Popular Post _JHTB_
Ilkeston Town - Season 1 Transfers -- Squad -- League I’ve completed a first season with Ilkeston generally, a pretty strong season with us managing to even get into the playoffs on the last game of the season. Unfortunately we bowed out in the first match up in the playoffs which, in itself was a massive overachievement but we were the better team in the tie so should aught to have at least gone one stage further. My starting squad was pretty well balanced every position we managed to at least have a player who could act as back up. From the starting squad the stand out player was Jadel Musanhu who I was fortunate to have as his contract expired a week after I took charge and he won’t sign a new one. Rhys Davies was a helpful player to start off with as well, a pretty decent goalkeeper for the level and one who eventually agreed to a new contract. Youth Intake Since taking charge the board has not granted me any requests so I wasn’t really expecting anything much from this intake other than bodies to add depth to the squad. It was a decent spread of players in position terms with a few players who look decent enough. Per Van Der Molen 1 – Technically he is not that bad, great handling and reflexes with one on ones not terribly low but he does have some areas to work on. A good personality is a bonus, he’ll start in the cups next season and hopefully will develop nicely. Timmy Brown 1 – On technical attributes Brown is lacking quite a lot but he has ok mentals and physicals I think. Despite only 4 heading and 5 marking I am actually retraining him to be a centre back and, should Musanhu leave this summer as I suspect he will actually go into the season as first choice there. Lewis Rodon 1 – Rodon is the only player from the intake to already have a taste of first team football, he’s got reasonable pace which is the main reason I’ve been happy enough to throw him in for some minutes. Overview We do not have a under 18s team nor an under 21s so my first team squad will be quite bloated with players until I can get one sorted. Next season will hinge largely on if I can get my better players to agree to another year at the club. I do not think we will get the playoffs again next season, I do think it was more of just gathering momentum than anything else but we shall see. Key Players Jadel Musanhu – Fantastic for us this season a 7.49 rating over the season at centre back and a key proponent to our successful season, there was some interest from league clubs through the season but none actually offered him a contract thankfully, but I doubt that will stay the same way. Remaye Campbell – Whilst Musanhu played well even when we lost, it was generally because Campbell played poorly that we lost because he was our main goal threat but, as expected for a lower league striker, he was inconsistent. Still he scored 42 in the league which is very good. Jared Bird – A well rounded midfielder, Bird contributed well with 8 assists to his name and a couple of goals. If we can keep the 3 players here at the club next season will be much easier. Edited March 13, 2023 by _JHTB_
dkouv
Operário dos Açores – Season 3 (2025/26) Liga 3 The 3rd division in Portugal is rather strange: you play the other 9 teams in your division twice over the course of 7 months, then almost all of those points are wiped off and you enter a winner- or loser- takes all promotion or relegation playoff. We started off ok but a long losing streak meant we finished 8th/10, and went into the relegation playoff against 2 other teams. Luckily one of these teams was really bad and our form picked up, so we won most of our playoff games and stayed up. I think my results were very morale-driven this season, basically when one of my CBs started complaining about moving to a bigger club, we lost 5 in a row, then for some reason in the play-off his unhappiness disappeared and we started playing well again. Players: Most of our original starters are edging towards mid-30s, so we were really short on bodies this year, but thanks to the play-off we managed to scrape by. That being said, one of the youngsters from "intake 0", Diogo Martins, has improved very well, and still has his professional personality - although his ups and downs in morale seemed to have a bit too much of an effect on our results this season :o Youth intake: Finally, a good one! Most importantly, I got some centre mids - an area where I’m desperately short, with Coventry-born Portuguese Dannie Simcox 03c the best of the lot (he basically went straight into the first team). Facilities: Training facilities got downgraded, and somehow we’re now in a higher-capacity stadium and paying rent (also, the stadium was built in 2025; not sure if I missed a message or it's some kind of bug). No transfers, and our finances are getting into a bit of a downward spiral since we turned pro. AlwaysNalah
Spoiler Season 2 Preview Senegal - Youth Rating in Fm22 - 80 Senegal Top Flight - ranked 30th in Africa , below a lot of our West African rivals, Togo (have risen due to ASKO doing well in the Conf cup), Mali, Ivory Coast, Ghana and Nigeria. Yeggo Foot - 5th highest youth facilities in the top 2 flights from what I can see - there are 4 teams in the academies league with same or higher, which should help us What a Season - almost ended in heartache and a 90th minute winner from our hero secured promotion against the league leaders on the final day of the season in dramatic fashion. Our young team was doing so well all season and form deserted us in the final month, to the point that it looked like we might miss out. It is a remarkable turnaround. last season we scraped survival and our first intake looked pretty good, as highlighted we have one of the best academies in Senegal and it paid dividends. Finishing Position 2nd League Cup - Semi Final - the run included a 7-0 demolition of a top flight team (they were playing kids) FA Cup - Quarter Final Our star man right back has shown great progress and with a resolute personality will hopefully be a team leader in the future This years intake looks promising with a fair few good personalities. We have recently taken on a much better coach who ha better JA JP End of Season Form and dramatic last day I am honestly quite torn, as much as going up is great, I also think another season with our second intake in the second tier would not have been a bad thing, but we should just about have enough to survive. Popular Post Neo_Geo
More Youth DetailsYouth Intake PreviewYouth Intake Top 5 Season Review In the words of Quantum Leap's Sam Beckett "Oh boy!" So we won promotion to the cinch Championship via the playoffs and whilst we were a close 4th it was an epic battle throughout the campaign to remain there. So far I've held on to Dallas (Elite1) who is said to be a decent Premiership player at the moment and can improve and it doesn't seem like the back to back promotions have changed anything yet. In addition I've got Ben Hughes, David Mackie (Elite1) and Pearse Pyott (Elite1) all having bids from Championship and Premiership clubs all being turned down and all but Pyott (Elite1) throwing a huff at not being allowed to move. Anyway, the season started off with 7 games unbeaten (with 4 draws and 3 wins) before we started to lose games (though we never lost to anyone that finished below 6th) and we were neck and neck with Edinburgh City until the penultimate game when we beat them 3-1 at home to leave us just needing a point at home to bottom club Montrose to secure the playoff place, we won 2-0. So finishing 4th meant I had to play the 9th place team from Championship, Arbroath and it was and epic 4-4 draw at home with Fellowes scoring the equaliser in the 94th minute. The away leg started with two goals in the first 10 minutes and a red card to Arbroath leaving it at 1-1 with 80 mins to go, we just couldn't get the decisive goal so it went to penalties where Dallas (Elite1) proved his worth with two saves for Arbroath's 2nd and 3rd penalties. The next match against Airdrie our players were tiring and I had to rotate with some of the youth players playing in the home leg where we won 2-0 and Ibrahimovic (Elite2) scored on his debut so it should be plain sailing in the return leg right? Wrong! 4-2 to Airdrie at the end of normal time and we were running on empty just praying to hold on for the penalty shoot out (though at this stage if we didn't go up I was thinking it might be better in the long run). Airdrie had 14 shots on target in the game and out Xg'd us 3.86 to 1.15 but 2 minutes from time Fellowes popped up from a long ball over the top from my CB Adamson (Elite1). their CB misjudged the ball, Fellowes hit the ball on the half volley and it looked like it was going in, the keeper then got a hand to it which took the sting out of it before the ball hobbled into the corner and the Kilby were in front! Really enjoyable (but stressful) season sees us with back to back promotions in the first 2 years of the challenge, crazy stuff. What was even more crazy was the Scottish Cup run where once again we were drawn against Rangers in the 5th Round......at Ibrox......and lost 3-0 again. Once again another £700k was injected into the clubs books and financially things are sound (though the board are being tight once again even with the advancement of technology resulting in the downgrading of our facilities they still don't want to consider any upgrades). Rangers were the eventual winners of the trophy. We did much better in the SPFL Trust Trophy getting to the semi finals and losing to league winners Falkirk 2-0 at home. Falkirk were the eventual winners of the trophy. In the Premier Sports Cup we got out of the group stages unbeaten with 2 penalty wins over Livingston and Albion Rovers with normal time wins over Hamilton and Bonnyrigg Rose. In the second round we were drawn at home to Celtic and lost......you've guessed it 3-0. Celtic were the eventual winners of the trophy. As far as the intake was concerned this year we got a good blend of players coming through and whilst not all of the positions are direct matches with our tactic a bit of retraining should sort it out, just like Josh Middleton (Elite1) who went on loan for the first half of the season, developed well and I brought him back to retrain as a left sided AF rather than an inverted AMR and he's now 4 star current ability. I had similar success in my Katwijk save with wingers retrained as AFs. The personalities we saw this year were really poor with only one positive personality and that was for a player I don't immediately feel will make it here. Next season is surely going to be a battle and I can only hope that there is a team comparable to East Kilbride that we can just edge out even if its by the relegation playoffs. The season preview has us at 200-1 with Queens Park at 13-1 in 9th and Falkirk at 7-1 in 8th. We didn't get this far finishing where we were predicted so hopefully we won't start now but I need to be firm with the bids for my key players and just survive next season.
The7Striker
I'm so frustrated with this game. Turns out SI completely forgot to add seating capacity to our stadium (What in real life they have). Deep in the red, the board decided to jump into a 5 million loan to increase seating capacity, result? Wage budget cut and I can't even offer youth contracts to my players. russ the womble
The Table Spoiler The Team Spoiler We switched back to the tried and trusted 4-3-3 and had a decent season with Stefan Schulz enjoying himself. Lohse rotated with Ortiz, who also got 15 goals. The Talent Spoiler The intake Spoiler A frustrating lack of talent The Stats Spoiler Nothing to write home about, but I finished roughly where I should have. The Bank Spoiler The Fans Spoiler Overall a fairly decent season. We lost another player sold from under our feet by the board, and we lack quality in midfield. But a good placed finish with no panic around relegation. We also lost to Aston Villa (2-1 on agg) in the Round of 16 in the UEFA Conference League - Villa went on to win it. Failed to qualify for Europe next season, so will have to focus on the league. I'm sure our league place suffered as we had to manage fitness.
Habituz
Well my second season went awful, the 4 retirements plus me not convincing my striker to stay left me without a striker and only 1 central defender. Tried using a mix of youth and the grey players but after losing the first 20 league games so we had 0 points I was fired. Going to holiday another save for Turkey and try again.

Habituz
I always find the transition from old players to the youth the hardest part, probably 90% of my saves end there (ie season 3ish), the ones that don't just don't make it there like :-) But I enjoy the challenge even if not great at it

Popular Post Riebow
Arras FA Season Review (32/33): Les Boyaux Rouges League: Well, let me tell you the tale of this rollercoaster of a season. Where last season we had to fight to stay up and celebrated each win as a Champions League victory, this season we were like a completely different team. We came out of the summer break flying, winning our first 6 games out of 9. At the winter break we were top of the table, much to my own surprise. Spoiler I knew it was too good to be true and our good luck would run out eventually, the second half of the season we only managed to win 5 games. Spoiler Despite the poor results we still finished 3rd and made it to the promotion playoffs, where we would play the winner of the game between Bordeaux and Amiens. Spoiler Amiens beat Bordeaux, so we would host them in our miniature 380-capacity stadium (I mean, couldn't we move to a real football stadium for the occasion?). The game itself was an absolute nail bitter and I feel my player persona must have aged a couple of years there. We were the better team during the entire game, but still the game went to overtime after a 1-1 tie. Early in overtime, they scored 1-2 and I had to go attacking (when does that ever work, right?). Jocelyn Vinet, star of last season's intake drew us even again just before half time. Man of the Season, Ibrahima Ngom (Intake of 2028), eventually scored the winning goal in the 107th minute! We would now need to play the 16th placed team of the League 1 for promotion. Spoiler Our opponent in this game would be Troyes. Last season we lost to them in the cup and we didn't register a shot on target... This game would be played in two legs, first one at home: The football (manager) gods seem to smile at me and they were down a man after only 6 minutes. I went more attacking, trying to take a decisive lead. Ngom gave us the lead in the 14th minute. They tied rather quickly after an owngoal in the 22th. We kept pressing and had plenty of changes, but we were only able to score once more. Ngom again gave us a 2-1 victory and a narrow lead for the return game. Spoiler With a slight lead we traveled to Troyes with dreams of PSG and Marseille in our minds. Alas, it wasn't to be. Troyes was too strong in the return game and we lost on aggregate score. Spoiler I'm not too disappointed in the end. Our squad is not strong enough to complete in the League one and while the extra money would have nice, one or two more seasons in League 2 will be better for our growth. Cup: We made it to the 10th round this time, but lost against Brest who play in the League 1. Intake: At the end of last season we dissolved our affiliation with Lens whose youth facilities we were using. As a result our youth facilities dropped to Poor and our Academy Coaching to Fairly Basic. As we had a couple of million in the bank I thought I could easily upgrade those facilities again. However my board felt that due to our poor facilities we should be signing players instead (they don't get the goal of this challenge). After some nagging, we were able to upgrade our youth facilities to Basic and our Academy Coaching to Average. At the end of the season we had a board takeover and the new president has allowed another Youth facilities upgrade, which will finish in November 2033. The intake was how I feared: the worst one yet. Barely anyone worth signing. Spoiler Transfers As expected we had to sell our starting goal keeper (Muharrem Keles) as he didn't want to sign a new contract. He ended up going to SK Beveren in Belgium. We also had our biggest outgoing transfer to date. Feirense out of Portugal signed one of our youth players whose contract was expiring and I wasn't planning to extend him. They ended up paying us 230K, which could increase to 625K. Spoiler Checking in with old friends: Adrien Célerier (Intake of 2025) had a more pedestrian season this time around and only scored 16 goals for Bastia: Spoiler Muharrem Keles (intake of 2027) ended up not playing any games for SK Beveren this season. Next Season: The big news is that we will finally play in our new stadium (capacity 8933). I'm curious how they will name it, I could give a suggestion... I also need to rebuild our youth facilities if I want to complete this challenge somewhere this century. Edited March 14, 2023 by Riebow
karax268
Louletano Desportos Clube - End of season review 2028/29 Transfers A frustrating season. Again. After two relegations I was determined to get back up to the 3 liga and for most of the season we played like it. Then FM did its thing. We went 9 games without a win to close out the season, losing the playoff spot and even dropping to 6th. The Cup A great match that we lost on pens. Off the field The finances appear to be in a much better shape. However we ride a season where the board injected more than a million into the club. Somehow our junior coaching is rated exceptional suddenly. I haven't seen any messages about it, so not sure how that happened. The board surely did not aprove it. they've rejected every request once again this year. (though I shouldn't complain to much since they invested a million into the club) This save is getting more frustrating each season. players don't improve. the squad gets worse every year and there isn't any money to be found anywhere in the bottom 3 tiers. I know, I've checked. Still, I'm determined to see it through. As long as the team wants me I'll struggle on.

Popular Post the_hdk
The Black Shirts Polonia Warszawa - Season 36/37 Players / Transfers (season is wrong...should be 36/37 and 14th) too lazy to print again. First of all sorry that my update is so late, nealry 1,5 month after the last one. I lost interest in the save, had some health issues, changed jobs and also in proces of moving to new house we bought. But I'm back and Olisadebe's Polonia is back! Another seaosn and we dominate in poland and we start to do well in europe. Again out on QF. This time against Man City but we do manage to beat the lesser gods. City eventually clinched their first CL win. We played this year in stadium of Legia as our new stadium was getting a huge extension. We lost only one player to min fee transfers. MASLANKA was replaced by the super talent KWIECIEN. Suprise champions in Germany (Stuttgart) and France (Monaco). Portugal won the Euro after two year earlier winning the world cup. And PEDRI finally with his first Ballon d'Or. our HoYD decided to retire! and was replaced by our new dutch HOYD, SCHOLTEN. He left Twente in the summer and was free. Resolute and great stats. Also young so unless he will be poached we should keep him a while. First SCHOLTEN class of '37 was...quite frankly not great. Only one elite. But a great one. Two hungarians in the intake that ware decent too. Best talent of the team. WISNIEWSKI. Still unsure if I will train him as DC or MC.

He is an average player for the club and while he is clearly talented, he is not that good yet.... No wonder we are struggling at the bottom really!
Libertine13
A Decade In! I've not posted much about the club facilities, finances etc in my updates so I'm going to post a few bits now, 10 seasons into the save. My Profile; Spoiler I managed to get the Continental Pro licence about 2 seasons ago, the board were always thinking selfishly when I was applying to do the courses, which really slowed down the progress. I'm absolutely shocked to see that my "Working With Youngsters" ability is only at 1! Finances and Facilities; Spoiler We've never had an issue with going into the red, slowly increasing our bank balance over the years. I've now just qualified for the Europa Conference League play offs so I'm hoping this will bolster the coffers significantly. As you can see, not much in terms of outlay. Because of the finances we've never been given the opportunity to improve the training facilities and only once have I been able to improve the Youth Facilities, I'm thinking this has played a big part in our slow progress on field. However, I have been lucky enough to improve both the Junior Coaching and Youth Recruitment significantly, hence our good intakes over the years. I just need to be able to help realise the potential of some of the top prospects! Fan and Board Support/Vision; Spoiler The Board hasn't been too pushy with forcing certain playstyles on me over the years, I'm usually able to negotiate the bad ones out. We still don't have much of a following. We've got a 4,200 capacity stadium and usually only fill that 25%, unless the three Professional teams come to town. I have no idea why the supporters want direct football when we're having success with our own playstyle, but it's not been a huge issue as yet, I guess winning negates this! Notable Players; Spoiler As you can see the playing squad is mostly made up of 2 star players with a few very good players thrown in. Having to keep hold of players like Newberry 26A for squad depth hasn't helped with fleshing out the squad. We really struggle if we have an injury/suspension or 2. Also the tiredness really hampers us from Christmas onwards. Johnathan Johnston 31A Came through our youth system as a 5 star player and has been our number one since. Has been wanting a move to a team with a stronger squad but he's got a lovely 5 years remaining on his contract so I'm willing to hold firm for now. Robbie-Lee Clingan 29A Another youngster who came through as a 5 star player. Has been incredible for us from day one. 145 league games so far with 134 goals, off the back of a 48 goal season (in all comps). However, like our keeper, he's been pushing for a move to a bigger team but also like our keeper he has a nice long contract! Daniel Young 27B Our captain and ever reliable midfielder. Whilst not ever getting the plaudits for his performances, he's been a mainstay in the team. With his ability to play multiple roles in midfield and doing a job at left wing. Brendan Moore 32A Only 16 years old, he's replaced our leading appearance maker (Ciaran Gardiner 25C) at right back. Whilst not put in outstanding performances as yet, he has developed incredibly well in such a short space of time. I've got high hopes for this youngster. Daryl Polden 32D Youngster who came through as a 1.5 star player but he's blossomed into our best centre half by far already! Absolutely integral to our performances of late. Head Of Youth Development This guy has been our HoYD since the first season and has never really let me down with intakes so I don't have any real reason to upgrade!

Neo_Geo
I really wish SI would improve the transfer AI, I have major gripes with it: Big clubs attempting to sign new youth players when AI club is bidding unsettles the youth player, however when I have had saves as the bigger club the youth player doesn't want to talk as they just signed a new deal When a club from a higher division attempts to low ball you with < £10k and you say £250k plus 50% of future sale if the bidder doesn't want to pay that either a) offer less than I ask for but not £1k more given I am asking for over £240k more or b) stop bidding Again when the shoe is on the other foot and you put a bid in for a player with £10k value that club will say £1m and the player is fine with it but if I do that they kick up a stink and the whole squad gets mad. The bidding club withdraw their bid because I've asked for too much then they seem to suffer a bout of amnesia and offer nearly exactly the same amount again. It's been this way for multiple versions of the game now and its infuriating at the inconsistencies between AI and Human managed clubs when buying/selling. In this day and age it shouldn't be difficult to code something whereby if I ask for £250k maybe the bidding club up their bid from < £10k to say £100k, I probably still wouldn't accept it but its about meeting closer to 50/50 in negotiation rather than 1/99 (As you can probably tell in my 3rd Season at East Kilbride I am getting bombarded every transfer window with Hearts, Ross County, Dundee Utd etc. all wanting to buy my 3 best players for pittance). Popular Post Koetzer
FK Viktoria Žižkov – season 2033/34 I paused this career in February as it became running too slow and hoped for better optimization in the upcoming patch, which really happened! Unfortunately it also brought some struggle with new match engine, and in addition we had to sell our best winger Jambor to league rivals Slavia (they were the only team to agree for a future clause, and I really hope he would leave for a bigger club soon), so dropped to 6th place with a big gap from European spots. Cup It surely wasn’t a priority this season, but losing to a lower division team which only had one shot on target still hurts. Conference League We started the continental season with two quick conceded goals in Scotland but managed to recover, won the home leg and then defeated HJK twice to make our first league stage appearance! Four wins out of six were quite expected, but we also managed to upset Montpellier with Muxel’s hat-trick and put a decent performant away at Stuttgart, finishing 4th and qualifying directly to the second knockout round. Thanks to easier draws we reached semi-final and there met Stuttgart again. They didn’t look unbeatable in the group stage, and this time we completely outplayed them in Germany but somehow lost. Though luck returned to us in the second leg, which was heading to extra time when we were awarded a penalty for a foul clearly outside the box Muxel converted it for a hat-trick and sent us into the final! A predictable result, Valencia was a much stronger team and actually played this final at home. Still tried our best and weren’t embarrassed! Squad stats M.Muxel *23a – farewell to our legend who set an amazing record of 50 goals (enough for becoming a top goalscorer both in domestic and Conference league) and scored 213 in 347 games for the club overall. We couldn’t match his wage demands anymore and he moves to AC Milan (there was an option to get around 2 million for him in winter, but we surely wouldn’t be in the European final that way so I think I’ve made a right choice). J.Jambor *30a – despite playing only half a season here, he set the new club record with 18 assists and won the Golden Boy award! J.Šmíd *28a – improved his personal goalscoring record, and with Muxel leaving he must become a leader of our attacking line. B.Varga *26i – finally made his international debut for Hungary and had another good season for the club. M.Bílek *24b – wasn’t so impressive in the league, but performed really well in Europe, scored our only goal in the final and eventually was selected into team of the year. P.Ellison *23b – he will be the only player remaining from 2023 squad after Muxel departure. Still a regular starter, setting the new club record in all-time appearances. Transfers – sold another youngster to Slavia, but he’s unambitious and had no progress at all so shouldn’t be a blow for our squad. Youth intake (preview) Bednář *34a | Týce *34b | Tichý *34c | Minařík *34d | Biro *34e | Frýdek *34f | Trifunović *34g A five-star intake with a potentially great goalkeeper, mostly positive personalities and two surprising Brazilians (maybe an influence from our previous HOYD who left two seasons ago?) A successful run in Europe boosted our finances a lot, but we can’t use them for youth facilities Hoping for the board change happening soon.
Popular Post The7Striker
After my fail in Arosa, its time for something new. Welcome to Racing Club de France Football also known as RC Paris. Founded in 1882 as a multidisciplinary sports club, it is one of the oldest clubs in French football history and was a founding member of Ligue 1. They have won the Ligue 1 title on one occasion and the Coupe de France on five, so French football considers them a fallen giant. Located about 15 km from PSG's stadium, this will be an interesting clash with one club having money and the other just focus youth. The Manager Spoiler Youth Intake 2023 Spoiler AI youth intake has some quality, these two being the most promising to have game time in the senior team.

grff
Ifeanyi Ubah FC: 2030/31 Season Review Silverware! An excellent season as we managed to clinch both domestic trophies thanks to a defence that didn't want to stand still when facing balls over the top. Our continental campaign ended in the semi-finals once again as we lost to Club Africain of Tunisia. The African Champions League awaits us which will be interesting to experience based on a step up in teams. Player stats were really pleasing as all our key players contributed. Both record goals and assists for the season were broken as we went deep in every competition. Youth intake was a decent one as we took on a few prospects that actually had decent personalities. Transfers Season history Aims for next season Continue to perform well domestically Look to give a good showing in the African Champions League Avoid losing any key players
Popular Post libbyshuss
Sweden - Division 2 (tier 4) 2025 (season 3) Season Summary Well, I had given up on any hope of promotion after 7 games. we'd only won 2, drawn 4 and lost 1, and you can't afford to give that much away in such a small division. we then won a couple, lost again, and then went on a 15 game unbeaten run and slowly started reeling in the teams ahead of us. By the time we finally lost again it was the final game of the season and we'd already been crowned Champions. lovely stuff! Youth Tier 4 of Swedish football is really not that high in terms of quality, and is largely amateur. So it's no surprise that I keep getting these great looking previews and intake. In truth, it just shows how bad tier 4 is. I know it sounds like I'm whinging but to be honest I was a bit disappointed. All that potential does me no good, I need first team ready players! My training facilities are shocking so there's little chance of improvement there really, and the board keep refusing my constant requests to improve them too. Bah. Finances and Upgrades Although they're more than happy to keep giving me youth recruitment improvements! Career Be interesting to see how much better in quality the third tier of Swedish football is. this side is really not that good!

I know the feeling, potential looks great but two issues are that you don’t have them ready now as you say and secondly the 5 star potential can be WAY off. Even if you get one player at 3 star current ability it’s a better position for here and now. Best thing I can suggest is going with your instincts on the most promising either based on attributes for their position or their personality. Once you put faith in a few youths you’ll soon know if it’s misplaced or not. in my current save I have a D/WB R/C who has had 5 star potential from day one (he wasn’t a regen) and he’s never got over 2 star current, doesn’t train that we’ll shows no signs of progress whilst others who came in with 1/1.5 current ability have improved and are now at 3.5 current ability in one centre backs case. Good luck in the tier above, you might be pleasantly surprised.

Popular Post the_hdk
The Black Shirts Polonia Warsaw - Season 37/38 Players / Transfers Another update already? yeah I was bored and season went fast. Full on domination in Poland, altough we did lose in the cup sadly. Back in our own stadium, that needs extension already. Also Our training facilities got improved again. In CL we did well but against the Big Boys we just come short, this year against Newcastle. We did lose a few players. Our goaly KASPRZYK really wanted to leave and was replaced by youngster JONDA who was 2 stars worse. WELNA had to be sold or I would see him walk next year. He was replaced by WIECEK. Further we lost BAWOLIK on the wing back as his min fee was met, he was replaced by our first Bosnian in first team, GAVRILOVIC. He later even made hgis debut for Bosnian national team. We also had two players retire. KOTON played his whole career for us, playing 378 games and scoring 15 goals in the league. MAJSTEREK aslo retired after playing 345 games and scoring 29 goals. Quite a decent amount for a central defender. He aslo joined our staff as a scout. City managed to win CL back to back with TUCHEL in reign. Leipzig with surprise championship in Germany. First year we got all three Ballon d'Or newgens. Colombian MOSQUERA with his first win. Our old captain and one club man KOTON reited. (378-15) Also our old main central defender MAJSTEREK retired. (345-29) Ouyr goaly went to Inter. Already made his debut for Poland, but they loaned him out to Espanyol so I'll have to wait on the other fees. WELNA went to the than crowned champions of Germany. Decent amount for someone with one year contract left. Class of '39 of SCHOLTEN. Not great. Only one elite. Love the diversity. Many foreign intake players and after many years again a Nigerian! Best of the class, another Bosnian. SEFEROVIC. We really need class midfielders so that is good, altough with his finishing he might be better up front.

Popular Post Sn00gle
Kotwica Kołobrzeg - 2035/36 Squad - League - Finances - Transfers Ah what a season that was. Unlucky in Polish Cup we lost in 2nd round againts Zagłębie Lubin which lost in final of course with Legia. In Polish League we're doing really good. Im very unhappy about few points lost with lower league teams but over all we reached 3rd place. In other hand we manage to Get to Final of UECL after wining with Dinamo Zagrzeb (0-3, 6-2) and Sampdoria (1-2, 4-2). Our home stadium went crazy in this revange matches. In final we met RB Leppzig. We start with two disallowed goal from both sides after var. Unfortunately at the end of season Rymar 10b which won top scorrer title for Ekstraklasa and UECL was underperforming. I had no swaps for him az Wenerski 03a and Bielecki 01b bot get injuried and couldnt play in final match. Over all Smolarczyk 06a passed ball to enemy to empty goal and then we got deadly blow. I never was so close to win any European trophy attempting this challenge. We had chances but had only 2 shots on target so yeah... Well maybe next time. Finances are stable after selling Ostrowski 09a to Germany so no need to be afraid. Can't upgrade any facilities at the moment. For sure I must take a closer look to Free Kicks and Corners. Im not shoting from this point at all. Must develop that more same as personalities of players because Im losing from some of players good characters Next season second attempt in European League It's nice to see my scandinavian clubs are providing me foreign intake. This time Norge with very long name and next player from Finland. Both with small potential, however it seems like Birk might get someting for AMC in future. Anyway two AML and decent DC joined the team. Intake Prieview Spoiler Intake Report Spoiler
Popular Post Neo_Geo
More Youth DetailsYouth Intake PreviewYouth Intake Top 5 Season Review So the expectation was we were going to get relegated, the reality was we pushed Kilmarnock to match day 35 before they clinched the title then we got to the playoff final where our players were dead on their feet and Inverness CT retained their Premiership status with a 3-1 aggregate win. If I'm being honest I'm relieved we didn't go up. We continually punch above our weight thanks to the goalkeeping exploits of Aiden Dallas (Elite1) as we only conceded 19 goals in 36 games despite changing to a back 4. The reason behind the formation change was we just weren't creating enough (I still don't think we are but I'm working on a new formation for the coming season as we start to get better players in midfield). In the cups we didn't do as well as last year in the SPFL Trust Trophy and Premier Sports Cup but we made the quarter final of the Scottish Cup to meet......Rangers AGAIN! Unfortunately this time it was at home so no payday and we couldn't hold them to a draw for a replay and payday. Although the prize money from the league was good (£463k) we did miss the gate receipts from the Ibrox faithful! I'm getting annoyed with the board at the moment as all my requests are getting shot down but I guess the predictions for our finances is nearly £4m in debt in 3 seasons time so I can understand. Our average attendance is nearing the limit of this ground and there is no way we are getting an upgrade (I wish I had gone for East Stirlingshire now as they shared stadium with Falkirk!). The semi-professional bit is frustrating as well as I know its hindering players progression but its also largely to blame for the fitness issues at the tail end of last season when we just could not handle 2 games every week. We continue to bat away offers and now I have managed to get Middleton (Elite1) and Mackie (Elite1) to sign new deals (the second they said they were happy to stay at the club following clubs losing interest I offered a new deal straight away). Dallas (Elite1) however said the same thing but won't talk.....luckily for me I had got him to sign his initial deal with a 3 year extension which I have just triggered. The hope is I can go professional and get promoted before that expires and maybe he will stay. The intake this year was really good with Kodi Flatman (Elite3) being the pick of the bunch. A really well rounded striker with driven personality and 4 star current ability is about as much as I could ask for, I'm looking to pair him up with Middleton as a front two next season (reverting to my Katwijk 4-1-3-2 that eventually became a 4-3-1-2 when I got the right AMC). Flatman bagged 4 goals in 7 games since he joined the club so I am hopeful a full season in the Championship will see him continue that form. One thing is for certain I'd like to win the league to go up than do the playoff unless I turn professional before then or have a huge squad of players. The U18s bug still persists but at least I have a reserves now so I have appointed a manager with good WWY attribute and I just move my youngsters into that squad, still not ideal but I'm thinking if we turn Professional and have a good balance it might change (the reserves showed up when I was invited to join that league, the same thing hasn't happened yet with the U18s so maybe if that happens the issue will go). On to season 4!

The salary cap and complex registration rules is a strange beast. I'm enjoying it because of the restrictions I've put on my save. Even with only allowing myself to sign Caribbean players I'm still finding plenty of players. I would NEVER play MLS youth only though, the academy system is a complete mess of amateur players who you have to sign ontk full reserve contracts (1.4k pw) or lose. Even worse you can't even properly evaluate the players nor manage the youth team or reserve team as they are both an affiliate club link.
Cultured Left Foot
If you'd like to follow along in more detail, this is a series on my YouTube channel - http://www.youtube.com/c/culturedleftfoot SEASON 18 REVIEW... Once again we avoided relegation from the Championship and held on for safety. Which is massive because we really need the money. We also claimed our highest ever finish as a a club. The board also agreed to build a new stadium after finding a suitable site in Guiseley! One of our youth players got poached by Man City! And the Youth Intake was pretty good, with a large number of Elite rated players! All in all, a cracking season where we out did ourselves again by staying in the Championship. The money is really helping us out and hoping we can get more investment in the facilities soon. Although paying the debt of for the stadium is probably the boards number one priority. On we go to Season 19! WISH US LUCK !

Which is not really representative of how it is in the MLS as well. At least as a Union fan they invested heavily in youth setup and have developed some real good players from the local area (Brendan Aaronson being the biggest name I can think of). I did a few seasons of MLS in FM22 and hated it. I still hope one day they restructure.

Chicago hasn't done too bad especially with Duran & Slonina's big money moves to the Premier League though Duran was a scouting find for them. I don't follow the other teams closely enough to really know in depth how things have changed recently. As their USL-L1 affiliate we have gotten Chicago's youth players in the past, but none it seems this year. Instead, I will be getting to see one of Salt Lake City's Talents Julio Benitez this year in Madison. What he's done career-wise is actually mimicking what I'm doing with my players in game. Generate at 16. Sign on a Reserve/Development contract with the MLS parent club and send directly to my Championship affiliate to see how they do or keep them in my NextPro team. Then rinse and repeat to see if they mature. Maybe SI aren't as off as I want to believe they are... The thing they absolutely have to fix is how bugged viewing your youth players is. It is unacceptable that I have to scout my own academy to know get CA & PA ratings from my coaches considering my HOYD is running the stupid thing Still the way we play Youth-Only just doesn't fit with a forced high contract + draft system in MLS. For example: the most recently class I signed just 1 midfielder, becuase I'll be picking up Edited March 17, 2023 by WhiteCat33

The few seasons I did I focused on trading all my players for top picks and making use of the superdraft (which is how I play other US sports games anyway lol)
Popular Post the_hdk
Polonia Warszawa - The Black Shirts Final season. Challenge complete! Transfers / Players Well thats it. Yesterday I spent three hours planning my team for next two...three seasons. Analyzing where we needed changes. Re-training youths to new positions for future use All not needed as this year everything worked. Nearly a perfect season...if only we won the first game the supercup. You cannot have it all I guess. Either way I kept most of teh core players. We sold the Italian striker and replaced him by youngster who was on loan to Emmen who surpassed him, SZYMCZAK. Utrecht with surpise championship there. Also this year all european winners won their cup for the first time. JOURDAN form Arsenal with his first Ballon d'Or. Was a great run, I'm happy I picked the save back up and managed to actually finish it. It's sometimes good to walk away form a save for a while. The Final We defetead Atletico, Real and Man City on our way to teh final. Espacially the City game was close as we won on penalties. Btw. Can you guys spot it? Yes the final is yet again in the same stadium as my KSK save. Ataturk Stadium. Now officially my favorite stadium. We start with our strongest 11. A few injuries but mostly rotation players. No real players left in Newcastle team it seems. Coached by VAN NISTELROOY!. The game was boring as hell. Nothing hapapned, both team played extreamly defensive. First halve had literally zero shots on goal. Second halve we had two small chances and Newcastle nearly scored froma free kick by LIMA. After 90 minutes it's 0-0 but Polonia wins! In extra time our final attack YAUSS knocked the ball in after a splendid cross, but the referee called it offside...but than.... VAR to the rescue....my heart beat was in my throat...but it was a goal! with just seconds to go...we WON. WINNERS Best Players of the save KAMINSKI one of our core central defenders. Grew up to an amazing player. At 21 already 13 caps. 17 heading and 16 tackling!. Crazy mentals! KWIECIEN (the Spring Knight), our Wonderkid. Look at that passing (17) and Vision (20). Our very own JORGINHO. SIERANT, the other block on the back. Already at 42 caps. Not as great skills as KAMINSKI but just more than decent. And our New OLISADEBE....Nigerian born SOLOMON choose Poland and is on his way to pass LEWANDOWSKI as all-time scorer for Poland. Maybe the best striker I ever had as a newgen. He has everything. Speed, finishing, composure. Amazing dribbling and technique. And still so young. Became the topscorer in CL in our run to win it. Youth Just for completness, our youth intake was horrendous, the worst in teh save...so maybe its good we won the CL when we won it.
