Popular Post XaW
XaW - Deutschlandsberger SC - Season 2023/24 (Season 1) - HPYBET 2.liga Squad | Transfers | Finances The first season in these challenges are always a bit on the tough side since the squad is often unbalanced and/or lacking. And the same is true here. A severe lack of good defenders, while at the same time having very good midfielders made me trying really hard to win the battle in midfield and not leave the defenders isolated. And it worked rather well....eventually! We had a horrible first half of the season up until the winter break, where we lost 9 of the 16 matches, only winning 4. This meant we were flirting with the relegation spots, so I changed things during the winter and it had a great effect on the 2nd half of the season. In the 2nd half we were actually the 4th best side, winning 9 of the last 14 games. Slowly we rose up through the league and eventually ended firmly mid-table. We got the intake in March, but the registration window had closed, so the new players couldn't impact anything this season. Still, the next season I get the luxury of having a full bench every game, so I'm looking forward to it, even if we are losing two of our best players to other clubs during the summer. I also manage to get a few improvements accepted. ÖFB Cup: We beat TuS Bad Gleichenberg before we lost to Rheindorf Altach in the 2nd round. U18 Team: Only played friendlies this season. Popular Post libbyshuss
Season Summary Serie A Champions!!!! It didn't look like it after we lost the opening game of the season home to Juventus. But after that, everything clicked and as we headed into December the league table looked like this:- 10 points clear after 16 games is crazy! we couldn't maintain that form but we're able to keep a nice healthy distance between us and the rest. The real test came in April when we were in a little sticky patch and second place Bologna had won 6 in a row. We were 9 points clear but they had 3 games in hand and we had to go to their place. And we won 2-0!!!! I celebrated like we'd won the league! it was pretty much a procession from there on in, although the last 4 games were a little worrying when we lost Lippi 40K and Moscardelli 51A to injury for them. But in the end... Champions League Quite a tough looking start but we made it look easy! The Chelsea/Bratislava games show what happens when I rest Moscardelli the Cercle Brugge result was annoying as it dropped us out the first 8 and meant we had to play in the knockout round Into the knockout rounds! The second leg against Benfica was unbelievable! We were poor in both legs against Liverpool, shows how much work still to do there is. Players Here's the title winning XI! Lorenzo Lippi 40K - really pleased he was around to enjoy our title success! absolute legend! He is now 32, shows no sign of slowing down, and even made it back to the Italy squad. This season was his best, with an average rating of 7.72. Played 50 games during the season with 25 goals, 21 assists. 557 goals in 624 games for us now! Giovanni Moscardelli 51A - Here's the real star though, he's just unbelievable. he even spent the season with middling morale as he wanted to play in better squads/leagues etc throughout the season. Finished second in the balon d'or when he really should have won. Look how good he is! only the 44 goals in 45 games though, needs to up that goal to game ratio! Marco di Gioachinno 48B - slowly became a midfield dynamo, and one of the best in Serie A. Now 24, just won his first Italy cap and valued at 70-77m, he's going to be key if I'm gonna challenge for the Champions League Youth We're still getting excellent previews and golden generation intakes, which is nice. 3 elite talents this time around Best of the bunch is Trovato, who the coaching staff assure me could be as good as Moscardelli. I'd be happy with half as good! Career Time to focus on the Champions League!

Popular Post JLAB
Motor Lublin - Season 10 - Review So first things first, Tomasz Korolczuk was sold to Arsenal for £9M by the chairman, which was an almighty shame. We didn't get any clauses in the deal either, which shows just how short-sighted the chairman actually is. So we have finished our 10th season at Motor Lublin, we might have been knocked out of the Europa League by Rapid Wien, but we finally won the Puchar Polski for the very first time. Our league form was pretty healthy looking too. This was the last trophy I needed before I could claim to have won every single domestic trophy in Poland. Now, I just need to win all three of them in one season. I want to dominate Poland in the future. We did only finish in 6th place this season, but because of our cup win, we've managed to secure a place in the Europa League next season once again. Our youth intake looked like it was going to deliver some promise to us this season as well. It's one of the best we've had in a while. Smalec was the best player to come through in terms of potential ability, I wouldn't be shocked if he became part of the first team sooner rather than later. Michał Żmuda was the CB that I was promised. He has a lot of potential and will be something I have an eye to bring in the next couple of years. Mateusz Kowalski is an exciting RB, giving us yet another option to add to our growing collection. Maciej Flasza is a CM who might not fit what I am looking for immediately. I might need to train him to play as a DM. Jakub Zieliński is another exciting winger who can actually cut inside from both wings, which makes him a very useful talent already. The supporter profile has seen us gain an extra 19.3K followers, which is always a pleasant surprise. The fact that they are mostly core fans instead of fair weather fans makes it even nicer. The board does want us to develop the best youth system in the country sooner rather than later though. In the Build A Nation news, the league has dropped down a position in reputation, but we rose up 70 places in the coefficients, which was lovely stuff indeed. Poland didn't move anywhere in the coefficient standings. JLAB's YAC with Motor Lublin Part 33
Popular Post the_hdk
Polonia Warszawa - The Black Shirts Season 33/34 Players / Transfers So it's been a while as I had to take a break form the save. Tried a save in Egypt but there was no promotion system there so going to wait for Dave to create a league there. Had to stop this one due to getting bored and angry at the loss of our star goaly. Played a few regular season in Netherlands. Either way this was still our best seaosn domestic wise, treble. Finally won the cup!. But in europe we ware set back by about 2 years. DLUGOLECKI (Long Arms) was sold for staggering 30mln! to Middlesborough. His replacement KASPRZYK although having potential in skill he is really a huge step back (4 stars to 2 stars). TOMIC our german-croatian was sold as he just stopped getting better at 3 stars. He was replaced by MICHALSKI who moved form midfield up to the front. GORECKI's min fee was slo met and he went to Hamburg. In midfield we had thus two new players, WELNA & MASLANKA. LAst change was that SIERANT surpussaed our old timer MAJSTEREK as first team CD. So we now have a 100% regen 1st eleven. The sale of our golay cost us in europe and we lost in knock out round to JUVENTUS. Napoli with championship is curious. Also Arsenal and Viera with their second champions league win. And for first time in eight years we see a different Ballon d'Or winner than MBAPPE or HAALAND in Dean MARTIN from Scotland. Our Training facilities got degraded but we started working on upgrades. We nearly had a new owner...but sadly its not going to be true. I was curious what country was looking to buy us but I couldn't find any info. Sale of GORECKI for a bit more than 13mln. Booooo! the sale of our goaly on deadline day. He made his debut for Poland aswell shortly after. Class of MOREAUX '34. MEh class. Only one elite...and teh star is not even Elite. Also one foriegn player due to our affiliation with Sarajevo. JONDA has potential and is Driven. Could be the replacement for KASPRZYK in time. MARCINIAK. Horrible finishing. Dude needs alot of work to actually make it into the first team, but he has elite potential. With decent Determination he might do it.

Popular Post Neo_Geo
More Youth Details (Preview and Intake Top 5) Spoiler Season Review A great first season in the top flight, never really in any danger of the drop and to miss out on Europe by 1 place was tough to take because it might have made the difference between keeping my star player Josef Mašlej and selling him (last year of contract and I was in the red until sponsorship money came in). We shouldn't really be running the youth facilities at this level with the income we have but I'm hoping I can keep afloat with a few sales here and there whilst we steadily get attendances up. The cup was again a 3rd round exit at the hands of a first division club so no signs of progress there. We had our first NxGn entry this season with Cisar (Elite2) who ended up being the Young Czech Player of the Year as well: In terms of the intake this season Didenko (Elite3) has already played towards the end of the season as Kodad is no longer a first choice at centreback. None of the other players have featured as of yet but I have moved Ali Oner (Elite3) into the top squad too. This season is going to be interesting because I really only had Mašlej on the right and 2 of the 3 AMR/L back-ups have left the club so I'm dabbling with a 4-4-2 diamond narrow and retrain Adamec (Elite2) into an advanced forward who stays wider and crosses more often to Cisar. If I'm lucky it'll work, if not I'll have to play one of the back ups at AMR and hope for some promising youths as I'm not convinced by the ones I have at the club already. Interestingly as the season came to a close I got this news item: It usually doesn't come to anything and even if it does I've never seen it happen with any kind of investment but the floating the club on the stock market is an interesting twist to this. I'll post any updates on this before the next full season update. Edited January 25, 2023 by Neo_Geo
Popular Post officiallydeej
Chernomorets 1919 Burgas - Season 2025/26 Season Review Following the great escape of 2025 this was a much calmer and more successful season, though I was still left wondering what could have been. We flew out of the traps and after 15 games were in third place and only 1 point behind Ludogorets at the top of the table. Our form fell off a cliff after the winter break as injuries and fatigue took hold but we had plenty of points on the board and were able to secure a top half finish. That put us into the middle group of the three way split in which the team finishing first gets a swing at a Europa Conference League playoff against one of the top group. We were no match for Cherno More but finishing second and 8th overall was a huge step forward from our first season at this level. In a reversal on last season we were poor in the cup this time out, limping past non-league Sportist Svoge 1-0 after extra time before being thumped 4-1 by Botev Plovdiv in the second round. Domovchiyski 24a is easily our best youth player and already rated as the best player at the club by some distance. I have a clause to renew his contract for another 3 years but having already been capped by the Bulgaria U21s at just 18 and the full national team manager turning out to watch him I expect it's going to be tough to hold onto him. My assistant seems to think he still has a lot of room to grow but his development has tailed off in the last few months so he may have already developed as much as he can in the Bulgarian leagues. Under 19s Our Under 19s are absolutely dominant in Bulgarian age group football, winning the top tier title for the second season in a row after winning promotion from the second tier at the same time as the first team. Even the top academies in the country are no match for them, with 4 or 5 of them now knocking on the door of the first team. A small caveat is that Ludogorets top youngsters play in the second tier of the men's league but I honestly think our Under 19s would roll over Ludogorets II as well. I don't always pay attention to the progress of my academy team in terms of results but this really does bode well for the next few seasons. Youth Intake Lots to like here again with another three 5* potential players. It's a shame two play in the same position but I intend to switch Asenov over to the right so that his pathway to the first team isn't blocked too much by Goshev. I find it notoriously difficult in youth only saves to know when to pull the trigger and switch goalkeepers from my original to an academy graduate but Apostolov is not far behind our current number one already. Other No upgrades this year as we slid ever so slowly into the red but with wages still low and so many quality players coming through I'm not too concerned. I did manage to negotiate another two coaching badges and am currently studying for me Continental C licence. No-one left this season other than retirements and I haven't come under enormous pressure to sell anyone yet, let's hope it stays that way.
Popular Post grff
Royale Union Tubize-Braine: 2050/51 Season Review A pivotal season in the save as I wasn't sure whether to continue with things due to lack of progress in Europe, however, we managed our best CL finish yet as we made it to the semi-finals before losing to eventual winners Liverpool (they beat Sunderland in the final ). Domestically we won our 10th straight league title but it wasn't a procession like in recent times. A cup win secure a domestic double. Our player stats were decent as usual. We've had a change in goal as our record appearance maker retired after 650 first team games. Our star striker continued to bang in the goals at the age of 36yo. I suspect the upcoming season will be his last. Youth intake wasn't great except for a promising looking left-back. Popular Post ludak
ND Dravinja Slovenske Konjice Season V Squad I Transfers I Finances Some players had to be sold to earn some money, and we also sold two of the percentages for 111k and 151k, and we managed to stay afloat. We were terrible really, but that doesn't matter, as we only wanted to stay in the league. It came as a surprise but I was happy, it's our biggest achievement so far! As our recruitment got improved again I guess we're up for another golden generation next year. The goals remain the same, sell some players, earn cash and stay in the league. Popular Post CameronFM
Szolnoki MÁV FC Season 2026/27 League | Cup | Squad | Transfers | Finances A consistent start to the season. A colossal drop off in form during the season. A consistent return following Christmas. A rollercoaster of an ending. But we done it. Szolnoki MÁV are going back to the top-flight after clinching promotion on the final day. 16 years since they were last in the division. A huge year for the club! Youth Intake 2027 A disappointing intake in my eyes, as the players on offer don't appear to be on the same level as past intakes. A lot of people would dream of 5 intakes, but a lot of work to be done. All in all, a poor intake as we only signed 7 from this (I forgot to update the Youth Tracker with the full in-take. As a result, only the 7 signed form updates this season.) Spoiler The trio of Ádrian Schimmer, Balász Garancsi & András Halmosi were ever present this season, only coming off the bench 4 times amongst them through fitness concerns. Schimmer actually performed to a lower standard than last season, but now that he has broken into the team I would expect this to improve in time. Garancsi continued to be the presence in the middle of the park in his box-to-box role, but goal contributions were down. Finally, Halmosi. No goals this season from midfield, but matches his 7 assists from last season. All round performance was better as he records an average rating of 7.09. 2024 intake player Donát Bodnár broke through into the team this year, but his development was hampered with injuries throughout. 15 appearances throughout the season is impressive for the 18-year-old, and he is just getting better and better with each passing week. A great player to have around the club. Edited January 25, 2023 by CameronFM Hyperlinks didn't pull through
Popular Post Daddy
2024/25 Season Review: Promotion secured, but it was fairly competitive. Towards the end a few teams fell off pace, and Rishon was never catchable. I would not have been surprised to have fallen to 3rd again and had to spend another season, but fortunately we held on and are moving up. Another good season of upgrades. The stadium is also being expanded. Youth Intake: A really strong intake! A couple players between the last two intakes are on senior squad and will see some time. With so many players coming in at a decent current ability I think they'll push for time quickly. 2025/26 Season Preview: I've decided to make the third a unique kit instead of plain or a different color variant of the primary/secondary. I don't even know if it's used too often. Clearly not much is expected, but from having played some of these teams in State Cup last year and the Toto Cup this year I'm pretty confident we'll be safe from relegation.
Popular Post Cultured Left Foot
If you'd like to follow along in more detail, this is Youth Challenge is being run as a video series on my YouTube Channel : http://www.youtube.com/c/culturedleftfoot SEASON 11 REVIEW - EFL LEAGUE TWO In a season that completely beat all my expectations, Guiseley near achieved the unthinkable of back to back promotions. First off though, we had another youth player poached before they had even reached our academy and that was Matty Baker. Judging by our Assistant Manager's recommendations, he's never really going to make it, so this is one I'm not too upset about. Another negative is the clubs finance, which are getting worse and worse every month now that we have turned professional. Its a really struggle for the board to inject any cash... So, we've had to start to consider selling some of our better players to league rivals and even the league above. Local "rivals" Bradford took a punt on our highest wage earner and one of best players. But we got a decent deal for Tony Hogan. He was one appearance shy of making 200. He makes the step up the League One and was getting game time for Bradford, even though he is struggling to match his form that he showed for us. Also, not helping the finances at all is the fact we had to take a loan to upgrade the stadium - in the long run, this will be great as its more money through gate recipets. But at the moment, its killing the finances! But the season as a whole was an outstanding success, even if we did fail in the playoffs. To come up from the National League and achieve a play-off spot was incredible for out first season int he Football League and our first season as a professional club! Shrewsbury did beat us in the playoffs, but it was good to see the crowds flooding into Nethermoor in our newly expanded stadium to see that lads push so hard. The Season was a struggle in front of goal, which made it even more remarkable that we got into the playoffs! And it wasn't all bad... we did get some very handy money as part of the football leagues solidarity payments. The youth intake for Season Eleven as also pretty decent, with a number of good and elite talents that will help the first team squad next year with the stand out being Ben Spence in goal, who is likely to come straight in as understudy to our current first choice GK. And finally, there was more success for the U18s as they wone the Youth Alliance Cup (again!) We are heading into Season 12 full of confidence and hoping to make a march for the automatic promotion spots (or at least the playoffs again!). Onto Season 12 we go. WISH US LUCK ! I went 10 seasons in Hungary and my U19s team never got an invite. There's only a set number of teams so I believe it relies on one of the existing teams opting to withdraw their team (usually for financial reasons or if they drop out of the playable leagues) for your team to get an invite. It's random so it can take 1 season or 30 I guess.

Popular Post ludak
ND Dravinja Slovenske Konjice Season VI Squad I Transfers I Finances Oh man what a season this was! We started the league with 5-1-1 score, and it seemed it was our time to finish in the top for the first time in 6 seasons, but in the spring part we we're starting to drop slowly, and I was already set for a 7th place finish and was OK with it, but as luck would have it we turned it around and managed a high second place finish! The second place leads to a playoff with the 9th team in the first league, which was Radomlje this year, and they have a better team. I wouldn't have been mad if we stayed in this league. When they scored the goal in the first game I was worried that we wont make it, but a solid performance from our goalie is what kept us alive and we got it! I guess this is the year I could finally post some of the players, as they are becoming good. Fekonja Pučko Zajc Curk Chambers-Holmes The Englishman is looking better and better. I do hope that a championship team comes to pick him up! Popular Post Neo_Geo
Youth Intake Preview Youth Intake Top 5 (I put the above on Imgur given I had my season updates flagged for approval since I added the intake top 5) Season Review So the season started off badly with David Cisar (Elite2) kicking up a stink about playing with better players, he had some support and I just didn't want to get involved with that again. I moved him to U19s to "cool off" but had to bring him back to play as we struggled for early season form, he scored and then Sparta Prague made an offer (not a great one it was just over £1m with money after minimum appearances, goals and a 40% sell on clause for profit from next transfer). So I let him go and we have struggled for goals this season with only 36 (one a game) but fortunately our defence was much stronger conceding only 27 so we got lots of narrow wins and losses. However, we did win the FA Cup with a true FM special, two rather fortuitous goals against Sparta (the last was a belter, IWB Leixner cuts inside and beats two players and shoots from outside the box and here is me thinking "That's curling into the far post" then it hits a defender "Oh great", but there is our old reliable Kubusek to be the quickest to react and fire it home then we withstand pressure for the last 5 mins to hold on for the club's first ever FA Cup win. That win gets us into the Europa League League Path Qualifying Round 2 and also we play Spartka Trnava in the Slovakian Super Cup! The sales of Maslej and Cissar definitely helped financially but we are still in the same sort of trajectory so I'm super pleased that we are in Europe as there is the potential for lots more income. On the squad front I have Strnad (Elite1) and Adamec (Elite2) both wanting to play with better players (the former is contracted for the next 2 seasons the latter is just 1 so I may have to look to move Adamec on if I want to get any money for him). The worry for me is I tried a different formation and it just didn't really click, so if I sell Adamec I have very few options in the AMR/L positions. Perhaps I will just hold onto Adamec if we progress enough in Europe and just hope he comes round to discussing a new contract. This is probably the most crucial season of the save (excluding the first as that's always the toughest).

JLAB
Motor Lublin - Season 11 - Preview Going into our 11th season at Motor Lublin, I felt that winning the cup last season was going to give us the platform that I was hoping would allow us to win our 3rd league title in 6 seasons, and our first league title in 4 seasons. Could we finally break our duck? If we were to try and win our 3rd league title, I wouldn't be shocked if we didn't do it with Michał Jaros no longer at the club. I've somehow managed to get his transfer value up to £15M and he wants to leave the club. He has 16 other clubs after his signature, so I am hoping to get around £20M from a club to sign him. Will we get it though? Robert Kowalski finally broke the 100 league goals barrier last season and my ambition with him is for him to break the all-time record of 186 goals in the Ekstraklasa in his career at the club. It does rely on him staying with us to pull it off though. The last of the 3 major players at the club is Maksymilian Bolek, who has become our main DM at the club now. I feel that the club is now attractive enough in both reputation and ability for the players we are producing to want to stay at the club. In the Europa League qualifying rounds, we have been given a tie against Orijent 1919, and I believe we should do quite well here. If you want to have a look at all of my players, my latest video goes over almost all of the players that have made it into the squad planner that I feel will get some game time at one point or another. WhiteCat33
@The7Striker & @ludak I've been catching up on your Slovenian adventures after being off the forums for a couple weeks, happy to see you both tackling what I found to be a satisfying nation to play. 7striker I remember that pain at the start with the U-17 rules, but I used a lower-league database that was 4-5 tiers so it wasn't as painful to build up the team depth against easy opposition. Totally get if only having 8 viable players for Y2 kills the enjoyment for you. Congrats on the promotion to the top-flight ludak! I'll be interested to see how strong the clubs get for you, IRC I had to do my 'trial free agents' strategy to coax many of the clubs to buy foreign players. I've played 2 more seasons in LUX just haven't taken the time to put together my posts. We've got a big snowstorm here today, so should have plenty of time to catch everyone up on the new Golden Generation of Portuguese players in Luxembourg as my youth academy has finally begun delivering some consistently awesome intakes. This new crop of talent has kept me interested in the save even though I'm frustrated with the domestic situation. Especially when we got our first NxGn player who is #5 at only 16! The issue I've had in LUX is due to how Timo did the league registration rules combined with the transfer preferences of clubs and I figure is worth mentioning for others who might use one of their DBs or other smaller European nations who have mostly amateur clubs. When you use an edited DB for a non-playable nation the game doesn't have hard caps on TV Revenue for the league. So unlike what @JAwtunes has experienced in Wales with a permanent hard cap on TV Revenue after about 20 seasons (at least in LUX) the soft cap put in by the moder expires and the game generates a new TV Deal based on the league reputation. For LUX that meant going from like $100-250k p/y to initially $4.5M p/y and is now up to $6.5M p/y. The result was instead of just the top 3 clubs being professional and having some money everyone was rolling in large bank balances. This would be great for a lenient league on HG talent, but Luxembourg requires 9 players in the lineup to be homegrown and if you don't have enough you have to remove substitute players to match. Unfortunately, I'm using Timo's initial DB that only lets you select 5 bench players with 3 substitutions allowed (they upped to the 5 substitute rules common now in most leagues with I think a 9 player bench which might "solve" this). Additionally, the way the registration is you have to register any player you want to use (no free U21 HG players like in England) and the registration rules don't have any reference to homegrown players, just a maximum of 9 foreign players. However, Portuguese & French players count as domestic so the AI loads up the teams with all transferred-in players without a preference to hold onto any of their decent home-grown players as they don't think about game-day rules only registration requirements. They also don't register their U21 players so inevitably all the teams end up not being able to fill their bench with players because there are like 3-5 HG players in their 35 player first team squads. Thus they will have multiple players not playing and everyone upset because of playtime even with rotation (which the AI does poorly) . I do my best to bring in every free agent 18 year old on trial to hopefully get a couple signed into clubs and developed long enough to be HG but really they don't take that many. It just makes winning the league hollow even if I handicap myself and only use 1 sub a game because I know the AI teams can't perform as they should.
Popular Post the_hdk
Polonia Warszawa - The Black Shirts Season 34/35 Players / Transfers A very eventfull season. We lost alot of players. But still managed to keep the run going. Even did better in europe than I expected. First we lost WYROBA and KOCHANEK in the defense. Both went to the Premier League. DURICA stepped in at center defense, he even picked up a cap for Slovakia. BRODZINSKI is the new LB but not even close in quality. SIERANT on the other hand in the back became our second Wonderkid with 5 star ability and 7 caps for poland at age 19. Halve of europe wants him but I got him on long contract and quite high min fee. Also we got a new stadium this year. It's already maxed out so I hope we can get an upgrade. The other two losses ware in the attack. MICHALSKI had many choices but in the end he choose ARSENAL and won his champions league right away. Really a record transfer of 56mln. But who cares we have 400mln in the bank. We need players. Also NANA decided to leave halfway the year in the winter to germany for 39mln. Two youngsters replaced them, SOLOMON (another Nigerian origin player, altough he seems to have chosen the patch for Poland, nice!) and GALFANO the Italian. I would have prefered two more seasons for them to ripe in the youth league but it is what it is. I'm managing to give much higher contracts and absurd min fee amounts now so I should see less players picked off in future. Arsenal and Viera with second CL in a row. And Monaco and Newcastle picking up championships is interesting. Feyenoord with a cup! Get in! CAMAVINGA with his first Ballon d'Or. New stadium! NANA to Gladbach. True Icon for the club. The Lover, decent transfer to Premier League. Low fee but he deserved the next step. Monster sale of MICHALSKI , our first wonderkid. Just shy of 100 games. Here the profile. Not that impressed by his the stats TBH. Thats why I didn't think very high of him. Not really a midfielder not really a striker. Class of MERIEUX '35 was decent. Signed only the elite as the rest was crap. No foreign intake this year sadly. KWIECIEN (April) seems like a beast to be. Resolute! High determination and work rate. Amazing teamwork. Uhhh this might be something. SZYMCZAK also seems great. Already good finishing. Great work rate. Could a another future starters.

With regards to the previous post about HG issues I've done my best to send players to domestic clubs, but a couple have gone to the middle east due to having too high of wages/reputation for the interested clubs domestically. Spoiler Competitions: Champions League Well, young players couldn't handle the pressure with I think our worst loss of the save when we went to Camp Nou and an equally demoralizing loss against Inter. At least we ended it with a draw against Hertha Berlin, which isn't half bad. Spoiler Cup Poor Semi-Final performance losing to Differdange who at least are a top 4 club now. Spoiler League 8th Title in 14 years for us and it ended up not being as lose as I expected as Swift Hesperange fell apart at the end of the season. We are regaining a strong GD even if we are dropping points Spoiler Youth Academy: Youth Intake Preview Another Golden Generation Spoiler Youth Intake Another great intake! Its amazing how it was bad for so long and we are on a streak now. Also this is a stupid amount of either-footed players in my elite talents. Spoiler Best Prospects Spoiler Obviously we have to start with Ricardo Ferreira who could become amazing if he develops (slightly spoild this with him being in the NxGn after just 1 year). His 1 strength is worrying, I hope he doesn’t become injury prone (so far so good). On the other wing we have a good personality and speed winger Crucially we have a GK prospect who really doesn’t have good current ability but hopefully can develop well And we have a bad personality DLP, but you never know Poached Player Bayer Leverkusen poached what might be a decent CD Spoiler Best XI Spoiler Youth Products Highlights Saving for the 2nd season update to show the full young talent Club Infrastructure While I've had affiliates for 6 years now I haven't gotten a single foreign player, I think it has to do with how the club only brings in Portuguese players. Thus, when I lost my Romanian affiliate I replaced it with the best Portuguese team I could convince to be our affiliate. Not ideal down in the 4th tier but hopefully this will be helpful in increasing our intake quality. Not technically infrastructure but we got invited to a pre-season tour in England. Not the highest teams, but this should be a positive for reputation / comercial revenue Spoiler Luxembourg Spoiler Thoughts Year 1 of the rebuild went fairly well domestically even if Europe was pretty bad. Popular Post XaW
XaW - Deutschlandsberger SC - Season 2025/26 (Season 3) - HPYBET 2.liga Squad | Transfers | Finances A better season this time around. We are still conceding too many goals, but it mostly seems to happen when we concede early. So very often we won 3-0 and then lost 0-3 and so on. So very few close matches really. As usual, Leifering aka Red Bull Juniors ran away with things to a crazy degree, so I cannot see us ever winning the title. It's more a fight for the 2nd spot and promotion. The most important thing that happened this season was this: We are finally going to be one of the professional teams! Most of the teams in the league are, and I think this will really help us kick on! I also manage to get another improvement accepted. Popular Post libbyshuss
Season Summary Ridiculously good in the league, winning 18 out of our first 20 games. We were miles ahead all season, which was nice as it meant we could focus on the Champions League. So how did it go? Champions League league stage A much harder set of fixtures this time around. Leeds have won 12 out of the last 15 Premier League titles and 2 out of the last 3 Champions Leagues. They are scary good! A pleasing set of results, except for that last game. A win would have sent us straight into the last 16 but as it was we had to go into the play-offs Champions League Knock Out Rounds An amazing run! Playing 3 Spanish sides was interesting and to be honest none of them got near us. Leeds were a different proposition though. Honestly it's nuts how good they are! Players The key was Giovanni Moscardelli 51A again. He's seriously good! trouble is he only has 2 years left on his contract and has refused to sign a new one for the last 3 years. It's gonna be a miracle to get him to stay i think. Trouble is, if he does go I think my save is over. How can I carry on without him? So...maybe only 2 more seasons to try and complete the challenge! Youth Only the one elite talent this season. Could he be as good as Moscardelli? Unlikely, but he does look pretty good. Wonderkids I got another one! Finances and Upgrades They let me max out my youth facilities! wahey! Career

In the knockout we made some very bad defensive errors in the first leg against Sevilla, which I blame on it being right after the transfer window turned both my CBs extremely angry I wouldn't sell them. Oh well, rinse and repeat next year with even more young talent on the way. Spoiler Best Prospects Spoiler Best XI Spoiler Poached Player Dortmund took what could be an unbelievable CB making it 2 CBs in 2 years poached. It's already difficult to hold onto the CBs who regularly get 10-12M bids during transfer windows. I'm scared about Ricardo Ferreira 31a. Completely either-footed, pacy with technique it will be almost impossible to hold onto this talent. If we look at our 5* PA players still developing 3 come out of our new intake leaving us Victor Quinteira 31c at CM as a playmaker & Silvino Semedo 31d at RM (and Cape Verdian!) Both will get significant gametime next year as I shift some under-developing subs out on loan. We then have a multitude of 4 - 4.5* PA players with a mix of rotation players who haven't quite developed, and some fresh players looking to be promoted. We are seeing a good number of these players getting into youth sides, and I expect to see more with this most recent intake. Popular Post Neo_Geo
Intake Top 5 Season Review I thought this season was it, I was already thinking where am I going to next as we went on an awful streak of results in the first half of the season leaving us bottom of the league at the mid-season break. We had a 5-0 loss to Sparta Prague with the players offering a refund to the fans, I had manager support in the red, morale way in the red and it seemed there was no end to it. The break came at the right point and it allowed my tired squad to get fit once more and with Europe and the FA Cup no longer part of our schedule we could focus on getting consistent starting Xis in the league and it resulted in us not only surviving but ending up winners of the play-off stage (7th thru 10th play-off in semi final then final and the winner I think gets a bye in the FA Cup next year to 3rd round). We did also manage to win the Czech-Slovak Super Cup against Trnava (who we played in the Europa Qualifiers shortly after this game). It was pretty comfortable with a 3-0 win to add to our trophy cabinet, I thought we were in for a great season...... The trouble all started with the sale of Adamec (Elite2) to Man Utd after he made it clear he wanted to leave, he was never going to sign a deal and I wasn't confident of getting into European Group Stages (of Europa or Conference) so I offered him out for £2m and Man Utd came in, no sell on though which was disappointing but in my Chiasso save a number of these players didn't move or their contract expired so it might not be too bad. Also in his last match he scored the hat-trick against AEK to get us into the Playoff round meaning we were at least in the Europa Conference Group. So this meant a decision had to be made, go back to playing one of the original players (now 28) who was only 3 star current ability or change formation. I opted for the latter and initially started with a 4-4-2 diamond narrow but results in the league (despite an opening day 2-0 win against Lisen) were not good as we lost the next 5 games conceding 11 goals in the process. We got a win against Slovacko then another 5 games without a win (2 draws and 3 defeats). Needless to say something had to give and I ended up changing to a 5-2-1-2 WB as I had Didenko (Elite3), Marek (Elite4) and also Ertas (Elite3) who had been on loan in Turkey last season and had progressed nicely. The results were still bad and we fell to the bottom of the league. I made a few tweaks to the tactics over the break and pushed low block to a mid block and the line of engagement to standard as well as just saying "to hell with it" and going positive for each match rather than changing it every game. It started to take effect 3 games after the break (by this point we were on a 7 game winless streak including the 5-0 loss to Sparta Prague with board and supporters rating me as a C at this point) however we went on a 6 game unbeaten run with 4 wins and 2 draws, after that loss we then went unbeaten to the season end.....it was quite the sprint finish and it gives me a bit of hope for next season. The one big worry for me is Didenko (Elite3) is now wanted by Liverpool, PSG, Inter and Juventus so there is little chance he will be here after the summer window. He's contracted fore the next 3 seasons so I should be able to get a good deal, the worry is who will replace him in my 3 man CB formation! League Results During this season we also saw a takeover of the club but no investment (shock horror) however they did want to focus on developing youth at the club whilst the old regime wanted us to sign players. Everything off the park is going quite well with improvement to training facilities this year thanks to the sale of Adamec and European money and we are still over £4m for the new season. The intake wasn't great this year and I think only the right back will be of any immediate use, will just have to monitor the others' progress in the U19s or on loan. I expect another fairly tough year but it shouldn't be as tough as this season given fewer fixtures without Europe. It gave us a financial shot in the arm but it wreaked havoc with my players' fitness levels. I need to look at improving my sports scientists and physios I think.
Popular Post AlwaysNalah
Hey All I posted a couple of years ago, but as 25 year FM player fell out with the game for a while and moved over to OOTP and immersed myself in baseball, which has taken a few years to get to grips with. A couple of years of work priorities taking over and having a low self belief/determination personality have dragged me down (call it a midlife crisis!). Having rekindled my love of FM, I have been playing a lot of FM17 recently and doing the youth challenge with Kettering, but wanted to jump back into the fray. I love the Fm 15-17 interface and ease of use and found the newer games a bit bloated compared, but am jumping back in on 22 to see how it goes. = One of my first saves back was in the Togo leagues so wanted to try an African save, with the knowledge it will very difficult to complete, but f un none the less. With a complete lack of money even in the higher levels to improve anything I will be focusing on personalities and culling very strict those that dont have at least a neutral. Watching Lokis save, this may not be doable unless we get promoted fairly quickly as we could lose our entire team every year. I have all African leagues from Timo loaded (no Togo!) on view only apart from.... I had a lot of choices with 8 Div 3 divisions, and finishing bottom, Hotspurs, West Ham and the mighty Juventus. I thought last seasons 10th placed finish was a overachievement, and I think this season has proven me right. We started well, and sat 10th after 10 games but then we sort of just plodded along for the remaining 28 games. We never looked in danger of going down, and secured safety with 3 games remaining, which in theory is the main aim at this point in the save, however we also never really looked like challenging for a top half spot like last year. Hopefully we can kick on next year. Squad Squad Transfers Best 11 We have a fully settled first 11 now and its really about developing the youngsters coming through. Rooney 37c - Has started to really compete for the starting RB role. Cook 37b - Is our star man and looks set to sign a new 5 year deal this summer. Jewell 33d - Does his job but I don't see him improving much more sadly. Davies 41e - One of those on the cusp of the first team, I need to make a choice on loaning him out for a season this summer. Fisher 43b - Has made a few appearances this season and I am hopeful he can develop well. Lee 43d - Another youngster who has done ok when needed this season, needs to improve in the final third. Mastacaneanu 43a - Came into the team due to an injury to Mead and I am very positive on his future. Youth Development Preview Intake Personalities A really nice preview lead to a good intake, depending how you look on it. We have decent enough options in all positions, so rather than depth, I am now looking for a stand out player rather than 3 or 4 decent/good ones, this year we have exactly that. Owen 44a looks a real prospect and has already made 3 first team appearances. Harris 44b is the other elite talent where as I like the look of Forbes 44c and think he could go on to be of some use for us. Owen 44a Harris 44b Forbes 44c Finances and Facilities Finances Facilities Another solid year and we are now just 12 months away from moving into our new stadium. We still have no option to upgrade the youth facilities though and the current general manager has won another 2 year term this past December so we may have to wait another 18 months before we can even request it. Other Overall Best 11 Club Records We have had numerous job offers throughout the save, but this summer got our first from National sides with both England and Spain offering me the reigns. We also have our first regen Staff Member. Mcdermott 24c came through the 2024 intake and went on to make 546 appearances for us, scoring 73 and assisting 103 goals during his time, he also captained the side for a good decade and now starts his coaching career with us. Elsewhere, class of 2030 member Jason Brook picked up the Oceania Footballer Of The Year Award. He left the club in 2035 and moved around England before settling in the MLS and has really done well there, We also had our 6th Player Poached from the academy. I hadn't took much notice until I checked the Transfer Clauses section. None look particularly good so I cant say I am too bothered at the moment,
AlwaysNalah
The 3rd Tier of Ghana is very interesting, over 100 teams plus multiple 2nd tier leagues. The 3rd tier has amateur teams (us), semi pro and pro teams along with all the famous academies we were constantly raiding in my Togo save. We were predicted to finish 102nd but it means nothing. Teams at this level get decimated overnight, lose 6 or 7 players and dont promote the youth players up for whatever reason. To start i trimmed the squad of all the 24+ 1 stars and the worst personalities which left me with a very young team but a promising start

Good luck and welcome back! I also love OOTP!
Popular Post grff
Royale Union Tubize-Braine: 2050/51 Season Review Another season where we dominated domestically but fell short in Europe. We clinched our 11th league title in a row and added another Belgian Cup to our collection. Our CL journey ended in the round of 16 as we were well outclassed by Bayern Munich. Player stats were pleasing once again. One bit of big news is that our stat striker has finally retired. His biography and achievements is quite something Youth intake wasn't too bad as we took on a couple of decent strikers and a full back. What's 'trial free agents' strategy? You bring a lot of players on trial so that others can scout them? Yes exactly that. When you play in a small nation like Luxembourg and the teams are all Semi-Professional they won't scout outside the nation for players. When you bring a player in on trial they switch to being 'in nation' so the teams in your league will actually consider them as transfer targets and in many cases sign them. Now my issue is that since the teams are all professional and have lots of money they look for too many old foreign players so will have no HG players in the squad to be able to fill a bench due to registration requirements. Because of this I search this on January 1st & July 1st when lots of contracts expire: Since I'm still a couple months from Jan 1st there's just some residual junk floating around. Since my club is filthy rich I pay for Worldwide data and have scouts searching all the playable nations (Germany, Portugal, France & Belgium) as well as each European region. Is it efficient/ideal? No, but I don't really want to spend time on it and it generates sufficent players. Spoiler Then I bring in all the free agent youngsters and usually get half of the teams to bring in a player or two. Then it's a coin flip if they loan them domestically or back to the home country. Obviously, since these are free agent 18-year-olds they aren't world beaters by any means, but you start ending up with depth players like these in the squads around the country: Spoiler Which, aren't better than what the team would find on their own but count as HG so they can start to "sometimes" have bench players in games. In a few rare cases you find players released by top academies who join squads becoming better than the average domestic player but still they aren't game changers: Spoiler One big reason I feel like I need to do this is because when players get poached in game they don't get any HGN even though (IMO) I think they should at least get some days towards it. This is the case for all my poached players and for the many poached LUX players that go to Germany, France & Portugal. The AI seems to bring these players back just too late so they won't qualify for HGN status like Tun Le Conte here who Rosport (yo-yo side) brought back to LUX at 19: Spoiler In my head if the AI actually recognized it needed so many HG players they would make these kinds of transfers a year earlier to return talent to the country and fill out the squad properly. The players I help them find is to simulate what should be happening naturally. And this just makes them more difficult domestically, as in Europe they will register sufficient youth players for the squad rules and will play all their foreign players who are usually better. In other news: ASL PORTO have their first Portugal International!!! This was one of the big goals of this whole wacky save idea. Only took 29 intakes to generate one...but I have a feeling I'll get another one or two out of the current golden generation. The board have allowed me to reject bids up to 22M so far, but now that he has a CAP I expect the battle for his signature abroad to intensify. He's basically a perfect depth defensive player for any team and he still has potential to develop more, which will make hanging onto him a nightmare... officiallydeej
Chernomorets 1919 Burgas - 2026-27 Season Season Review An improvement on last season making the Championship Group after the split for the first time but yet again I was left wondering what might have been after our form fell off a cliff in the last third of the season. At the end of January we were in third place and only two points off the top of the table but only 3 wins in our last 16 games meant we fell away and ended 28 points behind eventual winners Ludogorets. The average age of my first team is coming down rapidly and I am guessing the end of season drops are a mix of younger players generally being inconsistent and fatigue but hopefully next season if we start well we can kick on and really challenge for the European places. We had another fairly short cup run this season, beating Etar 1-0 in round one before being knocked out 2-1 away to Cherno More Varna. Plenty more academy graduate in and around the first team now especially in our back four. Domovchiyski asked to leave after I turned down a bid from CSKA Sofia, I agreed to sell him if someone offered £2m (he's not worth anywhere near that) and as no bids came in he calmed down after the transfer window. Dolapchiev was our top scorer again with 19 goals but after Christmas both his form and attributes declined rapidly, leading me to call Manev back from a loan spell. He is a big, traditional number 9 and will be leading the line for us next season. Under 19s An unbeaten and completely dominant season for our U19s. I often pulled players out at short notice to help deal with injury and suspension but they seem to have endless reserves of talent far beyond any other team in Bulgaria. They racked up a total of 111 goals with the highlight being a 12-0 demolition of Bulgarian super club Ludogorets. We haven't actually beaten them at first team level yet as they have the advantage of being able to bring in ageing stars from Western Europe but I feel my academy players will soon have something to say about that. Youth Intake A decent intake with a mixed bag of personalities. Petrov 27a looks a good player and already has excellent mentals but I don't currently play with an attacking midfield so I need to consider how I'm going to fit him in. Staykov 27b is a lovely finisher but incredibly slow and also very weak. He has a lot of work to do if he's ever going to break into the first team but at 5* potential hopefully he has room to grow. Finances & Transfers Still sliding gradually into the red meaning no facilities upgrades but still no major cause for concern. The chairman wants out but so far 4 takeover deals have collapsed after entering the final embargo stage. Hopefully when someone does pass the Fit & Proper Persons test they bring a wallet full of cash with them. I started to offer out some of the 2024 graduates who had slipped down the pecking order over time and was happy to move three players out for free to try and slim down our bloated U19s team.
