Popular Post polesetter1
Stomil Olsztyn | 2024-25 Winter-Break Report | Fortuna 1. LigaGOD-MODE ACTIVATED! After the pre-season started in the worst possible way - we've lost our key player from previous season Banul and Drabiszczak were sold to Ekstraklasa teams (they play in their reserves - I hope the dumb****s are happy). They were loaned back, but after some consultations, I haven't played them. (Screens below). Also, our main wing-back Jońca broke his leg and was out for the whole round. I've had to retrain our winger Shibata as a wing-back and... it turned out better than I've expected. We are dominating the league. We've won on xG in 17 out of 20 occasions. We've already scored more goals than last season, and we have 47 points, which virtually makes us sure, that we'll play at least in the promotion play-offs. We have 14 games to play and we're 15 points clear from the second team. In the league, where top teams score less than 2 points per match it will be hard not to get promoted to Ekstraklasa. I'm already afraid how will the board behave when I'll get relegated from top tier in the next season. We were also able to introduce our younger players - Philipkowski and Marchewka (24D). Unfortunately, tha latter broke his leg, so it will hammer his growth... Also Romachów (24B) has played his first match in the first team. Also Żukowski was given more chances and he's performed brilliantly in this round. I haven't expected much from him, but he's one of our key players this season! There's also a chance that the next intake will be better than before. What to do now? I was thinking whether not to focus on giving our youngsters more playing time, and deliberately avoid promotion. It would be great to be promoted, as there's much more money in the Ekstraklasa, but we'll be way to weak to compete at this level. Match in the FA Cup proved that we're surely not ready for that level. I'm afraid that I'd be fired after relegation. What is your experience in that matter? BTW, we're also heading for another €350K from Pro Junior System, which is bonus for playing youth players the most. It's success after success, as we'll have our training facilities improved soon. I'm also studying for National C badge. Youth Coaching and Youth Facilities are already improved!League Table Spoiler Schedule Spoiler Transfers & Banul, Drabiszczak Loans Spoiler Our current team Spoiler Intake Preview Spoiler

Our Champion's League performance saw us reach the round of 16 where our first leg victory was overturned by Spurs. Our players performed well again for this season. Our youth intake wasn't the best as we took on just a handful. In other youth news, we did win the UEFA Youth League. Transfers History
Popular Post fries
Premier League 2037/38 (season 15) Season Summary A very great season. I manage to win the 7th position on the last day of the season. A 7th position is the second best result from my team and we qualified for a European tournament for the second time ever. Without any continental midweek games this season, I loaned out a handful of young first-team players from last season. When necessary I filled the team with younger players. The top performers this season was Smith and T. Walters. Another surprising top performer was Jensen. He scored 10 goals, including 8 goals in the Premier League. He shouldn't be good enough for this level but he played well and developed well too. Smith is still, by far, my best player. I need a couple like him to push further up in the league. I only had 1 player on the NXGN list. Wilde was number 2 on the list. I don't understand why a player like Owen was not on the list. He was number 2 last season and won the Golden Boy this season. Golden Boy The youth intake preview looked promising. 5 stars. But only attacking players. The intake was great with 4 elite talents. But mostly mediocre but not bad personalities. The non-elite talents had quite bad personalities. Hall was the most promising player of the intake. A great technical player, but he lack physical skills. No transfers of significance this season. Finances and Upgrades No upgrades this season. Hopefully, I can soon ask for upgrades to the youth facilities. Will it ever be possible? Next season Next season, I just hope to keep developing my players. I hope I can give important game time to some of my young talents in the Europe League. Last season we lost the Europe League final. Hopefully, we can compete again. If I am lucky we can qualify for a European spot in the league again.
BigJack
FC United Season 18 - 2040/41 Season Preview Preview Predicted Finish = 21st Competitions Overview EFL Championship - 1st. League Table Past Positions FA Cup - Knocked out in the 3rd round by Nottingham Forest. Carabao Cup - Knocked out in the 1st round by Peterborough United. After last seasons 7th placed finish, I was confident going into this season that we could challenge for the play offs at the very least. We had a decent summer where we only lost 1 player, Mike Purcell 37a moved to Fulham in a Transfer worth £27.5m. Personally I would have kept him but the board accepted the bid and gave me no option to protest their decision. Anyway, we started the season steadily but not particularly well, and you will see from the past positions graph that we actually were sat in 15th place after 20 games. This is when the penny dropped and we started picking up momentum, as we lost just 2 of our next 22 games to leave us in 2nd Place after 42 games. You can see how tight the league was with just 3 points separating the top 6. 7 points from our next 3 games meant we headed into the Final Day as Champions Elect, as our 3 point gap and +12 GD advantage was a hard task for Sheff Utd to overcome, in the end we both lost on the final day of the season anyway. It as taken 18 seasons but we have finally made it to the promised land that is the Premier League and all its riches. Playing Squad Squad Transfers Best 11 Another amazing season from what is a brilliant group of players. We have a brilliant core and a few decent back up options. Next year is a huge step up and one I hope we are ready for. GK - Williams 31b RB - Askey 35c LB - Diallo 35b - He refused to sign a new deal for the past 2 years and I thought I would lose him, turns out he has changed his mind and signed a new 5 year deal. CB - Bascoe 36a CB - Jabra 30a CM - Woodcraft 36b CM - Cook 37b AMR - Mead 34d AML - Rouse 36c ST - Liddle 33c ST - Tucker 38g - Stepped up in the absence of Jewell 33d and done a brilliant job. Others Smith 32b Jewell 33d - Usually our main man, and started the season on fire with 22 goal contributions in 21 starts, then he got a injury and one led to another and he only managed 5 sub appearances after that. Rooney 37c Adkins 39a - Another solid breakout season from him and he is on the verge of becoming a regular. Jepsen 37d Murphy 35a Bennett 37g Youth Development Preview Intake Personalities Our most promising preview for a few seasons as led a decent enough intake. 4 elite talents and a top talent who I really like the look off. Mcintyre 41a Devine 41b Westwood 41c Gibbs 41d Davies 41e Finances and Facilities Finances Facilities Training Facilities Upgrade alongside a Youth Level Increase to Category 1. This was later Confirmed at the end of the campaign. A big disappointment was the announcement that our planned new stadium has been Scrapped. I thought with promotion to the Premier League, this would 100% go ahead but I was wrong. The board did announce after they are installing Under Soil Heating at our current ground though, yay. After that was scrapped I asked for another Training Facilities Upgrade which the board accepted. Other Overall Best 11 Club Records I reached 900 Games in management this season. XaW
Congrats to the new completionists! Impressively done by all! For my own part, I've been away on holiday around Christmas, and then I got covid and was knocked out for a while. Slowly recovering now, so I'm looking to get back into this. Loading up a new save now, and I think I might have a go in Switzerland this time, but not locked into anything yet.

Popular Post the_hdk
Polonia Warsaw - The Black Shirts Season 25/26 (3rd) - Ekstraklasa Players / Transfers First of all @XaWget well soon! Covid can be bad. I was out for weeks in the past summer. Decent season for Polonia. 4th and chance to play in Conf. League next year. We ware lucky Pogon lost their last 3 games so we could surpass them. Three youngsters entered the first team. VASIN an Ukraininan (who is a real player) replaced MARCINIEC in first 11, but does not progres much. The other two ware the stars of our first intake, BLASZCZYKOWSKI and MAHE. MAHE started as rotation but quickly became a starter. Both players grew to 4 stars this year so that is great. Liverpool and KLOPP with 3rd year in a row CL win. Impressive. Nice to see Brentford win an European cup. Also in Poland Rakow with their first ever championship. BOCHENSKI '26 scholars. Not a very good year it seems. Only one elite. No foreign intake stadly. KALINOWSKI. The only elite. Determination and work rate are ok. His passing is bad. He;s also not the fastest. Needs alot of improevment to be considered for the first team.
Popular Post Neo_Geo
Season Review I'm not sure if its because its one of the Timo Mega Pack countries but the top league wasn't hard at all with a domestic double completed in our first season in the top tier with a near unbeaten season and qualifying for the Caribbean Zone Group Stage of the NACL as a result. With the intake I was able to play a more conventional formation going back to 2 centre backs and 2 central mids rather than 3 and 1 respectively. We conceded fewer than a goal a game and average at nearly 3 goals scored a game as we romped home beating Bayamon twice in the league (4-3 away and 1-0 at home) with a 1-0 win in the cup final to give our finances a real shot in the arm. Facility wise I've only been able to convince the board about junior coaching as we don't have enough funds for the training facilities and they won't listen to reason on the youth recruitment (though it was surprising good for the start of the save). The NACL fixtures start early and I've been drawn with: Ciego de Avila (Cuba), Harbour View (Jamaica) and Waterhouse (Jamaica). The hope is that there are some live match broadcasting income somewhere as the only time prize money is mentioned is the semi final where the losers get £174k and it's obviously too soon to think about that kind of success, this year is about gauging the level of the other nations in the Caribbean and seeing if we can get to the play-off and maybe the 2nd round. As far as the intake was concerned I had two standouts who are ready for the first team in Nathan Smith (star graduate) and Edward Llenza (one to watch) so I am quite pleased with that. Popular Post JLAB
Motor Lublin - Season 9 - Winter Break This season, I signed a new Head of Youth Development in the form of José Cruz from UE Olot because I felt that he was a massive upgrade on my previous Head of Youth Development. The fact he's only got a National B Licence was appealing as well. The only problem is the fact that I can't convince him to go on a coaching course. Still, early days things have been rather promising. We did get knocked out of the Puchar Polski 3rd round by Lechia, but other than that and a slow month in October, things have been going rather well. Things are going so well in fact, that we currently have a 9 point gap at the top of the table going into the winter break, with 15 games left in the season. If I don't win the title from here, is it a bottle job? We also got a reasonable youth intake preview, and one that I am hoping will make us better in the areas that have been highlighted. The CBs and GKs feels like the weakest areas of the club right now. Also, randomly we formed a link with Real Betis, which was not what I was expecting at the beginning of the season, but that's happened as a result of the board forming the link. We also formed a partnership with Varaždin as well, so that's another country now added to the list of affiliates we currently have at the club. Unless you play in Trinidad 🇹🇹, Jamaica 🇯🇲 or Haiti 🇭🇹 it's pretty easy to win the domestic double right out the gate. Issue will be beating those three countries in the Carribean club championship. Interesting you use Timo over V50s new version of the Caribbean. Any reason? I played a few seasons in Martinique on V50s over Christmas but didn't post about it and was able to go from 3rd tier straight to champion. V50s DB much more accuracy for league rules and for continental qualification with more transfer activity. Getting deep into my Luxembourg save on a Timo DB ive noticed registration issues with the AI. Now that they are all professional they buy too many Portuguese and french players so can't field subs. Rich clubs won't be a problem for you in the Caribbean though with how tight money is.

Popular Post XaW
That's right, I'm heading to Hungary again! It's a nation I really like to manage in, but I can't really say why. First of all, here is my profile: Also, @darren1983, the best way to select a team is to holiday until the final match day of the 2nd tier (for me May 21st) and then save. After the game is played a relegation playoff between 3 teams from the 2nd tier and 3 from the unplayable division is set up. At that point, look at the teams and find if you want one, then save scum them to winning the playoffs. Then holiday until June 20th and take over the team. Now, over to Budaörs. They are a club from (surprise!) Budaörs, a town in the suburbs of Budapest, the capital of Hungary. The club and I think I should have a fair chance at getting in some talented youth here. Also, full disclosure, the club has 4 players currently in on loan, but those end 10 days after I take over and i can't cancel them before that. Now, wish me luck to glory and beyond!

And then we'll see if it makes any difference with players coming through! cos while they're good, they're just not good enough. Still no Italian internationals or wonderkids, 30 seasons or so in! Winski
I'm also off to Hungary! I enjoyed my save in Finland with JJK, but I really dislike the fact that, after qualifying for European football, you'll have to wait almost one whole year to start playing the first European match. So I'll put that save on hold, and I decided to give Hungary a go. I chose BKV Előre Football Club, mainly because of their club colours. I just love yellow and blue, as I'm a big supporter of SC Cambuur in real life. But it's also a small club from a big city: Budapest. So a lot of potential to grow as a club. I'm already 11 matches underway. The start went okay. We won our first two matches, but then lost 6 of the next 7 matches. I tweaked my tactic a bit, by making it a bit less attacking. And that resulted in three straight wins. Our striker Ádám Ihos started fantastic, by scoring 12 goals in 11 matches, with 4 goals in his last match.

Win was against Dinamo Zagreb and draws against Totenham & Young Boys. We've got a long ways to go still... Spoiler Cup We regained the cup with the big win being the semi-final against Titus which went to penalties after an exciting 3-3 120 minutes. Somehow my unskilled penalty takers came out on top to set up a pretty straightforward final. Spoiler League This season we were the only team that made it into europe and our rotational players dropped too many points for us to keep up with Titus Petange even though we repeated the final point taly from last seasons 1st place finish. Spoiler UEFA Youth League The kids did it beating Man U 1-0 in the Final for our first continental silverware Spoiler Youth Academy: Youth Intake Preview Very promising Spoiler Youth Intake Our new Portuguese HOYD delivered a second star CB and a few more players in a second Golden Generation. Again, bad personalities but have rated potential for the first time in years. Spoiler Best Prospects Spoiler Another useful intake with a second year in a row where we get a 2* CA CB and this guy actually has the personality to match his potenti More important though is we got a possible striker. Considering our starters are 30 & 34 this is very timely. Big issue though is that Determination. Hope mentoring succeeds. 3rd Elite talent is a playmaker who sadly has no physicals and is unambitious. Not much hope here In the top talents we did get a Fickle LB who could be decent cover if he gains speed. HOYD & Head Coach So again I've had personality downgrades with my U21 Head Coach going from Driven to Fairly Determined & my HOYD going from Resolute to Fairly Determined. This has happeened to me a lot this save, way more than I remember in FM22. I've been training up two replacements in my U21 Coaches, but it breaks realism to sack a U21 Head Coach when he wins the Europe Youth Tourney and a HOYD when he delivers 2 for 2 Golden Generations. Kind of hope Kasper gets poached for a head coach gig. My last U21 Head Coach got poached by Swift and now is the Ghana head coach, perk of hiring retired players! Spoiler Poached We had C Moreno Pires (Poach 6) show up in Belgium and he's horrible. We also had another player taken by a lower Belgian side, probably will be equally meh. Spoiler Best XI Spoiler Youth Products Highlights The newest addition to the starting lineup is Luis Filpe 26b at RB who has performed much better than his ability suggests and even with some stuttering development he's replacing our worst player in the starting lineup who is also the last Unambitious starter. Germano Almeida 25a is still having mediocore development, but already he's good enough to be our next playmaker as our captain phases out. Then last year's CB Arsenio Cordeiro 28a is developing pretty well getting 18 starts as our #3 CB with a 7.18 rating so a great rookie season. With another CB appearing Tom Di Bari 25g will have to go out on loan next year as he won't repeat his 13 starts. Spoiler Club Infrastructure Even with a Season Ticket Waiting list of 11,880 that is almost equal to the total occupancy of our small stadium (and larger than our seated capacity of 8800) I can't convince the board to build a new stadium. It doesn't help that for 2-3 years now we have been under consistent failed takeovers showing the board want out. It's probably hard for the game to negotiate a deal for a club sitting on 85 Million in cash. At the end of the season we got a Training Facility downgrade and the board had the audacity to say I should buy players instead of upgrade it back up?! And of course still no option to upgrade Youth Facilities. Good news though on June 3rd my Chairmen announced he's looking to retire, which means a takeover should happen shortly. I've had him for 7 years and while he's a block now he was crucial to get us to where we are at so I can't hate him too much. Spoiler Head Coach Figured its worth showing what over 10,000 days managing in Luxembourg looks like. I'll be the first to admit I leverage the vacation button heavily for my sanity. Also, my career earnings are pretty low as there was a bug in the DB that the board couldn't offer me money until we were Professional & had a board takeover. I now earn $12,750 p/w so reasonable for a small nation. Spoiler Luxembourg Well I saw the loss of the second CL spot coming when nobody else qualified for a group stage. Hopefully one of the other teams will make a group stage so we can regain that coveted 15th coefficient rank as I very much like getting CL qualification form 2nd place. The club rank fell back to what it was 5 years ago and we are still top 50. TV is up to $6.51M Spoiler Thoughts Excel Season 1 - 15 Excel Season 16 - 29 Our captains are 34 years old now and are on the decline. Luckily we have a young playmaker ready to step in for our CM and we have two false 9 strikers who can play together pretty well so our aging goalscorer can become more of a specialist player while we develop our new striker. I'd say the next 2-3 seasons will be a small transition as we say goodbye to our captains and hopefully integrate some new young players. I hope next year we don't get another CB or I'll have to consider a 5 at the back formation to play them all. Popular Post the_hdk
Polonia Warszawa - The Black Shirts Season 26/27 - Ekstraklasa Players / Transfers Decent improvement from our side. Top3 finish is great. First season in europe in Conference league went well. We ended the run in Round of 16 against Lech Poznan of all clubs. Cup was won by Twente so that is nice. We had some changes in our team. PAZIO our loyal wing back got injured and broke his back and decided to retire mid season. He was replaced by LUKASIK (1st year regen). Further we replaced alot of reserve players by youngsters and regens. FIUDZIUKIEWICZ our old main striker retired at the end of the season and will be replaced by one of the regens next year. Our star strikers MAHE and BLASZCZYKOWSKI entertain big interest but for now mostly from Lech and Legia. Last big was 2 mln so i'm happy we got the Euro money this year. Liverpool with 4th CL win in a row. Bellingham and Liverpool is an amazing mix. MBAPPE with Ballon d'Or despite losing the World Cup to Portugal. BOCHENSKI class of '27. Not bad at all. Two elites. And two foriegn intakes. TOMIC who is a German Croat. And NAGY (naked in polish) who is halve Hungarian. KAZIMIERSKI has great determination and technique. And that is about it. I hope he has decent potential as he needs to improve alot. SKOCZYLAS is not elite...but he is a Model Citizen! Our first. Decent finishing already....But he is slower than me. (I was actually quite fast up to 2 years ago). Still, I have high hopes.

XaW
Well, that was a short stint in Hungary... Apparently I "lost the dressing room", and the board decided that was it. Kind of annoying as I think we had a good first half of the season, even if we were hanging around the relegation playoff.... Welcome back to the challenge, I guess! Now to look around for another country again...

Popular Post JAwtunes
Cardiff Corinthians - Season 2046/47 Review (s25) A slightly more interesting season than normal. We failed to qualify for the Champions League group stage for the first time in about a decade. However, we were much more competitive in the Europa League and managed a 2nd place finish in our group. We were convincingly beaten by Valencia in the First Knockout Round of the Europa League. The biggest step forward was in our attendances as we had a higher average attendance in the league than any other team for the first time. Popular Post ludak
We did it yet again! T'was not our best year, but it's ok, we're still looking for some players that should take us up top! Another easy title. I just had to sell them, as I couldn't reject that much money even if I don't need it. Spoiler I know Jovanovic is gonna be good. Jovicic also looks great. That's all for now, next season I hope that we'll win some games in the CL.
Popular Post OlivierL
Season Preview | Competitions | Honours HLN : We dit it ! Only four teams became champions in the past outside Dinamo. Hajduk (7), Rijeka(1), Osijek(1) and Zagreb (1). We are Croatia's 6th champion ! Really everything went well this season with no real stand-out performers, it was just a great team performance with several good players. I am extra proud because this is already happening in season 5 . We are still by far media predition last (800/1 odd) and lowest wage budget. Europe: We lost against AEK in the Europa Conference League - 3rd QF round, so no Europe for us this season. In the end, this may have been the key for winning the league. Supersport Hrvatski Kup: We played our second cup final against our season rivals Hajduk Split. We missed 5 first eleven players (supsensions) but our main DL had to play with U20 Croatia. Not realistic that he is joining them before our cup final. We had no chance and lost our second final. U19: Our U19 finished 5th in the Hrvatska Juniorska Liga. First XI| Overall Best XI| Transfers| Youth Intake 2028 Great season from McKee YT and Komorski YT , scoring 17 and 7 assists. Scremac 24B is our star player with 13 assists and 8 goals. Lukanić 25D was our player of the season. Scoring 12 goals and 4 assists. He came most of the time from the bench but he is a real weapon. Finances & Upgrades Profile Club | Finances | Facilities | Club Vision | Supporters Profile | Affiliated Clubs No European group stage so we lost some money. We were able to invest the money from last season. New partnership with Opatija from Croatia. Nation Watch Objectives Spoiler Objectives that i want to achieve during this save, not everything is realistic. i also have a small objective list as future Croatian manager. Next Season I plan to change the senior team strongly after this great season. Five or six players who barely play or will be end of contract next season will be replaced by about six young players. I want to involve them and play them as much as possible. Reaching top two is the objective and growing further financially through champions league participation. Popular Post officiallydeej
League - Wow. We did it! After two seasons at this level narrowly avoiding relegation we almost doubled our points tally and will be playing in the top tier next season! Despite what the image says we started strong, winning 7 of our first 10 and despite the odd wobble kept form going to win promotion with two games to spare. We were incredibly good at home finishing with a home record of 14-3-0 and actually quite poor away finishing 6-1-10. Our board cut our wage budget in half mid way through the season due to mounting debts and it was only 15k pw for the second half of the season. I've only realised it now looking back as I type this but due to the debt this was probably a now or never season for promotion with the wage budget being so low. Taca de Portugal - We squeaked through a third round tie on penalties against 4th tier opposition before losing at home to top division side Mafra in round four. I rested players when it looked like we were going to be league contenders so no concerns here. Allianz Cup - A really good run here starting with away wins against top division sides Tondela and Boavista (both 2-1). This rewarded us with a group against two more top sides, Casa Pia and the mighty Benfica. We drew 1-1 with Casa Pia but due to fixture pile up I opted to put out a very young second XI against Benfica, though they did not disgrace themselves only losing 2-1. Top Prospects Our main man Roicado 25e is still here despite again coming and asking to leave twice this season. He always walks away happy when I say I'll sell for for a reasonable price (2.5m) but strangely I've not had one offer for him in the save, let's hope it stays that way this summer. His average rating of 7.18 was the highest at the club and reaffirms his place as easily our best player. The mentoring of Laureano 25h has really paid off and definitely contributed to his continued rapid growth this season. Now a regular in our back 4, his highlight (or lowlight) is probably picking up a ridiculous 20 bookings in 35 matches. He missed 5 league games this season because he was banned for all of them! Santos 24d has been with us since our first intake and a regular starter for 3 years now but appears here for the first time. His 22 goals were key to our promotion and although I don't think he has much more room to grow will be key to any hope we have of survival next season. Youth Intake We have a son! I think this is the first time I've ever had this playing FM. Sadly Ollie Cash looks absolutely hopeless but he'll be sticking around and I'll do my best to at least develop him a little bit. I'm not overly impressed with this intake but there should at least be a couple of players to fill out the squad if nothing else. Jose Rosario looks like another big unit of a centre half similar to Gomes 28c from last year's intake who played 20 first team games this season at only 16. We are still a bit light at centre half after losing Lamelas two seasons ago so Rosario is a welcome additon. Bernardo Esguelha has some work to do but starts from a good base of attributes and also comes packing a professional personality to hopefully aid faster development. On the whole I still feel the quality is nowhere near the class of 2025 but I hope playing in the top league may influence this next season. Transfers & Next Season Only one permanent departure this season with Duarte moving on to pastures new. He was never a first team regular and had gradually become surplus to requirements so left us for the offer of first team football in the fourth tier with Coruchense. In terms of next season I don't really know what to expect. We do compete well with the Liga Bwin sides in the cups but they are one off start of season games and we're usually much fitter due to our season starting earlier. The target will be to keep our heads above or as close to the water as we can and make sure we don't get cut adrift early. I look at our players and don't even see a top half side in the division we're in, never mind the one we're going into but clearly they think otherwise. One of the keys to our success was our second string getting much better which allowed me to rotate and cover injuries without completely sacrificing results like in previous years. I do feel a number of our top players are playing close to potential already so we'll be looking to the next generation to develop quickly if we're going to stay up. Our U19s finished 3rd in the top tier this season, only 2 points behind champions Boavista. Edited January 10, 2023 by officiallydeej
Popular Post Daddy
After taking a little journeyman break I'm back and in Austria! The other country I had unfinished business with from FM22 (Switzerland and England as well). From what I was seeing the facilities are pretty even for teams making the jump in Austria, so I picked a team that isn't immediately broke and seems to have decent depth. As always the goal is survival. Decided to give FM Kit Creator a try over kitbasher. Will take some getting used, but it seems like there's a tony of really cool stuff that can be done. The logo is slightly different but it is the teams primary kit sponsor and kit brand too.

Fmfan00
Hi all... I just had a question since I am doing to do a youth challenge but a little bit different. If your doing a youth challenge what is the point in having scouts if your bringing in players only through your youth intake. Was just courious. I use my scouting team to get as many reports on the opposition (upcoming and teams in my league) as possible. Constantly. It allows me to plan my tactics better to counter them.

I switched to Kit Creator a few months back and actually prefer the flexibility you get there. It's not possible to quickly create kits for loads of teams but I prefer it when you just want to create a couple for your own team.
Popular Post Cultured Left Foot
If you'd like to follow my Youth Academy Challenge in more detail, its being run as playthrough on my YouTube Channel - http://www.youtube.com/c/culturedleftfoot SEASON NINE REVIEW Easily our most successful season to date as we challenged for the play off spots in the Vanarama National League, but ultimately fell short. A little dip towards the end of the season really hurt our chances and we just didn't have enough time to rally back into the play off spots. But nonetheless a wonderful season and progress is really being made. Progress has been evident every season, but to be competing at the better end of the National League shows that the process is working - focusing on training and scouting of opponents to maximize our chances. The fans can also see the progress as we had our highest average attendance ever. Alot of the progress comes down to great team dynamics and the togetherness of the squad. The youth intake came and went and we had a couple of stand out players in the moulds of Fearon and Moore. Moore is below, and Fearon picked up MoM on his debut. And as ever we are starting to see more interest in out players, Even if it just loans for now. But they are getting game time which is assisting with their development. Our managerial talents haven't gone unnoticed with Brighton (about to go down to the Championship in save) offered a job interview! On we go to Season 10, which I'm hoping will be the big push for promotion out of this tough league. The one automatic promotion spot makes it incredible tough to get out of this league! WISH US LUCK ! Edited January 11, 2023 by Cultured Left Foot Formatting and Spelling
officiallydeej
I'm not one to question Mr President but from what I can see on Wiki José Fonte only ever played for the club's youth team and gets a stadium named after him yet the manager who took them from the fourth tier to the first isn't even favoured personnel! One of my players (Senica) is the club's only legend but I'm guessing they didn't choose him because he's still playing.
