Popular Post SuperRedditch
Season 8 - 2030/31 National League - 6th Lost in Play-off Semi Final A strong first season in the fifth tier of English football. We were up around the play-offs all season, but really were a tier of quality below the top 4 teams. Additionally, our tiny squad size meant that we suffered from horrific fatigue issues and when key players started to lose a bit of form our results suffered. We've made huge investments into training/youth facilities thanks to the MacFarlane windfall, we're turning professional this summer, and we still maintain an exceptionally healthy £6m bank balance. We sold another 50% sell on clause for £300k, which covers running costs and we're in a strong position for the future. I can't complain too much about the Semi-final loss. They were better, had had more rest (having a bye in the first round) and were just a better team really. Star Players Alieu Jawara 28d - DC - Missed a bunch of the season due to AFCON. Absolute rock.Lamine Camara 27d - AMR - Just a creative force on the right wing. When he plays well, we play well. 15 goals/17 assists.Bekir Twigg 28i - ST - Amazes me that he came through the same intake as MacFarlane and was considered second fiddle. 34 goals. Youth Intake 2nd Resolute 5* PA striker in 2 years. I really need some defenders. The DM pick up is great, however, and the personalities for the top prospects are fantastic, too. Next Season Top 3? Our starting XI is almost strong enough, and the weaker areas improve as players train/play more. Also sign as many players as possible to full-time contracts, I think some will want to join bigger clubs and will stay on part-time. The only issue is, the other option is Fickle... Expand It's 100% his personality. Unambitious is almost the worst you can get (along with Slack, Casual, Low Determination). Fickle is okay, he'll have decently high ambition but low loyalty. Fickle can develop. Mentoring has really helped with this for me, I had an Unambitious 17 year old that I needed for first team cover, so promoted him to the seniors and paired him with a Fairly Ambitious player. By the end of the season he'd hit Low Determination which if my old numbers are still valid means his Ambition went over 5, and prior to our season 2 opener he's at Fairly Sporting as his Determination climbed to 6. It's a shame he'll never really trouble the first team having been superceded by last year's intake, but it's been good to see it in action. Ah, you got sacked anyway. Popular Post Streetpete
I have started a new try in this challenge. I was considering between Turkey and Denmark but I went with my homenation. Most difficult aspect in Denmark is starting as an amateur club, which means I have to get semi professional ASAP before I lose my players, so lets see how that will go. I started with Holbæk since they are the most viable option to progress with, also they have develop players using clubs youth system expectation, so that is nice. Squad looks pretty good and luckily not too old, so if we do get semipro we can have them on the team for a while. This guy will be my new HOYD, he isnt great, but he was probably the best I could find, I could have found someone with professional personality but they sucked in the other areas so he will make due for now.
Popular Post Neo_Geo
Season Review Spoiler This was a truly outstanding season. To qualify for the Championship group, reach the Swiss Cup Final and to then get Europa Conference League qualification in the first season in the Super League with 1000-1 odds is most certainly punching above my weight. With a +5 goal difference over 32 games scoring 41 and conceding 36 reflects well upon my tactics with a low block and hitting on the counter. The best eleven shows my front 4 were amongst the best performers and with Mitrovic getting the keeper of the year award it meant I was relatively solid at the back. The intake this year was another solid result with the striker Mandli looking to be an outstanding talent as well as the AMC Roos who I am training to be a central midfielder given Nzila has agreed an end of contract move to Cameroon (getting 5k a week rather than the £900 I was offering him). The finances just dipped in the red at the end of the season (not as much as last year) before a £50k cash injection was made and then we had £900k in sponsorship come in taking us back into the black. I've managed to get the training and youth facilities to be upgraded though they are not complete for the time of the review hence the 2 star rating still. I have just requested another youth recruitment and junior coaching improvement which once again were rejected and then I insisted on these and they changed their mind keeping my 100% board request record in tact! The supporter profile shows a fairly sizeable social media increase and the supporters influence has dropped to moderate now (it was at 4 out of 5 for a spell). I expect that with European football next season there might be another sizeable increase to the social media figures. Reiver
Since any of the other game ideas I have for FM23 need access to the editor, I am back here with another try / in another league, starting at a slightly higher level, and with some additional challenges. Salzburger Athletiksport-Klub 1914, SAK for short, is the oldest football team in the state of Salzburg, and until WWII was the biggest team in the state, After the war they lost the spot to Austria Salzburg and later to Energy Drinks FC. Freddy Adu is here to change that. Our goal isn't just to win the Champions League. On our way there we want to go all out to be the best team in Salzburg - overtaking Sports Beverages FC will have a special taste in the save. (Or we'll die trying, getting sacked is a real hazard when playing this way).

Popular Post benrollo
European football is coming to the Gradski Stadion! OK it's the Europa Conference League, and OK we scraped it (and are still absolutely MILES behind the top 4), but this is huge! The final phases are becoming pretty routine now - the top 4 smash the bottom 4, whilst the bottom 4 look to nick points off each other. We just about managed to nick enough. On to the players, and sadly the board sold off another of our talents for the fourth season in a row. Milos Stojoanovic 29-1 was the one to leave this time, joining Milan in a deal worth up to £1.7m. The bright spot for us this time is the fact a sell on clause is included - that 20% of profit from next sale could be huge, seeing as he's valued at up to £34m already! Whilst we're on the subject of departed players, here's a look at the other players sold by the board so far: Spoiler Nikola Cakic 26-1. Still at RB Leipzig, and now valued at up to £53m. He's not a regular starter, but has 53 league appearances since joining Bayern 3 seasons ago. Igor Pavlovic 27-1. Still a Porto player, although he's yet to make an appearance for the first team. Has 42 apps for the B team, and is valued at up to £8.8m. Kenan Bozic 24-1. Left Partizan after 2 seasons for less than they paid us! He didn't get the job done at Partizan, scoring only 3 goals in 16 matches before joining 2. Bundesliga side Arminia Bielefeld where he has 2 goals in 11 matches. Look how they massacred my boy. Back to our own players, and again there was a good showing from defensive players in my best performers. Ranko Vojvodic 24-5 (7.13 average rating) led the way, a real rock in the heart of our back line. Central midfielder and second-highest graduate appearance maker Branko Gligorijevic 24-3 (7.04 average rating) was in next, coming up with some big goals when we needed them. Goalkeeper Goran Dimitrijevic 30-1 was third with a 7.01 average rating. Having a keeper with an average over 7 tells the story of how much we had to rely on him I think. In graduate news, we were once again promised a golden generation. The graduating class was certainly pretty top-heavy, but that top is packed with potential contributors. David Zivkovic 32-1 Tasty! A few mentals could do with a jump, but it won't be long before David gets games. Marko Mitrovic 32-2 Another winger/forward with plenty of developing to do, but I think based on that value alone we could have a big talent here! Marko Spasojevic 32-3 And a third winger. Not entirely sure where he'll end up playing, but another high price tag tells me he's good. Filip Krstic 32-4 Only 5 elite talents so let's take a look at all of them. Bit of a no-nonsense CB in the making. Dorde Sarenac 32-5 I quite like the starting point Dorde is coming from as a winger, even if he's got a fair way to go. Not too much changed off the field, although our youth facilities were upgraded and are now 'Good'. I don't really know how much money there is in the Europa Conference League, but if we can make it through to the group stages (and that's a big IF I know!) maybe we can go for the next upgrade. Next season, priority number 1 is trying to do something in Europe. I feel like we're relatively well established in the Super League, but at the same time its going to take a miracle for us to even get close to the teams at the top of the pile. Would be nice if our board didn't keep selling off talented players to be honest.

Popular Post the_hdk
Kaf Sin Kaf Season 28/29 (6) - Süper Lig Transfers / Players First off...please check out my kits. as we goty a new sposor I though it was time to give us new kits (atleast for 4 seasons). Hope you guys like them. Again a bit better season. Despite that we lost SARI to PSG. The money went to good use as we improved youth recruitment and training facilities. This yera Gala took the championship despite Antalyaspor being in the first spot most of the season. We are getting there. In 2-4 seasons we could be fighting for top5 spots if we do not lose all our star players. Also in teh cup we did well. Quarter Finale. BULUT made it into teh first 11 in the midfield. While MALAK replaced SARI in the attack. Also ALPTEKIN made huge progess (2,5s tar into 4 stars). Could be a starter next year. Biggest sale of the club. I have a feeling we could have gotten more. Another brilliant intake. I love Turkey! I changed our scouting to be into more countries. Maybe we will be getting some foreign talent. And teh best of the intake. YALCIN is a realist with high detremination and already 2,5 star ability. Decent passing. Love teh aggression, Is this our Roy Keane / Roy Kent? I sure hope so.

TIA Hi, Ishøj is not eligble for this challenge as they start in the 4th tier the first season, sorry. Other teams such as Holbæk (as I'm playing with), Marienlyst, FC Vestsjælland, or Odder IGF for example are eligble since they start below 3. division initially. As for being amateur, well, your only hope it to get semi-pro as soon as possible. I lost most of my best players the first few seasons before I got promoted into 2. division and turned semi-pro. I still have a lot of the backups and rotation options on amateur contracts, since I don't care that much if they get poached, but keep the key players in semi-pro deals. There is not much one can do to avoid it, but rather just endure until you can give timed contracts.

Popular Post BigJack
FC United Season 6 - 2028/29 Season Preview Preview Predicted Finish: 24th Competitions Overview VNL - League Table FA Cup - Lost in 4th Qualifying round to Basford United. FA Trophy - Lost in Third round to Warrington Town. Finishing in 18th almost makes it look comfortable but it was anything but that. With 2 games to go we sat 3 points clear of safety but the team behind us had a game in hand. Our 2nd to last game was against League winners Notts County who thumped us and this meant we sat 22nd going into the final match. Our last game was against Walsall who sat 18th and just 2 points clear of us. Any 2 of 6 sides could go down and in true last day drama we sealed a dramatic late 4-3 win to book another season at this level. We was awful for most of the season as we went with a very young defence as you'll see below, this with losing a few legacy players in the summer meant we was always in for a tough season. Playing Squad Squad Transfers Best 11 A tough year for what is a very young side. We moved on numerous legacy players in the summer and this left us with a GK and back 4 aged 17, 16, 16, 16 and 17. And to start with we really struggled, in our first 15 games we won just 2, drawing 4 and losing 9. I stuck with them and Gaye 27a, Hendon 28a and Turnbull 28d have progressed really well. Howarth 28b and Schorah 27b not so much but I hope another season of 1st team football should help them. Lawton 26c and Mcdermott 24c both had good years again and we now only have 2 or 3 legacy players in most starting elevens. Arthur 25b and Jones 28c are making good progress and getting a decent amount of games whilst Onyeka is still our main man and scoring goals. Youth Development Preview Intake Another promising preview was followed up by another promising intake. 3 players at 2.5 star current ability is promising straight away and Koral, N'Goran, Scalon and Samson have already made a few appearances. Koral notched on his debut and ended the season with 4 goals in 3 starts and 4 sub appearances. Koral 29a N'Goran 29b Scalon 29c Griffiths 29d Samson 29e Finances and Facilities Finances Facilities I was going to hold back on upgrades but I couldn't resist and managed to get upgrades to both the Training Facilities and Youth Facilities this season, so the Fallon 24a money has been spent and we are back to our usual balance of £400k/500k. After securing survival the board asked my opinion on whether we should look to upgrade our Youth Level from category 4 to 3, which I Agreed to. I have had 2 decent intakes in a row so hopefully this helps make them even better. Other. Club Records Overall Best 11 We hit 300 games this season and hopefully will clock up many more. Daddy
One more attempt in England since the last one ended super fast. Popular Post SkiIIs
Season 2- 2024/25 - VNLN On the field, another great season where we performed above expectations. For the majority of the year we spent it inside the play off spots however a dip in form in the last third of the year meant we just missed out again. Cant say that im too disappointed as I dont honestly believe we deserved to be in the running for promotion with lots of wins despite having less shots than our opponents. Off the field, there really isnt much to say as every single request was denied from having an 18th team, coaching badges for staff, youth improvement and junior coaching. The only thing i managed to squeeze out them was my first coaching badge when we were 4th and flying high after begging on my knees! Finances are circa 150k in debt and getting worse by the month. Need a good Cup run or something as we're only getting about 420 people at the games and our players are worth peanuts. Youth Preview was concerning but i thought it was just nonsense as previews seem bugged: Almost vomited once the intake came through. Should never be getting these types of intakes with the substandard level of team we've currently got: Have had two players make their debuts for the Norwegian and Swedish under 21 teams.
Popular Post shaunvamos
We did a lot better this season, but we still avoided the relegation playoff by a point. I'm pretty optimistic about next season though, as our junior coaching and youth recruitment have been upgraded, and hopefully there's more where that came from. What's worrying though is that we're losing our two starting CBs and our best performers on free transfers. So we'll see if the replacements can step up and fill some very large boots. Popular Post WhiteCat33
Guiseley AFC Season 7 2029-2030 – Vanarama NationalMatches | Squad | Transfers | Finances | Supporters | Facilities Financial Situation So far while Guiseley's HOYD has done a pretty stand-up job delivering me quality Vanarama National players he has yet to find the wonderkid hiding in the countryside outside of Leeds. Because of this we have made essentially no money from transfers. Combine that with a Fan-Owned club and low attendance & sponsorship from a low-population location our club is financially unstable. My solution was prioritizing Cups. Just taking the prize money into account the 250k we earned is greater than our season profit of 228k. Then add in all the gate receipts income, TV revenue etc we probably would have had a -300k season at least if I'd focused on the league. Even with promotion I'm sure the board would have killed budgets (that are already tiny) and sold off our players killing the save. Why are we losing so much money? Youth Setup. Our board generously offered to bump us back up to Level 3 after our downgrade last year, which I took. That combined with our higher reputation (Rank 127 from 147 in England) saw our Academy costs jump from 165k to 529k this season. This is why I've held-off upgrading Youth recruitment as I anticipated this rise. (Income & Expenditure). And it's only going to get worse next year as the upgrade takes effect. If we repeat our performance at least we'll break even? Competitions: We are an offensive powerhouse. 3 of our 4 Strikers got 20+ goals apiece, and our 4th plays also as a MR, so didn't have as many opportunities for goals. Then if you look at my Midfielders, my two wingers got 19 & 13 assists, with more coming from my CM pair. We did well by scoring well. Spoiler League: This was a long long season. We played 61 competitive matches totally 5,520 Minutes, so the fact we finished just 1 point away from a playoff berth is impressive. It came down to the final day where we had an outside chance of stealing our way into 7th if 3 other results went our way. Naturally, none of them went our way so even though we won our final match of the season our poor form due to exhaustion cost us the joy of more matches! Seriously though, I don't think we're ready defensively for League 2: Spoiler FA Cup: 3rd Round Defeat to Bournemouth 1-0. I have to chalk this up as a successful run even though apparently nobody wants to go to a Championship Bournemouth home match as they only had 7,000 people in their 41k stadium. We almost held out against their onslaught, but one overcommitment by our LB gave their AMR the space to dribble the pitch and beat our keeper to the NP whose major weakness is 1v1 (8 Ability). This is probably the ideal spot to get to in the FA Cup, just hopefully next year I get a more exciting opponent. I'll take the whipping by a top club if their fans show up. FA Trophy: CHAMPIONS! I was going to do my Wembley commentary again, but my offense decided to not hit the target so it took till the 108' for my surprise developing utility winger Fletch Tymon 050 (yes that low on the ranking) to pick up the scraps from a bobbled catch by their GK for us to find the late winner. These matches all felt easy as we were playing League 2 sides in the FA Cup, and sending out our fresh Best XI for each game. Feels good to get our first Silverware of the challenge, with some prizemoney but most importantly reputation! Youth Academy Youth Intake Preview: Typical nonsense of all A's Spoiler Youth Intake: We are getting our good personalities! 4* potential is Vanarama National players right now and 5* is League 2, so really it isn’t so bad as any of the 3.5* PA that develop well could be competitive at this level. Spoiler Favorite Intake Players: Best is probably the LB Martin Naylor. It’s a position we are light in and he has good mentals, so he will be our #2 there straight away. Slow and short for my liking. Spoiler Pat Mathews while he lacks in current ability, he’s got the perfect Personality + Determination with decent work rate that if he develops in U18s could be something for us Spoiler Third to showcase has to be Redmond O’Regan. While his personality + Det isn’t ideal, he’s got the combinations for a playmaker as he’s too slow to stay out in his preferred wing roll. Spoiler With a lot of 1* with good enough personalities and potential there easily could be another surprise player to break into the lineup. Just want to comment we haven't had a single player poached. Not sure if that's a good our bad sign, but if my HOYD can deliver solid personality-spreads with decent potential its fine by me. Class of 05 & 06: While the Starting XI is unchanged with all players from Y01-Y04, there are a few notable players from 05 & 06 who have made their mark in the Second XI. Top is of course Steve Woodhouse 06d. Another instance of a Rookie Striker showing up for his debut season. With 28 goals on an 18.21 XG he's vastly overperforming getting .63 Goals/90. Second is also easy with Danish U20 CB Oliver Bechmann 05a. He's the rotation CB as the other from his intake just couldn't cut it at our level. But recall how bad our defensive stats are so its not like he performed exceptionally, just essential. Together I'd put Ian Metcalf 05e & Fletch Tymon 05o who have both developed into wide utility subs, who will never be the #1 for any position but generally aren't a liability for any of their rolls. Finally, I'd have to say Ken Hanson 05b our other intake CB, but he didn't play that well. Sadly, no new youngster really impresses so he'll be getting another shot next year and hopefully he'll do better as he forced a 300 p/w contract out of us for next year. At least he has monster potential & Fairly Professional personality, so their's hope. Thoughts: Though it was long, this was a successful season. Challenged for promotion, got deep in the FA Cup & got our first Silverware. Honestly, if we can repeat this next year that will be perfect. Till my Second-String defense develops I'm hesitant to actually try to get into League 2. Everyone will develop better being the better team in a lower division as we are still Semi-Professional. Especially having the best offense has done wonders for our Midfield and Forwards who get consistent high ratings. Most of the squad are on 3 year deals, but already the stars are getting pissy about wanting high salaries we just can't afford. Sebastian Gołębiowski 01f is the biggest issue as he wants 1.5k - 2k of our 8k budget and has gotten upset that I haven't done it already. At least he wants to stay as he's our first Favored Personnel. Edited November 7, 2022 by WhiteCat33 Forgot the FA Trophy Celebration!

Popular Post libbyshuss
Season Summary A great season! It's amazing how much easier this game is when you keep morale high by winning and you keep winning because of high morale! We would have got automatic promotion in either group A or group B but thems the breaks. Straight into the play offs, where we fell at the first hurdle. So back into Serie C we go and I'll be amazed if we're able to repeat the trick for a second season. Players The legacy players at Catania are really strong. The star is Guiseppe Giovinco, real life brother of Sebastian Giovinco, but he's got quality all around him. The only issue is that 7 of the best XI are over 30 and will need replacing sooner rather than later. And 2 of them retired at the end of the season! So it will be interesting to see how we do with younger replacements Youth So with 7 of the first team well over 30 a good youth intake was imperative! and did we get it? well, no.... The preview was really disappointing Only a good intake! so when the intake came in I had to be pleased it gave me an elite talent. But ideally, I need more Finances and Upgrades Luckily there's a fair bit of money sloshing around in Serie C. We started with a bank balance of around 2.9m and together with our good run of form the board were happy to give us two upgrades to youth recruitment. So with any luck we'll see an improvement in youth intake next season. Career

schnauzer
How do you guys set up your training schedules when players are part-time? I'm really struggling to see improvements in at least 80% of my young players Also, do you have them training at double intensity when full fitness? And any tips around making mentoring more effective other than choosing strong personalities etc.? Thanks!

Obviously better facilities and quality of coaching helps. Also, praise players for training at 7.75 or higher, and criticise them for lower than 6.5. I do this every 2-3 weeks. Schedule isn't really mine, btw. It's based on Evidence Based Football Manager on youtube, aswell as comments made by FC Cadoni re: FM23. Spoiler For part-time, I did have double intensity only at the highest fitness stage. I didn't bother with mentoring as my squad is too young (even the eldest are under 20). This is what confuses me about my players not improving as we have average training facilities, my typical training schedule looks quite similar to yours, and I have comfortably the best coaching set up in the league (see below) It feels like I'm doing something wrong or missing something but I have no idea what it is. I guess it could just be down to some players simply not improving due to their personalities, but I have players with 'fairly professional' personalities and even one 'driven' player not improving at all! My first couple of intakes did not develop at all. I thought maybe the game was broken. Turns out, I think they were just kinda rubbish and barely had any PA. As soon as I increased the Youth Recruitment/Junior Coaching up a bit, I started getting players that were improving a lot. These were only the ones actually getting first team football though. I know training is supposed to be more important at a young age, but I think it's a bit weird for part-time players.

Cheers! I've noticed in my save match ratings have been crucial in development. Maybe moreso this year than last year. When you're playing 60 games like my team you can go over a month without them ever training as they are either playing or resting. I've found success with using an A & B set up with that second squad having all youngsters and getting the midweek game. Overplaying young players will stunt their development. Sometimes you have no choice, but if it can be avoided that can help. I purposely released all my legacy players kind of early as when they are all team leaders with bad personalities they will passively reduce the hidden traits of your youngsters. Just now starting year 8 I'm back to a normal hierarchy and can begin mentoring players again. On intensity for training I have mine set for double when fully fit, normal for green and rest for anything less. Basically train hard if it's a slow week or recover during the busy season. Then I'll ramp down the double for i jury risk players Edited November 7, 2022 by WhiteCat33

Popular Post Braumiller
Notes Season 05 in the books and it was another season of progression both on the pitch and finally a little off the pitch too. First things first, another 11 game preseason meant a LOT of chopping ang changing of players and formations trying to find something that fit our evolving club (we started out with very little in the way of attacking options, now we have more attacking players than our previous 4141 could accommodate. Secondly, during preseason Kenny Granath (04-Elite) from last years intake showed he knew where the goal was.... He scored 12 in 6 starts (admittedly all my friendlies are always against cupcakes...). He started on the bench in the first game of the season, but came on and scored late on. He then started the next game and didn't look back, He is now easily the top scoring youth player already and yet to break into the top 5 appearances! A total of 25 goals in 24 starts and 5 sub appearances. We finally played in the Swedish Cup for the first time and nearly made a mess of it. Late goals needed to force a non league team to extra time before sneaking it. 2nd Round away at top tier BK Hacken was an easy loss, but approx 50k in gate receipts which was much needed! That paid for a Youth Recruitment upgrade and when end of year monies came in I also got Junior Coaching upped as well! Another nice intake again. Sebastian Lofvenmark (05-Elite) is the one I have my eye on the most, hoping I can get him games off the bench this next year. By the end of the year we had morphed into a 4231, so hoping to stick with that for the upcoming season as it nicely fits our current first team squad. Carl Lungberg-Frojdh (03-Elite) quietly put together the best performance over the course of the season, despite our new goalscorer stealing all the attention. A move to AMC really helping him shine. Popular Post HenTheChicken
The 2031/2032 season was more of the same, a win in the league, albeit less progress than we would've wanted, and making it to the europa league 'league' stage felt pretty good, looking forward to the next one now, hope to get into Champions League group stage soon for that sweet sweet money, here's some pictures. "1 Losses" Nice. League Table Spoiler League Table 1st Half League Table 2nd Half Overall Dropped some points in the 2nd half of the season that I'm not too happy about, but other than that a very successful season, feeling good! Europe Spoiler Champions League Nice little win in the europa league playoff to send us into the league stage, however thats as much success as we'd get really Came 29th, sucked but it was all we could really expect, playing to get into some sort of knockout round next season! Lets do this. The Tactic & Squad Spoiler Here they are, the lads that led us to our season, we're still lacking some defensive quality but all around a good team, 4-4-2 is hella fine and our goalkeeper is the goddamn GOAT Michael Vance has also been really good, but he's been injured a lot and hasn't been able to play, I also love that he's from Trinidad and Tobago, my man is an international already, scored on his international debut and has 4 caps, what a legend. Legendary guy he is. Stuff i cant remove Spoiler Edited November 7, 2022 by HenTheChicken

bpecanha
CLUB ATLÉTICO BELLA VISTA - Introduction Finances | Staff | Manager Profile Trying this challenge once again, this time in a country that I have never managed before: Uruguay. The chosen team was Bella Vista, a traditional club from Montevideo who spent a lot of years in Uruguay First Division - they even won the league in 1990 - but in recent years struggled financially and dropped to the Third Division. Now they are back in the Segunda División (Second Division) and I'll try to guide them to glory, Bella Vista had a lot of famous players in Uruguay, most notably Egídio Arévalo Rios, who played in 2010 and 2014 World Cups. Bella Vista host their games in the José Nasazzi stadium. Board expects us to survive, but we need to have at least a mid-table finish if we want to stay without scare: Uruguay adopts the Average Points (Promedio) system for 2 years. The good thing is: youth intake happens in pre-season and we'll have enough time to prepare them for the season. Here's our youth intake preview. And this is our current squad: 3,5* and above players are rated good enough for the league, but we'll surely need improvement to survive and I'm looking to quickly develop two or three youngsters.
SkiIIs
and sacked again in England in the third season! Really came out of nowhere how bad we were, after finishing 8th and only losing squad players over the preseason, I did not see last place coming at all! It's a shame as I would have loved grooming this player through the team who just came through the intake Going to give England a rest me thinks...
bpecanha
CLUB ATLÉTICO BELLA VISTA - 2023 YOUTH INTAKE Mixed feelings about this intake. Three good players in Richard Hernández, Miguel Alonzo and Gonzalo Prieto, they have good personalities. Hernández lacks technical quality, but is super quick. Alonzo for me is the best player of the intake, well rounded and he has a lot of room to improve, specially in mental attributes. Prieto also has a lot of things to improve, but being a good shot stopper already is something that makes me happy. I have also signed with Nicolás Araújo, Tiago Fernández, Giorgio Rizzo and Matías Martínez.
Daddy
2023/24 Midtable Review: First season so I wasn't sure what to expect, but with a top half expectation from the board I figured this would be a solid team. Unfortunately I lost a few players to start that were on non contracts but Transfer listed. That meant I couldn't delist and sign them. None were great but we have just enough players to field 11 and have a bench of 5 without any gray players. Injuries and suspensions and then we're adding gray players to the lineup. The other issue is I have 3 players in the mid to late 30s that only play striker. Two are grumpy and leaving after this season. However, right now it's all working and we sit in playoffs within striking distance of the top spot in the league. It feels a little bit like fools gold, but I'm hoping for the promotion just in hopes that finances are slightly improved as they're not great right now. Intake Preview: Any depth will help.
