XaW
XaW - Follo Fotballklubb - Youth intake 2023 One really good talent, but loads of scrubs. Gunnar Larsen 23a has lots of things going for him. Model Citizen, dual footed, and quite versatile are all great! Øystein Gramsett 23b looks like a decent talent.
Popular Post Daddy
2031/32 Season Review: Disappointed to have been in first most of the season but blow it at the end. Dynamo had a near perfect season and that's hard to compete with. I looked at the last few seasons and that's basically what it takes to win the league. Despite the high Goal Difference our scoring actually dried up a bit at the end and it turns wins into draws and draws into losses. A rotated squad was enough to win the group, but not enough to win in the knockouts. The goal was to win league, but at least with second place I get into champions league, so I'm not too worried about sacrificing the Conference League. Y26C was a starting player, but he had a 15M release clause and was getting so many offers I couldn't sign a new contract to bump it higher. Didn't want to lose him, but not much I could do. Our newest additional to the wonderkid list. Youth Intake: Top few players look decent, but meh personalities. Fewest players signed due to potential and personalities lacking. New HYOD incoming. 2032/33 Season Preview: Back in Champions League so the group draw will determine where I focus. If I wind up with a brutal group I may just focus on the league, but if it looks like a group I can finish top 2 in I'll put the focus there. I'll post the group draw whenever I get to it later.
Popular Post WhiteCat33
I thought I'd play longer but had to post this abomination of an intake personality-wise as it made me pause playing last night. We had a great preview: Which turned into this disaster of personalities: 8 Unambitious, 2 Low Det. & 3 Fairly Sporting. Here is my Elite talent. If he had a half decent personality + Det. He could become something, but even with mentoring I have almost no hope of turning him around to reach any of that potential. I really am at a loss here. My Main Team Staff and Youth Team Staff are almost entirely Professional personalities. My Model Citizen HOYD has been in the job for 6 seasons, so has had plenty of time to get settled. I get as a small nation my quality will be lacking, but shouldn’t personalities be independent of that? Or does small population also cap the numbers of good personality players in the pool to choose from? I somteimtes forget I'm trying to use a nation of 110k people to win the North American Champions League, which is a crazy task. It just is totally demoralizing when you open up that U18 squad and sort by potential trialist and it's a wall of Unambitious. The one thing that my staff really could be improved on is Working with Youngsters, but with the super low budget I'm given to sign coaches something has to give and it was that to get better personalities. Once the finances recover (more on that in a second) I'll be looking to shift to a 15+ WwY staff across the board as well as prioritizing Professional over Model Citizen to really just push that part of the dice-roll to the best value possible. For my HOYD I took the time to pull out his 5 intakes (hired right after a failed intake in 2042 so on the job for 6 years). In my opinion 2 of the 5 were the quality I am expecting for a small nation. Basically 1-2 good potential players with reasonably good personalities. Even playing my best starters into their mid 30's that just isn't enough viable first team players in my mind. Thankfully I've been able to hold on to basically 100% of the players I've wanted otherwise I would have abandoned this save forever ago. My thought is my HOYD probably has the minimum professionalism required to be Model Citizen, so soon I'll be looking to flip him out for someone with better professionalism. My hope is one of my two FBs decides to go into coaching when they consider retirement next season because a Model Professional would be amazing. So far they have 'no long term plans', but maybe next season they will have an idea. With my luck though they will go into coaching and then want salaries even higher than they got as players so they break my budget. As both over 100 CAP internationals I think its likely. Also one season out of the NACL has shown just how perilous the finances are without those 6 high Gate Receipt games. Coupled with our $2M USD loan repayments beginning for our new stadium has seen our finances implode. It didn't help I spent lots of money last season upgrading the Youth Facilities & finishing the Stadium construction. The challenge continues in the Caribbean!
Popular Post glennuk
Worthing FC - Season 24 - English Premier League - End of Year Review - EUROPE???? All year I was absolutely dumbfounded at how well we were doing. With much the same team as our 16th place finish last year, we looked like a different outfit completely. I just kept hoping we could finish in the top 7 and at least get the Euro Cup II. Well we did even better than that! League - 5th On the last day of the season we just needed to match Leeds' result and we did, with an absolute shock 3 points away at Chelsea. Jean Claude Kitoko (YP06A) coming on as a sub and scoring the second and Zain Simmonds (YP12I) coming on in the last few minutes to try and keep the result a draw were the heroes here. Ex first team players, now squad rotation but doing it when it matters most. We were in the top 9 all season, so it was a well deserved achievement to get into the Euro Cup Group Stage through our final position in the league. Something I am EXTREMELY excited for. This is a huge leap up for us. We usually put youth in for cup games as I am not interested in them at all, but with the Euro Cup will come more games, more fatigue, more injuries. I hope we can fight on multiple fronts. Squad What a bunch of absolute legends. I have a pretty consistent 11 who have done soo well this season. I am weakest on the left side and don't have any HUGE prospects coming through that side. I could also do with a Striker with finishing in double digits! BUT I am proud of what we did this season. Bobby Skidmore (YP13E) is the new first choice keeper, got an England Cap and is now wanted by most of the big clubs in Europe (PSG, Man City etc.). Paul Price (YP18A) and Bradley Richards (YP18C) both came through the same intake and they have been rocks at the back. They could be a solid pairing for the next 10 years! The goals and assists are a bit more spread out, which again I attribute to the new tactic. It is good to see, but I would like to have a striker who can score 20 a season in the Premier League. Everyone but the keeper with at least 1 assist is nice, everyone bar full backs and the keeper with a goal is even nicer. James Bradshaw (YP16A) with 8 goals and 8 assists from the AML position and a 6.88 rating......8 must be his number! Accolades We were superb throughout the season. Paul Price (YP18A) brining home both player of the season trophies is well deserved. Jean-Claude Kitoko (YP06A) still getting goals and appearances is also great to see. I ended up winning Manager of the Year, meaning I have achieved this in every division now! Finances Everything is ridiculously good here. We are slowly becoming a well known team in the Premier League, we sell out every home game and are the 2nd richest club in the world! We were the league overachievers too. Other News Spain and Italy wanted me after the World Cup (Croatia won). We got a youth facility upgrade (I thought we were at the top we could get but I guess not). Then two of affiliate links got cancelled (GIF Sundsvall (Sweden) and Shandong (China)), but I got a new one (Feirense (Portugal))!
JLAB
OFK Beograd - Season 7 Preview So the season preview is not looking kind to us. We are expected to be finishing rock bottom of the league table, but if we can have a good start to the season, we might be able to prove people wrong. Though that being said. With who we take on in the first 6 games of the league table, I don't see us having the best of starts. Though in other news, Belgium won the Euros, beating Italy 2-0 in the final. Good for them.
Neo_Geo
@skillseven if your clause can’t be activated don’t be surprised at the player going against what he agreed to when signing the contract. Half a dozen times I’ve had a player moan and whinge about the minimum fee being too high, the only person being forced during contract negotiations was me where the agent insisted a minimum fee had to be included. So frustrating, just have to keep plodding along hoping to increase your rep enough they won’t moan and whinge, though you are in the EPL now so if you can stay there at least the league reputation will count for a large part of keeping them. @glennukoutstanding season, we’ll done. I salute the patience of working up through England, even Holland with 34 game seasons and only one domestic cup feels like a slog. Doesn’t help I’m getting the 10 year itch now (looking at the ultimate challenge but I’m struggling to find the time to play just now anyway)
libbyshuss
Argentina Premier League 2052 Season Summary We were always up against it after losing our wonderkid Federico Villacorta 48A. I knew we were in trouble as soon as he won this:- He was refusing to sign a new contract and had a 6m release fee clause so when Lens came in with this offer I felt like I had no choice really. And therein lies the difficulty in Argentina and South America in general. You can never build a team, you are just constantly building one as your top players are always getting snatched away. But the main frustration is the fact you have to give them away for peanuts. Lens got Villacorta for 5.5m and how much is he worth now he's in France? It's really really infuriating at times! League - So losing a player like that was always gonna hurt but to be fair we responded pretty well to finish second in the table. But the gap between us and River Plate is just ridiculous.... Copa Libertadores - this is the one we need! We got through the group fairly easily and got Athletic Mineiro from Brazil in round 2. Not the toughest Brazilian club by a long way and I fancied our chances. And then, two weeks before the game, my best remaining player Dean Duggan 48D had his release fee triggered out the blue. and off he trotted to Spurs, while all I could do is watch him go with tears in my eyes. Look at him! And then, a week before the game, my 3 best remaining players all got called up by the U23s for the Olympics. So I had to go into round 2 without my best 5 players from the start of the season! we lost the first leg at home by a single goal, which we didn't deserve, won the return leg by a single goal, which we did deserve, only to go out on penalties. Very annoying! It's almost enough to drive me to another country to start again but for some reason me and Argentina.... I've never been so close yet so far away from completing this challenge! Oh, and River Plate won the Libertadores for the fourth consecutive year too. Finances I sold a defender for 13m to Liverpool too. For some reasn I'm swimming in the buggers at the minute. So I had a nice chunk of change in the bank for once. So I improved the training ground again, which was nice. But would the board let me improve my youth facilities? There was not even the option to ask...... and then:- I raised my eyebrows at that cost. We got to shoulder the whole lot! no sponsorship or anything, all paid for by the club. So that will be more wonderkids needing to be sold then..... Career It's an interesting challenge and I feel like I need to see it through, annoying though it is!
Neo_Geo
@libbyshussi know the feeling, I’ve had a number of players in the NxGn (had the top 3 one season and 2 got delusions of grandeur and pushed for moves to South Korea and Mexico rather than stay in Holland). Its frustrating because it feels like you are just developing the players only for one of the bigger teams to just turn their heads and make them unsettled and boom, back to the drawing board with the next batch of youth. it’s hard to see how you break the cycle, short of actually completing the challenge and propelling your clubs reputation high enough. Daddy
Well that's not great. Benfica has won their league every season in this save. Chelsea is the second seed here as Man City was won the Premier League every season in this save. Lorient is interesting, they've gone a few seasons up then down a few, then back up, and all the sudden finished 3rd and qualified for Champions League. I won't rule out doing well as I don't really know where Ukraine and Portugal match up at this point in the save. Ukraine is now 6th in qualification places having passed Portugal this last season.

Daddy
2032/33 Midseason Review: With things so tight it almost feels like we can't afford to lose. At least wins against Dynamo and Shahktar are musts to win the league. Tough group. I don't feel like we were totally overmatched. To help with all the rotation needed between both competitions I tweaked my formation away from just being standard 4-2-3-1 for me. I move the AMC to striker as a Trequarista and the existing striker is moved to Target Forward. I only use this when both players are at full fitness. When one is needing a rest I roll back to the 4231. It seems to have helped both competitions. Falling down to the Europa League. The first knockout round is before the league starts back up so I will focus on trying to win this round, which I'm not happy with the draw for, but after this I'm focused on trying to win league. Intake Preview: Really hoping for a full back to come through.

Neo_Geo
VV Katwijk Season 10 (2033/34) Review Haven't been able to play the game nearly as much as I would have liked recently so it's taken a while for this season to be completed and I'm also going to provide key info rather than extensive screenshots and formatting (getting lazy now!) Competitions Spoiler Notable highlights 3 in a row for Eredivisie Europa Cup Final appearance (beating Dortmund on the way felt like Rangers Europa League run this season and it ended the same way with defeat ) Runners up in Super Cup and poor showing in Dutch Cup Youth Intake Spoiler Notable Highlights Head of Youth Development poached by FC Utrecht (about 2 weeks before the intake preview) New Head of Youth Development appointed with some great stats although formation and playing style don't align U19s won the Champions Cup Real gem of a youth CB in Prince Wakaso (brilliant name as well) Intake was good for squad depth HoYD Poached New HoYD Youth Intake Preview Youth Intake Review Star Graduate U19s Champions Cup Win Players Spoiler Notable Highlights Attempted to keep Burger after no decent bids in Summer WIndow but ended up admitting defeat in mid-December and managed to get a deal with Burnley Rijssel left for Dortmund even though it was under his minimum fee as I felt Samir Thomas could step up van Reijn would also get more time (then we got Prince Wakaso in the intake!) Another 1st and 2nd place in the NxGn with Breinburg (8EliteC) and Bosma (Y07EliteD) Bosma (Y07EliteD) picked up World U21 footballer of the year then got bids the next day, thought the writing was on the wall but managed to keep him here and relatively happy Cengic continues to excel and has now won the Euro Cup Player of the season (51 appearances, 48 conceded, 7.39 average and 21 cleansheets!) Burger Leaves Rijssel Leaves NxGn Bosman World U21 Footballer of the Year Cengic Euro Cup Player of the Season Club Spoiler Notable Highlights Stadium expansion Still no option to increase 4 star youth facilities Balance now at £113m (£40m debt still outstanding) Stadium Expansion Next Season Spoiler I keep waiting for the domestic bubble to burst but we are still going strong. Europe is the focus for next season and I think I'll look to get some of the other youth players blooded more in the league as a result of the squad depth being that bit healthier now however that comes with a massive caveat......keeping all my players in the summer window! I feel Bosma may be sold, which would hurt but van DIjk (8EliteB) would be a decent replacement (I think back of Breinburg taking over from Comvalius 2 seasons ago and how well he has done since then). Every sale provides an opportunity which is the case with losing Rijssel but Burger leaving definitely leaves me short on quality with MCs (which is odd because it was so strong a season ago before Jonckheere and Burger left). Cengic is getting attention from the Milan clubs but his £30m release clause has just expired so it gives me a bit more control. I'm hoping the European run will help our reputation (not as much as winning it would have done) so maybe I can just hold onto players that little bit longer before they leave.

JAwtunes
@Neo_Geono problem. I'm the same, someone offered to check my save but I wanted to be able to check/alter things myself. I'm not sure we're allowed to mention the software so I've dropped it in the spoiler below Spoiler I bought FMRTE 22 after someone else was able to confirm it worked for them. It allows you to look at the Chairman attributes, including WwY. On my Andorra save I found that my chairman had a WwY att of 1. When I increased this I was able to request a youth facilities upgrade for the first time in ~20 seasons. Hopefully you can get by without it on your next save, but if it becomes a blocker then this might help.
fiz
Hi all! Started a save with KRC Gent. Manager profile. I just completed my third year and didn't post until now as it seemed a little dicey. I've finally nailed down a tactic that sort of works for the players. Most of the youth players want to sign non-contracts with the club so I've had a hard time figuring out a balance of non-contract players and part timers. Right now I've got 20ish youth on non-contracts and about 17 part timers. First year finished 12th and went to the relegation playoff. Finished first to get back into Nationale 1. Second year finished 11. And third year finished 10. What a struggle its been! Finances are terrible ending balance has been about -$400k, -$600k, and -$800k respectively. The board put in $200k at the end of the first and second year so we'll see if they decide to do it again. My favorite screenshots on everyone's updates are the players so here's a few of my most promising ones after Y3. https://imgur.com/1FHS8xV https://imgur.com/OqqFhM3 https://imgur.com/gyc86wk Details on KRC Gent's affiliation with KAA Gent: https://imgur.com/nRGz6tt Edited July 17, 2022 by fiz

darren1983
South Shields Season 2022/23 Review National league North League - I knew the quality of this squad so I had high hoped for the season but didn't expect this much, we were really good for long spells this season but then in the final month or so stumbled. It seems odd to say we struggled for goals as we were the top scorers and had one player score 43 but we did struggle in the 2nd half of the season, also only one other player hit double figures. Despite being top for most of the season a run of 1 loss and 3 draws at the end of March/start of April allowed Fylde to edge ahead of us. The 2-2 draw away to FC United was killer as we were 2-0 with 4 minutes to go! We refound our form to win our final 4 games to hit 100 points but still wasn't enough as we missed out on the title by a single point. In the playoffs we beat Southport 3-1 after extra time to set up a final with York. They had a season like us, were 2nd behind us for a long time but their end of season form was worse than ours (we best them 5-0 away from home to turn our own form around) ao I felt we were better than them but in a one off final we know how that goes. We took the lead but they scored a screamer but then 2 quick goals either side of HT gave us a 3-1 win and promotion. FA Cup - We had a great run here as we beat a league one side (Swindon) then a league two side (Carlisle) before championship side Reading were too much for us in the 3rd round FA Trophy - Poor from us in this but came at a time where our FA Cup run was going on, plus league games meant our tired side had to fall somewhere and it was here Transfers - couple loans out was all Squad - A big squad but that's helpful in the yearly years of this challenge, my big fear though is that we're losing our 3 best players in Boney, Hunter and Tee just as we step up a league. Not ideal and will require me to make some tactical adjustments but that's part of the fun right? Finances - FA Cup run and Wembley final kept us in the black this season, next season likely to be tougher, we also had a takeover with the fans becoming owners and while that'll likely hurt us financially it does feel somewhat fitting for this challenge that the club is run by fans as well Youth Intake - Was promised a goldern generation and it's fine, it's going to take some time to get the players through that I want but it's OK starting point Sean Marchant 23A - I like his mentals but he's not suitable for much sadly, probably be a defensive full back for meLouis Ashby 23B - Big fan of this guy, will suit our tactic cutting in from wideWill Wells 23C - If I get improve his physicals he could be option for us in the midfield, another I likeFlavius Niculae 23D - he's massive so might use him when needed but he's not got a great deal else to his game looking at him now. I may have only tagged him for his height and name Finn McMurtie 23E - Always good to have a keeper and he's got the things I look for in agility, reflexes and handing, he's small though and that could be an issue Career Overview Season League Position Notes 2022/23 NLN 2nd Promotion through playoffs
JLAB
OFK Beograd - Season 7 - Winter Break Going into the season, I had reason to be fearful of what the season might end up becoming. Our start to the season had some of the hardest games we could have asked for, so when we lost 4 of the first 5 matches, I wasn't terribly shocked. However, once we beat FK Vozdovac, things just started to click. We could score goals and we could keep clean sheets. However, the biggest win of the season was our 2-0 win at home to FK Partizan of all teams, which is easily my biggest triumph and biggest shock we've ever caused so far. The reason I consider the win against Partizan shock a big deal is the fact we're only one of 2 teams to have taken points of them this season. They are walking the league right now, and we managed to beat them. Not bad for a newly promoted side. We're also doing much better than we did last time we were here. Already having twice as many points as last season, which as far as I am concerned is a massive improvement. The youth intake preview looks rather promising too. I would like to get 2 CBs to give us strength in depth, especially with players starting to complain about it. Also, I've been making videos for this season which was pretty much season reviews, so I'll be starting to link them at the bottom over of each of my posts. Thanks in advance. Popular Post libbyshuss
Argentina Premier Division 2053 Season Summary So, did I do it? Let's see! League - we started good, had a blip in the middle, finished strong. But still River Plate are miles ahead of everyone else to win their kajillionth title in a row Copa Libertadores A nice easy group stage for once. Look at this, we flew throught it with a +20 goal difference from 6 games So, into round 2, where we got Penarol of Uruguay easy peasy. So int the quarter final we march and our first difficult draw. Santos of Brazil: the first leg we were amazing. the second leg we were also pretty good to be honest. losing it was a harsh result but luckily it didn't matter! Into the semi finals and another Brazilian team, Palmeiras yeah, we got lucky here! that second leg they pummelled us but we managed to sneak a couple f goals and hang on for a draw. So into the final for the second time in out history! Who were we gonna play? the excitement was palpable! River Plate. Of course it was. The winners of the last 4 Copa Libertadores. Bane of our lives. so..... how did we do? Spoiler lost it to a 95th minute goal??? are you kidding me???? this game etc. etc. we go again! Players We got two more wonderkids! ever since we maxxed out our junior coaching we been farting the buggers out. weirdly only one made the top 50 list again. But obviously that means things like this are gonna happen:- Very annoying but there's very little i can do about it! Finances so at the end of last season the board decided to expand our stadium at a cost of 30m but neglected to tell me how they were gonna pay for it. At the start f this season they told me Lol!!! we lose money monthly as it is, now they want us to pay nearly half a million a month??? Our projection is now hilarious/petrifying ha ha, honestly, we're screwed Career

SkiIIs
Season 2043/44 - Premiership My third attempt at survival in the premiership felt like I was better prepared after winning the championship the year before and it started off with a bang beating Arsenal 3 - 0. It was a fantastic season in a year that we were never ever in a fight for relegation but more of a battle to edge a Euro spot which ultimately was a little too far away. There were some really good and plucky performances along the way but in this game, you gotta take them! There were also some games that bucked the majority of the trend and we'd lose heavily hence our GD of -8 despite only 2 more games than we won. Youth preview: Youth intake, a little better than last year but still pretty bad! HYD has one year remaining on his contract, touch and go whether he sees it through: Next year it will be about survival again, hoping to bleed in another young CB into the squad without losing shape. My CM's are getting old so will need to find something there quick! Havent done this before but its fitting now as I want to recognise the team that has kept us up: GK - Davies 33B - has been a regular for the last 3 seasons after taking over stalwart Bobby Britain 28D. Regular loans out has helped him develop and is now our mainstay in goals. Got injured during the year and only played 26 league games for 8 clean sheets and rating over 7 is a good result. Has had recent bids reject from both Manchester teams and will hopefully be a lock for us for a few more years to come. RB - Osborne 32B - has been great for us for a long while now and can deputise at both right and left back. Had an injury impacted season and like Davies only managed 26 league games, scoring a goal, two assists and 3 POTM's. Will need him to carry the baton for a little while longer as there's not much coming through at RB. LB - Hutchings - is a position of weakness and I'm a bit disappointed in his progress. Has more than 180 league games for us and started young, has a resolute personality but just doesnt rate well in games. No goals, 2 assists in 26 league games (seems to be a pattern here) and often rotated/fined for sub part performances. I have a youngster i'll be looking to play more next year. CB - Martinez 38A - his third season as starter and first in the Prem, seamlessly made the transition to the top tier. Managed 32 games for a goal and 6.97 rating and clearly our no.1 CB. Thankfully I havent really had any bids as I plan on keeping him for a long long while! CB - Shotton 39A - had really high hopes for Shotton ranking him as the best in his class. Was instrumental in the Championship and thought he would continue to develop in the Prem but he's kind of stagnated. Still had a decent year managing 33 starts for two goals and ave rating of 6.88 but his attributes have stalled. He may well get less game time next season MC BBM - Butterworth - getting on now in age but he had a solid season as my workhorse in the middle. In the attacking formation I play, Butterworth has to do a lot of the dirty work in front of the defence. 33 games, 2 goals and 3 assists is a good enough return with an ave rating of 6.84. I will look to play him less next year and transition a youngster. He came from our 7th intake when we were still in League 2 and has gotten the most out himself despite not tagging him with a letter! MC Mezzala - Robertson 30C - our captain and one of our most consistent players and really surprised that he's uncapped for Scotland (I've had far worse players get capped for them). Always puts in a shift and barely misses many games scoring crucial goals at crucial times. A return of 5 goals and 9 assists at this level is a good season averaging 6.94. Getting on in age but will continue to play him until he declines, i do have a decent back up but not up to Robertson's standard yet. IW Right - Gilbey 38C - came in as a resilient 15yo with Martinez and is a fantastic prospect who can be a little up and down. Really need to be getting more output from him if i can hold on to him. Fully fledged member of the England set up now, contracted for two more seasons and doesnt want to resign. A similar season in the Prem as 3 years ago scoring 6 times and 7 assists, had hoped got more in a better overall season for the club. Hopefully a better year for him next year IW Left - Robertson 31A - another one of our good servants that has been retrained to play out wide. Found himself in and out of the starting lineup to give younger players with promise a go. Still a solid 7 goals from 23 starts but i think he will become a back up player next year. A solid club man from our League 1 days! DLF - Gronnesby 36A - our Norwegian international is our linkpin up forward. Had a fantastic season finishing as our joint top goalscorer despite also getting 6 assists and 4 POTM's. Have recently taking him off penalty duties as he missed all of 5 pens last year and all of 2 pens this year despite having our best rating. Bit of a quiet achiever who plays at IW Left at times as well. AF - Jarvis - our former wonderkid is now 26yo and had come off 40 goal back to back seasons in the championship. Had an injury interrupted seasons managing only 28 league games. Scored 12 goals but will be expecting a better full season next year if he can keep his body right.

BigJack
FC United Season 2027/28 Competitons Overview A solid start had us dreaming of promotion but a wobble in October and November saw us lose pace and although we recovered well to give us a chance of the play offs, Solihull Moors matched our result on the last day to take the final remaining spot. Even so an 8th placed finish in our first year at this level is a brilliant achievement and one I think we can improve on next season. Vanarama National League - League Table FA Cup - Lost in 4th QR to South Shields FA Trophy - Lost in 4th Round to Eastleigh Playing Squad Squad Best 11 Transfers Another solid season of development for what I think is a very good team and I think we can really push for the play offs next season. Star men this season were: Essien 25b Ekman 24b Thorpe 25a Hird 24e Burke 25e Youth Development Intake Its a better intake than last year I reckon with 4 elite talents. Puukka 28c, Griffiths 28b, Wainwright 28a and Burke 28d look the best of the bunch. Facilities and Finances Facilities Finances After our solid start I though I would take advantage of the good feeling at the club and requested upgrades to our Junior Coaching, Youth Recruitment and Training Facilities and all 3 were accepted. Even with the above its been another solid year financially even though our youth set up is now costing us £29,500 a month. This has been lowered to Level 4 due to technological advances so thats one negative.
fiz
KRC Gent 26/27 Nationale 1 - 9th League Table Corky Cup - Lost to Anderlecht in the 7th round Well we finished one spot higher for the 4th year in a row. I'm playing 2 different youngsters up front and they just aren't scoring many goals. We had an amazing cup run which helped out our finances after getting an away game at Anderlecht. I also started a friendly cup this season to try and help bring in more cash. I couldn't figure out a date where KAA Gent would be able to participate but we'll try again next season. Finally grabbed my first coaching badge in year 4! Glad to get the first one in the books. My top winger from my first post Raymond Vermeulen randomly decided he was tired of playing for lowly KRC Gent. I was able to sell him for $66,000 and a future fee of 40%. I don't know if he will sell for more in the future but his value went from 100k to 1.5M when he went to Oostende. It would be a nice bonus. Finances - Ending balance of -$275k. Amazing progress from last years $-875k. I would love to hover around 0 so we'll keep scheduling the friendly cup and trying to get KAA Gent in it. Youth intake - An entire squad of 2 star CA and 4 star PA youths. It will be helpful for depth when some of the non-contract players leave. Currently losing 6-8 of them a year. I liked these 2 the most. A left-footed poacher Aggressive CB Edited July 18, 2022 by fiz

JLAB
OFK Beograd - Season 7 - Youth Intake Day So before the transfer deadline day arrived, I was treated to my best goalkeeper declaring he was signing for our rivals Čukarički Stankom, so I took the decision to drop him for his replacement. What I wasn't expecting was for our form to absolutely skyrocket in the way that it did. Winning 6 out of 8 matches, and only conceding a single goal told me that Stefan Belic would be ready for next season. We have not been this good in years. In fact, the form was so good, that we managed to secure a top-half finish with ease. The fact we managed to secure our first top-half finish of the save tells me that either the tactic is really good or the players have finally become good enough to be competitive in the top flight, and that excites me. Still, our latest youth intake has arrived, and we got a lot of players with decent potential. Branislav Ramadani looks like a talent that I can develop to be a good winger, I just need his personality to become better. Predrag Markovic is another winger, this time on the otherside. They say he's a striker, but I'm not convinced about him being a striker myself. He does have a good personality. Mirko Milosavljevic on the otherhand, is a player that I am hopeful about. His personality gives me hope about his ability to improve, even if he needs to have a lot of work and is short. The last person I want to talk about is Vojislav Ivelja, his personality is not great, but he does have decent attributes. xenomorphing
Royale Union Tubize - Belgium - Season 2 (2024) mid-season review Result: Back to back promotion has as it stands now become a real possibility. I initially didn't want to promote instantly this season as I'm really lacking with quality CBs or wingbacks, but my projected finances decided otherwise. 12 games to go! HOYD Got myself a better HOYD at the beginning of this season. youth intake prediction Couldn't have asked for a better prediction. I'm in big need of proper defensive players. notable regens Still can't believe I got this guy in my first youth intake. He sadly hasn't developed that much yet and has been struggling with pressure, but has been performing great. This guy is a bit of a surprise for me. I got him in last youth intake as well. His stats are clearly not as good as Charles, but he's been performing and developing very well all considering. Breton hasn't had the best season yet in terms of development, his performances have been decent. Let's hope he picks it up in the second half of this season. Finances The club is clearly losing money for no apparent reason (welcome to FM lower leagues) so promotion has become a must. up to the end of the season! _JHTB_
Enfield Town Season 12 Vanarama National League – 1st – Champions! Transfers – Fixtures (1) – Fixtures (2) – Squad – Table – Key Player – Hot Prospect This summer we released one of our first youth players who’d played a lot for us in Jason Clarke 2 (he ended up retiring though). Once again we had a youngster who wasn't going to make it move to a different club. League Another strong start for us this season albeit quite a lot of draws, we only actually lost one of our opening 14 games and were well in the playoff race. We were having a bit of an issue in that our goals weren’t really been shared about a lot so were probably at some risk that individuals losing form would derail our season, though thankfully we somehow avoided that. We were just in good form for the most part but, we never actually were looking like winning the league as Exeter were comfortably top and although we ended the season really strongly winning 5 of our last 6 I wasn’t really expecting us to win the title. Exeter however, completely bottled the league title they lost their last 3 games which meant from 8 points behind with 3 to go we won the league on the final day – the only time in the season we were ever on the summit. We didn’t actually go top of the league even in the live league table until the 87th minute which is pretty crazy really. I was not expecting to be anywhere near winning the league we are lacking in a fair few areas, but we were just generally consistent throughout the season never exiting the top 6 once. Cups After last seasons good showing in the FA Cup this season was a big disappointment as we lost in the 4th qualifying round. The FA Trophy we beat the lower league sides on our way to the Quarter Finals, but were well beaten by York. Youth Intake Not the best intake, no real standouts and a lot of poor personalities. Dion Bailey 12 – Probably the pick of the bunch in that right back is a weaker area for us, looks to have some promise at least and I guess may end up as a back up next season. Mohamed Sherrif 12 – Doesn’t look terrible with attributes in the right places for his position but he's a long way to go to trouble the first team. Sanchez Jennings 12 – Technically, looks pretty solid. However, mentally and physically he is not brilliant. Maybe he can develop into an ok player for us but I’m not too sure. Key Players Muhammadu Faal – I was not sure Faal would really be any good this season, but he proved me wrong and was just firing them in for fun at the start of the season. Eventually he managed 35 goals in all competitions out scoring his xG by almost 10 goals. He’s declined a lot physically so I think next season he’ll surely fall off somewhat – which won’t be great as he’s our only real scorer. Stephen O’Brien 1 – O’Brien is a bit of an enigma, he plays really well for us in general in the heart of the defense, but when it comes to heading the ball he is woeful. In fact his technical ability consists of tackling and marking. I’m currently only giving him 1 year deal extensions as I hope we eventually get a defender who I can play instead but he’s a solid performer for us. Andrei Lefter 10 – As important a player as Faal for us in all seriousness, Lefter is just a very good goalkeeper for us. Over 26 xG prevented again this season which was pivotal for our consistency. We did receive another bid for him in the January window but again, nothing worth entertaining. I’m mostly worried that the increased financial burden of being a professional club might make the board jumpy at offers for our players. Infrastructure/Looking Ahead No infrastructure improvements this season other than that we are going professional over the summer – though that’s a given with promotion. I’m pretty sure we’ll need a new stadium too which is not going to help us at all financially. Next season I’m hopeful we can avoid relegation due to their only being 2 spots available. But I fear we’re going to lose money hand over fist so we’re not going to be anywhere near close enough to make some facilities upgrades - though hopefully us being able to do more than 4 training sessions a week will really help us develop players better. In spite of the success we’ve had with our attacking 442, I am contemplating actually changing formations next year too as other than Faal, we don’t really get goals from our strikers, so maybe changing formation will serve us better. Notable Landmarks Kieran Preece 1 – Now passed 500 appearances for the club (he was actually on 498 at the end of last season so the first couple of games got him there). He’s now up to 546 which in other circumstances could be a record for games at the club but with Faal still here he’s still behind. Brian Ibe 5 – Now passed 300 appearances for the club – the 4th youth player to do so. He is a player that in the long term is probably going to be replaced, but I’m pretty sure he may be able to reach 400 appearances before that happens and maybe he can hit 100 assists as well (currently 82). Jason Bailey 8 – One of 4 players to surpass 100 appearances for the club this season and I think this season he really pushed on a lot. Previously he was mainly appearing from the bench but now has made left back his own. Stuart Maley 8 - Maley is on an opposite trajectory to Bailey having started his career playing a lot for us where now he is very much a back up right back for us. That said, he has passed 100 appearances for the club this season. Andrei Lefter 10 – I’m very happy with Lefter as my goalkeeper and hopefully the 100 appearances milestone isn’t the only one he will pass for the club, still only 17 and has helped lead us to professional football. Jack Jones 9 – Jones has been my first choice centre back for the last couple of seasons, he’s nothing special but solid enough and has landed this year on exactly 100 appearances.

Daddy
2032-33 Season Review: I was hoping to make a serious run at winning the league this season, but the second half saw the team underperform pretty majorly. Once again the league goes to a team with 2 or fewer losses, so it's like College Football in America where more than one loss and it feels like the season is over. My 424 system I implemented as an alternate tactic wound up faltering a lot, which I didn't notice until it was too late in the season. Arsenal won the whole competition so it's not like it was a major upset here, but I still wonder if I stuck with my 4231 would I have won. Hopefully I get that rematch. Not all was lost this season as we won our first domestic cup. We also rose up in the rankings too. Which makes things pretty disappointing that our attendance isn't really great. Lviv is a large city, but there's a few other teams in the area. I'm not too sure how they calculate attendance. Cleared out a bunch of guys that weren't going to cut it here. New wonderkid. I'm a big fan as he can play all three spots on D fairly effectively. Plus, resolute is a top tier personality. Youth Intake: Nice to see the Chilean affiliate paying off. The fullback, Y33B, is a backup for the first team and will see a fair amount of playing time. This was actually a stronger intake than it appears as a lot of the "Good Talents" show 3* potential and mostly had decent personalities or attributes well enough to sign on. 2033-34 Season Preview: Besides needing to win the league for the challenge sake, I really want to break the dominance Shakhtar and Dynamo Kyiv have had on the league. Since the creation of the league following the dissolution of the USSR those two teams have won every year except the very first. Sadly the team that won the first year was a Crimean team which due to it's forced annexation was switched to Russian league and has since stopped operations. This is a group I expect to at least finish top 2, and really think we should win. I won't risk the league title for the Europa League, but I'm feeling a bit motivated to win this again to prove it wasn't just a lucky fluke.
XaW
XaW - Follo Fotballklubb - Season 2023 - OBOS-ligaen Squad | Transfers | Finances Well, this was quite the season! I didn't expect anything more than hoping to survive here, but we really managed to show our true quality. Player for player, I'm not sure if we are good enough, but the players really work in the tactic, and had some very good moments this season. For the most part we hovered around the bottom of the playoff spots, before we eventually got finished in the bottom one where everything was said and done. So we headed into the playoffs. In the quarter final we beat Stjørdals-Blink, and then we beat Sandnes Ulf after extra time in the semi final. Then onto the final where we dispatched Fredrikstad with relative ease. This doesn't mean we go up though, we were then only qualified for the final playoff against the 3rd lowest placed team in the top tier in a two-legged affair. We lost 1-0 away to Sandefjord, and in the return leg they shut everything down and saw it out in a 0-0 draw with ZERO highlights... Still, I'm very happy with the season, and I think going up would have been a bit too soon for us, so another season here will do us good, I think. Norgesmesterskapet: We beat Kjelsås, Trygg/Lade, and Stjørdals-Blink before we got thumped away to giants Rosenborg in the 4th round. XaW
XaW - Follo Fotballklubb - Youth intake 2024 Some talents, but not happy with the personalities this time. Vemund Holmedal 24b looks like a promising wide player. Not very quick, so most likely he will look to be played as the playmaker on the left, rather than a winger on the right. Sebastian Sandsengen 24c is another central tough guy. He will be behind a few others, but should be useful for us.
