a job! South America is frutsrating though as it's almost impossible to hold on to your best players so it's a constant cycle of rise and fall. Soon as someone get half decent we can't afford to keep them or they get poached by someone. Ah well. We go again! Players So I was half expecting a small drop in performances as I had to play far more youngsters than I'd like, due to losing a few of the older players. Inconsistency is just one of those things you get to expect with so many young players Pinedo 32A and Pacheco 32B are gonna be great players, but I'm expecting too much from them to be putting in match winning performances week in week out at 17. But they're the best players inthose positions at the minute! Gabriel Benitez 26B stepping up as a good premier league striker is a massive bonus, Emilio Dell'Ollio 26A announcing he want to play for a bigger club with a year left on his contract really isn't. Youth Do those improving youth facilities give us improving youth intakes? Not noticeably, we're still without any wonderkids, and no obvious candidates either a nice preview though! 3 elite talents isn't too shabby either. the pick of the bunch is this fella:- but altogether a really nice set of personalities to be honest Finances and Upgrades Sheffield United offered 3.2m for our star midfielder halfway through the season. He had a 4m rease clasue so i asked for an added 50% sell on. They said no then a week later came back with the 4m to trigger his release clause. So they got him on the cheap but I got a bit of cash and was able to do this:- Career
Popular Post WhiteCat33
Toni Store Jugglers FC – St Vincent & The Grenadines Season 15 2036/2037 SVG Championship Performance League Champion I haven't bothered showing the table for a few seasons and this is why... 73 GD in 18 games; the league is basically just friendlies to stay in shape for the Regional and Continental competitions. Cup Champion Caribbean Club Championship Champions! Group Stage We actually had a tough time in the group stage as we got Waterhouse who are probably the best Jamaican team currently. We lost to them in Jamaica, but were able to blow out the other teams and turn it around when they came to Arnos Vale so we advance on our massive 32 GD in 6 games. Quarter Final Very easy for us. Some surprises in the matches with both AS Capoise and GPS Puerto Rico getting knocked out. Great year for T&T though, with 2 teams in the Semi which is a first as far back as I can remember. Semi Final First Trinidad team wasn't an issue for us, and it looks like Defense force made a major come back to take it to extra time and won the shootout. They actually won the CCC in 2033 Final We actually get to host the final this year! And 4 min in my new favorite striker McLean 14b gets a goal! He then draws a penalty in the 20’ which Ollivierre 03a puts away. Unfortunately in the second half we aren’t as strong and concede a long range shot at the 55’. McLean gets a scrappy goal called back for offside, but just at the end of regulation in the 89’ he completes his brace to retain the CCC for the Club! 3-1! Past Winners North American Champions League We got a tough (but lucrative) draw this year with CF Montreal & Portland Timbers. We pulled off an amazing upset of beating Montreal at home! Sadly Portland was a really good side and we couldn't do it there. A very respectable 3rd. Squad Transfers Starting to clear out players because... Club Improvements WE ARE NOW PROFESIONAL!! Like @glennuk I was not expecting the board to say yes. And at first they didn't saying "People love to root for the underdog". C'mon Shemol, trying to compete with Tigres [11 time champions since 2020] from St Vincent isn't underdog enough? I've gotten basically everyone onto Full Time contracts, with just my GK left who signed a new part time contract at the end of the season (6/20). The big coup was I was able to convince Theon Jeffers 12a to sign a massive 3 + 2 year contract. It took promising to buy players, which I failed but luckily my Captain came in and appeased Jeffers so now he is happy to stay even though MLS clubs want him and he's by far our best player at 19! We also get regional scouting now, which is much needed. Big benefit here will actually being able to build up my staff knowledge more to increase the quality because St Vincent doesn't produce good coaches Youth Academy Youth Intake Youth Intake Squad I’m very happy with 2 legitimately good defensive players! And then 2 potential offensive ones to work up through the youth squads. Malcom Green 15a is already as good as my starting CBs. Realist isn’t the worst personality, but I love that jumping reach and acceleration. Bummer his mental attributes aren’t higher And my first natural LB who is right footed, so an IWB I guess? I’ll probably just re-train him to RB and play him there as my current RB is very slow and with focused training he will be significantly faster. Also worth showing Dequan James 15d as he could become the fastest player on the team as we have no one with Green speed values. Not terribly skilled or smart, but a good personality. Excel & Thoughts Excel Seasons 1-15 We've crossed the first hurdle and gone professional! It's perfect timing as well as I have FOUR 16 year olds that are first team ready and then Jeffers at 19 gives us a lot of young talent ready to actually improve training full time. My next big aim is to win the CCC enough to get us up to 2* reputation, which should hopefully enable me to push for Continental Scouting and hopefully get an American/Mexican affiliate. Till then I'll be watching to see if I can get scouting affiliates in the Caribbean to hopefully get some other islands to draw youngsters from.

Bartrcm
My attempt in St. Kitts & Nevis is put on hold. I just finished 2nd and lost the cup final. Both times St. Pauls was the winner. No message about qualifying for a continental cup. At the start of the new season St. Pauls & Superstars qualified again for the interncontinental cup. Superstars finished 3th in the league and lost in the first round of the cup. New country to choose. Probably go for St. Vincent and Grenadines as I like the colours in the flag and I know that that country don't have any issues. I hope you don't mind I join you @WhiteCat33? Daddy
Split Update: I expect to win the league at this point. Schedule opens up, Europe Depending that is. Plus I play full rotated and even youth squad and still keep advancing in the damn State Cup. If I get knocked out of Europa League I'll try to win it I guess. Europe Update: Won more comfortably than I expected. In fact one of the goals they got was a very strange own goal that a defender did a slide tackle on and the keeper just stared at. This I suspect will be a little tougher. Misc Club Updates: Jan opened and Dortmund came right in. A few other clubs did too, but he went with Dortmund. He had a 3.5 Clause so nothing I could do. Flush with cash, what do I do? Well I no longer need to worry about money so the league bonus for having a low number of foreign players no longer makes a difference. Let's set up some foreign affiliates: Basically every chance I get now I will ask for a new affiliate, new stadium, and more coaches/physio. Far fewer in u19 team but all highest average for every category there too. If transfers were allowed I would massively overpay for a garbage player from the worst team in league just to help bring them up. Money laundering to help build the country. We're rising but not enough to keep those player and set up high enough release clauses to dissuade teams.
JAwtunes
F.C. Lusitanos - Season 17 (38/39) Review An incredible season. We qualified for the group stage of the Champions League again which brought in plenty of money. I thought we might be able to pull off the perfect league season too - we won our first 25 games but in our last 2 games (i continued to play our top players) we lost and drew, so didnt even finish unbeaten. We then played the cup final and won, but were outplayed by Inter. So, despite the domestic double, our form was disappointing towards the end of the season. I am hoping this isn't a sign f things to come at the start of next season (especially after seeing XaW recent experience in England). On The Pitch First Team Spoiler Spoiler High potential youth players League xG table (predicted 71 points (+5)) Spoiler Cup Europe Qualification Group Off The Pitch Youth Intake - described in preview as Golden Generation (5 star) Preview and HoYD Spoiler Managers Player of the Year There are two stand-out players, last years PotY Cristiano Daniel (17 years) and our new super striker Rui Novais (17 years). It was a tough one but it probably has to be Novais given his incredible scoring record this season. Spoiler Special mention for our star player. At 17 he is a monster for Andorra and tbh could do a job in any of the top leagues. Amazing personality and has spent most of his time with a training rating of 10.0! The Manager (apparently I no longer pay 'close attention to youth development'. Bit harsh) Spoiler Andorra (FIFA Ranking 166(+3); 2 Wins, 2 Draws, 1 Loss) Spoiler SUMMARY

By continental you mean the Caribbean Club Championship right? As a second place team you should get two playoff games in like early March or so of the next season to then play an April/may group stage. For the NACL pretty sure it's only the top 4 of the previous CCC and that announcement is in december with games scheduled for February. Guess you have some strong st Kitts teams as I've never seen them make it that far in my save. You're of course welcome to join me in St Vincent but I have to say the league is stupidly easy so unless you have a skin with a simulate button even a short 18 game season would get tedious. Also be prepared to stay semi-pro for a long time. If I was going to start again in the Caribbean I would chose a nation with free movement with their colonial nation. Martinique was my second choice I debated on when starting. That league could be interesting with French leagues and all other French islands loaded. For a larger nation Haiti looks really fun. AS Caproise are solid in my save and have the biggest attendance in the Caribbean (6500 season ticket holders!). They produced a GK good enough that he's now the #2 for PSG which is unreal. Would make for an actual domestic challenge as well as potential to generate some top quality talent.
